We found Renee on Instagram, we were a bit skeptical as Renee had just started doing coordinating on her own fairly recently before we hired her. However, from our first meeting she absolutely amazed us and we could tell she was gonna be perfect. Leading up to the wedding, she was very communicative with us and with our vendors. She helped our wedding day go so smoothly and seamlessly took care of everything we needed. She was truly a rockstar and thought of everything. She made us feel comfortable and confident that our wedding day was going to go smooth. From set up to tear down she was AMAZING. I still can’t believe it, we had a lot of amazing vendors but Renee truly stood out to us. Even our guests and family members complimented her skills I will be recommending her to everyone I know. She exceeded all expectations and is so worth every penny we paid for her. Hire Renee you will not regret it♥️ Thank you Renee

Rennee was the perfect day of coordinator for my wedding. She got involved months ahead of time and I wish I would have booked her way sooner. Renee was excellent for keeping our day on track, setting up and tearing down our personal decor, and keeping the small details in mind to make our day great. During our pre-wedding meetings she helped us consider features and flows that allowed our guests to have the best experience.
Day of, Renee made sure that our guestbooks saw good use, that we didn’t miss anything we curated for the day (using the sticker vendor machine, getting our silhouettes done, etc), that we had plenty to eat and she even had our signature drinks ready for us as we exited the ceremony.
She set up the spaces with minimal guidance and really brought all of our personal touches together. Renee worked well with our other vendors to keep things moving so the timeline didn’t drag too much, even when I needed to take an unexpected break during cocktail hour. We really appreciated that she noted that one of our vendors was stressing us out and intercepted to resolve it immediately.
I cannot imagine throwing a wedding with as much going on as we did and not having a coordinator, and I’m so glad we hired Renee specifically.

She stays actively involved during the whole process and is knowledgeable. She brings the calmness you need when planning a wedding. Renee helped us find vendors, kept us on track during planning, created a schedule for the day, communicated with our vendors and made everything run smoothly. She has an answer to all of your questions and a solution to all of your concerns. I’m so glad we found her to help coordinate our Long Beach wedding.

We can't say enough positive things about Renee! She made our wedding so stress free and easy - we truly didn't worry about any of the details leading up to our wedding and our day ran so smoothly! We did her "Purely Management" and met with her twice before the day to go over details and do a walk through of our space. On the day of, it was so nice to not have to worry about everything getting set up especially since our space needed a flip between the ceremony and reception. She also did a great job packing up everything at the end and coordinating with our families to make sure everything made it to the right place.
