I cannot express enough how grateful we are to Imani and the wonderful Blossom team for making our wedding day truly special. From our very first consultation to the final moments of our celebration, Imani exceeded all our expectations with professionalism, creativity, and a genuine passion for what she does.
From helping to source and work with our incredible vendors to designing the day of timeline and running the show, the team did an amazing job and we could not have done it without them. Our vision really came to life: Everyone raved about the seating chart the team put together (that ended up also being a photo wall!) and the entire dancefloor set up.
The day ran so smoothly and the team kept us on track while also ensuring we had our private moments as a couple, which we really appreciated. And of course they saved the day when we forgot to pack the marriage license that morning and they were able to stop by our apartment to grab it for us.
The stress of wedding planning was completely alleviated knowing we had such a dedicated and talented team of professionals working with us. Imani was always available to answer our questions and offer guidance.

We truly, truly, TRULY cannot say enough good things about Alexandra from Blossom. She was the stand-out of our wedding planning and a person that we feel indebted to for making our event feel like such a seamless experience. She exudes care and kindness, while also being professional, responsible, and strategic. She made us feel like we were in the BEST hands in leading up to the day and throughout our multi-venue wedding. Everyone loved her (many friends thought she was another friend they hadn't met yet) and she couldn't have been more helpful in ensuring that every detail was accounted for. Imani + Team were my life savers over the last 9 months. From coming up with ideas, to executing my crazy ones, they made it all work! They are so kind, always available and insanely easy to work with. By the time of the actual wedding, it was like having a couple extra friends around helping me out. They really go above and beyond to make sure the bride, groom and their families are not working or stressed the day of. You can tell they have definitely done hundreds of weddings. Michelle & the entire Blossom Team are absolute GODSENDS. Michelle went above and beyond what I could have ever wished for in a wedding planner. She was always 100% on top of every little detail, really made my husband and myself feel special and like a priority, and thought of absolutely everything. We had some pretty unique requests and she was able to grasp our vision and make it all come to life. My mother and sister could not get over what a phenomenal job Michelle did--especially after a less than ideal experience with a planner for my sister's wedding years ago.
I remember initially thinking the cost for wedding planning was expensive....but I truly cannot believe the Blossom team doesn't charge more. We opted for the full service package and I cannot imagine having pulled off any of our wedding without Michelle. The biggest bargain in the whole wedding game!
Leading up to the wedding, everyone in my life kept asking me if I was nervous and I honestly wasn't because I knew everything was in great hands. I cannot thank Michelle, Bree and Imani enough for helping us make our unique wedding an absolute dream. I had COUNTLESS guests come up to me and tell me it was the best wedding they've ever been to.

I cannot speak highly enough about Bree and the Blossom team. Bree brought our vision to life in a way that we couldn't have even dreamed of. Bree was so easy to work with and genuinely cared about helping us make our dream wedding come true. She was incredibly patient and calm the whole journey, even at times when we weren't. We couldn't have imagined going through the process without Bree and the Blossom team. We would highly recommend Blossom Events.
This is my second time working with Blossom. My last event was so smooth and fluid and magical, I knew I needed them for my event this time around, too. Imani and Alexandra were patient, responsive, pro-active, creative, enthusiastic, warm and always prepared. They never said "no" - they said, "let's figure this out." They were one top of everything throughout the process and I knew I could enjoy my event because they were there making everything run according to plan. Hire them now. And then hire them again.
Hiring Blossom Events to help us with our big day was one of the first decisions we made in the wedding planning process and it proved to also be one of our best decisions. Bree and Alexandra were two steps ahead of us the entire time - they promptly and thoroughly answered all of our questions throughout the process, introduced us to fantastic vendors within our price ranges, supported and enhanced all of our design ideas, and were completely collaborative. The day-of, Alexandra and Michelle kept everything running perfectly and smoothly so my husband and I were able to focus on us and our personal experience. Professional, personal, collaborative, and trustworthy. Cannot recommend this team enough!
Blossom Events (and specifically Imani<3) was the best vendor we went with for our December 2022 wedding. Imani was so attentive, responsive, professional, and understanding - she made us feel safe, understood, like she had our best interest in mind 100% of the time. She was great at communicating expectations, helping us make decisions we were too decision-fatigued to make, and handled the flow of the wedding amazingly. Her timeline was spot-on and she checked in throughout the day with us and with the rest of the vendors to ensure things ran smoothly. I just cannot say enough. If you are thinking of a day-of/month-of coordinator or co-planner (which is the option we had chosen) - we HIGHLYYYYY recommend - trust us! We would choose this team every time!
