I was between using fake flowers vs. real flowers for my December wedding bc I was nervous how the flowers would look the day of the wedding. I AM SO HAPPY I chose Bloomwoods flowers. They are so happy to assist you and I sent my pinterest board with the bouquet I wanted and they came through BIG. Another key thing is they let you preview the flowers the friday before the wedding which put me at ease knowing what I would be receiving on wedding day. Honestly I was in LOVE with my bouquet as well as my bridesmaids. I received so many compliments on the beautiful flowers!

They did a great job capturing what I wanted and adjusting things the day before when I came to preview my flowers!

We used this florist for only my bridal bouquet and it was a very last minute decision. They were able to take a picture of what I wanted from online and recreate it beautifully. It was perfect and very reasonably priced. Would recommend!

Kim and her staff at Bloomwood Flowers and Events are great to work with. She met with my daughter to pre-plan and was so attentive to every detail. The bridal bouquet was exquisite and the bridesmaid's bouquets were also what she had envisioned, but even prettier! Kim shared video snippets of both bouquets as they were built giving us such confidence that they would be what my daughter wanted. Extremely professional and creative and an absolute pleasure to work with!

Kim and her staff at Bloomwood’s made my wedding absolutely gorgeous. She saved my Pinterest board that I created for my flowers and made it fit my budget and vision to a T. My bouquet was my absolute favorite part! I can’t thank them enough for also helping me out with decor and coordination when I had an issue with my wedding planner. So helpful and beautiful!

So thankful for Kim and staff at Bloomwoods! Kim designed all floral decor for our wedding and it was fabulous and designed exactly the way I wanted it. We planned our wedding in 6 months and planned it for the day after Christmas. After having no luck with florist willing to design floral for our event the day after Christmas because that meant they’d have to work on Christmas, Kim reached back out to me and said that it was on her heart and she could not say no so she pulled some strings to make things work out for us! Kim was the ONLY florist in the surrounding area that were willing to do this for us without charging us an arm and a leg for convenience and that in itself meant so much to us! I’m so glad we were connected and I love that she’s such a sweet, selfless person. She and her husband along with Brittany delivered the flowers so beautifully and set them up quickly. Even when we needed to add things at the last minute, Kim was more than willing to accommodate our request and do whatever she needed to do to make sure everything was exceptional. The flowers were fresh and extremely beautiful and were everything I imagined them to be! They really made an elegant difference in the decor! The customer service shown within this business was a bonus! I will definitely recommend Kim at Bloomwoods to others!

I had a vision of what our wedding would look like and Bloomwoods made it happen. It was absolutely perfect. Kim is amazing. The staff is amazing. I could not have asked for a better experience. Everyone worked so hard to make every detail - large or small - perfect. I also really appreciated being able to get a sneak peek the day before the wedding. Can't say enough about Kim at Bloomwoods. She listened to my vision, and my florals were more beautiful than I imagined! My favorite piece was the "wall of flowers" she made for the ceremony that we repurposed for the head table at the reception. Recycling made it budget friendly, and it was beyond gorgeous!

Kim is an excellent florist. She stuck to our budget exactly and didn't try to push any additional costs or pieces. I gave her a picture for inspiration, but beyond that she had creative license to make something beautiful in our colors. I honestly could not have made/found/pictured something better myself. She did a WONDERFUL job and I could not be happier. I highly highly recommend her.

Kim Nelson and staff came into My daughter's wedding plans when our florist of 39""twenty some odd years said he couldn't do her colors; blush, ivory and gold. It was meant to be from the very first meeting. We were immediately made to feel like we were part of their family. Kim knew exactly what my daughter wanted to make her wedding the wedding she had always dreamed of. In the end, it was that plus more. Kim had worked long hard hours all week and was totally exhausted, but she came in with a determination to make sure everything was absolutely perfect....and it was! Kim and her staff went above and beyond our expectations! We have not only found our florist for a lifetime, we've found a friend for a lifetime! We used Bloomwoodsflowers for my daughters wedding back in May. Flowers were very important to us and we had to have a florist that we could trust. After our initial meeting with Kim we knew that Bloomwoodsflowers was the florist for us. She listened to every detail and request that Kendall had invisioned for her wedding day. She showed us pictures and colors of flowers that she wanted. Kendall lit up like a light bulb and said that the meeting was just as magical as the day That she found her dress. Kim paid attention to every detail and made it all come together. The wedding of 300 guests and a bridal party of 24 made for a lot of flowers. We could not have been more happier with the way everything turned out. Everything was absolutely amazing and was above and beyond our expectations, in fact we still have people tell us how beautiful the flowers were. We can't thank Bloomwoodsflowers enough for all of the love and kindness that was shown to us during the planning process. It was truly a joy to work with Kim and her staff. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I chose Bloomwoods to be my wedding florist because multiple people and other vendors in Columbus highly recommended Kim and her staff. They truly made my vision come to life and the flowers were so gorgeous---they almost looked fake. It was like a dream! I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone!

