We called and requested a party bus for employees on Monday 10/25/21 for a Company event in Chicago on 10/28/21. Left our office at 4pm and event was over at 11pm-returned to office around 1am. Donnie Quinn the owner responded back via email that it was "super nice talking to me" and "sounds like a lot of fun". What a great party bus rate I was getting that was half off. Ok whatever.... I asked for a professional quote/invoice numerous times-5 times approximately from Monday to even after our event was over. Crickets. I asked for a quote for a downgrade from a party bus to a limo on Wednesday which was 24 hours before our departure as some employees could not attend. Crickets. I get a call the day of event asking me for final numbers and that a party bus and limo are very hard to maneuver in Chicago. He said for 7 people a suburban would be the best. Ummm ok-yikes. Sure lets fit a the driver John (who was wonderful btw!) 3 big guys and 4 women in a suburban. It was a very very snug fit like a clown car at a circus. I had even requested a downgrade to a limo on Tuesday via email & Wednesday and even on the phone Thursday morning prior to our 4pm departure! Crickets. Come Friday a day after our event, I had still not received a quote or an invoice for our downgraded suburban after I emailed requesting. Still nothing on Saturday, Sunday or even after a Monday pissed off email by me how imperative it was I get something in writing. TUESDAY 11/2/21, I call Donnie the owner asking for an invoice for the downgrade of the tight fitted Suburban. He claimed his part time secretary Grant (who wasn't in of course) would bill us when he returned and how since I changed cars last minute I would be charged the party bus rate. UMMM really? I think you changed it. I just went along with it. I made sure to tell John our driver we added a 20% tip on our CC payment so he wouldn't get bilked out of that, to which he so deserved our tip-but doesn't deserve a shady boss. Absolutely horrible customer service by the owner! He saw our company $$ only. Who charges $2300 (tip included) for a SUBURBAN trip to Chicago & back to B/N and less than 10 hours used!! Save the time and effort and look for someone else. I promise, you'll thank me later. You have my word and that's for FREE. Donnie Quinn the owner would probably charge you for that too.

Donnie is great to work with! Best value for his time by far! Our driver Tim was fantastic. I highly recommend this company for your shuttle needs!

terrible service. rented the trolley they sent a bus. then they lied and said the trolley was broke down still on the interstate We were standing next to it at the time at the office. Everyone lied and gave excuses. They over charge for their services. Do not use them much better companies. The bus they did send was to small and dirty.
