My husband and I recently got married at Black Swan Country Club, and I truly can’t put into words how incredible the entire experience was — but I’ll try! From our very first visit, we were blown away by the beauty of the grounds, the elegance of the venue, and the professionalism of the staff, especially the venue coordinator Donna. It was clear right away that this was where we wanted to celebrate one of the most important days of our lives. The team at Black Swan made everything feel seamless and stress-free. They were responsive, organized, and genuinely cared about making our wedding perfect. The ceremony setting was absolutely stunning, surrounded by lush greens and a peaceful atmosphere that made for magical photos and unforgettable moments. Our guests are still raving about the reception — the food was delicious, the service impeccable, and the entire evening flowed flawlessly. Every detail, from the décor to the lighting to the way the staff treated us and our loved ones, was handled with care and attention. We are so grateful to Black Swan Country Club and Donna for making our wedding day everything we hoped for and more. We can't imagine a more perfect place to have our wedding than at Black Swan Country Club. The venue is absolutely stunning both inside and outside! The staff were fantastic - so professional and nice! We also got so many compliments on the food! The staff were all super friendly and attentive to us on our wedding night - bringing us drinks and asking if we needed anything else. What also was a huge factor in our decision to go with this venue was Donna. We LOVE Donna and we loved working with her!! From start to finish, she was always extremely responsive and more than happy to answer the million and one questions we had (especially closer to the wedding). Donna was always so welcoming and friendly whenever we saw her or spoke/emailed her. She really took the time to understand our vision for our wedding and was super flexible with our meetings. For our table center pieces, her and her staff did SUCH a fantastic job setting up all of the glassware (and we had a LOT of glassware)!! They also really took a lot of care with packing everything up for us to pick up after the wedding because no glassware was broken. Donna also made sure the schedule had everything we wanted on there, that we did everything that we wanted to on our schedule, and made sure our day ran smoothly without a hitch!! Do NOT wait to book this venue because it is so worth it!!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Black Swan Country Club. From the beautifully manicured grounds we took some outdoor pictures at despite the rain, to the elegant ballroom, everything was picture-perfect. The scenery provided a stunning backdrop for both our ceremony and photos, and our guests are still raving about the whole day! The entire day ran well, and the staff at Black Swan were incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious, the service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was warm, romantic, and just magical. I would highly recommend the stations for your wedding guests. This was a hit! They made everything feel seamless from start to finish, and we were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment. We couldn’t have imagined a more beautiful or stress-free place to celebrate such a meaningful day despite the rain on and off. Black Swan Country Club exceeded every expectation and gave us memories to last a lifetime. We cannot thank Donna enough for helping us pull this off and also allowing our golden retriever, Archie, to be a part of photos and the ceremony. We had our reception at the Black Swan and it surpassed all our hopes for our special day! Donna, our wedding coordinator at the Black Swan, accompanied us through the wedding process from the very start, and always responded to any questions with promptness and kindness. She was amazing! The ballroom is gorgeous and elegant, and the food was incredible! The staff took great care of us! They were friendly and professional and went above and beyond to keep our guests happy. The balcony was a fun way for our guests to get a sneak peak at the bride and groom/wedding party photos. The landscape for the outdoor pictures was beautiful! The cost was also much more reasonable than many of the other venues we had considered, but we also felt that we didn't need to sacrifice or let go of what we hoped and dreamed our wedding would be. Overall, our guests had a wonderful time and we are so happy we chose the Black Swan to have our reception!

Black Swan Country Club helped to make our wedding amazing! We got married on 9/21 and it ended up raining all day. Donna was extremely proactive calling me early enough in the day to talk through options for the ceremony, which was supposed to be outdoors. Donna and the team at Black Swan did an amazing job setting up for the ceremony and made the room look beautiful. They very seamlessly tuned the room from the ceremony over to the reception. The food was absolutely delicious. Our guests were raving about the flavor of the hors d'ouvres and their meals. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful. Would recommend this venue to anyone looking!

Everything about our wedding at the Black Swan was simply perfect. Working with our coordinator Donna made things such a breeze. The venue is stunning. The food is incredible. And the staff could not be more professional and kind. We have already recommended the Black Swan to a few couples we know who are getting married, and would recommend them 10/10 times again!

We recently had our wedding this past Friday, September 20th, and to say it was our dream wedding would truly be an understatement. Donna was absolutely amazing throughout the entire wedding planning process. Her encouraging, exciting, and calm presence was exactly what we needed over the past year and a half while wedding planning. It was always hard to envision what our day would look like from the day itself and the decor, but the day came and everything was perfect. Donna and her team were absolutely incredible the day of the wedding, they were friendly, accommodating, and over communicative. I would recommend this venue over and over and over again.

