Heather at Bloomtastic did an amazing job on our arch flowers and centerpieces for our wedding day. She listened to the style points I was after, helped find inspiration photos, and executed the event beautifully. Thanks Heather and team!

Heather was so incredible for our wedding. She created masterful and beautiful arrangements for all of my bridesmaids and gorgeous boutonnières for all the groomsmen. Additionally, she crafted the flower arch of my dreams!! Not only were all the pieces STUNNING they smelled amazing as well. I would work with Heather and Bloomtastic for any event requiring flowers! Heather at Bloomtastic created the wedding florals of my dreams!! She stayed within our budget, made sure we had everything we wanted with the correct flowers and amounts, and truly blew me away on our wedding day!! My bouquet was TO DIE FOR! We had a beautiful hexagon arch with two floral pieces attached to it and it was beautiful. Our reception hall was a dream with tall centerpieces mixed in with shorter ones. And our King’s Table 😍 The combination of hand laid eucalyptus and gold candles - OH MY! I had multiple guests come up to me telling me how beautiful everything was and I have Heather to thank!! Thank you for making my vision come true!!

Working with Heather before my wedding was. Working with Heather after my flowers & multiple other issues had gone wrong the day of the wedding because of her, was a nightmare. Here’s the list: My bridesmaid bouquets were all suppose to be white. They were pink. When I first did my proposal back in Sept/Oct 2020, I had chose blush but never pink. Heather tried to say my original flowers were pink so that’s why she messed up. I was trying to contact someone the morning of my wedding to let them know my hotel room number. No answer, no voicemail to leave. They left my flowers at the front desk and never contacted me, my mom, or my sister. They said the front desk told them they would ring my room and get them to me so that’s why they left them. However, it was Bloomtastics job to get them to me. Not the front desk. They didn’t get to our hotel room til 11:30 and we had to leave by 11:45. My husbands boutonniere was a peony that was about the size of a silver dollar. My young nephew ended up wearing it since it looked like a child flower and he was a jr groomsmen and my husband wore his flower that was matching all the groomsmen. All the corsages were dead by 3:30pm. Our wedding mass was at 1:30. Lasted an hour in the church and then photos outside started around 2:45pm. We did no photos before. So it’s not like we were in the heat that long before they started dying. My bouquet was suppose to have 2 of my deceased grandmothers rosaries on it. Not one rosary was on my bouquet. Not one. So my bouquet, was also not correct. The only thing Heather did was a refund for the bridesmaid flowers and an apology. She didn’t give any money back on my bouquet. She claimed there was nothing wrong with it. Heather also knew my sister ran to north market at 11:30 and bought all new roses for the girls bouquets (our colors were black and white) and she didn’t care or offer to pay for those. The feeling of not having my grandmothers rosaries was the worst. And I had no one to call. I was worried sick my whole wedding day up until the following Monday (on my way to my honeymoon) when my mom finally called me and said they had them in the shop. Imagine feeling that way on what is suppose to be the best day of your life. My grandmother passed away last year and I am so happy she got to see me get engaged. I cherished my relationship with her. Heather didn’t care. Heather also treated my mom awful when she tried to take care of the situation the week after our wedding when I was trying to enjoy my honeymoon. She also responded on the knot to a review someone wrote about her… and she responded using my first and last name. And I sent her a nice email to remove my name and she refused. She wanted the person who wrote the review to remove what they wrote. So childish. People can post reviews for a reason. Heather is truthfully one of the most disgusting and heartless people I have met. Her customer service is awful and all she cares about is getting her money. I would never want another bride to experience what I did. Do not use Bloomtastic for any service.

My best friend's wedding was on June 5th this year and she contracted with bloomtastic to be her florist. The day of the wedding, the flowers presented to them were the wrong color for the bouquets and no one was able to get in contact with the florist. The MOH had to go out and buy flowers for the bridesmaids so that they were the right color for the ceremony. The boutineers were also falling apart and looked to be dying or wilted later on during the reception. when confronted about this issue, there was no blame accepted from the vendor and when asked by the mother of the bride for a refund they refused. I will be getting married this coming March in 2022 at Watersedge and I have seen in some of these reviews that they are contracted together and I am very hesitant about this. I plan to see if there is another florist I could work with through watersedge. If this is the case and not possible to use someone else, I will be making sure to document everything very carefully to ensure that everything runs smoothly and if it doesnt, that I am covered.

