Jaci truly made our day run so smoothly and she helped our floral vision come to life for our wedding! Jacci made our day a fairy tale come true. The flowers and decor were beyond beautiful. We had a picture of what we wanted it to look like and she made it even better. She had everything planned down to the second. Jacci saved the day when the bakery that was hired to do the wedding cake, was a no show. She was able to get us a DJ very last minute when the band couldn’t MC the ceremony. And got us in touch with the most amazing photographer. There was not one detail that she over looked. She even made sure my husband and I got a few minutes here and there to be alone and take everything in. I would hire Jacci and her crew again in a heartbeat. And would recommend her to everyone.

Working with Jaci was truly one of the best decisions we made about our entire wedding -- I cannot say enough good things about Bloom Designs! Jaci helped us plan and did floral design for our wedding celebration at our family cabin - she helped us answer so many tricky planning questions that come with hosting a wedding on private property, and having her as our day-of coordinator in addition to all the planning help allowed us to actually enjoy our big day more and not worry about logistics and timing (and a million other things!). The flowers and design choices embodied exactly what we wanted - we always felt listened to and like she had our best interests at heart. Thank you Jaci for all of your help!!

I can’t say enough positive things about Jaci and her work! We went with Bloom for our floral for our wedding and we are so happy with how everything ended up turning out. We had a few meetings prior to the wedding day and after those, I was confident that Jaci understood my vision for the day. She also made great and honest suggestions on areas to save vs. splurge. In the end, all of the bouquets, boutonnieres, table arrangements, and mantle garland/arrangements were so beautiful and wonderfully fragrant. We couldn’t be happier with how things turned out!

Working with Jaci was phenomenal! I had initially planned on creating my own florals but decided I didn't want the stress of doing so with so many other things to worry about the week of the wedding. Jaci was quick to respond and her quote included an entire vision board (that even has photos of your actual wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses) which was so helpful to see all of the different pieces and how they'll come together and look as a whole. She also didn't try to talk me into things that I was choosing to skip like boutonnières. Instead, she worked with my budget and we talked through various options/aesthetics to make sure we were on the same page. She was friendly and quick with set up the day of (on her birthday weekend, too!) and everything looked perfect. She had leftover greenery and even offered to use it to line my aisle and add to our signage. If I would've known she also offered planning services, I probably would have hired her for that, too!

I have nothing but AMAZING things to say about Jaci and her team at Bloom Designs. We hired Jaci as our month-of coordinator and it was the easily the best decision we made throughout the entire planning process. Wedding planning can be overwhelming and stressful, but Jaci made us feel supported through it all and answered our MANY questions. My husband and I felt comfortable with her immediately, which was important to us. She was personable, down-to-earth and we felt like we could truly be ourselves. There are many things we appreciated about Jaci, but what meant the most to us was that she asked US questions about how we wanted our day to go and she happily made it ALL happen- even the little things. She asked questions we hadn't even thought of but made all the difference - because she is truly an expert at what she does. When it was the day of the wedding, in the midst of the chaos, I knew I could go to Jaci and she would make me feel relaxed- not only becuase she had everything under control, but because she had a calming sense to her. She kept the day moving along seemlessly and on-schedule. After we said, "I do", Jaci even went out of our way to get my husband and I our favorite cocktails from the bar (which were not included in our alcohol package). So thoughtful and special. Looking back, I honestly can't imagine our big day without her (and Tori- who was also amazing!!!). I could go on and on. If you are thinking about hiring Bloom Designs, DO IT. I promise you will not regret it!

Jaci was absolutely wonderful. She thought carefully and planned exactly what we envisioned for our wedding day. With our 1:1 meetings before the big day, she took in account what my husband and I wanted. On our wedding day, we were not stressed about any details because we knew we had Jaci. That honestly takes a lot of trust in a person, and we promise you- she is the person you can trust on your big day! I still get comments that our wedding was the most beautiful wedding people have ever been to and I owe this all to Jaci and the Bloom Designs staff. If you want to feel calm/no stress on your wedding day and have everything taken care of so you can just enjoy yourself - you need to hire Bloom Designs- you will not regret it!

