Jackie is extremely talented and a joy to work with. Her outstanding floral expertise and creativity brought my daughter's dream wedding to life. The bouquets, ceremony flowers, reception decor and so many other details were absolutely beautiful! Thank you Blooming Hites!

Jackie is a floral expert and unbelievably talented. She asked all the right questions during our initial meeting and created even more beautiful arrangements than I imagined for our wedding! Not only did she do a gorgeous job with the blooms, she made it happen for our wedding during COVID-19. I had to make alterations to my originally large wedding and scale it back at the last minute due to the pandemic and she still came through. I'm so grateful for Blooming Hites and highly recommend them!

-Requested delivery of florals for ceremony at 1 PM for a 2 PM ceremony and they were delivered 1:40 PM (bride received bouquet, bridesmaids received bouquets at 1:50 PM) -Boutonnieres (groom, father, grandfather, groomsmen) were not completed at time of arrival and had to be made onsite 10 minutes before the ceremony causing the ceremony to start late. Floral girl florals, door wreaths and aisle markers were not even delivered. -Reception set up was rushed and caused extra stress to the family and bride/groom. We were given 3 hours to set up and went over the plan multiple times before the day of. We paid for a delivery fee and a design fee (which was an incremental set up and take down fee) and had a separate two person day of planner team in addition to the three person floral team. Despite all of that multiple family members had to jump in to help and items were being delivered right up to the start of the reception (place cards) Wedding Date: September 28 Writing this timeline out to walk through the stress we experienced from the communication time between the vendor and ourselves. Having the proposal finalized two weeks before the wedding and only signing off on proofs the week of the wedding left us in a state of uncertainty on many detailed items we had discussed five months prior. -May 10: met on proposal and agreed to engage for design package. Requested pictures and pricing of linens, table numbers, font & signage May 14: We sent notes from the meeting and requested updated proposal May 21: Followed up for updated proposal May 23: Updated proposal sent May 27: Requested pricing on items that didn’t have pricing May 28: Meeting requested by vendor to review specific items July 16: Follow up meeting occurred in person July 21: Requested updated proposal July 27: In person walk through to finalize details for pricing August 11: Requested edited proposal August 12: Received edited proposal with pricing for rental items for the first time August 13: Requested edits and cuts to proposal as the price had risen to three times the original contract August 15: Received updated proposal August 18: Sent over notes that were missed in updated proposal August 28: Final payment due Aug 30: Edited proposal sent Sep 7: Final proposal sent Sep 12: Sent examples for table numbers. Requested different example Sep 14: Sent examples for table numbers and place cards to see a proof Sep 24: Received proofs for welcome sign, table numbers and place cards We really did want to like Jackie as she is very nice and sweet however the stress we experienced is something that we will always see when we look at our pictures and think of our day.

We found Jackie with Blooming Hites Floral & Event Design through our wedding planner, and we are SO GLAD we did! We had been back and forth for awhile with a designer, and he wasn’t exactly understanding of our vision, nor did he understand that our budget. We were extremely frustrated and freaking out, with about 4 months to go until the wedding when we met Jackie. She showed up with her assistant, Sydney, and immediately we felt at ease. She had inspiration photos, she was warm and compassionate and we felt we could voice our opinions no matter what and she would shoot us straight on whether it would look good or not. She was so easy to work with and made our day more beautiful than we could have ever envisioned.