My experience with Bloomwoods was phenomenal! Kim is truly an artist and flowers are her medium. She came up with terrific ideas and was able to make a cohesive look from my modge podge of a Pinterest board. She was very transparent with the cost of the center pieces, corsages, bouquets, and boutonnieres. She went above and beyond to fulfill a couple last minute requests my husband had. And she did all of it with a smile! I especially love that the bouquets are delivered in a vase with water. It was great for me and my maids to keep our flowers from wilting in the hot Georgia sun! She also did the flowers for my brother's wedding a few months before mine, and she was just as amazing then! Also, the rest of her staff is just as courteous and professional as she is. Bottom line, if you're getting married (or having another event) in the Columbus area, Bloomwoods needs to be your florist!

I used Bloomwoods for my June wedding and I could not have been happier with my choice! I met with Kim right after I selected my venue, but wasn't sure of the "look" I wanted to go for, but after meeting with Kim, I had a much clearer idea of what I wanted and left so inspired to plan more details--just set foot in the store and you'll be inspired. Kim not only respected the budget I set, but blew away my expectations and worked so hard to make every detail absolutely perfect. She and her team are truly artists and they brought my wedding dreams to life. A year later, people STILL comment on the beautiful arch Bloomwoods created for me. The day before the wedding, Kim lets you come in and preview your flowers to make any changes you might request, which speaks volumes for how much Bloomwoods cares about your wedding and your happiness. In fact, when I went in for my preview I was so impressed, I had tears in my eyes. Bloomwoods was my favorite vendor I worked with during my wedding and the one that helped me the most, from planning to execution. I would recommend Bloomwoods to any bride with any budget-- you won't be disappointed!

Kim is the best florist, she really knows what she is doing and enjoys doing it. Kim's expertise far exceeded my expectations. Her knowledge of flowers is extraordinary, she knows exactly what colors and textures will go with whatever theme you have chosen for your wedding. She is spot on with suggestions of unique pairings of flowers to bring a unique flair to your special day. Bloomwoods is a world class florist, there is no other way to put it. They went way beyond our expectations. Kim is delightful to work with and whatever she promises, expect more. We were shocked and received tons of compliments on our flowers. We were choses one of the Knots top 10 weddings of 2014. Bloomwoods is capable of anything you can imagine, I would never consider using any other florist for an event!

Kim was hands down the easiest vendor I worked with!! I started my wedding planning while I was living in the Caribbean, which was pretty stressful. Kim made it so easy, she even offered to skype with me for our first interview! I'd seen photos of her work and I knew I could trust her to create beautiful winter decor for my wedding. Admittedly, I was ultra flexible because I didn't have a preference on flowers, I just had a vision. But I basically told her my vision (winter romance) and then handed it all over to her and said 'go!' When I said this in our meeting her eyes got big and she got genuinely excited (which made me excited). I didn't have to worry about a thing. Kim did an amazing job!! We rented a ton of candles from her, did the candelabra and branches & lights decor for the ceremony, and then beautiful white & pink & greenery for the flowers. Everything was so beautiful! Kim gives the bride a preview the day before the wedding to see the bouquets and what the centerpieces will look like. What a special treat! Not only did it calm some nerves, it reinforced that I made the right decision. She also offers this to do any last minute changes. I brought in a family heirloom handkerchief for her to wrap around the stem of my bouquet, which she happily did, and three brooches from my grandmothers, which she brilliantly incorporated into my bouquet. I also love that her team brought everything, set it all up, and then broke it all down and transported it themselves. I didn't have to worry over any of that or rope family members into that job--which was the last thing I wanted to do! Kim is so so talented! And such a sweetheart! Her team surpassed my expectations and I"d happily use them again!!

Kim and her staff were so great to work with. There were some minor confusions about a few flowers before the wedding but they were resolved so easily and well before the wedding. We gave them a lot of creative freedom and they were absolutely gorgeous! I loved that she held some flowers so I could enjoy them after my honeymoon.

Kim Nelson is on Pinterest. I think it helps tremendously. She followed me and repinned everything that I liked so we were on the same page. Even as my tastes changed a bit, she was able to work with my choices. She will recommend that you come by the morning before the wedding to see a "preview" and she works with your changes to make the flowers everything you wanted. She has modern tastes and I absolutely loved working with her!!