Jaci helped us with wedding planning and day-of coordinating. She was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. We felt totally relaxed and at-ease with her help and expertise. I would highly recommend Jaci :)

The team at Bloom Designs was amazing. Kate and her team provided the flowers and styling service for our wedding. The process: Kate was really easy to communicate with via email or phone, and I appreciated how transparent she was with pricing. On the weekend before the wedding, she emailed me with updates about flower availability and explained any substitutions that she made so I wouldn’t be surprised on the big day. The flowers: The bouquets and centerpieces were stunning. I wanted a whimsical garden vibe with organic touches, and the team delivered! They put together a floral table runner for the head table that was the focal point of our reception, and designed three different styles of centerpieces for the other tables to create visual interest in the space. We had individual blooms in antique bud vases, tall dramatic tall arrangements with sprouted curling willow that almost reached the ceiling, and lush low arrangements with a variety of blooms and branches. I was so impressed by the creativity and thought the team put into all of the floral details. Styling: Kate helped arrange rentals for our ceremony arch and chargers (our venue provided all the normal dishes and glassware.) Kate also provided candles, table number holders, and easel stands from her inventory. On the day of my wedding, the design team decorated the venue and chose the best place for our guest book, favors, and escort cards. It was so helpful to have an expert team to take care of those details while I was getting ready. Overall, the team at Bloom Designs is amazing and I highly recommend them.

We booked Breesa for our wedding on 10/9/21 and she and her team were amazing! Breesa was super easy to work with and she made our vision come to life seamlessly without much direction from us. Not only did she make the bouquet of my dreams but she also was able to repurpose flowers from the ceremony into the reception saving us some money! Also, the day of the wedding we realized we needed more flowers in certain areas e.g. bride and groom chair signs, welcome sign, etc. and her team came to the rescue!

My husband and I hired Kate for our wedding at Grand View Lodge! Kate is absolutely AMAZING! She took my Pinterest board ideas and made them come to life! From the boutonnieres to the bouquets to the centerpieces, everything looked PERFECT! Kate provided everything I needed for the centerpieces which made everything so much easier for me! She came in the day of and set everything up and she came back that night to take everything down! She has done many weddings at Grand View Lodge before which was evident when sent us back our contract the first time! She made many recommendations based off of her experiences she has had at the venue which helped me make decisions going forward! I had nothing but the utmost confidence in Kate and she absolutely delivered! I would 100% recommend Kate to anyone getting married!

The flowers and design were absolutely gorgeous! Complete strangers were coming up and telling us that the wedding bouquet was the most beautiful they had ever seen. And I agree wth them. The chapel and the reception area were amazing also. She and her staff did a remarkable job. She has great talent in floral design, and a vision for listening to the bride and groom to construct a truly beautiful wedding that goes above and beyond even what they could have imagined! The wedding was during the time of Covid restrictions, so it was much smaller in attendance (and in a different city and state) that originally planned. Even coming to her at the last minute, Kate made sure that it wasn’t a second rate wedding, but rather a fabulous wedding that just happened to be small in attendance!

am so happy that I went with Bloom designs as my wedding florist. Kate’s flower arrangements are truly works of art. I was absolutely in awe when I first saw my bouquet! We got so many compliments about our flowers on our big day. Kate is also so easy to work with. She is great at communicating and was always quick to respond. To come up with my wedding flower design was able to take inspiration from my Pinterest page along with listening to my wedding vision to come up with flowers that were even better than I could have even imagined! I seriously cannot recommend Bloom designs enough.

Kate and her team did such an amazing job with our up north fall wedding. People are still commenting on how beautiful everything was. I was a little worried about the reception room we had looking too much like a business conference room... and she completely transformed it. She made me feel extremely comfortable the day of the wedding - so I didn't have to worry about decor or something not getting done in time. Everything was gorgeous!! I highly recommend. Is there a better florist in town? NO! Kate is amazing and her flowers are nothing short of a work of art. She's also extremely friendly and easy to work with. She's attentive and knows the biz well (she's also a wedding planner, and I would HIGHLY recommend her for that as well). She's worth every single penny. We could not have been happier with Kate and her team at Bloom :)

Kate simply does amazing work and was so easy to work with! I had some ideas in mind, but no real concrete information on specifics of what I wanted for my bouquet and flower options for my wedding party. She took my vision and made it into a near perfect reality - all while being a few hours away and not meeting in person until the day of our wedding! Kate was hands down my favorite vendor to work with throughout wedding planning! She is responsive, type A (like me), and truly the best at her craft. If you're getting married in Central MN book her fast! Everyone wants Kate, and rightfully so.

