We hired Black Tie Productions for our daughter's wedding. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. Craig our office contact and our DJ, Nick were organized and professional and made sure everything went according to plan. We would highly recommend them.

Tony was AMAZING! He kept everyone on the dance floor all night and even helped navigate the changes in schedule due to the weather. Hire this company!!

These guys were amazing! We had Michael as our DJ and he was very attentive to our needs. He was sure to fix small issues with the venue, bring us drinks, play our favorite songs, and at the end of the night let us be silly! Their pre-wedding communication was fantastic, their client portal (hideout) was easy to use and straight forward, and their level of professionalism on our special day was fantastic. Mike made sure that we got everything we wanted and more. We are more than happy with them.

It's been 3 weeks since we got married and we're STILL getting compliments on our DJ Tim! As soon as we had our zoom call with him I knew he'd be a great fit. He was so calm and relaxed and brought our stress level down. We were a little worried because neither of our families are big into dancing and didn't want the DJ to pressure them like we've seen at other weddings. But we had people consistently dancing the ENTIRE night. They all said they had so much fun and that he had an awesome music collection. All of his announcements were spot on and the way he faded out the music for the processional, my walk down the aisle, and special dances were perfect. I chose Craig and his team because their website/team was so unique. It was fun and definitely caught my attention. Their communication throughout the whole process was outstanding! Every text and email they sent was so kind and not pushy at all. I highly recommend them and DJ Tim!

We had Dj Aaron and Logan as a Photo Booth Operator at Our Wedding.... I love the fact I didn't have to worry about music or people having fun in the photo booth or roaming... Both Gentlemen were amazing to work with. They were professional and made Our Wedding a HUGE Success. I can't say enough about this company I think it should be the go to for everyone. If we need a DJ service for future events we will definately without a thought be ringing you up....

We had DJ Chris for our wedding on 9/9/23 and he was so GREAT! His professionalism was unmatched. We have received so many great compliments about our wedding reception as a whole and a huge part of that is because of Chris and Black Tie Productions. Everything ran so smoothly, Chris was so attentive and played very good music to keep our dance floor full at all times. Thanks again!!

We used Black Tie Productions for our DJ services at our wedding over the weekend and they did not disappoint! From thw very beginning, Craig was immediate with contacting me and ensuring everything was going well. They have the most organized planning tools on their website as well. Chris Monroe was absolutely on point for the wedding day too! Chris made sure we knew he was there for us that day, even bringing us drinks during pictures! I cannot recommend these guys enough!

AMAZING!! Tony was more than we could ever ask for in a DJ. He truly went above and beyond in his role. Also, the music and his MC skills were fantastic. Guests danced the whole night thanks to Tony and his energy. Highly professional, easy to communicate with, overall an excellent experience.

Craig and Tom (our DJ) were absolutely wonderful to work with from initial discussion to our wedding day. Craig is very quick to get back to me with any questions I had and he sent several communications and reminders to fill out the details for the event, make payments and recommendations for key songs. On our Wedding day Tom showed up well in advance to get all set up. We didn't have any issues with the sound or microphones and the volume of the music was perfect for the venue (you didn't have to yell to hear the person next to you). One thing that stood out to me and my husband wasn't even the music, it was that Tom walked up to us several times throughout the evening to ask us we needed anything. I felt like he really cared about making our day special. They are fantastic to work with!

DJ Tony from Black Tie Productions truly made our day exceptional! We had a backyard wedding with limited power; he was prepared to handle whatever was thrown at him! He handled the ceremony music and it was seamless, I couldn't imagine not having him there to mic our pastor and handle the music. The reception was what dreams were made of! The sound was perfect, the first dances and toasts were amazing. Once the dancing began there was not one bad song! The dance floor was packed the entire night and i finally had to leave the dance floor to get water! I wouldn't use anyone else, they were professional from to start to end!

We were considering having friends DJ our wedding to save money. From the first meeting with Black Tie, we knew we made the right decision in hiring a DJ. They do SO much more than play music. Their planning forms and website and questionnaires made us think of things we wouldn’t have considered. They helped to organize our whole event. Our guests were complimenting the DJ and the music all night. Even our photographer said they were adding Black Tie to their recommended vendors list! So so happy that we hired Black Tie!

They were amazing! Always communicating and rolling with any change due to Covid. Great music and great at getting the crowd involved. Can't recommend them enough!!

