Their seamless transition from planning a local wedding to orchestrating a magical destination celebration in Cabo was truly remarkable and beyond our expectations. Lindsay’s creativity and visionary touch transformed our wedding into an enchanting, modern, and timeless event with Mexican flairs. She had the cutest ideas, from the personalized luggage tags for seating and food selection to the Himalayan salt glass seating chart, added unique touches that made our day unforgettable. The jaw-dropping florals, the charming table setup with Talavera plates, and the customized signage reflected her impeccable taste. Kathryn's dedication and meticulous coordination with vendors, including those with language barriers (being that it was a destination wedding), showcased her exceptional skills in ensuring every detail was perfect. They even sourced a donkey for our guests to interact with was one of the sweetest little surprise for our guests. Bliss Productions also planned our sunset dinner cruise the day after the wedding, which was one of our guests favorite parts of the weekend! Throughout the entire process, Lindsay and Kathryn showed to be the most amazing wedding planners, making our day run effortlessly. Their ability to handle hiccups (that inevitably happen) with grace and provide instant solutions without causing any worry for me as the bride was truly invaluable. Lindsay and the Bliss team planned us a wedding beyond our wildest dreams. Destination wedding planning is hard but Lindsay and Kathryn made everything easy. From vendor choices to narrowing down the color scheme and everything in between . Lindsay truly has an eye for design and it shows through in all her work. I remember my jaw dropping when I walked into our reception area. They took the mood board we put together and created the most beautiful, dreamy wedding I could have imagined. All of our guests raved all night (and still to this day) that our wedding was the best one they’d ever been to. There’s usually always something at a wedding you notice could be better but everything was truly spot on. The food was amazing, the ceremony was beautiful, the band was awesome, the florals were gorgeous, and the night flowed seamlessly and perfectly. Kathryn was incredibly organized and always had the answers. She made the day of so easy and took care of everything to make sure it all went smoothly and so Brandon and I could relax and enjoy our day. We had the night of our lives and are so grateful for them!!!

The team at Bliss Productions helped bring our vision to life. My husband and I had an idea of our dream wedding but didn't know where to begin. We called Bliss Productions to help execute this vision for us. From venues to rental options and vision boards, Katie would talk through it all with me, really taking note of my likes and dislikes. When Covid hit, we knew we would have to postpone. Lindsay was patient and understanding that out of the safety of our guests, we wanted to wait until 2021. So we hit the ground running in January for our May wedding. Fortunately, everything was already set on the vendor side, and the Bliss Team (Lindsay and Kathryn) supported us in making specific tweaks to our vision. While so much was still up in the air regarding guest count and what the day would actually look like, Lindsay maintained a calm and relaxed demeanor helping us work through the challenges as they came. Our wedding was absolutely stunning. Lindsay and Kathryn worked with us to execute it flawlessly and bring our vision to life.

Everything ran seamlessly, and it was so beautiful and memorable. All of your recommendations about the flowers, the band, the set up, the photographer and the food were wonderful. After a year of some of the most entertaining and fun phone calls for design board reviews I could possibly imagine, we sadly had to cancel our wedding due to Covid. Lindsay and her team were there for us through all of it. Not just as wedding planners, but as our friends. I felt truly supported by her every step of the way, and she is the first person I am going to call when we are planning our anniversary party. I cannot reccomend her enough. Hiring bliss productions is one of the best decisions I made during my wedding planning process. Lindsay and Katie were such a joy to work with and were so patient as I tried to figure out what I wanted for my wedding. I’m SO indecisive and they were able to help me narrow down my ideas and go through many different ideas over the 18 months I had to plan. They also have so much experience so it was nice to get opinions of what would work well and what wouldn’t in certain situations. I also planned the wedding from NYC and felt like I needed the extra help and they made it such an easy and fun process! I honestly don’t think I would have enjoyed the process as much without them. I also don’t think my day would have had as many personal touches and such a unique look that screamed “us.” My venue ended up changing in the middle of planning with the Malibu fires and the two of them didn’t miss a beat. Thank god I had them because they were able to get me my deposits back quickly and reassure me that it was going to be alright. This piece of mind that they would take care of everything was invaluable during the planning process. It didn’t seem to phase them at all dealing with a new venue especially particular owners. They were so positive and professional the entire time! It was also nice having someone always available to discuss small things like napkin colors with someone who cares and understands as much as you do! They were quick to respond and super flexible with planning phone meetings even with the time difference. I immediately felt comfortable with them when we first met—they are a good combo of easy going but also assertive in making sure that everything I wanted was taken care of or discussed. The day of I honestly did not worry about anything. Received a sweet text in the morning and then showed up to my venue decorated like a dream! They take care of everything and I was actually able to enjoy my day way more than I anticipated. Even afterwards, guests and I left stuff at the venue that Bliss picked up at the end of the night. Katie was nice enough to ship it to our guests’ individual addresses! I highly recommend them if you want to make your wedding planning process as stress-free as possible and fun!! I know I started out thinking I could do it all myself but planning a wedding is so much more complicated than I expected and I can’t even imagine how crazy it would have been without them. Highly recommend if you want a one of a kind day with the best team at your side!