My husband and I got married on 9/6/24 at the Black Swan and we could not have been more satisfied with our whole experience! Donna was so welcoming from the moment we first met. She was very responsive via e-mail and phone calls and answered all questions and concerns professionally and promptly. The landscaping around the venue was well kept and the flowers looked beautiful and vibrant. Our guests loved the food from Vinwood Caterers and we really enjoyed our signature drinks! (Moscow mule and peach sangria). On wedding day, Donna kept the timeline moving smoothly. We did not feel stressed or pressured to keep the night moving along. We are so happy we booked this venue, we could not have envisioned our wedding day anywhere else! This experience exceeded all of our expectations.

Black Swan did an incredible job from start to finish. When my husband and I were starting to look around for venues, juggling budgets, guest lists, locations, and just that overall very overwhelmed feeling about wedding planning, the first time we visited this property, we knew we found our wedding venue. The outdoor ceremony area is private and beautiful (lots of flowers and greenery around), having cocktail hour on the balcony was a huge hit for our guests, and the reception room itself (The Andover) is clean, spacious, with a nice big dance floor! Donna, our coordinator, was attentive, kind, and an absolute pleasure to work with. She made us feel comfortable and excited every step of the way. Several of my bridesmaids (who are married and been through wedding planning) have already said to me how amazing she was on our big day. I hope I get to attend a Black Swan wedding in the future just to enjoy it all again :)

Venue is stunning!! Ceremony area was perfect, plenty of picture locations that are beautiful. Food was amazing with our guests raving about it to us afterwards! We couldn't speak highly enough about our coordinator Donna, she was absolutely perfect!! Made our day go so smoothly and everything leading it up to it a relief to handle! We are so appreciative of our time working with Black Swan and will absolutely be back to visit!

From the moment we found Black Swan Country Club on Zola, my husband and I knew this was where we wanted to have our big day. After touring and getting to know Donna, we were even more certain and booked a few days later. The experience was so smooth, the team are EXPERTS at putting on weddings and ensuring everything goes off without a hitch. As the bride, I of course wanted to micro-manage everything but I was able to relax knowing that Donna had it under control. We can honestly say we have no regrets from our wedding day, and that everything went according to plan. We were both able to lean back and enjoy the day (and even the planning process)!! We are so grateful to Black Swan Country Club and could not recommend them and their team enough. We also just received our wedding photos and they came out STUNNING with all of the scenery and ambience Black Swan offers in their space :)

Our wedding was perfect!! We had multiple meetings and phone calls with our wedding coordinator who truly went above and beyond. I felt like I was working with someone I have known forever and it was such a pleasure! Donna and the BSCC made it easy to plan and pull off a wedding in a little under a year!!

We could not have been happier with our Black Swan experience! Tiffany was super responsive, knowledgeable, attentive, and executed flawlessly. Donna was well-versed on our plans and available, giving us a comfort level that we were in good hands with this team from start to finish. The food and drink were delicious, the service was top notch, the landscaping was breathtaking, and our space was beautiful. Black Swan was a perfect match for our wedding vision.

As soon as we walked in Black Swan and saw the facility we knew this was the spot we needed to get married. The facility is beautiful and the perfect spot for pictures. We worked with Tiffany who was so helpful along the way. She answered every email so swiftly and assured us the day would be great and she would take care of everything. Everything was on time and the day was magical. The food was amazing and the bar service was perfect. We honestly could not have had a more perfect day. Also for all we got it was very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend using The Black Swan.

Donna and her team were absolutely wonderful! My husband and I got married in 2020 and didn’t get to have the reception until October 9th, 2022. Earlier this year, our original venue closed and we had to scramble to find another place for our reception. We called around and Black Swan had a cancellation THAT morning for October 9th. After a look around and a meeting with Donna we knew that Black Swan was the perfect place for our reception. Donna was so helpful, nice, and supportive. The room, ceremony location, and grounds were beautiful and wonderfully maintained. The food was delicious and there were a number of options that all tasted better than the next. My husband and I were partial to the grilled cheese and tomato soup shooters. The kitchen was accommodating to our food allergies and willing to change things up on the menu. I cannot say enough good things about the Black Swan Country Club, Donna, and all the staff. Thank you all so much for making us feel so special and making our wedding reception magical.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Black Swan. Tiffany was so wonderful to work with in planning our day. We are an older couple and opted for a Sunday Brunch celebration. The food was outstanding . . . from the prime rib to the omelet station and Belgian waffles!!! The attention to detail and professionalism of all staff was first class. We, along with all of our guests, had a perfect day!

Donna and Tiffany are absolutely amazing. Sadly I did not have a wedding here but I went through the entire process with them. At the tasting the team was so friendly and the food was amazing. Any vendor we told that our wedding was at black swan they would tell us how amazing the food was. This venue was exactly what my fiancé and I were looking for. Tall ceilings and white walls. We loved the back deck where guests could hang out. I highly highly recommend this venue. Thank you black swan for being so kind.

