I feel so grateful and lucky to have had the chance to plan my wedding with the Blossom team. This team also planned my sister’s wedding a few years ago, and I remember how much she loved working with them and how beautiful that was. In addition to that, I ultimately asked to work with Blossom because of how they made me feel from our very first conversation. Right from the start, Bree, Imani, and Emily were warm, friendly, exceptionally knowledgeable about the wedding industry as a whole, and genuinely excited to help bring our wedding to life. They found the perfect balance between listening to my vision and offering thoughtful guidance. When I knew exactly what details I loved, they were encouraging and made it happen. And when I had no idea where to start, they always came prepared with multiple creative ideas and practical solutions that fit our vision and budget. Professionally, their organization and responsiveness were incredible. They had wedding planning tools prepped and ready (like a financial tracking tool, checklist for us and their planning team so we could all see where we were in various processes). I honestly can’t think of a single time I had to follow up on a task or wonder whether something had been taken care of. Instead, they were the ones checking in with me, helping me stay on track, and making sure every detail was covered. If I needed to talk something through, they were always happy to hop on a last-minute call, and we had multiple planned check-ins to go over prepared visions and plans. They helped handle all of the logistics with contracts/payments and sent helpful reminders or filled things out where they could to minimize that work on my end. It was so helpful! One of the things I appreciated most was how they managed the process from start to finish (even writing this after my wedding - they have followed up to see if I need anything, if my registry gifts arrived, etc.). Everything was thoughtfully paced, so it never felt overwhelming or rushed, but if I wanted to move something up or add a new event, like a bridal brunch or after-party, they immediately jumped in with excitement and seamlessly incorporated it into the plan. They were also respectful of our budget and helped us prioritize what mattered most without ever making us feel pressured. On the wedding day, I got to experience exactly what every bride hopes for! They were right next to me the whole day, helping with in-the-moment things and big picture items. I got to be fully present and wasn’t worried about logistics, timelines, or vendor questions because they handled absolutely everything. If any issues came up behind the scenes, I didn’t even know until afterward because they had already resolved them. Beyond how incredibly talented they are, they are simply just the kindest people and are just as excited about your wedding as you are. I felt supported every step of the way! The Blossom team brought our vision to life while allowing us to actually enjoy the process, and most importantly, our wedding day. I recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone looking for planners who are not only exceptional at what they do, but who genuinely care about the planning experience as a whole. Their thoughtful planning resulted in the best weekend of my life, spanning multiple events (including brunch, wedding, and after-party)! Will forever be thankful for this team!

As my husband and I are still reliving our amazing wedding, we truly don’t have words to fully express how much we recommend and appreciate our entire team at Blossom. Working with Imani and the entire team (Bree, Emily, Lauren, Lauren) was truly the best decision we made! From our very first conversation with Imani - when we honestly didn’t have a vision, but more so a list of words - she helped guide us with such grace and genuine excitement that continued on throughout our entire planning experience. Blossom helped find our incredible team of vendors who not only made our wedding unforgettable, but also were such a pleasure to work with and were so fun to be with on our wedding day. Every single detail from food, to music, to decor, to photography could not have been a better fit for us and truly made our wedding unforgettable. Not to mention, Imani made the entire process so relaxing and truly fun which is genuinely a reflection on who she is as a person - genuine, kind, passionate, creative, and professional. From the moment we woke up on our wedding day - the entire team made us feel so special and we still cannot get over that first moment when we walked into our room and were beyond overwhelmed with how amazing everything looked and more importantly how “us” it felt. From the incredible florals and candles, to our perfectly made stationary, to our fun checkered dance floor and disco balls every single detail exceeded our expectations and created an even better vibe than we could’ve imagine. We have received endless calls and texts from friends and family telling us that it was the best wedding they have ever been to and that is genuinely because of Imani and the entire team!