Bloomtastic was the original in house florist for WatersEdge Event Center when we were planning our wedding and I was already excited because they had done the flowers for my best friend's wedding a few years before. They made the process simple and the pricing was very reasonable for the florals that weren't included with the WatersEdge package. Then COVID hit and our wedding was postponed less than a week before our original date. Heather was so sweet about everything and still put together my bouquet (we still got married on our original date, just postponed the big wedding/celebration) and gave us the extra flowers and greenery, as well. Due to a contract change with WatersEdge, Bloomtastic would no longer be doing our centerpieces for our postponed wedding. Wedding Part 2 a year later and Heather didn't charge us again for the flowers we had already used for Wedding Part 1, which was so incredibly generous and sweet. She was so supportive during the whole ordeal and her employee, Kayla, did a great job on WP2! Our bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages were exactly what we had asked for. Highly recommend!

Everything was beautiful! Heather was extremely flexible with us and our changes due to COVID. She made herself available around our schedule, which was greatly appreciated. I have gotten a number of compliments about our flowers and how beautiful they were. We are excited to work with Bloomtastic again for our reception in the spring!!!

WARNING!! SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE & DISAPPOINTMENT!! During our wedding flower consultation, I presented the photo references that we were looking for on our wedding day. Bloomtastic put in descriptions and cost based on the pictures I provided. On wedding day, The flowers were nothing like the photo references or what we asked for. Our backdrop was hideous and they didn’t even have enough greenery to do our chandelier or head table. The only thing that Bloomtastic did a good job on is making sure that their business was covered based on the wording in the contract if you are unsatisfied. It took 2 1/2 months to get our refund for the head table since it was not provided. There was pushback on everything else that was wrong and they wanted us to sign a NDA saying that we would not post on any social media. We declined singing the NDA as we did not want other bride/groom’s to go through what we did! Never once did we hear from Heather that she was sorry that we were unhappy with the flowers or that she would help make it right. She is absolutely horrible at responding to emails and she is horrible with her customer service. She will make you feel bad about everything! She never takes any blame! I would NEVER recommend Bloomtastic to anyone! I wish I could give zero stars!!!

Bloomtastic was absolutely wonderful to work with for our wedding on 10/2. From the initial consultation a year before the wedding, to talking to them the day of the wedding, the process was flawless! Not to mention of course the stunning flowers! Everyone complimented our beautiful flowers and they were the most special touches we needed for our big day! I cannot recommend them enough!

Amazing! My flowers were beautiful! Heather was awesome to work with and responded quickly every time I had a question or a last minute add on. My bouquets were exactly what I wanted and they also made a gorgeous piece to go on the cross my grandfather made- everything was perfect! Very reasonably priced as well.

I would have loved to book with Bloomtastic for my wedding next year however due to lack of communication from the company I decided against it. I was scheduled to speak with Heather regarding my proposal she sent me and on the date and time agreed upon she never called. I am understanding that life happens so I assumed she would reach out later to apologize for missing our call or to schedule a new time to discuss but nope. I waited weeks for communication but she never called or emailed me regarding missing the appointment we made- still to this day. I can’t speak on their design or flowers but I believe that communication is key and I would not trust someone who cannot send an email with one of the most important days of my life.

We had to change our original wedding plans due to COVID-19 and Bloomtastic was able to help us out as we planned our new small ceremony within a week’s notice. The flowers were beautiful and pick-up was easy the day of! Highly recommend them!

The process was easy and the flowers were beautiful. What more could you want? They took my idea for centerpieces and made it come to life. I received many compliments on my bouquet and they made our ceremony space very elegant after a last minute rain plan change. Also very affordable considering all they do and the care they put in.