Probably the best choice we’ve made in wedding planning. The venue is beautiful, the food was great, the staff was welcoming but most importantly Donna is the absolute best. She was with us through every step of the planning process, patiently and promptly answering all our questions, anticipating things that we might have forgotten, facilitating logistics with other vendors. Highly recommend!

We had our baby shower here! The staff were incredible. Very kind people. Bartender as well. The food was delicious. Would highly recommend!

We had our wedding at Black Swan last month and I highly recommend! Tiffany was very prompt and responsive. Her team was all amazing! Everyone complimented the venue and the food was amazing! We only had one small glitch where our wedding cakes got misplaced at the end of the night. Other than that the entire evening was fantastic! I would definitely use Black Swan for another event in the future!

This is the most lovely establishment! Tiffany M. is the BEST event planner I have ever worked with and she was incredibly thorough, detail-oriented, thoughtful, talented and really went above and beyond catering to several special requests we had. She really made sure we had the perfect day and we so appreciate having her work with us! Black Swan is also so beautiful inside, all our guests raved at how lovely it was. It was the very first and only venue we toured two years ago. It was so beautiful we booked right away. Lastly, Vinwood Catering has absolutely delicious food with excellent presentation. Booked the wedding for July 2021 before the pandemic. Vinwood catering Employees were furloughed and communication was a little tough in The winter of 2021. However once planning was in full swing, everything was great. Tiffany was our event coordinator and she clearly loves her job. She was fantastic and her communication was clear and timely. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. Very experienced. The day ran very smoothly. People are still talking about the amazing and plentiful food and great service. Weddings are expensive but we felt we got value for our money.

Hello, My fiancé and I scheduled our wedding on December 24, 2019 for our original wedding date of June 18, 2021. When we did not hear from our Event Coordinator(s) from Vinewood Caterers, who lease out of the Black Swan Country Club this fall, we decided to connect to find out the current and future plan of action regarding COVID-19. With that being said, there was no plan of action and barely any communication, unless initiated by my fiancé and me. We are humbled by our health and ability to get married this year, yet at the same time we deserve respect while investing not only time, but also money into our ideal venue. We decided to cancel our booking at the Black Swan Country Club. While we did receive a response saying we would not get a refund for our initial deposit of $1,500, my fiancé and I feel as though we made the right decision, as we anticipated losing more money if we followed through with the Black Swan Country Club. @Manda M, my fiancé and I tried the same channels of communication and did not receive a response from any of them. My fiancé called the general number for the Black Swan Country Club, as he tried to contact Accounts Payable, he did not receive a response after leaving voicemails. He also attempted to contact the Director of Operations for the Black Swan Country Club and the mailbox was full, therefore could not leave a voicemail. He also attempted to contact the General Manager of the Black Swan Country Club and that call could not be transferred. I did however see on their social media account, specifically their Instagram handle @blackswancountryclub that the venue won "2020 PICK" from the Knot. I am assuming they are in business and are being selective with what information is available to the public. I hope our transparency is received well and best of luck moving forward.

Hello, My original wedding date was August 15, 2020. Due to Covid we needed to push it to August 7, 2021. I booked my venue, the Black Swan Country Club in Georgetown MA. However, since rescheduling my wedding in April of 2020, I have not heard from them. I have called and left voicemails countless times since December of 2020, emailed, Facebook messaged, posted on Facebook, etc to see what the Covid protocols are so that I can order my invites, again. I have not received any contact in return. I have also paid all of my bill, except the last small check I need to pay ten days prior to my event. I’m really struggling with fear that my wedding is going to be ruined, again. Did the Black Swan Country Club in Georgetown MA go out of business? Has anyone talked to them so fair this year 2021? Anyone else getting married here and in the same boat? Please help! I can’t go anywhere else because all of my savings are tied into this venue. Thank you!

Gorgeous venue and very amazing staff. From planning to our wedding day, Kayla from Black Swan was responsive and helpful along the way. We were able to drop off our decoration and centerpiece and the staff took care of the rest. The ballroom came out amazing! Beautiful venue for pictures so we didn’t have to stop anywhere else after our ceremony. We can’t speak about about the ceremony since our ceremony was at church but everything about this venue exceeded our expectations.

Our wedding day was wonderful thanks to all the staff and the BEAUTIFUL venue. We had our ceremony outside, and it didn't need much decoration because the place itself it's SO beautiful. They worked with us to accommodate our unconventional circumstances. They managed to give us the food we wanted even though it was not on the menu and it was delicious. Every guest loved the venue and was complimenting us on how gorgeous the place itself is, and how great the staff was. Their work was great, very professional and very flexible which we appreciated very much. During all the months leading up to the wedding, we were in contact with the amazing Kayla Collins, who helped us all throughout our wedding process. We 100% recommend Black Swan Country Club as your wedding venue. You won't regret it and thank us later!!!