As a perfectionist with a semi-formed vision and a desire to have a beautiful wedding and wonderful wedding planning experience, I set out to find the best planner. What I found was way more than that! From my first conversation with Lindsay, she was so warm, helpful and comforting. She immediately understood my vision and gave me confidence that we could make my dream wedding happen within my price range. To do my due diligence, I vetted close to 20 planners and planning companies, but all others paled in comparison to Bliss Productions. I was so happy to choose Bliss to help plan my wedding day! I actually do not have enough words to brag about Lindsay and Katie. The year leading up to our wedding they helped us with every single detail. Finding a venue, rental companies, flowers, photographers, videographers, design, music, food, cake, drinks-they did it all. I didn't have to talk to a vendor, negotiate a price, or follow up on anything, they took care of everything! In the weeks leading up to our wedding they made sure I wasn't stressed, and handled all my last minute changes with a smile. The weekend of our wedding they took care of every single detail. All of our friends and family were surprised at how relaxed I was, because I didn't have to worry about a thing! They oversaw all the set up, met all the vendors, and supervised all the tear down. They made sure I stayed on schedule, and our whole night went off absolutely perfectly. They handled any problems, and their only focus was making sure I was happy! If you are looking for coordinators who will help you discover your vision and help you achieve it, put their heart and soul into your wedding, and care as much as you do about every little detail-hire these wonderful ladies!!! I don't even have the words to describe how wonderful of an experience we had with Bliss Productions!! Throughout the entire planning process, they exuded kindness, sincerity, and professionalism. They balanced the ever-changing requests from myself and my family so admirably. For me, the flowers were the most important design element and Lindsay chose a floral vendor that matched my style and was able to take all aspects of my vision for the flowers and deliver something even better than I could have imagined. They were the most spectacular floral arrangements I have ever seen. We hired Katie and Bliss Productions to plan our wedding in October 2018 and they were absolutely fabulous!! I cannot say enough kind words! I started out having no idea what I wanted, mostly just a mish-mash of Pinterest pictures in my head. They led me to the most beautiful venue, The Villa, and I am forever thankful. I also used their referrals for the florist and photographer. Katie helped me every step of the way and was always available to me. She would send me different options for rentals (tables, chairs, linens, etc.) and would work with me until I made a decision. She even helped with tiny details like ribbons to wrap the napkins in. Lindsay and Katie went above and beyond for us. We are from Chicago and love Southern California. But it’s hard to plan a wedding across the country with a place we aren’t super familiar with. We definitely recommend going with Bliss Productions for your wedding planning services. My husband and I had a 200-person wedding in the Pacific Palisades in October. When we were first looking for a wedding planner, our main priority was to find a planner who had strong design chops. Thanks to Pinterest, I had some vague high-level ideas for the look I wanted to go with, but I knew myself well enough that we would need a lot of help to make the wedding look beautiful. Lindsay's background is in interior design and you could definitely tell from her prior work that she brought this experience into crafting beautiful magazine-worthy events. I just had a good feeling that Lindsay would be able to help us come up with a cohesive design vision and then execute on it. And I was right! Leading up to our big day, we were impressed with the service we got from Lindsay and Katie. Communicating with them was very easy throughout. We both have busy jobs and schedules, and Lindsay and Katie were always really flexible on the timing of our phone calls and emails, even late on weeknights. We really appreciated how willing they were to work with us. They recommended great vendors (especially loved the florist and the hair/makeup artist) and the different stages of planning were paced nicely over the year we spent planning. The detail of the design was really impressive; before starting our wedding planning journey, I didn't know I would be so invested in the style of the silverware at our reception! In the last several months leading up to our wedding when our timeline and guest list was changing by the minute, they were so patient and helpful. Lindsay was such a rockstar coordinating the day of the wedding and she was so on top of every minute of our timeline. Bliss Production's day-of team are definitely professionals, with walkie talkies to communicate the minute-by-minute details. At the end of the night when the shuttles were taking a while to load our guests, Lindsay was right there working with the drivers to stay on schedule. I have definitely been a guest at weddings where the lack of a day-of coordinator was obvious to everyone present. This was far from the case at our event. We actually had several guests who specifically commented on how well the flow of the night went. I feel very fortunate that our event went off without any major hitches. Most importantly, the wedding itself was more beautiful than I could have even imagined. At one point when our makeup artist was wrapping up, our photographer told her to stop by the reception area before she left the venue, because she wouldn't want to miss this beautiful set up. At that point I of course hadn't seen the reception area, but she was right; both the ceremony and reception areas took my breath away. All of our guests are still talking about how beautiful the wedding was weeks later. Every detail came together so nicely, even down to the lighting they chose for the ceremony (our ceremony took place right after sunset) and the reception room (the soft uplighting they used left such a romantic glow in the room). All in all, we had a great experience with Bliss Productions. I would definitely recommend them for your wedding, especially if you are like me and design is not your thing. You will not be disappointed!

