We used Blooms for our wedding and were absolutely thrilled. We had a beer theme wedding so we asked them to incorporate hops into the design that we had bought online and they did awesome. We did our own centerpieces but Mark and his staff put together two beautiful arrangements that they made to fit in barrels that were a part of our arbor. They were beautiful and exactly what we picture- if not better. He also incorporated the hops into my bouquet and all the boutonnieres. They were willing to meet with us several times to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. They were very punctual the day of and great at getting everything set up efficiently. I was also happy that the bouquets arrived in water because it kept them from wilting before picture and ceremony. They stayed beautiful all night long and for days to follow. Everything was perfect and I wouldn't have them change a thing. They were great to work with!

Sue at Blooms by Vickrey sat down with us and understood exactly what my daughters vision was for the wedding. From the Wedding Arch, Centerpieces or Fireplace greenery and candles - It was all perfect! Thank You

Extremely upset with my WEDDING flowers from Blooms By Vickrey from my May 27th 2018 wedding. After spending over an hour with Sue (and even Mark coming in to check on the appointment) our wedding planner, my husband, and myself - thought we were all on the same page. I kept saying I wanted 'light greenery throughout the all of the flowers, with light pale pink flowers and larger, oversized bouquets', I also kept saying 'light eucalyptus and silver dollar colored leafy greenery'. I even showed Sue multiple pictures of what I wanted, she seemed to understand. What do I get 2 hours before the start of the wedding?? Small, wilted bouquets with greenery that looked like dark seaweed! When they arrived I could't even complement the flowers since they were that far off from what I wanted and not fresh! Sue asked if she should cut the flowers out (why would a florist even recommend that??) and we had her open up the entire bouquet and take the greenery out, after she left a family friend actually went outside of the wedding venue and CUT NEW GREENERY from the hotel grounds for my bouquet! This family friend is also a florist and said that the stems were all wilted and not at all fresh. My photographer even asked if she could take out a flower because it was brown and would't photograph well! Then after the wedding, I reached out to them regarding my issues only to get unprofessional and extremely rude responses from a manager that basically said they were not responsible for what the 'wholesaler' provided and that there was nothing they could do. Not a single apology, they even said their 'feelings were't hurt', and when I requested to speak with Sue and Mark in person (the owners) I was given no email response and no return phone call. They also said that they thought I was satisfied when Sue left the flowers - if the main thing I wanted was light leafy greenery and that was taken out of the flowers, how was I satisfied? Very unprofessional, not accountable, and was completely unsympathetic to the fact that my wedding flowers (that will forever be in our photos) were subpar to say the least! I WISH I WOULD OF WENT ELSEWHERE! Do yourself a favor and save yourself the stress and please do not use Blooms By Vickery!

Having a Mother's Day weekend wedding is not the easiest for a Florist. However, it was never a problem for Blooms. In fact, all flowers arrived on time, fresh and so beautiful. Sue was super responsive to all of our needs. They provided extras such as flowers to Mary, pew bows, and flowers for the cake. We would highly recommend Blooms!

Blooms by Vickrey and Sue did an amazing job with the flowers and arrangements for our wedding on Oct. 22, and everything was reasonably priced. I greatly appreciated the sample centerpieces I got to see a few weeks before, the bouquets were exquisite, and the Blooms staff also helped to arrange all of the folded paper cranes I had made for the centerpieces. Blooms by Vickrey was amazing! Our budget was very tight and we didn’t have a lot of rooms for flowers. Blooms by Vickrey was more the willing to help us and worked with us several times giving us several different estimates. They worked with us very well and were very helpful with everything. They also accommodated us and delivered the flowers to 3 different locations on time! It was a very easy process and the flowers were gorgeous.

I worked with Sue to plan my wedding day. She sat down and took time to walk me through all that was needed and even when I changed my mind several times she adjusted my payment and was so flexible. I knew from the beginning that I had nothing to worry about and my flowers were absolutely beautiful and I couldn't have dreamed up a better florist to work with!!

