Alisa is a fabulous vendor to work with! As a fellow wedding vendor she was super communicative and made our vision come to life! The floral she came up with for my client's big day was spot on to our color scheme and wants and needs and was SO beautiful! Highly recommend.

My flower turned out beautifully. All fake silk flowers. Had to keep adding to the order for more flowers and they accommodated me with no problem. Thank you so much for adding the final touches to the big day.

Alisa was amazing. I know absolutely nothing about flowers, so in our initial meeting I basically just gave her our wedding colors. I was so nervous to see how the flower arrangements would turn out since I gave her little to no help….but they were absolutely amazing!! She definitely captured what I was envisioning ❤️

10/10 would recommend. I called them with a last minute need for a bridal bouquet. I’m SUPER picky about my florals and they created exactly what I had imagined in my head in just a few days. All of the flowers were in the freshest state and super affordable. After our wedding I even pressed the florals so I could save them forever.

Bloom Works went above and beyond with the flowers and decor for our wedding! I know very little about flowers, but Alisa really took time to figure out what I liked and made great suggestions. She was so helpful in recommending other unique pieces in addition to the flowers and added special details. She thought out everything! Bloom Works was organized, timely, and provided excellent customer service throughout the planning process and wedding day. Bloom Works made our church and venue so beautiful for our big day—we still hear compliments from our guests about how gorgeous everything was. Highly recommend!

Alisa and her team of florists at Bloomworks delivered the most perfect florals for our wedding. When my mom walked into the bridal suite with my bouquet I started crying at how stunning the presentation was. Florals were one aspect of wedding planning that I had been dreaming of for years. I had so many pictures saved and a specific style I was hoping to achieve. When my mom and I sat down with Alisa and started giving her ideas of what we liked, she totally got us and we knew we were in the right hands. She took our ideas and ran with them. I could not believe how amazing everything looked for our wedding AND she did it at a price we were comfortable with which is a huge relief when you are 6 months out from a big wedding. I can't recommend her work enough!

Alisa and her staff did sooooooo great with our flowers!! I was really open with what types of flowers we all had but she nailed our colors and our wedding was in the fall so I wanted that to be incorporated and she nailed it! My bouquet and my bridesmaids were so beautiful! My flower girl even got her own bouquet and she was so proud of it all night long! she had to show everybody her beautiful flowers! The prices were reasonable and seriously Bloom Works was a joy to work with! :)

Great to work with! Our flowers were gorgeous. I didn't know exactly how I wanted the arrangement to look, but I provided my preferences and Bloom Works did the work. There was even some last minute changes due to the hurricanes in Sept delaying delivery. Bloom Works was amazing with communication and I did not have to worry about a thing. The flowers were so beautiful!

Bloom Works absolutely exceeded my biggest dreams for our wedding. The flowers were immaculate and perfectly represented what we wanted and more! The owner, Alisa, is a wonderful woman to work with as well. She made our day one for the books! She listens to every nit-picky request you might have and has the kindest heart! Bloom Works was the best! My flowers were delivered to a very difficult and picky place and Susie was great at going above and beyond to make sure that everything got there on time and looked exactly like I had envisioned! I would use them time and time again! My bridal bouquet was amazing! It had bling, daisies, roses, purple, silver, white and so much more than I could have imaged as well as having the locket that my grandmother had of me as a baby attached to it as my something old. I would suggest them to anyone and everyone!

I would like to begin by saying that Alisa was really nice to work with throughout the entire wedding planning process and I had no issues with her or her company until the day of the wedding. I sent her a picture of the bouquet that I wanted in October of 2016, and we met in person in November where I showed her the same photo. At this meeting, we talked about the style and colors that I wanted. I also gave her a piece of my color swatch that was our main wedding color (pomegranate pink) because she wanted it to be able to match the colors in the bouquet. We had it set up so that the flowers would be delivered at noon on the day of the wedding. My husband was in charge of receiving the flowers as myself and my bridesmaids were getting ready for the day. He signed for them, ensuring we had everything that was ordered, but was unaware of what they were supposed to look like. When I arrived at the church, the only flowers that I saw were the mother’s and hostess’s corsages, which were done how I had expected. When I saw the bouquet that had been delivered, my first thought was that they must have delivered the wrong bouquet. The bouquet I had requested was to be round with not much greenery and a variation of white, light pink, and pomegranate pink roses and rice flowers. The bouquet that had been delivered was coral, orange, and red flowers with lots of greenery in it. Upon delivery, they sent an email with a number to call if there were any issues or concerns. However, this number was for the shop, which closes at noon on Saturdays. So the only number I had to contact anyone, was for a phone that no one would be around to answer! Luckily, there was a floral shop just down the road that was able to do exactly the bouquet I had been expecting in under an hour, with the flowers and colors that I wanted. I left them a very frantic voicemail where I broke down in tears because I was so stressed out and upset. They did not return my call until late Monday morning, two days after our wedding. Alisa left a voicemail where she was very confused about what was wrong and what had happened, and was insistent that they had delivered the correct bouquet, and that it was as I had requested. I ultimately had my mom contact Alisa because I was already at the airport on my way to my honeymoon. My mom was very level-headed with her, but Alisa still insisted that they had delivered the correct bouquet, and did not once admit that they were at fault, despite evidence that I had indeed told them the correct colors for the bouquet. My biggest complaint overall is that she did not once apologize for the mistake, or for causing me grief on my wedding day. They refused to refund me for my bouquet, or the second bouquet I had to buy from another floral shop, but they did give a small credit back on the original cost of the bouquet. I know several people had given good reviews to this floral shop, but I would never recommend this shop to anyone. I was treated very poorly after they had clearly made a mistake, and they refused to own up to it or apologize.

