This ensures that style expectations can be met and to ensure that the day of the wedding, someone during your consultation is on site. Cady took lead for your hair and Ming took lead for makeup services. At any salon, some stylists are proficient in up-do’s, some stylist are proficient in braiding, some stylists are proficient in coloring….I try to ensure that during a consultation, I have stylists with a variety of skills available to ensure that the look you would like can be achieved. I wish that you would have brought to my attention that you were nervous about the day of services. We could have discussed expectations to ensure that there would be no worries. Regarding the day of wedding services, I had the bar reserved from 9:00am until 12:00pm allowing for set up if needed for your bridal party and extra time added to the end as a just in case. We had the bar decorated for the celebration and mimosas for your bridal party to enjoy. Your services started at 9:30 and we had 4 guests scheduled. My bar is split with mirrors down the middle and I made sure to have your entire party reserved to one side of the salon. The other side would be able to take guests if booked. I had another stylist scheduled and she only took 1 appointment during the 3 hour block, the other apt she had scheduled was cancelled the day prior. In order to block out the entire salon, there is a $900 minimum which is stated on our Bridal Menu Guide that I emailed to you on March 14th. That minimum is set to help compensate stylist that are scheduled and not able to take guests due to the block. I am sorry that you thought that I would be able to close the entire salon for your services but we did not discuss this as an option and the services totals did not meet the minimum. I am sorry that you did not enjoy your experience referenced in the rating you provided. I was on site the day of your bridal service just to make sure that you and your bridal party would be happy with their appointments. I wish that any concerns were bought to my attention so that I could have helped to ease any frustrations.