We hired Blossom team for full planning services for our wedding - they were fantastic! They recommended fabulous vendors and they helped us bring our somewhat elaborate vision to life. Bree, Michelle, and Alexandra kept us on track and they were a delight to work with!
If you have decided to plan your wedding please do yourself a favor and hire Blossom Events for month-of-coordination. Bree, Ellise and Monica were the glue that pulled every aspect of my planning together. I am 100% confident that my wedding would not have been so perfect without them. About a month prior to my wedding I had a chat with Bree and Ellise and from that point on, the literal MAGIC happened. They started contacting vendors, creating a thorough timeline, setting up site visits, answering my countless questions and more! I went into my wedding weekend feeling at ease because they had taken care of all the things I wouldn’t know I needed to do. As for my wedding day I don’t have enough words to describe what Ellise and Monica did for us that day. Everything, and I mean everything, was taken care of and ON SCHEDULE! My husband and I had the best time at our wedding and we worried about absolutely nothing. At the end of the evening, we got back to our hotel room and everything that needed to be brought back from the hotel was neatly tucked away and hung up. I cannot thank Bree, Ellise and Monica enough for everything they did for me and my husband. We recommend them 1000000%.
Like all the other reviews on here, I am so, so, happy we worked with Blossom! Specifically, Alexandra, our day-of coordinator, just crushed it. TBH I didn't really know what a day-of coordinator consisted of and kind of assumed they would just execute your wedding day. But Alexandra started working with us months before and was such a dream to work with - getting things in place, surfacing missing details, and working directly with all our other vendors to make sure the day ran completely smoothly. And it did - everything was executed perfectly and Alexandra and her team were so amazing. We literally could not have done it without them. There were a few things we were grumpy about spending money on but working with Alexandra and Blossom was the BEST decision we made, and we are so, so happy and thankful for how everything turned out.
I am obsessed with the Blossom team, especially Imani and our day-of assistant Alexandra! From the beginning, Imani and Bree worked with me on a custom package, and Imani was my right-hand woman. She was always there if I needed some advice, an extra set of eyes, or to be talked off of a ledge :). No detail or question was too small. She was organized, responsive, and incredibly kind and patient with my family and vendors. Her experience at the venue and with our other vendors was so valuable, and instantly made me feel comfortable and confident - she knew what she was doing and who she was working with. But, she was also flexible, letting me take over where I wanted to be more involved, which I really appreciated. The mood board they created was also fantastic and inspired our whole look, and they really understood what I was looking for.
On the day, Alexandra assisted and she was just as wonderful as Imani. They seemed to anticipate my needs and those of our guests before we even knew about them - whether it was fixing my dad's suit during a wardrobe malfunction, handing my sister champagne during her MOH speech before she even noticed she didn't have one, or bringing down accessories for me from the bridal suite for photos. They paid attention to every. little. thing., always checking in without being overbearing, and only involving me when absolutely necessary so I could truly enjoy the day.
We had our wedding at The Foundry, which is an incredible venue, but with multiple rooms and an untraditional flow of events. The compliment I got over and over again about our wedding was how incredibly seamless it was, and how the guests felt like they were well taken care of. That absolutely wouldn't have been possible without Imani and Alexandra. They even brought all of our items back to my apartment the night of the wedding, so I wouldn't have to worry about anything.
I truly can't say enough good things about this amazing team - I can't wait to hire them for all the birthday parties and bat mitzvah's in my family's future.
My daughter had her stunning wedding at the Foundry in LIC. She hired Blossom and then due to Covid the dates were changed twice. Blossom never stopped working. Our Wedding Coordinator was Alexandra. I could literally write 20 pages to tell you how INCREDIBLE she was!
My daughter and I are extremely organized. We had everything done and ready. We didn’t even think we needed a wedding organizer. Thank heaven we hired Alexandra from Blossom!!
What we really didn’t realize is that the day of the event, you begin with the bridesmaids getting hair and makeup done, and getting dressed. During this time, you have to get your gowns and a million other things to wherever you are getting ready. You are greeting everyone and socializing and being pulled in a million different directions and have to get done on time.
