Five Stars seriously doesn't feel like enough. I'm an introverted bride with an introverted groom. Weddings tend to be rather social events, and you can see how that could be an issue. I was honestly terrified to start my planning process. Then I met Margaret at Bloom & Bower. She is amazing at what she does. She is amazing with planning. She is amazing with decorations. She is amazing with communication. But, most of all, she is amazing with people. My husband and I felt like a priority during the entirety of our planning. I could text or email her at any time and always get a response quickly. She was kind and informative and never made me feel like a bother! When we were planning the timeline of our day, she even scheduled breaks throughout the course of the day. Prioritizing our mental health, our social battery, and our experience. But, most importantly, Margaret kept our love for each other at the center of the wedding. Something so simple, but something that is so often overlooked in the details and hectic timeline of a wedding day. It was a day that felt like ours. It was about us, and I will always remember it that way thanks to the thought and attention of Margaret. We are truly grateful to Bloom & Bower for giving us such a beautiful wedding. I will sing the praises of their staff (shoutout to Grace--she was amazing!) forever. Five stars, no notes, highly recommend.

Everything was perfect, the venue toom care to setup and tear down decorations, offered dining service rental for a very affordable rate, price was extremely reasonable for the services offered. We were a little bewildered by the day of planning and the owners helped guide us through every step. All we had to do day of was enjoy our wedding, and we did.

Margaret and Thomas and their staff were absolutely wonderful. I would urge everyone on the edge to 100% pick Bloom and Bower to host your wedding or event. Communication with both us and our vendors was incredible and made the whole process super easy. She was also a rockstar on our wedding day helping handle everything. We would do it all over again in a heartbeat!

I could write an entire essay on how great our wedding was, all thanks to Bloom & Bower. I did not have anything to worry about leading into wedding day, Margaret took care of keeping in contact with the vendors, setting up a timeline, and keeping me sane. We are still constantly hearing amazing things about our wedding and how great everything was. The decorations were amazing, the staff was awesome, the wedding at the gazebo was beautiful, and Bloom & Bower truly made it a night that we will never forget. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Bloom & Bower! From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by the venue’s stunning beauty. The real highlight, however, was the incredible team behind it. The owners and staff are some of the most humble, caring, and personable people you’ll ever meet. Margaret, who officiated our wedding, was phenomenal! She guided us through every step of the planning process, making it so easy to choose décor from their amazing closet full of options. Seriously, the selection is jaw-dropping! She also provided invaluable recommendations for vendors, checking in regularly to ensure we felt supported and confident. When unexpected rain threatened our outdoor plans, the staff jumped into action, setting up a tent at the last minute. Their commitment to making our day perfect was evident throughout. We couldn't feel more grateful. After the festivities, we enjoyed a cozy night at the bed and breakfast on-site, complete with a delicious breakfast catered just for us the next morning. The staff setup and teardown for you. This meant we could truly relax and enjoy every moment of our day, with zero stress! Thomas and Margaret were fantastic to work with! We were planning from Hawaii originally, and then while moving/living with our respective parents, and they were able to do most things virtually for us so we didn’t have to worry about booking flights for all of the meetings. But they were also able to work with my crazy desire to do a tropical wedding in a barn in Ohio, and it looked fantastic! On the day of, we had no stress (I was sitting around wondering what I should be doing because I didn’t have anything to do). And when someone accidentally spilled liquor on my dress, Margaret was able to get out all of the visible spots to save the sunset pictures. We had a fantastic day, and all of the guests were impressed, too!

There are not enough words to describe our experience with Margaret, Thomas, and the rest of the Bloom & Bower staff! My partner and I had been engaged for a while and had given up on planning a wedding until we were invited to a friends wedding at Bloom & Bower. We met Margaret and Thomas that night and we instantly knew this was the place for us! From start to finish, Margaret was there to answer every phone call, text, and email that I sent her way. She was there with all the right recommendations for vendors. She created a timeline for how the day was going go and was very open to any little details we wanted to change. She was always in our corner the entire time and she made our wedding day absolutely perfect. We feel like we made a friend throughout our experience with Bloom & Bower and we truly cannot thank everyone involved enough!!