Black Tie Production was the absolute best. After losing our first DJ during this lovely pandemic, BTP was beyond helpful! From the first phone call to see if they were even available for our quickly approaching date and then working with us again once the date continued to change they made an instant connection and were so friendly. We packaged with them including DJ, Photobooth, and Uplighting and it was perfect! They have GIANT love letters that help create an awesome feature at our wedding and had pin lights to highlight features of our decorations! They also had a projected monogram of our names on the dance floor it was an awesome touch! The photo booth was exactly what we had hoped for and not having props was totally okay when they had boomerangs and filters that we could do off of there ring light! They also have a party roaming feature which came in clutch on the dance floor so many fun memories! As for the DJ we had Tony and he was truly a SUPERHERO! Meeting with him beforehand we knew we were in good hands. I even had same-day of changes to songs and he did not miss a step! He coordinated with the photographer and things could not have been more smooth! Our Dance floor was honestly never empty and we were so beyond happy! Would 100% recommend again!

Mike did a great job with our ceremony and reception! Our walkthrough phone call the week before was great. He listened to all of our wants and they were met on our wedding day! Thank you for the amazing service Mike and Black Tie Productions!

We booked Black Tie Productions for our DJ and photobooth needs. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. Our DJ was Tom, and he was absolutely amazing! He took the time to make sure that all of our important moments were perfect, that our guests had a great time, and that I never once had to be concerned if we were running on time. He helped make our wedding the most memorable day of my life. Logan did a great job entertaining our guests in the photobooth as well! He got some great photos and videos with the reamer at the end of the night. Also, our photo book was wonderfully organized and put together neatly...which I really appreciated. There are not enough words in the dictionary to give these guys the praise they deserve. I will recommend them to literally anyone I can.

I have nothing but praise for DJ Tony Mills, and all of Black Tie Productions! From day one, the company was extremely professional and organized with getting everything planned out. Tony was super helpful in helping us prepare for every moment of our wedding day. He had plenty of advice that made things flow extremely well, but was also flexible in making available special song requests for both the ceremony and reception. He also checked in on us throughout the night to see if we needed anything. We heard nothing but great things from all of our friends and family that attended. We, along with out guests, also loved the photo booth! The set up and mobile photo booth were great for a variety of pictures. I would recommend Black Tie Productions to anyone!

Black Tie Productions is incredible! Spacificlly Anthony Coggins! Anthony was extremely professional, accomadating and really knew how to keep the crowd happy. As a wedding vendor myself, It was wonderful working with such an accommodating DJ. He was on top of the timeline and made everything run smoothly. Tom was absolutely fantastic! He did our ceremony and our reception and everything went absolutely flawless. We had ~140 people at our outside ceremony and no one had problems hearing us, and the setup was incredibly unobtrusive. He was also incredible nice and fun to work with, and made sure all questions were answered well before the day-of. Everyone at the reception commented on how great he was as well!! seriously, if you're looking for a fantastic DJ in the area, we can't recommend him enough.

Chris Monroe was amazing!! My family had him DJ my sisters wedding last year and we couldn’t have imagined anyone else for my wedding this past weekend. So easy to plan everything and easy going. Took on all request and my dance floor was full the entire night!! Guest raves about how great our DJ was. Thank you for such an amazing experience now twice :)

Our Dj did a great job! So personal and fun going. Slightly disappointed when walking down the aisle 2 songs were playing at once and it got messy. Dj also kept announcing my dads name incorrectly. Took away from the moment for sure. Overall fun company.

Had an absolutely amazing experience with this company!! From the second we booked them for our June wedding we were nothing but pleased. Our DJ Tom went above and beyond making sure our music selections were exactly the way we wanted them, allowed us to change and add things last minute and helped us through each important step on our special day while making sure we had everything we needed. This company and the amazing people working for them was the main reason our wedding went off without a hitch! I’ve also never been to a wedding where the DJ and Photobooth operators had so much fun with the guests, probably because I’ve never been to a wedding who’ve book these guys! My guests are still talking about how much fun they had a month later!! I highly recommend this company for all your wedding needs!

We were very happy with our decision to go with Black Tie for our wedding. We worked with Chris and he was able to take a small list of songs we wanted to play and expand it into a full playlist for the night that stuck to our tastes, stayed in the background during dinner, and filled the dance floor afterwards. He was a great announcer and did a "Shoe-lywed game" for us. We also had the magic mirror photobooth and a roving photobooth which was both fun for the guests and gave us a ton of awesome photos!

I don’t even know where to start! Every single thing was absolutely amazing! From the beginning Craig was so informative we knew right away that was our choice. Tom was so excited to do our wedding! Our meeting up to the wedding was a blast and we had so much fun getting to know him! Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and he made sure every detail was covered even if it wasn’t in his job description! Played great music the photo booth guys Vinnie was a blast as well made sure we got in the booth whenever we wanted and had so so many props. Craig and Tony were absolutely wonderful! No wonder they are the leaders in entertainment for events! Truly, Tony was loved by our guests and ourselves! Easy to work with and accommodating! They even helped choose songs for us.