Alexandra got to know my daughter and what she wanted. Prior to the wedding, She met us in Manhattan to choose the tables, chairs, tableware, etc. (The Foundry is a venue, not a catering hall, so you need to choose and provide everything!). She had zoom meetings with us to organize the schedule from hair and makeup for everyone ,to photos and rehearsal to wedding party intro, toasts, cake cutting, bouquet throwing and absolutely everything in between. Prior to the wedding Alexandra contacted every single vendor (florist, bakery, caterer, hair stylists, makeup artists, DJ, officiant, etc.) to make sure everything was done and delivered on time!!
At the Du Val Suite where we got ready, Alexandra kept us on schedule, very sweetly. That honestly must have been hard because we were all giddy and playing music etc.
Without being asked, She carried some very heavy containers back to our hotel rooms, or to the Foundry for things that we needed. When we got back to our hotel rooms, she had already had everything brought back. Dresses were hung up! Honestly I do not know how she did it all, even though she had an assistant. Alexandra was also beyond lovely to work with. She is supportive from start to finish and NEVER got flustered. A total PRO.
I could go on, we were really blown away by the job Alexandra did. I could not recommend anyone more highly. Thank you, Alexandra! My daughter’s wedding would never have been the beautiful success it was with out you!! xoxo
The Blossom team is unbelievably amazing. From day 1, the team was there answering every single question I had, big or small. We started planning in 2019, then had to reschedule to 2022 & the Blossom team was there every step of the way. Throughout the entire planning process, they were so beyond helpful & took every stress of wedding planning away. On the day of, we had Alexandra as our main planner & coordinator. Imani was also there to assist day of & throughout the process. And OMG – the only way I can describe them is that they were truly rock stars. They kept us on time, organized, and also coordinated all of our vendors leading up to our wedding so they were aware of timing of everything. I didn’t even have to think about anything because by the time I thought about it, Alexandra already had it done. I did an outfit change during my reception and left my first dress kind of a mess in the bridal suite because I was rushing. When I got back to my hotel room it was hung and in a garment bag. All my things were packed and in one place. I mean…..Unbelievable!! I don’t know how we would have been able to do this day without them. The day went so perfectly, and it was all because of Blossom. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!!
We can't express enough how much we loved working with Blossom Events, specifically our coordinators Imani & Michelle. Without them, our day would not have been nearly as perfect. They handled everything (and I mean everything) and made the entire month leading up to our wedding/ wedding day relaxing and with no stress! And they did it all with a smile on their face. We had multiple people come up to us after and the next day to tell us how much they loved them both. Thank you Imani & Michelle for everything!
Bree and her team (Alexandra, Michelle and Imani) made sure my wedding didn't just go smoothly, they made sure it was a wedding that surpassed my every dream.
Do not listen when people say that wedding planning has to be stressful! Those people just haven't met the Blossom Events team yet. Bree and her team are equal parts supportive and proactive. They let me vent when I was concerned about my RSVP rate without judgement, but then they were quick to pivot toward stress-free solutions!
They know the best vendors to work with... we were impressed by every single one.
Honestly, seeing how the day came together, it makes me want to throw another wedding! (Just don't tell my dad!)
But on a serious note, I can't thank Bree and Alexandra enough for being such a support system throughout this process. I underwent a religious conversion and I was in my second year of law school during wedding planning, so to say I had a lot going on would be an understatement. Bree always made sure I felt heard and did a great job executing on my vision. She also was forthcoming when I was describing requests that were outside of my budget, and made sure to show me more affordable options that were in the same spirit as what I was looking for.
I can't advocate for Blossom Events enough. And Bree has my permission to give out my email address to any potential clients who want additional details about my experience working with her.
The number one advice I would give to
any person getting married is to not just hire a wedding planner (Do it- its worth every penny), but specifically to hire Bree and her wonderful team (alex and imani).
These three were lovely, professional, responsive, had impeccable taste, and were incredible to work with and generally be around. We enjoyed every communication with them and they put us at ease during the entire process.
They helped with the things we knew we needed & things we had no idea we needed but made the day and vision one that all our guests said was “the best wedding they have ever been too.”
Personally, I am very indecisive and this made every decision easy and seamless. There was not ONE vendor we did not love working with and were not blown away by. The team created a mood board for us that was a pinterest dream and kept modifying it until it was perfect.
