They touched up hair and makeup on people who had it done earlier in the day as well. They were both so easy to chit chat with while getting ready and added to the fun that day. She was also incredibly efficient and quick, while still providing a personal experience for each bridal party member. Our hair lasted all night too! Bloom Beauty Parlor not only did an incredible job the day of, but also was easy to work with since the moment I inquired. They have great communication, excellent planning and are happy to answer any questions along the way. the salon because she’s so amazing (and I didn’t even realize she worked there lol). So together with Zoe & Sam - we had a killer hair & makeup team. We had 10 ladies getting their hair done and Zoe & Sam CRUSHED it. My mom even went to see Zoe in advance of our day to do a hair trial and she did an amazing job to find a new and special way to make my mom feel beautiful, even though she has a pixie cut. Sam was so particular that I was asking her to fit my baby hairs up until the minute she was ready to leave and she never rushed or made me feel like I was being over the top. She wanted everything to be perfect and I cannot even express how much that helped me manage all the stress of the morning of our day. Sam was incredibly responsive and thorough the entire time during our planning process. She and Zoe were on time ready to rock and roll on our wedding day and the two of them fit in so well with my insane family. It made the morning getting ready that much more fun!

he salon itself is beautiful and they allowed us to occupy space near the front of the salon for my bridal party, their things, and food since we were having services over lunchtime. My bridesmaids and mom got beautiful hair & makeup services done and the best part is they were able to provide services for an additional bridesmaid that wanted makeup. The negative is that the salon seemed to be overbooked. When we arrived for our appointment it was already a packed house with most of the salon chairs occupied and other appointments continued coming in and out throughout our scheduled time. We already had a large party with 7 hair appointments scheduled and 4 makeup. It was pretty congested in the salon and our appointment was begun late. We were set for 12:15-3:15 with a 15 min buffer in hopes to be done by 3:30 latest. My hair & makeup (the bride) was completed at 3:48. I can’t recall if hairspray was used after curling and the curls that were done at the back of my hair (earlier in the appointment before makeup) had all fallen out before my wedding ceremony had even begun which is unfortunate. I do wish I had spoke up and asked to be started earlier in our scheduled time frame as it felt rushed. Even if I did have an issue with anything, there was no le-way time to fix it. The front of my hair was really pretty and the hair vine and braid were also beautiful. I just wished the curls would’ve hung out at least a little longer. I’m not sure the back ones made it into any photos outside the salon. The front pieces did because they were re-curled right before I left. I’m sure the humidity and heat of the day played a roll. I’m a little bummed. About a month prior to my wedding, I changed my appointment to add my mom and they seemed stressed about adding an additional person because of having so many appointments scheduled outside of ours but they were able to add her. I’m not sure if maybe things would’ve been a bit smoother if they would’ve just told me no to adding another person for hair & makeup then. I could’ve had her go somewhere else instead. When I initially picked the timeframe for our services I gave my best guess as I booked it around 5 months in advance of the wedding. I was told it could be adjusted when I knew better what time exactly I would need to be done but when I went to make that adjustment about a month prior to the wedding we ran into the scheduling issue of already having a bunch of other appointments scheduled before / during ours. I do wish bloom had left a little bit more leeway or called me when they needed a firm end services time so we could make sure there was enough time beforehand to get everyone done. Getting done late messed up our photo schedule at the venue unfortunately.