I cannot say enough good things about Blooms! Mark & Sue are experienced professionals, and my confidence in their abilities to produce our vision never wavered. They were so accommodating, too. We originally wanted to use wildflowers from around our home and yard to arrange bouquets and centerpieces ourselves. Our decision to work with Blooms alleviated that stress while still allowing us to maintain our vision. Mark gave us the opportunity to pick our own wildflowers, and he and Sue supplemented them with their own flowers to create bouquets more beautiful than I could've imagined! Plus, my husband wanted to make his and his groomsmens' boutonnieres with flowers he picked, and to ensure quality and consistency, Mark allowed him to make them at his shop with help from staff! We felt truly valued and understood and respected at Blooms.

Our flowers were absolutely beautiful! We worked with Sue and she helped create a gorgeous vision for the bouquets and arrangements, which came out even better than we imagined! She even found a way to work my favorite flowers, gerbera daisies, into the centerpieces!

We met with Sue on April 29th for our October wedding , she was very personable and we really enjoyed the beginning steps of the planning process with her. She told us it would be no more than 2 weeks to hear from her due to the busy season. It has now been almost 6 weeks and we still do not have a quote. I called twice to remind them, most recently 2 days ago and they apologized and promised that we would have something by the close of the business day. I am still waiting... I would never recommend them to anyone. They don't seem to understand the importance of communication.

Mark Vickrey, owner of Blooms, is awesome and I so enjoyed working with him and his staff. He has this insightful way of understanding your vision and then brings it to fruition within your budget. He not only creates the most beautiful center pieces, but helps with overall design concept and coordination of that design with other vendors. Most of all, Mark makes it FUN! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone and I can't wait for another opportunity to work with him again!

We had a fabulous experience using Blooms as our florist for our winter wedding. I was a little nervous about having a variety of flowers available in the dead of winter but Bloom's didn't disappoint! The arbor they made for our ceremony was so gorgeous that it brought me to tears. They were very good with communication and understanding "my vision" as I only know the name of about two types of flowers. :) They are also pretty reasonably priced and always available to talk via email, phone and even in person.

Amazing!!!!! Blooms by Vickrey did an amazing job!!! The bouquets looks great, the flowers on the cake were soooo pretty and the arrangements so also so pretty! I couldn't have asked for better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sue executed my vision for the wedding beautifully! She worked with me numerous times to ensure my desires were fulfilled! The only downfall would be that there were a couple times I awaited communication from her on various questions. Other than that, she made sure every detail of our wedding was stunningly implemented!

Before I got married, I was given this wise advice: "People will remember how your wedding felt more than how your wedding looked." If you want a wedding that feels wonderful because it looks beautiful, and if you want a florist that thinks of details you won't think of, makes things looks fantastic, and is all around a fun and easy going - Blooms is your florist. Mark not only took care of all of my flowers, he went above and beyond to create a backdrop at my reception that was culturally appropriate for my fiance's family, and even made little things that weren't his job look fantastic (like making our picture and guest book table better than my wedding party ever could)! Choose blooms for your wedding, you won't be disappointed.

We worked with Blooms and were so happy with the flowers on our wedding day! When I first met them we were at least a year away from our wedding and I shared the colors that we were using. I gave them the freedom to design the flower arrangements and asked for seasonal flowers. I did however show them a few pictures of bouquets that I liked and I was so happy with the end result! My bridesmaid flowers were also beautiful! The flowers for our center pieces at our reception were also beautiful and they added the perfect touch to our reception site. Blooms went to our reception and put together each center piece so I didn't have to worry about anything the day of our wedding. Since I booked with Blooms so far in advance I did make a few changes and they were so accommodating and always made the right adjustments to our bill. Each time I went into the shop or called everyone was so friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone I know.

Sue was absolutely amazing to work with for our wedding day flowers. All the flowers at our wedding came out absolutely stunning! She worked with us multiple times to change and adjust orders and always answered her emails promptly. The price was very affordable and she really worked with us to make sure we stayed within our budget. We received so many wonderful comments on our beautiful flower arrangements! She even made sure we had water tubes for our tent flowers so they stayed perfect for our outdoor wedding the whole day and night! Awesome flowers!

Blooms worked hard with us to stay within budget. That was very important to me. The staff was not the fastest to respond to my emails but they ultimately got the job done. I think they need to work on communication but in the end they did a nice job.