We decided to have the team also plan our rehearsal dinner- and they managed to make this extra special with an extra surprise. (As background, early on in the process my now husband was asked his preference on flowers and said he wanted Mets colors. He was then swiftly taken off that assignment). But the team managed to incorporate this detail into the rehearsal and we showed up with mets colored flowers. Keith and his family were very touched and this made it extra special (including them facilitating a surprise Mets cake for my partner with me).
The day of- we had the honor of working
with alex and Imani. They both made it a seamless and relaxing experience for my 8 bridesmaids and our 8 groomsman. Everyone was happy, fed, relaxed, knowing where they needed to be and what they needed to do. They put out fires left and right while reminding my partner and I to relax and take it all in. They were our advocates and stole
us away for so my partner and I could be together right after the ceremony & eat cocktail hour food. All night - it felt like having two close friends by our side and I genuinely feel sad to not have something on the books to work with them around.
Words can not express my gratitude for Bree, Alex and Imani. I would give them the highest recommendation possible.
After attending another wedding planned in coordination with Blossom Events, I was very excited to partner with them for our wedding.
My husband and I decided that we wanted to have a short engagement -- which meant we had three months to plan a wedding. As a type-A perfectionist, I put a lot of pressure on myself -- as well as the people around me -- and Imani and Alexandra met my unrealistically high bar.
While we had already booked the venue when we contacted Blossom, we were still in need of a few additional vendors -- and Imani / Alexandra's knowledge of the business was unmatched. They gave us several options with varying pricing that worked with our budget -- without pressuring us to utilize one of their recommendations.
Their true professionalism shined through on the day of our wedding when they (for example) were proactively in communication with the hair/makeup/florist to ensure everyone arrived at the correct room. Additionally, our wedding venue had an event that ended two hours before our wedding, and Imani & Alexandra were hands-on with the decorations to ensure everything was ready for the ceremony. My husband and I were able to be present and enjoy the spectacular evening with our dearest friends and family while knowing we had the A-team behind us to address any issues should they arise.

We worked with Blossom Events as a day-of coordinator for our wedding at City Vineyard in NYC. Bree was wonderful, responsive, and encouraging throughout the process. Alexandra, meanwhile, blew us away with her knowledge and attention to detail. Leading up to the big day, she spent a substantial amount of time with me making sure she fully understood my vision and was prepared to execute it in every way possible, not to mention her work getting all of our vendors and family members on the same page. On the wedding day, too, Alexandra was poised and a calming, capable presence. We are truly indebted to Blossom Events for helping our wedding to go off without a hitch. I would make this hire again!
Where to begin… Bree and her team are all-stars! Bree and team planned both our rehearsal dinner and wedding. Our journey with Blossom Events was a year and a half, starting just a few months before the COVID lockdown in 2020. As I’m sure you can imagine it was a time with a lot of uncertainty, but Bree never skipped a beat through all the adversity. We had to change the date multiple times along with the venue 3 months before the wedding – Blossom didn’t bat an eye! Some top Bree/Blossom qualities that we truly appreciated and you can expect are: 1) Bree is always level-headed and calm under pressure, while still doing emotional check-ins and being supportive of us as a couple. 2) She was generous with her time and availability for both of us as a couple and vendor calls. 3) She brought order to the chaos of starting and stopping and the many moving pieces while planning and the day-of. 4) Bree always worked with us to find creative solutions that worked for our budget while staying true to the wedding vision. 5) She gets the importance of both and the emotional attachment a bride has to her vision! 6) Team Blossom maintained excellent relationships with vendors while still advocating for us as clients (this was key during the pandemic!). 7) The vendors that Bree brought to the table were quality. They understood our very specific vision and were all flexible with us when we had to change venue/date.
The last story I will leave you with is the night before our wedding we realized that the stickers we ordered for our ghost chairs looked foggy up against the chairs. Bree and team knew how important the stickers were for the balance of color at the wedding and spent the night HAND CUTTING out our motif so that we could still use them…wow! We would absolutely recommend Bree and Team Blossom to couples. We are so grateful to have had them by our side!!! Thank you, thank you!
