For example, officiant called me 30 minutes before the ceremony started to tell me she was lost. She really should have contacted the venue well BEFORE the event to ascertain exactly where to go. At the very least, she should have contacted the venue directly to get proper directions. Officiant asked during cocktail about using images on her website, and continued to ask despite our making it clear that we wanted to keep images private. Not a really big deal, just a little strange.