Our centerpieces were absolutely beautiful and even more perfect that I could have imagined. My only complaints are the prices are a little high and my bouquet was not as big as I would have liked. I wanted it to stand out against my bridesmaids a little more. Other than that everything was absolute perfect.

The centerpieces were beautiful. We couldn't have asked for better centerpieces. The bouquets for the wedding party were very nice but nothing special. Overall they did a good job.

Blooms by Vickrey did a great job on the centerpieces for our wedding reception! We had blue dyed orchids in vases with shells on the bottom and floating candles on top. They were beautiful.

I wanted to keep my floral budget low because I had splurged in other areas. Amanda understood this and made the flowers blend very well with the rest of the wedding. I met with her gave her colors and she ran with the rest. Their showroom says it all- they know what they are doing and puts your mind at ease.

Blooms was great, they worked with me and what I was envisioning vs. what my budget was. The flowers turned out great, and they arrived in plenty of time

I LOVED my bridal bouquet but... I had a horrible time working with Blooms. I planned my wedding from far away and for my first meeting, my florist didn't tell me he wouldn't be there until the day before our meeting. I also started planning my wedding very far in advance so obviously some things changed along the way. I had a second meeting to discuss the changes. After over a month with no updated contract, I e-mailed to ask about it. The contract hadn't been updated yet and they sent me the old contact 3 or 4 times before finally getting it right (after a call to the owner from my site coordinator). Also, they did a horrible job on my reception centerpieces. I gave them a pic of exactly what I wanted and though they told me they could do it, they gave me a version so much cheaper that you can't see any resemblance b/t the two designs. Also, I asked for dark pink and they gave me light pink. My flowers were the most disappointing thing about my wedding and the process of getting them was the most stressful part of my wedding

Mark made my wedding day something I will always remember- he is far and away the BEST florist in Central PA. He has an incredible eye for design and for flowers- he got us exactly what we were looking for- something unique and memorable, with a classic touch. I will always remember the arrangements he made and the way everything looked. Thank you, Mark!

When I first met with Ronn at Blooms by Vickrey, I had ideas of what I wanted in my head, but I wasn't entirely sure. By the time I left, I had visions of utter perfection and beauty dancing in my head. Ronn is AMAZING! I told him what I was looking for, and he painted a perfect picture of my wedding day in my head. I was hooked. I loved him from the start and couldn't wait to continue working with him. When I emailed him back and forth everything seemed to be going well, until the week before the wedding. I emailed Blooms by Vickrey to double check everything and I received and email back saying Ronn is no longer with them and that someone else took over my account. I was upset, but tried to keep my hopes up. I met with a consultant and asked to make sure everything is still going to go as planned and that they had Ronn's notes, they assured me everything was right on task and would be perfect. Not everything was. I showed up on my wedding day with hours until our ceremony to check everything. The inside was breathtaking, the centerpieces were perfect, our bouquets were fabulous, but when I looked outside it was not what I pictured at all. It was not even close to what Ronn said would be set up. There were supposed to be a bunch of strands of lights hanging from the canopy, there were two strands framing the front of the canopy. I had no aisle runner, and later found out I had no basket for the flower girl either, which I payed for. I was highly disappointed. My wedding planner had to throw together a basket so my flower girl had something to carry down the aisle. My flowers were gorgeous non the less, but I was disappointed that things were not the way that they said they would be. I just wish Ronn would've been there to handle my Big Day, because I feel that none of that would've happened.

I had a choice of 3 florists to work with through our venue. I met with one shop, A mother/daughter team with my mom and was treated terribly by the daughter so we decided to meet with Blooms and give someone who deserved it our business. Ronn was great to work with a made my vision a reality. He had no problem incorporating manzanita branches I purchased online and vases I hand painted with the table numbers. The flowers were beautiful on the day of our wedding and everyone commented on how great our center pieces were. The only complaint I have is that some small blue flowers that were in my bridesmaid bouquets started falling off as soon as we got the bouquets. It didn't really affect the look of the bouquet but was annoying and left little green stems with nothing on them sticking out.

