We went into our first meeting with them armed with pictures and ideas of what we wanted for our flowers for the big day. They were patient and helped explain everything to us and answered any questions we had. I was able to email or call them when I decided to make any changes or add to our order. We ordered flowers for our wedding cake from them as well. They added extra flowers and greenery to our order in case anything went awry. I highly recommend them for your big day!

I hired Glamour Floral for my wedding because they are one of the vendors my venue worked with. I was very happy with their professionalism, I always spoke to Mavy and she was spectacular, she listened to what I was looking for and helped with the vision I had. She took care for the delivery, they arrived a little later than expected though beyond the rushing, Mavy and her team made sure everything was perfect. The Flowers were beautiful, I instructed a certain look for the boutineers and they produced the boutineers perfectly. Overall, a magnificent vendor to work with and provided breathtaking flowers! Mavy is wonderful to work with, I recommend Glamour Floral Creations for all your floral needs, they will not disappoint. Thank you Mavy for everything.

Mavy was a doll with helping us. We worked my vision down to not only something I loved, but something that was affordable for us as well. I was really nervous since we live out of town and communicated mostly by email. The arrived on time and the arrangements and all the flowers were beautiful! We got lots of compliments on our flowers.

Mavy was wonderful to work with! She did all the flower arrangements for my ceremony and reception. EXCELLENT communication and never seemed irritated with all my questions and requests. Mavy did an amazing job with my ceremony and bridal party florals! They were so fresh and bright. She was able to accomodate a last minute request without a problem. I gave her a picture of a bouquet that I liked and she reproduced it perfectly. I would highly recommend this florist.

I will totally recommend Glamour Floral Creations. Mavy helped me a lot choosing the center pieces flowers and bouquets. When I arrived everything was beautiful. I took my bouquet and some other flowers from tables and last me a week. I'm thankful for their help

This was one of two flower vendors allowed by the hall we were using for our flower reception. They were pretty flexible in meeting with me as I live out of town. The day of the wedding the flowers looked great! They delivered and set up the flowers in the reception hall. We also used them for my bouquet and the groom's boutonniere. They were delivering these to the church. The only problem we had was that we had agreed on delivery one hour before the service, and they called me and other people trying to get the delivery earlier in the day after we had already agreed to a certain time. But I was extremely happy with my flowers!

Galmour Floral creations was one of the approved vendors at my venue (Killian Palms Country Club), and I initially chose them because they represented a great value. However, communication was terrible (emails and calls would not be responded to in a timely manner, and most times I had to contact them several times before I received a response). On the wedding day the final flowers, while beautiful, did not exactly match what we had agreed to in pictures (I had requested submerged orchids, but they were not submerged as the pictures had represented). I looked past this because the room did look beautiful so why bother. However, as I walked down the aisle the only thing I could look at was that the candle votives I paid for on the gazebo! I paid $80 for hanging votives around the gazebo for the ceremony, but there were much fewer than what was shown to me in the pictures when I made the purchase. The look was not at all what I had paid for – I would have never selected the option if the picture looked like what I received. Then when I sat at the head table I noticed my cake had no flowers! I asked for a simple design from the cake vendor, since I had asked for orchids from Glamour floral creations to flow down the cake layers. But there were no flowers that day! I never received any notice from Glamour to let me know these items were missing, so from my Honeymoon I proactively emailed them a week after the wedding to complain. I was told she broke some of the votives on the way to the venue, so that is why they were not like what was pictured. Why would you not try to let me know about this and smooth over the error sooner?! Did she think I would not notice that what I had planned was not there… I mean of all the things to realize while you are walking down the aisle! Then she says she did not have anything in the notes she took to the venue about cake flowers (even though these were included in the venue package), so she just decided not to do anything. How about checking the email confirmations that clearly state what we agreed to??? It was just very sloppy work and unprofessional. They did give me a partial refund for the votives, but I think a full refund for the votives was deserved since it looked NOTHING like what I paid for. I would not recommend Glamour to anyone. They did not handle this issue at all the proper way. With the cake she could have gone back to her computer (their store is 5 minute drive from the venue) and checked our confirmation to know what she needed and then added it. For the votives she should have told the venue manager that day so that I was alerted before walking down the aisle. This way I would not have spent that walk wondering why nothing looked as it should. Then I should have received a full refund – this is a BIG error on a night that only happens once!

Mavy is awesome and listens to all your request. My flowers were absolutely beautiful!! Exactly what I visioned for my wedding day. Good price as well.

Glamour floral was included in our wedding package through Killian Palms Country Club. I was very pleased with the customer service I received from Mavy. She was more than helpful and responded right away. They included some personal touches in my bouquet that made it that made it that much more special. I choose to get mine and my girls flowers through them as well as they all came out beautiful! I am more than happy with the product and the service.

I was connected with this company through our reception venue (they were part of the package). The flowers were great and they were willing to work with me and getting me prices of several different options. The down side was that they had very poor communication. If I called, I would get an answering machine. I would leave a message and no one would return my call. If I emailed the vendor, it would take forever for them to email me back. In the end, my husband and I got what we wanted, so it turned out well.

Prior to the wedding, Nella and Carlos were a pleasure to work with...very knowledgeable and I trusted them thoroughly. The day of my wedding, the flowers were different than discussed - the ceremony flowers were way off, the family centerpieces were on the wrong tables, the sweetheart table flowers were not only different, but the flowers were crooked (which look terrible in the photos), my bouquet was not what I ordered and the ribbon on it was not as promised. I was so disappointed. I was even charged for items I didnt receive. After the wedding, upon contacting them, I was promised a call back and emails confirming details, which to this day, I still have not received.

Was totally blown away by the great job this place did. We were a little unsure when we visited the location. It was in a warehouse with no sign or anything on the door. Thought it was a dump, until she showed us the photos of the work they've done. We did not upgrade our package so weren't expecting much, we were just happy to have some type of centerpieces. Well the flowers were completely beautiful and everyone kept commenting how lovely they were. I had to buy the bouquets and boutonnieres seperately, but thought the prices were reasonable. They even forgot one of the boutonniere's, but we were so pleased with the look of our bouquets and overall flowers we didn't even get mad. I would definately recommend them to anyone needing flowers for a special occasion.
