Blooming Bouquets

I chose this vendor because of the raving reviews and beautiful bouquets I saw at the bridal show. What I got as an end result was very disappointing. Here’s the good: bouquets we’re pretty, my bridal bouquet especially, and they arrived on time. The bad: she had such poor communication I was worried the day would come and I wouldn’t even have any flowers show up. Never returned calls emails and when we sent checks she never responded if she got them or not! We were missing flower girl flowers, our arbor flowers were absolutely horrible and way too small compared to what we asked and paid for, and the mothers corsages were not what we expected. We were willing to pay whatever is necessary for the flowers wanted so I am unsure why some of these things went wrong. When we tried calling her to let her know she missed these, maybe forgot to drop them off she never answered, never called back or responded at all. I feel lucky I even got the flowers we did and she delivered them on time. I feel so disappointed and ripped off. This review is not here to make blooming boquets lose business but I hope it is a heads up to brides to address these types of concerns with their florist and I hope this helps blooming bouquets realize what they need to figure out to be able to provide the best service to its brides.

Kelly does wonderful work. I definitely had some anxiety around my flowers, since I would not see the final product until delivery on my wedding day. Well... Kelly BLEW me away with the final product! They were more than i could have asked for. Thank you Kelly!

Blooming Bouquets was my florist for my wedding last summer. My bouquets were amazing! They were prettier that I an pictured!! I would recommend them to anyone. They are caring, kind, and very creative!

Blooming bouquets did my daughters wedding this summer. We meet with Kelly in the spring, just a few short months before the wedding. We were a little panicked that we did not have time to get our florist nailed down! Kelly assured us that every thing we wanted was possible! On the wedding day the flowers were perfect , just what my daughter wanted for her special day and then some. What a wonderful experience and I would recommend Blooming Bouquets.

Kelly did my flowers this last summer. I was unsure exactly what I wanted, but I did know that the flowers were very important to me! I meet with her early in the spring, and she was so nice, easy to work with and professional. She had so many photos to show me of her work (she has done so many beautiful weddings), that I felt very comfortable trusting my with my special day. On the day of my wedding, my flowers were perfect! I was so happy. All the bouquets were exactly what I wanted. I would recommended Blooming Bouquets to everyone!!!

I am sad to say that we were very disappointed in the flowers we received... Kelly was incredibly sweet and we left our meetings together feeling very confident and excited. But when the day came, we were very frustrated. I am still incredibly confused as to how such major disconnects occurred. Here is what we experienced: The centerpiece vases we received were half the size of what we discussed and paid for. We were shorted one centerpiece. The numbers/sizes of what we received did not match our table count and what we had discussed; my coordinators spent 2+ hours re-working arrangements to make it make sense (we even paid extra for Kelly to set-up). Kelly did not deliver empty vases for the wedding party bouquets on the head table, which we discussed both in person and via email (she actually used these vases for centerpiece flowers); our bridal party bouquets had to just lay on the head table. A family charm that should have been included in my bridal bouquet was left out, although she did drive back home to pick it up. A few of the vases were delivered dirty (coordinators had to find a sink and hand wash). And although the flowers were pretty, the colors and arrangements were not exactly what I envisioned. I requested a refund of about 27%, which I think was way more than fair. She agreed to refund about 22% of what we paid, while continuing to defend the vase sizes/counts. I accepted this refund, as the extra $75 was not worth further discussion. If you choose to use Blooming Bouquets, I strongly encourage you to get EVERYTHING in writing, including an itemized breakdown: vase size (including dimensions), flower type/color, and placement. Kelly did not provide us with this (our fault for not requiring), so we don't have proof of specifics and vase sizes.

So overjoyed with the flowers done by Kelly!! She did such an amazing job! She fit me in on a little bit of short notice and I gave her full range to do the flowers as she saw best. I had no real expectations other than knowing she would do a fantastic job!! Loved my bouquet, the bouts and the 4 table pieces she put together for my small wedding. She even delivered them to Willamette Valley Vineyards with another wedding to run off to. Definitely try and book Kelly, she is wonderful and busy!!

