We rented Black Tie Limo for our wedding. They were great to work with. Never had to worry or stress. They always answered the phone right away when we called with any questions. The limo driver was very nice, even held an umbrella over our heads while we took pics outside in the rain :) Highly recommend!

Originally I was not going with Black Tie Limousine, I had another place booked and paid for but they cancelled on me 3 weeks before my wedding! The person I spoke with at Black Tie Limousine was honest that my wedding was during prom season and they had limited availability. I explained what happened and we worked out a great compromise for the situation, they were able to book our day with a small adjustment on the time slot but again this was brought forward to my attention since the initial call. The day of, our driver was prompt, cheerful, and extremely helpful! It was raining for a portion of the day and for our pictures, he helped me out of the SUV with my train being extremely long and held by my bridesmaids, he held the umbrella, he did so much more than drive and was a wonderful person. Above and beyond my expectations.

I always had to reach out to this vendor to confirm everything multiple times and the driver on the day of wasn't the friendlist. However they were easy to work with in terms of price.

We had one of the 22 passenger limos. The limo itself was wonderful, however I was not as happy with the phone side of their service. They never sent me an invoice showing my paid deposit or total cost, and when I arranged everything over the phone they said they were putting my deposit on my credit card, but when we got the bill not only had they put the entire cost on their, they also took it upon themselves to add a 20% gratuity on as well. Also, the day of the wedding we had planned on having some sandwiches in the limo so we could have some kind of lunch while doing pictures, and they told us that day we couldn't have food in the limo (which was never told to me on the phone prior). Our driver was professional and helped all of us in and out of the limo, and took us to multiple stops for photos.

They had by far the best rates of any limo company I contacted in Mpls-St. Paul. They also responded very quickly, even to email. Our driver was great as well.

We had the stretch hummer limo and it was...AMAZING!!! The limo driver was great, even though he didn't really know the area we just wanted him to drive us around and stop at one bar and he did. The limo was a little expensive since we didn't use our whole 2 hours (thats the minimum. The company was great at returning phone calls and emails and letting me know exactly what we were getting.

Was supposed to be a 10 passenger limo, we only fit 9 and not so comfortably. Was very happy with service, driver was willing to make unplanned stops and was very friendly.

They were on time and the limo was super nice and clean! Really enjoyed the "red carpet" treatment they gave to us and our wedding party!

The driver was so nice and he was on time too! He went wherever we asked and got us to the reception on time! I would go through this company again for any other event.

Black Tie was one of about 4 Limo rental companies I contacted. They seemed to have a good fleet (a couple other companies tried offereing me vans or old cars for our shuttle service) and reasonable prices. Black Tie also was willing to go lower in price than anyone else which turned out to work in our favor. I talked with the booking manager a couple of times before the wedding and everything seemed ready to go. Then a few days before the wedding I received another call asking for payment, so I paid. Then on the night of the wedding my personal attendant had to hunt me down because the Limo driver needed payment! Kind of odd but I only got charged once. I would recommend then but I would be clear that you have paid ahead of time and do not want the Limo driver collecting payment the night of to save yourself a little hassle. The driver was great though. He shuttled our guests for 4 hours from NE Minneapolis to downtown Minneapolis with some downtime in the first couple of hours. We gave him a tip on behalf of our guests and he was very pleasant and helpful the whole night. Would recommend.

The limo was on time and the driver was very courteous.;Alcohol is not included so we had to make a stop at a liqour store to buy champagne.
