The Black Swan made my husband and I's wedding planning smooth and seamless. Donna the wedding coordinator was absolutely incredible and so talented at her job. The venue staff were so friendly, on top of everything, and made the night so classy and elegant. I would genuinely recommend this venue to anyone, truly the best day of our lives! Donna was extremely organized and responded so quickly if we had any questions and took her time to explain whatever questions we had to answer them thoroughly for us. I wouldn't of had it any other way, i would play the day over and over again! Thank you Black Swan and Donna for making it an unforgettable night and giving us memories that are going to last a lifetime, we are so grateful!

Donna made sure the timeline ran perfectly the night of, and was so friendly and easy to work with throughout the entire planning process. This venue had some of the best pricing around, but you did not sacrifice for it. The ballrooms are stunning, food and drinks were fantastic, and the staff made the day seamless! Where do I even start! Every bride plans their wedding at least 2 years out and unfortunately 5 days before I was suppose to get married my venue canceled on me for unfortunate eve...

nt that happened. I called every venue a bride could think of thinking there is no way a venue can accommodate 150 guests during prime time wedding season. Donna and Ashley and her team were an absolute godsend. When I heard Donna say yes she can accommodate us, the best few days chatting with her were amazing. As I was not able to have that year leading up to her planning a wedding the days I did have with Donna and Ashley were incredible. Wedding day was top notch. Donna and Ashley were there every step of the way, and their team treated my husband and I like royalty. Checking in making sure we ate, we had something to drink and everything went to smoothly. This venue was able to accommodate 2 weddings and I never once bumped into the other wedding party. People keep raving about the food and how amazing it was and how beautiful this venue was. If you are considering this venue for your wedding I will 100% hands down recommend it a million times. I wish I could relive it all over again! Thank you again Donna and Ashley and their team for accommodating us and making our day happen and make it so so special!

We trusted Donna and went to her for advice on timing, other vendors, and other general details of our wedding and she was always incredibly helpful. Donna met with us about six months out to have a details meeting and some of my friends who had gotten married were impressed by how ahead of schedule Donna and her team were. We did DIY centerpieces and had other personal touches to our wedding and Donna listened to how we wanted the reception room to look like and on the day, it looked better that I could have imagined. Everything was exactly how I pictured it. Everyone at our wedding kept talking about how amazing the food was! I didn't hire a wedding planner but throughout most of the process, it felt like Donna was filling that void because she responded promptly to any questions I had and gave me advice on some of the planning. Would highly recommend Black Swan and Donna to anyone looking for a reasonably priced wedding venue with an elegant feel and amazing vendors!!

she made our day so easy and special from the initial visit to pick our venue Donna was so communicative, she never once said no too us it was always, “I will do my best to make it happen, or mostly yes.”Donna was able to sit down with us and go over pricing, order of events, meals and everything in between. Her staff was very professional, the food was delicious and the service was exceptional. Not once did we have to ask for anything during our big day, our coordinator story was right by our side through it all. From set up to breakdown the staff never once blinked an eye just got right to work. Our wedding was just the day we pictured. The ballroom was great size for our guest count of 165, could easily fit more. From the bar to even a satellite bar for less wait time to order a drink again couldn’t have made our day any easier. My husband and I would highly recommend Black Swan Country Club and the staff there.

eat detail and in a timely fashion. With out hesitation, every absurd or crazy request was answered with a "yep can do" "of course we can do that" "I can definitely make that happen." She never told us no. The day of the wedding was even better. We were treated like royalty. From her fluffing and following me with the train of my gown, to feeding us drinks and apps during cocktail hour and pictures, to even serving us dinner during the buffet and making sure we ate. 100000/10 would recommend Donna and her team, not just for weddings, but for showers or any other party you could think of. The staff were all super friendly and attentive to us on our wedding night - bringing us drinks and asking if we needed anything else. What also was a huge factor in our decision to go with this venue was Donna. We LOVE Donna and we loved working with her!! From start to finish, she was always extremely responsive and more than happy to answer the million and one questions we had (especially closer to the wedding). Donna was always so welcoming and friendly whenever we saw her or spoke/emailed her. She really took the time to understand our vision for our wedding and was super flexible with our meetings. For our table center pieces, her and her staff did SUCH a fantastic job setting up all of the glassware (and we had a LOT of glassware)!! They also really took a lot of care with packing everything up for us to pick up after the wedding because no glassware was broken. Donna also made sure the schedule had everything we wanted on there, that we did everything that we wanted to on our schedule, and made sure our day ran smoothly without a hitch!! Do NOT wait to book this venue because it is so worth it!!