One of the things I looked forward to the most on our wedding day at WatersEdge, was seeing our floral arrangements and how they would come together. Let me just say, they were beyond anything we could have envisioned--just absolutely gorgeous. From the time we met Heather, knowing absolutely nothing about flowers I might add, she immediately put us at ease and led us through every phase of the process with simplicity, patience and kindness. She helped us make decisions that were both within our budget, but also met our vision and colors. Then, when I decided to change things over and over in the months leading up to our wedding day, Heather responded to every single email within hours (and sometimes minutes), making whatever changes I wanted and offering great suggestions. She never became frustrated with my endless indecisiveness. :) When I showed up to the bridal suite and saw my bouquet, along with our other arrangements, I was swooning over how beautiful everything was. Guests complimented her work on our centerpieces and cake over and over. It was all just breathtakingly gorgeous. Thank you so much Bloomtastic for being such a beautiful part of our day. Heather and her team were great! It was important to me to have bright, colorful shades of purple in my floral selections for my winter wedding, which was a challenge. The Bloomtastic team did a great job putting together the perfect bunch. The bouquets were so vibrantly colored and even more beautiful than I could have imagined! We had a lot of compliments on our table arrangements as well which were set up perfectly. Very affordable! Definitely recommend!

Our first visit was amazing and the owner made it simple and was very knowledgeable. My bridesmaids and I had a great time. Communication was great as well. Our wedding day center pieces were unforgettable. Thank you!!

Absolutely loved my flowers! They were perfect and everything I wanted! The attention to detail not only in the bouquets but also in all the decorating was perfect! They made my day so special and beautiful!

Bad florist. I thought this florist was going to be really good, they seemed great but it turned out their attention to detail is nonexistent. The staff is friendly and they have lots of vases to choose from but they are a bad florist, don’t go here. I hired them for my wedding and was very excited, when the flowers arrived at the venue the bridal bouquets were smaller the toss bouquet. (which when brought up to the owner, it was explained that I was wrong, but from working at a florist in the past I can tell you they were not the right size.) The ribbon on the bridesmaids bouquets were left in water and when they had dried were left with a brown water stain on the ribbon. Needles to say there’s really no excuse especially sense they’ve been open for so long. That’s a real rookie mistake. (The owner didn’t acknowledge this, when we notified them about it.) My bridal bouquet had dead greens and old flowers in it. When I was first given my bouquet I was so excited but upon first glance the rose petals were falling as if they had used old not fresh flowers. The greens were also completely dead on the ends. I brought ribbon in for them to use on the bouquets and the boutonnières but none of the boutonnières had ribbon on them. When asking the owner, the response was “Looking at the order, I see not all boutonnieres were to receive ribbon.” In this case they messed up, because none of them had ribbon. We were promised a mock presentation of what we would receive for our centerpieces and was never emailed about coming in for a mock up. Then when brought up to the owner they responded by saying, they had emailed us months ago about meeting for a mock up. Which was a lie because when checking all of our email conversations we never received an email about going in for mock up preview. The flower quality was okay, a lot of them seemed old on arrival like they had been left out of the cooler over night or something along those lines. The corsages for the mothers fell apart and not in the way where the flowers where wilting because they had been worn all evening, but in the way where they completely fell off the snap bracelet they were initially attach to, which shouldn’t happen. The centerpiece were constructed there on site at the venue. (which is weird and not normal, or at least I’ve never seen before when I worked weddings.) They looked thrown together on a time crunch, they looked bad. This florist was an overall a disappointment, I expected better form them with all the wonderful reviews. The worst part is they can’t even seem to admit or rectify their own faults of how they messed up. From what I can tell (based off of the owners emailed response and reading the owners responses to other low star comments online) they’ll hear your concerns about what went wrong and then try to find a way to blame you for their mistakes based on their contract. Which in our case they didn’t even care about the contract when we wanted to add some extra arrangements, after the final due date, they did with no hesitation. However when it came to adding the ribbon to the bouquets and boutonnières (which I had brought in and emailed about before the addition of the extra arrangement.) The owner responded saying how everything is final after the final due date. Once again blaming us for their mistakes.

We had reception centerpieces included from our venue (Brookshire) with Bloomtastic, and I decided after meeting with their team to add ceremony flowers as well. The team was extremely helpful during the design process, and showed pictures to make sure I was understanding exactly what would be used and incorporated after I described my vision, which I felt was very well captured. I felt that pricing was very fair and that the team members we worked with were conscious of my budget while also making sure I had the look I wanted. The flowers on my wedding day were absolutely GORGEOUS. I am having my bouquet preserved professionally because it was that beautiful and I want to have it forever! The colors of the flowers were perfect and really pulled the whole day together. Heather, the owner, was wonderful to communicate with and exceeded all of my expectations when I had questions or needed clarification throughout the process. Even with a few small hiccups during the process, Heather made sure everything was right and was so friendly and kind. Make sure to communicate, and Bloomtastic will deliver!! Thank you Bloomtastic (especially Heather!) for a great experience. :)

The flowers were beautiful but the team forgot to set up some things at the reception that were on the contract. Also, my original consultant I was working with ended up leaving and no one told me.