Highly recommend Blossom Events! We had Imani as our month-of coordinator at our wedding at 501 Union in September 2021, and could not have asked for a more professional, helpful and kind person to lean on leading up to and on the day of. She was completely on top of it from the day we first started working together. She helped me get organized and think about certain details that I hadn’t thought through yet. On the day of the wedding, she was such a calming and supportive presence. She made certain that me, my husband and our families did nothing but be fully present and enjoy the day. I cannot express to you what a joy it was working with Imani and the Blossom Events team! We did not know what to expect from a day-of coordinator, and Imani made the weeks leading up to the wedding completely stress free. I never had to worry about making any last-minute connections with vendors, and the wedding day itself was seamless. Imani was on top of every detail (even running to get my bouquet when I forgot last minute in my wedding nerves!) and she made both of us feel completely calm and confident so we could truly enjoy the day. I cannot recommend Blossom Events enough. Hiring their team is the best decision you will ever make in your wedding planning process.
We were so thrilled to work with the Blossom team for our wedding this fall. After several postponements, they stuck with us and helped deliver an absolutely perfect wedding day. I felt so calm knowing they had all the details (none too small!) in hand. To say they went above and beyond would be an understatement. We worked with Imani at Blossom Events to plan and coordinate our wedding and had a great experience. In the run-up she was flexible in dealing with our time zone differences (we live on the West coast, planning a wedding on the East...) and helped us plan and schedule our wedding, pointing out things we never would have realized on our own. Imani created simplified schedules for hair and make up and had every vendor on the same page. On the day of, her and her team were everywhere, helping vendors connect and defusing a few potentially wedding ruining time bombs. 100% would recommend their services! I was torn on whether or not to hire a wedding planner for my small/intimate wedding but decided to work with Bride & Blossom to ease the stress of it all. Bree and her team were so helpful and made me feel much more relaxed about the entire experience. What I especially liked about booking with them is their a la carte services, tailoring the contract to meet the specific areas you’d like help with. They have a wealth of knowledge and provided great recommendations and advice whenever I needed it. I felt confident that everything was taken care of leading up to the wedding. On the day of the wedding, I had 2 coordinators on site to assist and make sure everything went smoothly - Annie and Imani. They were total pros and helped to calm my nervous jitters while at it! They thought of everything. When I woke up the next morning I panicked thinking I left my card box and bouquet etc. but it turns out that they took care of ensuring my mom and best friends took everything home, including leftover cake! They really had everything under control and I cannot recommend them enough. You can trust that you’ll be able to be present during your wedding day and not have to worry about any “behind the scenes” things with vendors, guests, etc. I’m so thankful to have worked with them!
Amazing event planers, I highly recommend!! I sought the help of Blossom Events after learning my rooftop venue did not provide a day of coordinator. Though they were hired for the day, Alexandra and Imani spent time working with me 6 weeks out from the wedding to ensure that every thing ran smoothly. They were detail oriented and organized through out the process. The day of the wedding, they were on site for 12 hours ensuring that everything was perfect from set up to break down. Alexandra is just as excited about your day as you are. She kept me and my bridal party on track, as well as the guys, which I'm sure was not easy! Imani was also amazing, and went above and beyond to help me, as well as my guests! They even made sure to put some food aside for us from cocktail hour while we waited to make our entrance into the reception. I'm so happy we trusted Alexandra and Imani to run our big day!

Imani is personable, kind, and was absolutely incredible to work with both leading up to our wedding and the day of. She is really thorough in preparing, and will make sure you have everything ready to go! Imani enthusiastically supported our plans, and only made suggestions when we asked for them. Because of Imani, we were able to focus primarily on the creative aspects of planning, knowing that she was taking care of the complex logistics. This was such a blessing.
Imani was truly the wedding planning MVP, and made us feel really confident going into our ceremony and reception. Our only regret is that we didn't hire Imani to handle more aspects of our wedding!!! Anything Imani was in charge of, we felt complete relief. Thank you Imani!
On the day of our wedding, we had a few major issues with our venue, and Imani and Annie handled them such that we experienced close to zero impact on our reception - and they did it all with grace, patience, and subtlety. My partner and I are both used to troubleshooting event issues as they arrive, and we did zero of that on our wedding day, because Imani and Annie were handling it all.
For example, I found out a couple days after the wedding that Imani and my Maid of Honor had been texting the entire morning leading up to the ceremony - and I had NO idea. It just seemed like Imani magically knew exactly where we were and how to support us at all times.
We were so impressed and so thankful for everything Imani and the Blossom team did to support us. We highly recommend booking them - you will be so glad you did!!