We had an amazing experience with Bloom & Bower as our wedding venue. Margaret, the Venue Manager and Event Coordinator, was professional, thoughtful, and courteous. She provided excellent recommendations and clear guidance throughout the planning process. The venue also offers a wide variety of decor options, allowing you to customize the look and feel of your wedding day. Every potential issue was anticipated in advance, ensuring that everything went smoothly. Staying at the BnB with our wedding party later that night was a wonderful way to relax and unwind after the day’s events. We highly recommend Bloom & Bower to any couple looking to get married in the area!

Literally speechless! The venue is phenomenal! We received so many compliments all night, and it was very accommodating to all of our guest! The Airbnb was amazing and kept our close friends and family entertained waiting for the wedding the start! Margaret even came in and grabbed a cricket that snuck inside with her bare hands 😂 now that’s service! The staff was truly amazing when i tell you i didn’t lift a single finger the day of my wedding i am so serious! Everyone was so friendly and helpful and made the day run so smoothly! I don’t think i could’ve done my wedding day without margaret by my side. she eased my worries, made sure i was hydrated and always had a smile on her face! Everytime something unexpected would pop up she would jump into action and resolve the issue! i am seriously so thankful we chose this venue and will recommend it to everyone i come across!! I would give this place a million stars if i could!

I cannot express the lengths margaret, tom and their whole team will go to make sure your wedding day is not only beautiful but that everything that you may have not have even thought about is already figured out. Margaret was made to do this job and she makes it look effortless! Me and my husband traveled from metro detroit to have our wedding at bloom & bower because we knew from the moment we saw the venue and met Margaret that this was it. Having the bed and breakfast on site was amazing as well, it was so nice being able to spend time with close family after the wedding ended and get to enjoy the amenties the property offered. If you have any doubt about having your wedding here, please rest assured as Margaret told me numerous times during planning and the day of our wedding they got you, and they truly do. We cant wait to celebrate our anniversary at the bed and breakfast.

Bloom and Bower is the place to marry your significant other/best friend/confidant. We selected Tom & Margaret Hunt and their beautiful property as the location which we celebrated our wedding with all our friends and family. The accommodations are amazing we felt so fortunate to be there. Their staff is incredibly friendly and were so supportive during our entire event. Bloom and Bower is a hidden piece of paradise in rural Ohio that has so much charm, character, and beauty. As a couple we loved the backdrop the property provided for pictures. Our guests enjoyed roaming the grounds and exploring. Tom & Margaret Hunt really take pride in their wedding venue and have the skill set to make every couple feel at home, relaxed, and give them the best celebration anyone could ever dream of. Margaret is the queen of coordination and wedding planning. She took on the role as our wedding planner/coordinator her experience and expertise in this field calmed our anxiety about the details and decisions that needed to be made. With Margaret we knew nothing was going to be missed. We had our ceremony and reception at Bloom & Bower. We also stayed the night in the “Glamping Tent” during our wedding night. It was such a fun experience to be tucked away on the property in a fully furnished, completely comfortable, and private space. Also on site is a beautiful barn style structure that a group of our guests stayed in after the reception concluded. All of the spaces were thoroughly enjoyed by us and our guests. The amenities were plentiful and everyone nothing but the best compliments of Bloom & Bower. We highly recommend Bloom & Bower to anyone searching for a wedding venue. It will be one of the best decisions you make when planning your wedding.

It’s taken me a long time to put into words how we felt about our wedding day here at Bloom & Bower. Everything leading up to the big day was wonderful. The planning and coordination along with the use of the decor closet etc, was all perfect. The disasters came on our wedding day which looking back the biggest thing we learned is that this venue just does not work for anything but perfect weather. We unfortunately had rain, wind and cold for our October wedding. The layout of the venue was not properly set up to have a successful reception for all vendors. Our food was cold due to the winds and there being no good spot for the caterer to keep the food out of the wind. Our guests out on the patio were cold and many left prior to the reception starting. The door to the barn had to be closed so the inside guests were warm which led to myself and husband feeling very disconnected from our guests outside. They couldn’t see us and we couldn’t see them. The DJ was also set under the awning which made it difficult to fully interact with everyone. Our guests told us they were asked to help move chairs and tables when transforming the dance floor. This was a huge disappointment considering how we paid for extra BB staff to assist with these things. The barn felt very cramped for the amount of people inside which left a very minimal spot to dance and some awkward photos/angles. I also think things would have gone smoother if we picked vendors that the venue has worked with in the past. There were several issues with communication as the day was going on between my photographer, Margaret and the bridal party. Things did not go or feel to have gone smoothly for the amount of prep and work I had done. Overall this is a gorgeous venue but I truly think it is for smaller weddings 80 and under, along with only good weather.