I could not be more happy with how the flowers for our wedding turned out! I showed them what I wanted and they were able to create it perfectly. The flowers were even more beautiful than I had imagined! We definitely had a lot of compliments too :) I highly recommend and can't thank them enough!!!!

We can not recommend Bloomtastic highly enough. Our "vision " (for the centerpieces at our wedding) was not any easy one; we had asked that no two be the same, that they all match through color pallet only, and that they be as tall and ostentatious as possible; and it with only those directions Bloomtastic offered two proposals, and patiently walked us through the refinement of our chosen design proposal. To say that their work exceeded our expectations would be a colossal understatement. Their design and work was nothing short of miraculous, and far better than anything we had ever hoped for! We ABSOLUTELY LOVED everything about our wedding day, and Bloomtastic played a very large role in making that happen!

I booked Bloomtastic based off their social media photos and reviews. They had exactly the type of centerpieces and bouquets I was looking for. They were extremely detail oriented, organized and honest regarding pricing. They also had great suggestions for my budget on what would look good vs something that wouldn’t or maybe not as much bang for my buck. My bouquets turned out exactly what I was wanting them to be as well as the table centerpieces. They showed up with plenty of time to spare that morning to set everything up that day and tore everything down after the reception was over (for an additional cost but worth every penny) I would book them again!

We were told that the florist would have someone sign for the flowers when dropping off at the venue. This did not happen, possibly because the flowers arrived much earlier than expected. The centerpiece flowers did not match the color scheme, and our coordinator was unable to get in contact with the florist, so ended up going to Trader Joe’s for replacements. The boutonnières were very floppy and underwhelming compared to pictures we saw prior to the wedding; if I had seen them prior to walking down the aisle I probably would have chosen to not have them worn at all. That being said, my bouquet and the bridesmaids bouquets were beautiful and exactly what I wanted. The flowers and curtains decorating the arch was also very well done and looked great. They also provided floral decorations for our wedding cake that looked amazing. Overall the biggest disappointments were not having someone sign for the flowers at drop off, which could have helped avoid the issues, and being unable to contact the florist the day of to try to resolve the issues day of. Spoke with Katarina for my consult prior to the wedding and she was very helpful and nice to work with.

My venue (WatersEdge) contracts with Bloomtastic as a flower vendor to create my centerpiece arrangements, my bridal bouquet and my husband's boutonniere and let me just say my bouquet was GORGEOUS. The team at Bloomtastic is so good at what they do. My mother and I went in for a consultation a few months out and sat down to pick out the types of flowers and vases for the bouquets and centerpieces and had a great time talking through everything with Ashley. On the day of my wedding, Heather and her team had everything delivered on time and was in place. Thank you all at Bloomtastic for making our wedding have those added details that truly make it a dream wedding!

I was really thrilled with the arrangements Bloomtastic created for my wedding ceremony and reception! They were exactly as discussed in my consultations. My bouquet was especially stunning. As an out of town bride, I was really pleased with how Heather made time for me, both when I was visiting and over the phone. I will definitely use them for future events :)

Bloomtastic was nothing short of fantastic! From setting up a time to meet to setting up the flowers on the day, everything was easy! It started with picking out what I wanted. I met with one of the florists at their cute little place in Columbus. There, I brought many photos of things I wanted. With me having little knowledge of flowers and their names, she made it so easy and took the time to google flowers that she was going to incorporate so I would know what they looked like. She doubled checked with me several times and was patient with me when even just in the meeting, I changed my mind several times. The next several weeks, I had emailed back and forth with additions and changes. They were always so happy to do that for me, several times, not just in one occasion. When our numbers for boutonnières and bouquets, she adjusted it so she could spruce up the rest of my flowers, which I appreciated. The day of, everything was absolutely perfect and exactly as I imagined. I teared up when seeing my bouquet and our wedding arch for the first time. I couldn’t have asked for any better! You can’t go wrong with these ladies! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Heather was wonderful to work with and very patient with us as we continually changed our plans after our initial meeting. She was very responsive and always willing to work with us to make changes and updates to our proposal. We do feel though that we were underwhelmed with the decor on our arch for the ceremony. Based on the photo we were sent as an example, we were expecting more than we received. Otherwise, the flowers held up beautifully throughout the day, even in the heat, and photographed very well.