I felt so taken care of by the Blossom team. They were so helpful with all of the little details leading up to our wedding that I would have never thought of, and it was absolutely essential to have them there the day of. They made sure everything was seamless. They were a true pleasure to work with, and true professionals as well. Highly recommend!

I cannot thank this team enough! From the very beginning of the process, every team member was gracious, patient, and went the extra step to make sure every detail was taken care of. They thought of everything, and acknowledged every question and concern we had. Our event took place at a difficult time - when Covid restrictions were shifting daily. I could not have asked for a better team to plan our special day! Bree , Alexandra and Imani are an absolute dream to work with! I booked blossom events for my day of but they’ve worked with me a month before to make sure every single detail was thought out. They’ve communicated with all of my vendors to make sure they had the latest timeline and made sure everyone was on the same page. They’ve made the days leading up to the wedding so much easier for me . I am happy to say I was a pretty calm and relaxed bride thanks to this dream team :) . They helped me plan out the flow of our wedding so beautifully and every one of our guests had an amazing time. Alexandra was very sweet to keep checking up on me during the day to see if I needed anything at all. My new husband and I cannot speak highly enough of our experience with Blossom Events for our wedding. Blossom seamlessly walked us through all the details of planning our day, and all the daunting tasks of wedding planning were made completely manageable. The whole planning process was very well organized, and it felt like a huge weight was taken off our shoulders. We were basically all ready to go with our initial plans for a May 2020 wedding in NYC…. and then of course the pandemic hit! All our vendors were hired and invitations were already out. It was a painful decision for us to have to change up our plans, but when we did, Blossom was there to support us through it all. We were guided through all the details of moving our day forward to November 2020. After some unpredictable hiccups due to the pandemic, when our day FINALLY came, it all came together beautifully. I honestly do not know how we would have managed the ups and downs of planning and re-planning our wedding without them! They had great ideas on how to re-size the wedding, zoom in guests, and how to keep things safe and intimate. Bree and team were truly a calming force, and I was so impressed with their professionalism, kindness and understanding throughout the whole planning process. Blossom Events were truly lifesavers! The team was beyond accommodating answering our questions (what felt like millions), helping to navigate changes due to COVID and map out our wedding so that the day was not only perfect, but stress free.
The Blossom team were all so professional, calm (something i desperately needed during COVID wedding planning :)) and friendly. They are clearly so experienced and always thinking five steps ahead to make sure that everything ran seamlessly. After helping us map out the flow of the day, they helped tie up loose ends with our vendors and ensure everyone was on the same page which was an ENORMOUS weight off of us during a time that is already stressful enough.

We can't overstate how amazing the Blossom team has been to work with, especially during this uncertain time. We initially hired Blossom to plan our wedding for Sept. 2020. When we realized we needed to reschedule due to the uncertainty of holding an event this fall, the Blossom team was with us every step of the way, navigating the tedious process of rescheduling, revised contracts, and being both a sounding board and an advocate for us with our other vendors. We later decided to have a microwedding on our original wedding date and quickly realized we needed help. Blossom worked with us to come up with a plan and a package that fit our unique needs and made the process of planning (another!) wedding in a short period of time painless. They raised ideas and thought of details that never would have occurred to us otherwise. We had them onsite day-of, and all I can say is wow. From attention to detail and good judgment (I wanted white linens, but when she got to the venue and saw them, thought that going with the bare tables would be more my vibe, so she texted a picture - and she was right!), helping us revise our timeline on the fly since we were running late, and managing tricky Covid logistics, we could not have done it without the Blossom team. I actually forgot to put my veil on and would not have noticed, but Bree caught it and helped me put it on before the ceremony started!! We are more excited than ever to have them as our partners for our 2021 celebration!

Bree and her team went above and beyond!!! I read all the positive reviews and loved Bree over phone and in person from the second we bonded over Bruce Springsteen music, but as a control freak and micro-manager myself, it was nerve wracking putting the most important day entirely in someone else's hands. But Bree, Diana and Carly made our wedding 10000% better and more beautiful than we could have ever imagined. Many coordinators I spoke to didn't do any of the hands-on set up, but Bree and her team did it all. In addition to coordinating and managing all of the vendors coming into the space that day, they set everything up themselves so beautifully. Our venue, the Greenpoint Loft, was a raw space and we had a lot of DIY components (our centerpieces, namecards, etc.) that Bree set up in the most perfect way - I cried when I walked in and saw it for the first time!