We cannot possibly ever thank Kate & her team enough, trust me, we’ve tried! She is a true GEM! She made our wedding a complete DREAM - wow! Kate kept us calm throughout the entire planning process. She really took the time to get to know us and understand our vision and then executed on it flawlessly! She didn’t miss a single detail. She ran the entire day with such grace. She was always right there to help with anything we needed. All our guests commented on how great she was! Oh and the flowers – the most beautiful we’ve ever seen! I cried when I saw them. I had given Kate VERY little idea of what I wanted and somehow she gave me exactly what I didn't know I wanted! Our guests are still talking about them, too! SHE IS THE BEST!

We hired Kate to be our florist for our wedding. I wanted the flowers and greenery to be the star decor for our wedding and Kate executed everything so beautifully! We had a floral hanging arbor, eucalyptus table runners, a REAL floral crown, beautiful bouquets and boutonnières. The ultimate praise goes towards Kate’s heart. Not only did she do a fantastic job, but her heart is so genuine and selfless that I seriously have no words and cannot thank her enough. Wedding planning was smooth until my wedding planner informed us that she could no longer attend our wedding (3 months left until our wedding) and that’s when I started panicking. But Kate met me in my panick mode and helped take off the load that I had and she was just my florist! I had miscalculated our table count and had given Kate wrong information regarding our garlands, but instead of leaving tables short—Kate accommodated and made everything work! She ALSO decorated our head table EXACTLY how I wanted it (in the beginning, but couldn’t afford) and as I walked into our reception for the grand entrance I was blown away! When our wedding was over, my husband told me about how Kate worked selflessly to set up our floral arrangements and even bring our head table to life. I’m forever thankful that Kate made my dream wedding come true! Kate is a graceful, kind, and hard working soul. Thank you again Kate, my dream wedding was made possible because of your heart.

We hired Kate to be our wedding coordinator as well as assist with flowers/decor for our outdoor/tented wedding. She went above and beyond to make our day absolutely gorgeous, smooth and everything I could have dreamed of. As far as coordinating- Kate is extremely detail oriented and thinks of everything that can be easily missed. Because we did not have our wedding at a formal venue, we wanted someone around to keep things moving smoothly and it was well worth it to have her services. She organized our rehearsal, communicated with all vendors and really made sure everything stayed on schedule. I could not imagine getting through that day without her! As far as decor- I knew from the moment we decided to get married in Brainerd that I wanted Kate to be involved. Her style, talent and vision is exactly what I had hoped for our big day and she did not disappoint. She created the most beautiful bouquets that I can imagine and really helped transform a boring white warehouse and tent to a romantic, summery, gorgeous space. Kate was very flexible with my requests and somehow knew exactly how to create my pinterest dream into a reality. To be honest, my now husband was very skeptical of hiring of coordinator, but after our big day he knew exactly why I wanted Kate to be involved in our day. She is very hard working and we really could not have pulled off our dream wedding without her. HIGHLY recommend hiring Kate!!!

Kate was fantastic! I loved working with her and I highly recommend working with her if you have the chance. The bouquets were gorgeous and I love how she took all of the decorating elements I loved and made it totally unique. We hired Kate and her team at Bloom Designs to be our florist and decorator for our wedding at Grandview Lodge in Nisswa and she did such a beautiful job! Kate was extremely detailed from the start which instantly made me know we were in good hands. We had to move our ceremony indoors last minute due to weather which changed decoration needs, but when I walked into the venue for the first time, it was more stunning than I had imagined. I cannot say enough good things about Kate and Bloom Design. Kate did both our reception decorations (and social hour decorations) as well as our flowers and both exceeded my expectations. First, the flowers were absolutely beautiful and the bouquets were big and luscious. Kate incorporated so many flowers in our tables' centerpieces as well as the cake and around the social hour (mantle, bar, piano etc.) People could not stop commenting how beautiful and fresh all the flowers were. Kate takes her time to make sure every arrangement is perfect. She even incorporated a family pin and ribbon into my bouquet for a special touch. As for the decor of my wedding, it was jaw-droppingly beautiful. I have been to so many weddings and seen so many reception pictures of my same venue, and my wedding was truly the most beautiful I have seen. Kate's attention to detail is incredible. She made sure every table was perfect. We had a few extra decorations of our own (frames and signs etc) that Kate incorporated into the decor beautifully. Kate was so much fun to work with and had so many great ideas for us and our wedding. She has a great shop where she can show you exactly what tables/flowers/decorations can look like. I cannot thank her enough for making our day so amazing!! I highly recommend her!!!

