Lindsay is has been designing for many years. She worked as a designer at Bitterroot Flower Shop before her and her family bought the store. She loves her pet dogs and her chickens as well as her two daughters. Her favorite flowers are tulips and lilies.

My wedding was 10/14. All I ordered from here was a flower crown. I scheduled the pick up for the day of my wedding because it was a Monday and they were not open the day before. T...
hey were 30 minutes late on the pick up time so I just had to wait in the shop while they finished which on any other day would have been fine but really stressed me out. I thought it looked huge when I picked it up and even asked them to cut back some of the stuff hanging down to ensure that I’d be able to see. I should have tried it on at the shop but I was already late. It didn’t even look like my reference photos (attached). Once I got ready at the venue and went to put it on my head it was WAY too big. Like comically big. My photographer captured the moment I realized I couldn’t wear it, attached. I had to role with the punches and since I paid $200 for it, my mom altered the headband into a circle and I carried it as a bouquet which I did not want something I had to carry down the isle. Huge disappointment and I wish I had been in way more communication with them leading up to the pick up date since they obviously didn’t understand my vision. I was way too trusting. Crazy that they thought something that huge would go on someone’s head. Would not recommend.

n on what I wanted so I gave them a fair amount of creative liberty. A few days before the wedding they called and told me that three of the flowers that I requested for the bouquet were either unavailable or came in the wrong color. I am not a terribly picky person and the flowers were either replaceable or went with my color choices but it was still a little disappointing. Overall my bouquet was beautiful and I was very happy with it.

ood together. The quality of the flowers was great, they even lasted through the night before in a hotel room where the A/C had gone out (and of course the day of). Ordering was very easy and they are more than accomodating for pickup/bucket returning. We picked up all of the buckets of flowers,which was VERY affordable, and had more than we knew what to do with. She let us return the buckets the next day even though the shop was closed that day! I would highly recommend this shop for any occasion, they are great to work with.

n we expected and at times that was a problem. Luckily they were willing to work with us. We saved several hundred dollars by providing our own ribbons and vases. My biggest complaint with Bitteroot, however was communication. I tried several times to meet with them before our wedding and it didn't happen because Bitteroot wouldn't set a date. We ended up never meeting before my wedding (they met once with my wedding coordinator). Luckily I was thrilled with the flowers but it was definitely frstrating that they were apparently " too busy" to meet with a bride.

m to care). I was nice and told them to pick something great that was similar. The problem...they day of my wedding they forgot the grooms flower. We actually had to call for a refund and they did not seem to even care that it happened. Pretty flowers, but not worth the stress.