I worked with Ronn, and he created my alter arrangements, unity arrangement, centerpieces, and bridal party flowers. They were gorgeous! I didn't really get too involved in the whole planning process for flowers - I simply gave him some pictures for examples and some color examples. He wasn't afraid to give some suggestions - which I greatly appreciated! I had no idea what the flowers were going to look like until the day of the wedding, but I trusted he knew how to bring everything together to create the look I had in mind.

Mark and Ronn at Blooms by Vickerey were so amazing. They did my sister's wedding and we decided to use them again for mine. My vision was pretty different than what they typically do for other weddings (chabby chic with an enchanted forest vibe), and they pulled it off in such a beautiful way. Everyone raved about the bouquets and the reception decor. They were also great about working within our budget. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat!

When I first met with Ron he was amazing right off the bat. After all he did put up with two opinionated women that were with me. I gave him what I was looking for in flowers an he gave great advice and also creative insight. On my wedding day all the flowers looked amazing. We got so many compliments on how pretty they were and the way they looked with the dresses. I definitely recommend using Blooms by Vickrey.

I don't know much about flowers and their staff was helpful for providing ideas that turned out beautifully the day of.

If you want creative, unique and beautiful flowers for your wedding, this is the place to come! I checked with a few other flower shops before I decided on Blooms by Vickrey, and the day that I met Ronn I was sold! I had something unique and not quite solidified in mind, and Ronn helped bring cohesion and creativity to my vision. He took what I had in mind and created flowers worth being remembered. I also gave him a price point and he made sure to stay within that price while also decorating a large pergola, the reception banquet room and having flowers for all the bridesmaids, groomsmen and mothers. He was straightforward and pointed out excellent suggestions on colors, my own personal bouquet and where I shouldn’t worry so much about needing flowers, and where I should focus on having them all while working within my budget. He even let me rip apart and rearrange my trial flowers to make sure I was happy (and he was right). They worked with items I already had and worked it into the reception displays to complete the vision, and the day of the wedding, the flowers were stunning and the decorations beautiful. All was taken care of without any issues and I would recommend Blooms By Vickrey to anyone. He and the owner are absolute dolls!

I ordered my bouquet about a month before the wedding. They were very friendly, and I just took a normal boquet with a vase and asked them to wrap it instead. It looked wonderful, but the lilies in the boquet didn't start to bloom until half way through my reception. They also messed up the pick-up time, so instead of getting them Friday evening, we had to get them Saturday morning before the wedding. Best money saver for the wedidng though, was NOT saying this bouquet was for a wedding. It only costs $35.

I was very happy with Blooms by Vickrey. The staff is extremely nice! However, they are a bit pricey, but after seeing my flowers on my wedding day, I can understand why. We worked with Mark and he was great. We first quoted our flowers as "my dream wedding" and we cut it down from there to get within our budget! Our flowers were exactly what we were looking for and I was really pleased! I would recommend using Blooms by Vickrey!

I was really happy with Blooms. The only bad thing is the price. They are very expensive; however, they will work with you to create something beautiful within your budget. One thing to know is that the first price estimate will be outrageous, but talk to them. I swear they will make it work. My first price quote was almost $15,000, but I worked with them to creat something more fitting for my wedding and budget (the original flowers were over the top and didn't really go with my theme), and they made suggestions to help cut cost and reflect what I wanted. My centerpiece were absolutely gorgeous! This is a great florist, but just remember that the first quote is the very top, and they will work with you until you are happy with the price and product! I was very happy with all of the flowers.

I walked into Blooms having absolutely no idea what sort of flowers I wanted for my wedding, but the staff at Blooms helped me to find the perfect bouquets and centerpieces for my wedding. Their planning process is straightforward and simple - and I could not stop smiling when I arrived at the church on my wedding day and saw the flowers they had delivered. The bouquets were fragrant and beautifully arranged. The flowers decorating our ceremony and reception spaces helped to make the aesthetics of our simple but elegant wedding exactly what we hoped. Ron was terrific. He asked the right questions--not too many, but just the right ones. He saw my vision, created the feel, and made our wedding exactly the pop of color with the right balance of fun and elegance we wanted it to be. And he incorporated the fabrics we brought from Africa to give our ceremony the feel we wanted. Amazing stuff!