Book this venue, you don’t have to look any further!! It will be hard to put in words how much of a blessing Bloom & Bower has been to us but I’ll try my best by listing a few of the things we loved most about it: - Day of coordination: no matter how thorough you plan, unexpected things happen both leading up to the big day and the day of. Margaret, Tom, and staff literally BEND OVER BACKWARDS to put out any fires and make sure everything runs smoothly. - Decor: Bloom & Bower has an extensive supply of decor, linens, tables, etc to save you literal thousands on your big day. And it saves you the trouble of reselling a bunch of items after the wedding. - Alcohol: This venue allows you to bring your own alcohol. Most venues make you pick through expensive packages that don’t even have exactly what you want. They also have a bartender on staff!!! - Comforting environment: I wanted people to have FUN at my wedding. I wanted people to laugh, dance, play games, make memories. And that’s exactly what this venue provides. Yard games for kids and to bring people together. Cozy sitting areas for the introverts. Inviting dance floor. Absolutely stunning gardens. You will want to live here. - The night of: they have both a bed&breakfast and a glamping tent on site. My husband and I stayed in the lovely tent and then we offered the b&b barn to our entire wedding party. This was a huge convenience for everyone! - And so much more!!! Planning a wedding is beyond stressful and booking with Bloom and Bower is going to make it so that you can simply breathe and enjoy the most important day to your life.

I have one word to describe Margaret, Tom, & staff: phenomenal. From the very first day that we met Margaret, we felt so welcomed and at home. She was an incredible planner (I didn’t have to do anything, which was great), a great communicator (emails answered within a day, even on nights or weekends), and insanely flexible. The grounds, decorations, and setup was gorgeous. We let Margaret have pretty much full reign over everything, and she somehow nailed everything and knew exactly what we were looking for. We also invited our two dogs to be in the wedding. We asked if she had a staff member who could release them during their moment (which she 100% did not have to do). Her husband, Tom, was ready and willing. He worked with our dogs beforehand to make sure they were comfortable with him, listened to our tips for them, and chased one of our dogs around who just did not want to walk up the aisle. He never left them alone and made sure that they made it up to us (which, again, did not have to do). The staff was incredibly attentive; from the moment we arrived, they greeted us and asked what they could help us with. They set everything up where we asked, and tore everything down at the end of the night. We hardly had to lift a finger. If I could, I would have a complete redo of the day just to work with the lovely staff at Bloom & Bower. Everyone involved made our day so special, and we absolutely cannot thank them enough.

Seriously could not have ask for a better experience! Margaret was placed on this earth to do this job and she does it exceptionally well! Made the best day of our lives that much more special!

This is the hidden gem of wedding venues. The price INCLUDES much of what other venues charge extra for. The well manicured indoor/outdoor environment is the perfect country backdrop. Friendly staff that tends to your every need like royalty. You will love working with Margaret and Thomas!

My Husband and I couldn't have picked a better place for our wedding! The Owners and their employees were amazing to work with and took the planning and "day of" stress away. The venue and Bed & Breakfast are absolutely lovely and have so many unique features for guests to enjoy. We had a wonderful experience with Bloom & Bower. Tom & Margaret were always there and available to answer any questions throughout the process, I may have asked some multiple times and they were so patient. I couldn't imagine the wedding day going any smoother than it did, Margaret kept everyone in check (vendors, guests, party) and made sure to let me know that she will address any of my issues if they arise. Margaret & Tom are just absolutely incredible, from helping out with all the planning, to giving advice with the timeline, and vendor recommendations, & the attention to every detail. Our wedding experience was what we dreamed of and more because of Bloom and Bower! Staff is so kind, attentive and help make the day flow! Margaret is a fantastic wedding coordinator! She is very thorough with planning, making sure she captured every detail! She wanted to know our likes and dislikes, sense of style everything to help not only make sure we had the wedding of our dreams, But to also make the process of planing easier for us as well! I loved the fact she has a room just dedicated to decore, center pieces, swags, floral, center pieces and more! Did I mention they set up and take down!! Right there is a bonus it self! They have an on-site Bed and Breakfast with all amenities and more with plenty of rooms for either your family to stay the nite before your big day or just the newlyweds. Our experience was over the top! I will 100% recommend Bloom & Bower for any occasion!