Our centerpieces were absolutley beautiful and just what we wanted! We didnt have to worry about a thing when it came to set up and execution. So glad to have worked with Bloomtastic!

We used Bloomtastic for our wedding and they were absolutely fantastic to work with. We planned our entire Ohio wedding from California and Bloomtastic was more than accommodating with our schedules and the crazy time difference. My husband and I had no idea where to start nor we were aware of what we really wanted. We worked with Heather and she was able to take our very limited suggestions and create some amazing pieces while still remaining within our budget. The bouquets, the aisle runners, and all of the centerpieces were gorgeous and we were so pleased with how everything turned out. They are so well organized and truly made the entire process as easy and smooth as possible. We would highly recommend Bloomtastic for your special day!!!

My husband and I got married on May 18th, 2019 and used Bloomtastic as our florist. All I can say, without sounding too sentimental, is that the flowers couldn't have turned out more perfect! My family and I looked into multiple florists around the Columbus area but we landed with Bloomtastic for a few key reasons: 1) the quality of their wedding consultants/designers stood out to me more than any other florist 2) they were able to deliver an amazing look without going over budget and 4) they were extremely patient with me as I was planning my wedding with family from out of town. Heather was my primary consultant during the wedding planning process and she is AWESOME. Very friendly, easy to talk to, and has a great eye for design. I really enjoyed the times I came to the store for a consultation/walkthrough; Heather pulled out all of the things I thought I wanted (e.g. large arrangement examples, vases, votive candles, etc.) and sat with me as my family and I looked through pictures and asked questions. She demonstrated an amazing amount of patience with us and provided recommendations on what she thought looked good WITHOUT being pushy or condescending. I felt very much empowered to make the decisions in this process, while of course relying on her expertise. We ended up going with alternating tall and short arrangements, which filled the space of our venue very well. The day of the wedding couldn't have gone better. The flowers were exactly as I had imagined them and everything was done on time and with great detail. I'm still receiving compliments two months after the wedding! They truly turned a great venue into a better one with their amazing eye for design. If you are a bride still looking for a florist around the Columbus area, do not hesitate to call Blooomtasic Florals! You won’t be disapointed!

Bloomtastic did a WONDERFUL job with my wedding flowers. They looked identical to the sample arrangement they made for me. I got married on a day where the temperatures felt like 105 degrees and the owner even went as far as to send me an email the day before to provide me with information as to how to keep my flowers looking fresh in the heat and how to keep them from wilting. They worked within my budget and they did not disappoint!

We had our wedding on June 29th at Brookshire, and Bloomtastic was the florist provided by Brookshire to provide reception flowers, and we also used Bloomtastic for our ceremony flowers. I would say overall our experience with Bloomtastic was pretty good. It was not perfect, but it could have been a lot worse. Let me start by saying our flowers for the ceremony and reception ended up being very pretty. However, they were not exactly what matched our contract. For example, my bridesmaids were supposed to have white rose bouquets, while the bride’s bouquet was supposed to be pink roses, which was stated in our final contract. The bridesmaids and brides all ended up having the same color roses. Although it was not the end of the world, it was not what was in our contract. The same goes for our mothers’ and grandmothers’ corsages. They had the wrong color roses that deviated from our contract. We also had an extremely hard time scheduling with our only meeting to discuss details. We had to schedule three different dates, two of which were cancelled the day of the meeting due to illness by Bloomtastic. Again, not the end of the world, but it was frustrating to reschedule while working full time. Our reception flowers however were absolutely perfect and matched exactly what we had discussed.

Bloomtastic did a wonderful job with the floral arrangements for our ceremony and reception. I was so nervous for my first appointment since I felt totally clueless about what types of flowers I wanted and really only had an idea of colors I was interested in. Heather is amazing and picked up on my vision right away. All of the arrangements were beautiful and lasted all night long. Even after the bouquet toss, we were able to keep my bouquet on our dining room table and it still looked amazing for a whole week after the wedding.