You were the wedding planner for my daughter Marisa Pinchas's wedding to Josh Glucoft on October 13, 2018. My husband Dan and I would like to thank you for the wonderful job you did in making Marisa's wedding such a gorgeous, beautifully coordinated affair. Stepping into the reception area was like entering a fairy tale world. The flowers were gorgeous and added to the enchantment along with the beautiful table settings and the draped windows, not to mention the beautiful chuppah design for the ceremony. All the events flowed so well and came off without a hitch. So many people came up to me to say how gorgeous everything looked, how this was the most beautiful wedding they'd ever attended, and how smoothly everything came together. And thank you for so efficiently handling the many boxes of umbrellas my daughter bought that, thankfully we didn't need, but that had to be loaded on the bus at the end of the evening. Lindsay and her team at Bliss Productions are the best! We brought them in pretty late in the game but I am so glad that we did! First and foremost, I highly appreciated how organized she was and how fast she got back to me on all of my many questions and concerns. She did a great job in making sure that my vendors had everything that they needed and contacting them when I just did not have the time! My husband and I got married at a separate location and it was super important to us that everything was set up and on time by the time that our guests got to our reception site. Little did I know the things that were going to happen that day. We ended being an ENTIRE HOUR behind schedule due to some family members running late but Lindsay and Katie stayed at our reception site to make sure that everything was okay there because some of our guests would be showing up way earlier than we would. She worked with the caterer and the rest of our vendors flawlessly to make sure that they accounted for this crazy delay. By the time we got there she not only had food and wine waiting for us in the bridal suite but she also made sure that the little details, such as getting our photographer to come in and take pictures of everything before people started coming in, were taken care of fast and efficiently. She was so calm throughout the whole process that it definitely helped to put my nerves at ease. Thank you Katie and Lindsay for everything that you did! My husband and I got married in an Indian-Christian ceremony in Newport Beach, California on September 21, 2018 at the Pelican Hill Resort. We used the services of Bliss Productions, owned by Lindsay Wiggins. Let me tell you, this amazing wedding planner and her team are worth their weight in gold! During our wedding planning, we lived in Michigan and needed the help of a wedding planner to plan a wedding from across the country. We researched wedding planners in the OC area, and from the very first phone call with Lindsay, I just felt like she just ‘got me’ and my vision, even throwing out cool ideas and possibilities even from the very first phone call (which I loved and was so impressed)! Additionally, Lindsay and her team are some of the sweetest people we had ever met. They were more than willing to bend over backwards for their clients, and Lindsay and her team truly make you feel like they care about making your big day special! Working with Lindsay was incredibly easy. You get that one-of-a-kind boutique service that is extremely personalized. Lindsay and her team were always available for calls, even with the big difference in time zones, and responded to emails in a timely manner- many times even within an hour or two. Bliss Productions has many contacts in and around orange county, whether it be for venues or vendors, so we felt like we always had a lot of options. Their recommendations were always on-point, with vendors who were well-known and with excellent reviews. If something was out of our price range she would either negotiate, or look elsewhere, often coming up with even better plans or designs. Also, I really appreciated Lindsay’s organization. My husband and I have extremely busy work schedules, so it was great that she was able to keep us on top of deadlines. Throughout the wedding day, Lindsay and her team stayed behind the scenes but were always near-by in case of any questions or problems. I can't say enough wonderful things about Lindsayand Katie. They were hands down one of the BEST decisions Ryan and I made regarding our wedding. Being a couple for nearly 10 years, engaged for over 2.5 years, hosting nearly 300 of our closest family & friends, and planning a California wedding from Chicago, the bar was set extremely high for an already momentous occasion! We researched and only considered the top wedding planners/coordinators we could find. On our initial phone conversation with Lindsay, she was genuinely warm, kind-hearted and personable, yet exuded the highest levels of professionalism, creativity, organization and expertise we were looking for in a coordinator. Throughout our year long process, Lindsay and Katie continuously kept in great contact, providing us with the ideal amount of email updates and phone conferences that kept us up to date without feeling bombarded, stressed or overwhelmed. And even though they had many other clients who kept them busy as well, they always made us feel like we were the only priority. I know I brought a number of challenges to the table since I am a very particular ("perfectionist") and had big hopes and dreams for our wedding, but wasn't the best in communicating or showcasing my "vision." Lindsay, Katie and the Bliss team ensured everything was timely, ran smoothly, and flawlessly executed. They were both so extremely sweet and thoughtful enough to always ask how we were doing/feeling - making sure we were all smiles all day. They also managed to help