I highly recommend Bloom and Bower! I booked them for my October wedding and I can't explain how helpful Margaret and Tom are! I had issues with my hair and makeup artist 3 weeks before my wedding and they helped me find Alexis Fortney at the last minute! We've had so many compliments from our guests and we keep getting told it is the best wedding they've ever been to! If your currently looking to book an event you've found the perfect place!

I just want to give a shout out to the amazing venue that we used. Bloom & Bower is a great location. Not only is it a great location but the owners are amazing as well. Margaret did an amazing job keeping me from going insane and making sure everything went smooth. I would 10/10 recommend this place for any occasion. They are also a B&B so even a nice weekend get away ❤️❤️❤️

My wedding was perfect because of bloom and bower the staff was amazing and did a amazing job a setting stuff up with me being the bride all I had to do that day was get myself ready they did all the decorations and setting up everything it was amazing I would highly recommend this place to anyone

Absolutely loved this venue! It was perfect, beautiful and exactly what we wanted! They were on top of literally everything we wanted/needed.

Our wedding was a dream come true and it was 100% because Tom, Margaret and the amazing staff at Bloom & Bower. From our first meeting with them, to our decoration consultation, to set up the day of - we were constantly impressed with Margaret's wedding planning experience and attention to detail. She executed my vision perfectly and made my wedding day run flawlessly. Tom even helped my husband attempt to jump start one of our guest's car after the ceremony. You seriously will not find a better venue - or better people - in NW OH. :)

This venue is just absolutely amazing. We booked under Sarah and Mike, had our small wedding ceremony with them in 2020, and then had our vow renewal ceremony and reception in 2021 with Tom and Margaret. Both teams of crews were just so helpful and were 1000 percent competent in running our special days. They were so helpful in planning beforehand and also during our days. Tom even ran to the grocery store mid-reception to grab more ice and alcohol for us when we ran out quicker than we expected. The value for this venue is incredible and so much is included when you book here. ​They have so many decorations and cute signs and decor that we felt like we didn't have to buy a ton. All of our guests commented on how gorgeous the scenery and venue space is here and we felt so well taken care of. Parking was just across the street. We also stayed in the Barn the night of our reception and had a fantastic stay and one of the best bbreakfasts we've had in a long time (complete with local farm bacon!). If you decide on this venue for your event, you will not be disappointed, I can assure you of that!

Bloom and Bower was absolutely amazing throughout our entire process. From planning the timeline, decorating consults, the rehearsal and finally the big event they were on top of everything. The grounds are beautiful and spacious. The suite in the barn is wonderful to get ready in on the big day and then end your wedding night in also. They also have a wonderful decorations to choose from on site to add to your big day!

Margaret and Tom were wonderful! They helped walk us through every step of planning and were always willing to answer our many, many questions. Margaret has a wonderful eye for detail and design; she helped us transform our vague ideas into a beautiful set-up. They really went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect. They even found someone to pick up and deliver our reception food when there was a mix-up with the restaurant. This venue is an amazing value!

Margaret and Tom were amazing! When our DJ called the night before our wedding to say he was in the hospital and couldn’t make it, Margaret was calling everyone she could think of to find us another. The venue is beautiful beyond words with so many cute spots for pictures. Their staff was so helpful and kind. I have nothing negative to say about this venue!

This venue went above and beyond our expectations! Sarah and Mike were so accommodating to our needs and provided the “all inclusive” feel for the best price around. The setting was absolutely beautiful for our mid October wedding. Our guests haven’t stopped talking about how perfect the whole weekend was. We are so happy we chose this venue for our big day. I had an amazing wedding day thanks to this venue, and the owners. I love Sarah and Mike and appreciate all the work they did for us. I love that I got to stop by the venue quite often so that I felt comfortable there on my bid day. The breakfast they cooked for us the day of and the day after our wedding were awesome.