My flowers were beautiful. However I was pretty upset come wedding day about a few different things. First being that my bridal bouquet was supposed to be wrapped in lace and burlap and it was only wrapped in lace. My paperwork states this and we spoke at length about this at the consultation. However come wedding day she says "she has no notes on that". I was disappointed. Second being that I had ordered and paid for 4 boutonnieres and was only provided with 2. I didn't notice until I'd already gotten home and I live 45 minutes away. When I went to pick up my order we had agreed on meeting between 4:30-5pm. I arrived at 4:30 and no one was there. I drove an hour and a half in Friday evening traffic and couldn't reach Kelly. I called her three times and got no answer. Finally after 5 she calls and says she is on her way. Communication with this vendor was very difficult. She was hard to reach and was very slow and responding to emails. As a bride, it's important to get responses in a timely manner. My bouquet and my bridesmaids bouquets were gorgeous and what I wanted. So I can't fault them for beautiful work.

Kelly did a great job on our flowers. We used her for bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres and arch decorations only (no centerpieces), and she provided an exceptional product. The flowers were gorgeous and just as we had discussed. She provides a free toss bouquet, which you don't find with all florists, so that was a nice bonus. We ended up using it as a bouquet for my bridesman :) And then, of course, I tossed it. Some of the outer flowers on the bouquets started getting a limp by ceremony time, but not too noticeably so. They were out in room temperature for a couple of hours, so I'm not surprised that it happened. Other than that, everything was great! Overall, I highly recommend Blooming Bouquets.

Flowers turned out beautiful! The florist was a little difficult to get a hold of at times but overall very happy with how they turned out!

The florist, Kelly, did a fabulous job putting together my disorganized ideas of what my wedding flowers should look like. They were absolutely beautiful. They even delivered to the venue.

When you get married you value customer service, because you cannot redo the day. I got a great value on the cost of my flowers but the sevice was not good,i never got returned emails and two days before she did not make any of the changes i asked her to and when they gor delivered the flowers i took off were still delivered and i had to pay for them, all in all this was the hardest vendor to deal with. Great flowers not great service.

I couldn't have asked for any more. The Flowers Linda provided were wonderful. I was speechless when I saw the final product- and her prices were unbelievably reasonable.

Our experience with Blooming Bouquet's was the best! From the very first consultation meeting to the final set up for the wedding. The consultants listened to our ideas and helped us incorporate the right flowers & decorations for our theme all while staying within our budget. The bouquets and table arrangements were stunning! We were very pleased.

The flowers and arrangements that Blooming Bouquets puts together are just stunning. The colors, quality of the flowers and selection/customization options are amazing. It's terrific working with Kelly and her partner, Linda, as they will accommodate just about any request, large or small, and ensure your day goes perfectly!

I showed Linda a photo of a bouquet that I found in a magazine. I let her know that this was what we were using for our inspiration for colors and the feel of the wedding. From there it was nothing but easy for me. She handled it all. When my bridal party and I arrived at the venue the ceremony decorations were set up and the reception was the same. It looked wonderful!! I got nothing but great compliments on my bouquet and the bouquets of my bridesmaids.

They did a great job, i didn't have a lot of flowers, just 2 bouquets and corsages and boutaneers (SP?) and some decorative flowers. They were absolutely beautiful, my bouquet was amazing-orange callas, red and yellow roses, i loved it!

We used Blooming Bouquets for our wedding. The flowers came out nice. However, during the planning portion it was like pulling teeth to get Kelly to respond back to emails. I didn't like having to give orders like that. Also, there was no follow up to confirm exactly what we had talked about. I was thinking the mother/grandmother corsages were going to be wrist and they ended up lapel. Unfortunately that was not one of the things I was looking at on the initial invoice, and it wasn't written down anywhere. This was one of the few vendors that stressed me out enough to make me angry during the planning. I will say that the flowers were at least on time, but luckily they were given to my coordinator because I never actually saw Kelly again after the initial consultation.

Blooming Bouquets served a wedding I was invited to, and it impressed me so much that I asked the bride a few weeks later which florist she used. Though I'm not yet engaged, I cannot wait to use Blooming Bouquets for my own wedding! The flowers were stunning and well-arranged, and absolutely perfect for the wedding itself. It was clear that Kelly knew what she was doing!

Amazing! The flower were more beautiful than I had ever dreamed they would be! Amazing service, Amazing quatity, Amazing flowers!