The entire day ran well, and the staff at Black Swan were incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious, the service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was warm, romantic, and just magical. I would highly recommend the stations for your wedding guests. This was a hit! They made everything feel seamless from start to finish, and we were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment. We couldn’t have imagined a more beautiful or stress-free place to celebrate such a meaningful day despite the rain on and off. Black Swan Country Club exceeded every expectation and gave us memories to last a lifetime. We cannot thank Donna enough for helping us pull this off and also allowing our golden retriever, Archie, to be a part of photos and the ceremony. If I could give Black Swan Country Club 100 stars I would!! My husband and I just had our wedding reception at Black Swan on February 8, 2025. I cannot recommend this venue enough....

We worked with Donna, who was there every step of the way to help coordinate a beautiful day.. she is the real deal and truly knows how to plan and execute an incredible event. She treats you like her own family and makes you feel so special! In addition to Donna, the Black Swan Staff were incredible; referring to some of our guests by name, and catering to every need that arose. As a bride and groom, you are pulled in many directions during cocktail hour, the staff followed us around during this time with hors d’oeuvres and drinks on a cart so we weren't starving prior to the formal dinner. I can't recommend Black Swan enough for your wedding ceremony or reception!

She was so helpful - professional, communicative, and responded immediately any time we had a question. She was there to guide us through every part of the process and oversaw all the events on the day of the wedding as well. She kept us both on schedule while being so relaxed, we couldn’t help but feel relaxed too! The waitstaff were friendly and professional. Vinwood Catering did a fabulous job with the food. It was all delicious, and they were able to accommodate our guests’ dietary restrictions with no issue. Donna and the venue staff did ALL of the set-up and breakdown of decor and centerpieces for us, and were very flexible with letting us pick up and drop off at times that worked best for us. It was so nice to be able to go home at the end of our wedding night and not have to pack up cars and transport decor, like we’ve seen at some other weddings. Our guests commented over and over again how much they enjoyed our wedding and we agree more. We couldn’t be happier that we chose Black Swan, and Donna was an absolute lifesaver. We’ll be recommending this venue to everyone we know!

The staff took great care of us! They were friendly and professional and went above and beyond to keep our guests happy. The balcony was a fun way for our guests to get a sneak peak at the bride and groom/wedding party photos. The landscape for the outdoor pictures was beautiful! The cost was also much more reasonable than many of the other venues we had considered, but we also felt that we didn't need to sacrifice or let go of what we hoped and dreamed our wedding would be. Overall, our guests had a wonderful time and we are so happy we chose the Black Swan to have our reception!

The landscaping around the venue was well kept and the flowers looked beautiful and vibrant. Our guests loved the food from Vinwood Caterers and we really enjoyed our signature drinks! l very overwhelmed feeling about wedding planning, the first time we visited this property, we knew we found our wedding venue. The outdoor ceremony area is private and beautiful (lots of flowers and greenery around), having cocktail hour on the balcony was a huge hit for our guests, and the reception room itself (The Andover) is clean, spacious, with a nice big dance floor! Donna, our coordinator, was attentive, kind, and an absolute pleasure to work with. She made us feel comfortable and excited every step of the way. Several of my bridesmaids (who are married and been through wedding planning) have already said to me how amazing she was on our big day. I hope I get to attend a Black Swan wedding in the future just to enjoy it all again :)

more certain and booked a few days later. The experience was so smooth, the team are EXPERTS at putting on weddings and ensuring everything goes off without a hitch. As the bride, I of course wanted to micro-manage everything but I was able to relax knowing that Donna had it under control. We can honestly say we have no regrets from our wedding day, and that everything went according to plan. We were both able to lean back and enjoy the day (and even the planning process)!!