Wow! We had chose Black Tie simply because our venue had recommended them, and since we were planning an out of state wedding, we just prayed they were right. Definitely was the best decision we made! Chris was amazing. He was very attentive with my husband and I the whole night, making sure we were ok and that we were having a good time. He was also very flexible with the song choice. After realizing that a few songs weren't going over so well, he changed the pace of the wedding and kept the dance floor stocked with people. All night I kept getting compliments of how much fun the reception was and how great Chris was. The next morning when I checked my phone, there was a text from him with a picture of our first dance attached. That, I thought, was a great touch. We would absolutely recommend Black Tie to anyone looking for a fun time at their reception!

I am thrilled with our choice to use Black Tie Productions. Chris was our DJ, and he did a fantastic job! He read the crowd and played music that kept people on the dance floor. The consultation I had with Chris before the wedding was so helpful. Chris really helped tie up the last of my details, and even brought up things I hadn't thought of yet. During the reception, Chris kept the whole night moving, and did it with such professionalism and class. I am so glad I chose Black Tie.

Not as gay friendly as they want you to believe they are. Our wedding was not taken seriously. When we sent our 6 pages of mistakes and stressful moments about the service to the owner he offered us a fraction of a refund in exchange for a non disclosure agreement and no reviews, which obviously we did not accept because we would like to get out that gay couples should steer away from this company. If you are thinking about using them I would recommend a preloaded ipod and a charismatic family member for those few special moments. Not only will you save $2300+ but you will also save stress. Every, and yes I mean every, little event of our night came with an issue because of the DJ service. We were interrupted minutes before the ceremony, our last minutes together while waiting for our signal to walk, because our DJ, Mike, didn't know what music to play for the ceremony. WHAT?? The ceremony is about to start and our people are lined up to walk, we went over it, its on the form, and you have a preloaded CD from your company with the songs on it and he still didn't know and still didn't start the exit song where he was supposed to. We were held up for the grand entrance, pushing food service back and the rest of the night back, because DJ didn't have the list of names of our bridal party with him so he is scrambling trying to get names as we are standing waiting to enter. Our first dance was botched as he started the song before we were even out there, he did not announce the people he was supposed to join so some people were out there on the floor without their dates-embarrassing! He stood in front of us during cake cutting making it hard for others to see. He mispronounced our last name every time. He used the wrong name for her dad. He told us we can't do our bouquet/bridal toss as we were out there with 30+ people and the music was playing so my wife took over. You don't do those things. We were scrambling or trying to recover or inconvenienced by our DJ at every little event. That doesn't even get in to things said to guests and their complaints, playing music on the do not play list, and not being able to get people on the floor dancing. Botched every special moment and made them chaotic and stressful. This is what happens when the DJ is not prepared and doesn't care about your day. If you do decide to use them I urge you to bring a printed copy of the ceremony and reception sheet that you spent hours on perfecting with details because they won't have it and will just be winging the night. You can't get your special day back and this company did not take our day seriously, but they took are money seriously. It was a joke to them but not to our 176 guests and my bride and myself. I would also recommend not going in the first meeting too nice. You'll be walked over. Mostly for gay couples, DO NOT use this service they won't value your wedding. You deserve better. You don't have to believe in gay marriage, but to front that you do to get business and then not perform is not acceptable. We even went through the company's forms with them, at their request, to help make them more universal and to attract gay/lesbian couples and make them comfortable. Silly us. We got used and taken advantage of. This service did not perform the quality service they claimed to have. Very much a let down and it will sting every anniversary to know most of the stress of our day was DJ related due to not caring about our day. We cared. We deserved better.

Tony did an amazing job for us on our wedding day. The dance floor was packed the ENTIRE ceremony and we had the absolute best party & night of our lives because of it. He was so genuinely nice & fun. He even drove some of my guests back to the hotel-who does that? How awesome! He was great when we ran short on time, by helping us adjust and change some things we had planned on doing. He really did a wonderful job and we were so happy to have him.

Chris was awesome! He was very attentive and the reception went very smooth. He kept it going all night. He always made sure the bride and groom were taken care of. He also came to me through out the night (mother of the bride). He was great!! I would recommend them.

Five stars are not enough! Black Tie was phenomenal from start to finish. Chris Monroe was our DJ and without him I don't want to think what my day would have been like.