They did an amazing job on my flowers for the wedding im still in aww of them. They were great price and gave me everything i wanted and more. They were great people to work wit as well.

I lived out of state while planning my wedding but the ladies at Bloom Works were so willing to communicate with me via email! They did an absolutely fantastic job, and for such a great price!! I couldn't of been happier with my bouquets and we got so many compliments on them as well!

I couldn't have been happier with the flowers at my wedding. I was shopping around for a florist who was reasonably priced but still did excellent work, and I am SO happy I went with Bloom Works. I had my wedding in Omaha and am glad I took a chance and went across the river for my flowers. I didn't have specific flowers I wanted, I just had a an idea of the look I wanted. Alisa knew exactly what I was after and created beautiful arrangements that more than exceeded my expectations. All for less than the other florists I visited with. HIGHLY recommend them.

Bloom Works was one of the most affordable options around and turned out to create the most amazing bouquets. They made the entire process easy and the all the ladies there are so sweet. I was so pleased and got MANY compliments on the flowers.

Bloom Works did an amazing job on our flowers for the wedding. And got them to the right places at the right time. They price was very reasonable too. And they stayed alive for 2 weeks, so I got to look at the beautiful arrangements for weeks. :) Will be using them again!!!

I had a great experience with Bloom Works. I'm not very creative so I told them I wanted peach flowers and a lot of greenery. They created unique and beautiful centerpieces (even at the $20 price range)and I received tons of complements on the bouquets which included a variety of flowers and succulents. They charged a small fee to deliver the flowers to Omaha, since they are located in Council Bluffs and allowed me to return the glassware a week later when I returned from my honeymoon.

Bloomworks did an amazing job! I received so many compliments about my flowers and how beautiful they were. Working with the girls at Bloomworks was easy and stress free! They have many options and will capture any style you desire. The flowers were fresh and still look beautiful a week later. There is a huge difference when using a floral shop versus ordering bulk online- these ladies know the business and a bride gets the very best every time! Bloomworks did an outstanding job creating the flowers for my wedding. I could not have asked for a more beautiful selection of flowers/centerpieces/Bouquets/etc... I gave Bloomworks some creative freedom with my flowers (they are the experts!), and I couldn't have been more thrilled. Bloom Works Floral ordered and arranged all of the real flowers we used for our wedding: bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, etc. I don't know much about flowers or exactly what I wanted, but Bloom Works was able to give me suggestions and help every step of the way. The flowers ended up being better than what I pictured! I would recommend their expertise to any bride. Thank you for making my wedding day beautiful!

Bloom Works was awesome to work with from start to finish. They incorporated some of my grandmother and mother's brooches, as well as lace into my bouquet. It was stunning. The flowers were perfect and were one of my favorite parts of our wedding!

Bloomworks did a great job at our wedding! I live out of state, and they were great at communicating via email to meet my needs. They were on time and even let me pick up pieces a day beforehand that I was using to make some of my own centerpieces.

I am absolutely pleased with the service that I received from Bloomworks Floral. They were great in setting up consultations and checking back in to make sure everything was going well. When choosing my flowers, I wasn't too particular, I just knew the color scheme that I wanted to see, so I let them use their creativity and it turned out great. They delivered everything on time the day of the wedding, and even offered to let me come in a few days before when they got the flowers in to make sure it was what I wanted.

The staff were friendly and created all the flowers arrangements beautifully. Could not have asked for better quality or service. I would recommend them to anyone for any event!

The Entire Crew does an amazing job! Talk about taking a few flower choices & turning them into a masterpiece! Love at first sight with my bouquet & continued into the reception! They do amazing work all around, not just weddings!