Absolutely not what I ordered or had a consultation for. We had 3 consultations and the first one they gave away to someone else AFTER BOOKING IT. The day of my wedding they messed up majorly and we had 4 different people trying to call the company after they told us they would have the manager call back to correct the arrangement that looked like it can from a 3rd grader. Almost 4K in flowers and there was not only dead space but the flowers weren’t symmetrical. The arch was a different story in itself. Here are pictures to prove the consultation picture is nothing liked the final product we received. The wedding is now done and over with and we still have not received a call back on how this was and is suppose to be corrected. We actually had to send family to get fillers later in the day.

During our planning process, we were working with a coordinator who was fired prior to our design meeting. Therefore, the owner met with my mom and I personally which was very reassuring. She was lovely - took the time to really understand what I wanted and used different pictures as reference. She was creative in offering ways we could incorporate our pew hangers and bouquets in the reception as well. I'll start by saying my bouquet was absolutely gorgeous (I believe Katie made it). However, everything kind of fell apart from there. The altar flowers were nothing like what we discussed and the bridesmaids' bouquets were sparse and embarrassing (looked like something a flower girl should carry rather than adult women). I wish that it was Heather herself who made our flowers so that there wasn't such a gap in what was quoted versus what we received. Either that or having clearer communication amongst their team to avoid similar issues in the future.

Bloomtastic creates the most gorgeous florals for our event, from the bouquets to the centerpieces. Every arrangement was well done and completely met my expectations. I appreciated Heather’s guidance in our initial planning to help me decide what flowers to choose, as I was absolutely clueless. I couldn’t have imagined a better result!

We were lucky enough to use Bloomtastic as a part of our package with The Estate at New Albany for our centerpieces and what they designed was exactly what we asked for! We also used them for the bouquets, ceremony flowers, and mantel decorations and we loved everything they created! It was all even more beautiful than we imagined! Bloomtastic came with my wedding venue as a preferred vendor and I am so glad they did. Heather and her team made everything from the bouquets to the centerpieces to the swag on our wedding pergola gorgeous. My bouquet was big, vibrant and beautiful. She was so much fun to work with and we gave her cart blanche to do what she thought would work with our wedding vision. Heather didn't miss the mark.

I was so happy with my flowers from Bloomtastic! The girls at the company were very easy to work with, and they were able to take the vision I had for my wedding and turn it into something even more beautiful. They also made sure to accommodate within our budget. Their delivery/rental options made set up and tear down completely stress free for me, and everything was gorgeous!

We were originally very happy after our initial meeting with bloomtastic. However, the florists took mine and our entire wedding party’s flowers to the church with them (our wedding wasn’t until 6pm) so we had no flowers in most of our pictures and were told no one could bring them to us. While trying to get pictures in front of things like the fireplace they were trying to install the arrangements. I really wish they would’ve asked about our timeline so things would’ve been decorated ahead of time or at least not while we were trying to get pictures. Very disappointing to not have my bouquet in our pictures, my coordinator actually had to make one from a centerpiece for pictures sake. A large portion of the bouquets’ flowers had a bright yellow center which was not a color in our wedding, was never discussed and didn’t go with our color scheme at all. These particular flowers were also falling apart. At the church our flowers were left covered in plastic and were very wet. I really wanted to love bloomtastic because our initial meeting was great but overall we were extremely disappointed.

We worked with Heather at Bloomtastic for our wedding at the Ohio Statehouse on 4.20.2019. I am an out of town bride so Heather did a lot of the coordinating and planning with my parents who are local, which was very helpful for me. The colors, flowers and arrangements were absolutely perfect and were the focal point of the day! My bouquet complimented our photos beautifully and everything came together exactly as I hoped. Working with Heather was great and I will absolutely recommend Bloomtastic to anyone I know getting married in the area.

I was referred to Bloomtastic by my venue and I couldn't have been happier! The planning process was easy and as I needed items changed, Heather made them quickly and was a pleasure to work with. The day of the wedding came and my bouquet was gorgeous!! The centerpieces were beautiful and everyone commented on my flowers. I lost count on how many people said how gorgeous my bouquet was.