Ryan pull off a special surprise late-night snack that I thought we had to remove from the reception (due to budget limitations)! I'm not sure how they managed to do it all, but it was sheer magic! They took such great care of us from start to finish, and we are eternally grateful for all of their hard work and efforts in creating the most gorgeous and memorable wedding day for Ryan and I. I found Bliss Productions on The Knot. When I spoke to Lindsay over the phone she already sounded heart warming and welcoming over the phone, like she really enjoyed doing her job. We booked her without meeting her in person or video chat, that's how confident I was in choosing her as my wedding planner. It wasnt until a few months before the wedding when I had my food tasting with the venue did I get to meet her in person and she was all smiles and genuinely happy for me. My mom was complaining why I wasted so much money on hiring a full wedding planner when she could just help me instead. I knew if I got my mom or relative involved we would fight, I rather have a wedding professional whose been in the industry that knows what their doing and Lindsay did not disappoint. Oh the day of the wedding her and her team put together an amazing wedding for me stress free and she even help me during my outfit changes for the bride and groom, and father daughter dance. She took care of me the whole night of the wedding and helped my family load all my personal belongings after the wedding. It wasnt until the day of the wedding did I finally prove to my mom that hiring Bliss Productions was worth it. I had to step back for a moment while I was dancing on the dance floor to fully enjoy the whole night of my wedding, my guests were happy, my dinner tables looked amazing, and the DJ put on a good show. I wasnt that girl who dreamed of weddings since they were little so I'm glad I had Lindsay who was there to guide me and we made such a great team. I'm very hands on and picky but the whole wedding process was an ease with Lindsay. Lindsay and Katie were absolutely flawless to work with. I am extremely picky and very hands on and the type to always be nervous in making sure everything is perfect down to the smallest detail. They totally crushed it out the ball park and alleviated all stress I had. They were able to execute my vision better than I had envisioned myself. I would like to think I have great taste in pairing things and even things they suggested that I was initially unsure about ended up looking spectacular. Anytime I had any question, either of the two responded within hours if not minutes. They also always called to make sure I was comfortable with the details and plans. Even things that we were panicking about two days before, they were doing everything they could to help. Come day of, I’m not joking when I say this, my jaw dropped when I saw all of the decor and everything come together. I was shocked. I’m very hard to please and being a blogger, i expected everything to be picture perfect. I was so overwhelmed with joy and happiness that I had to excuse myself from the dance floor while we were dancing to take it all in. I remember walking to the corner and looking up and around at everything just smiling and feeling soo happy/content/satisfied. Again, I’m not joking when I say that it takes a lot to please me. I’ve never been so shook off something ever in my entire life. I don’t ever get mushy or fantasize (I’m a super realistic, practical, outlook kind of girl) and I said to myself... “I literally feel like Cinderella right now. I feel like a princess.” I don’t think those words will ever come out my mouth ever again nor did I ever think anything was ever capable of making me utter those words to myself to begin with. Lindsay is amazing at what she does and she was like a second fairy wedding mother to me during this process. I highly recommend her cause she and her team really know what they’re doing.

I knew when I planned to have a wedding in Malibu while living in Texas that I would need a local planner to help me. After my first conversation with Lindsay, I was confident that my wedding was in good hands. She understood and supported my vision, budget, and expectations. had my wedding at the Montage Laguna Beach and Lindsay helped my plan the perfect wedding. Every detail went off amazingly. She understood I did not want the traditional wedding and came up with fun and different ideas to make it more of a party than a wedding reception which is exactly what I wanted. She was also amazing at staying within a budget and still getting everything we wanted. We could not have pulled off this wedding without her!

I was a very hands off bride so having Lindsay was a must have for a family that had no wedding planning experience. I hired her to care for me about the details I didn't give two seconds to and that's what she did. We hired her with almost 2yrs of planning time so once she helped us find some of the big vendors that book up early (venue, caterer, photographer), we didn't chat much until I think about 6-9months before the big day. She was always available and flexible to our working schedule and is great at dealing with the difficult bride/mother-of-the-bride dynamic ("my wedding, her day!"). She is loved by all of her vendors which is great when you want something they don't typically deliver and most gave us a small discount based on our relationship with her. It's hard to call out examples of what she did specifically that day because I never had to go looking for her to point out a missing piece, mistake or people bugging me. I hired Lindsay as the month of coordinator for my daughter's wedding. She is absolutely delightful and efficient to work with. She kept us in track with details such as guest seating, venue table arrangements, linen selection, D.J. songs etc...