I loved working with Kate! She put together EXACTLY what I was looking for, and the flowers were so beautiful for the wedding. She was always fast to respond and quick to make any changes requested. She also did my friend's wedding and the flowers were beautiful for that as well!

Kate is a botanical genius! Within five minutes of meeting with Kate, we were ready to sign on the dotted line! She was so enthusiastic about our inspiration and got our vision right away! Kate accomplished a miracle by helping us achieve our vision while getting creative to fit into our budget! Kate took some of our favorite inspiration literally but also had suggestions that were even better than our inspiration! Kate's store front space in Baxter is so inspiring, it was so much fun to see all of her fixtures in person and help pick what would be used for our arrangements. She also has a wide selection extra decor items for rent, that make for the perfect finishing touches! The morning of our wedding, Kate delivered the most BEAUTIFUL floral arrangements for myself and our wedding party. My bridal bouquet was exactly what I'd asked for and then some! Flowers are near and dear to my heart so I was blown away and I was nearly in tears! The ceremony and reception spaces were stunning! My guests raved about the variety and creativity of the arrangements! Not only did Kate create the perfect atmosphere for our wedding day, she went above and beyond by jumping on the lift and hanging sheers for our ceremony and chandeliers/floral wreaths above our head table! She really can do it all! Kate, thank you for making it so easy for us to bring our vision to life and create the such a dreamy setting for our big day!

Kate did a wonderful job not only with the flowers but also with our budget! When I initially requested a quote, I foolishly failed to mention our budget, so her quote was about twice what I hoped to spend. She was extremely flexible in suggesting minor adjustments to bring the cost down. Despite the adjustments, our flowers were jaw-droppingly gorgeous and made such an impact on our decor. My bouquet was also ginormous in the best way. I would highly recommend Kate to those looking for a florist in the Brainerd lakes area!

If I could give 10 stars I would! Kate did a fantastic job! The flowers were absolutely stunning and the color palette was exactly what I envisioned. My bouquet was HUGE and really made a statement. I highly recommend Kate to every bride in the area, she is a pro!

Kate did an absolutely wonderful job on my wedding flowers (on 6/18/16)! She took the time to listen to what I was looking for and worked with me to create a perfect bridal bouquet and boutonniere. You can tell that Kate loves what she does and she's also great at it!! I would recommend Kate to anyone looking for a florist for any event. Kate does INCREDIBLE work! We hired her to do our flowers and decorations. Obviously I had seen the pictures she posts and knew everything would look great, but I had no idea how far above and beyond she would go. When she brought the bouquets into the room where the bridesmaids and I were getting ready, I honestly cried. I never imagined I would love the flowers so much but they were GORGEOUS! Everyone loved them! The resort even used them around their restaurant the next day and the ones I took home lasted a solid week in excellent condition! She also did an exceptional job decorating! My family had been planning on helping out a lot getting the tables ready day of but from what I hear Kate got there and basically told them all to go relax which was great! The end product was amazing! She was super flexible, too! I had a few things I knew I wanted but was also looking for her to give us ideas and she struck a perfect balance of giving me options she liked and doing what we asked for. She also brought a ton of back up flowers and extras to make sure even those were just stunning. Our moms loved their corsages, my girls loved their bouquets and our flower girl loved the silk flower wand she got to keep! Our weeding was perfect in every way and Kate played a big part in the final look and feel of the day!

Kate is so talented! She created such beautiful arrangements, so many people commented on how amazing the flowers were. I provided her with some pictures and she really brought my vision to life in such a beautiful way. She is a professional and made me feel at ease knowing she had everything planned and under control in her end. Amazing job!

Kate did an amazing job with our flower arrangement for our wedding. We had hydrangea's for the bridesmaids and they held up beautifully. I had giving Kate a general idea and a budget and let her run with it. She produced a product that was under budget and even more beautiful then I could have imagined.