In addition to her attention to details and tasteful decorating talent during set up, the flow of the whole day was also absolutely flawless. We were thrilled that Bree had worked with our caterer in the past so she knew exactly where they needed help. She coordinated our ceremony, made suggestions on flow of the night, and made sure everything was beyond perfect. She was on top of everything, even little details that we didn't even know at the time - driving to our apartment to retrieve a forgotten bouquet, finding Benadryl for a guest with an allergic reaction, taking care of anything that went wrong without adding any stress to the day, all the while checking in with us to make sure we were well taken care of. It felt more like having a calm, organized best friend there taking care of everything than anything else!
Bree was just so lovely and easy to work with. She was flexible and responsive from the start. We asked for many recommendations along the way and the advice she gave us was top notch (especially New York Trolley Company!). She has an easy going yet organized personality that made us comfortable from the start. We honestly miss not working with her! I highly recommend Bree and Blossom Events to anyone considering a day of coordinator. She makes dreams come true!

Working with Blossom Events was such a wonderful experience from start to finish! From finding our venue, to securing out hotel block booking to finding us an exceptional caterer, to assisting with design and so much, they were with us every step of the way. They made the process of planning so much more enjoyable. I really can't imagine having done it without them.
Ellise, Cortney and the entire Blossom Events team went above and beyond in every way possible. Cortney literally GAVE ME her socks because my tennis shoes I brought for the after party were giving me blisters. We couldn't have thrown our wedding without Bree. We hired her as a day-of coordinator, but she was really with us every step of the planning process. Over the last year Bree was our sounding board -- we would bounce ideas off of her (venue layout, timeline, linens....) and she would always give us great advice. As we neared closer to the big day, she was absolutely essential to making sure every detail was noted and every minute of the day was accounted for. Our venue was a "raw space" so we had to bring in everything ourselves -- I was so nervous that it wouldn't come together as I envisioned it, but Bree sent reassuring texts throughout the morning-of to let me know everything was going according to plan and when I finally saw the space I was floored by how well Bree absolutely nailed the layout and design! It looked beautiful and the night went sooo smoothly. 100% the best money I ever spent, couldn't recommend highly enough.

Bree was an absolute joy to work with as the Day-of-Coordinator for our wedding! One of the most important things I realized about hiring wedding vendors was how important it was to choose people you trusted as good people and connected with because they are surrounding you and your family during some of the most important moments of your life. Bree is absolutely the type of person you want around you. She was extremely kind, composed, and professional throughout the entire process and was always willing to answer questions and talk through concerns (big or small!) leading up to the day, truly going above and beyond the term “day-of” coordinator. She was patient and understanding with the most neurotic of questions and when we had an issue with an unreliable vendor leading up to the wedding, Bree graciously provided us extra support by following up more frequently with that vendor which helped to mitigate any potential problems. On the actual day of the wedding, she followed all of our requests and there was no task she wasn’t up to take on. We would highly highly recommend her for any event your throwing!
Bree is AMAZING. She was invaluable the day of our wedding--keeping everything and everyone on schedule, and was incredibly helpful in the lead-up to the wedding as well. I felt confident going into our day because Bree gave such sound advice and guidance. She was extremely professional and prepared for anything, and on the day of the wedding was calm and collected, which eased any nerves and helped ensure we enjoyed every minute of our wedding. Hiring Bree as the day-of coordinator for our wedding was one of the best decisions we made. From our initial call with her, we knew we had found someone with a special touch. Everyone warned us that the wedding would be chaotic, but the minute we arrived at the venue a few hours before the ceremony, it was clear Bree and Ellise were on top of every detail. This immediately put us at ease and helped us to enjoy every moment as the evening progressed. She was incredibly proactive, from organizing the ceremony rehearsal to wrangling family members for pictures, reminding us to sign the marriage license, helping to put a boutonniere on our cranky ring bearer, and we can only imagine a bunch of other things she didn't trouble us with so we could simply enjoy our wedding without having to think about stuff. If you're looking for a coordinator, you've found her.
Booking Bree Swartz was the best decision we made throughout the whole wedding process. We had her for the day of coordinator and timeline and she was amazing. She went above and beyond our expectations and was there for us to help answer questions and bounce ideas off of months before the wedding. On the day of she was the first one there and hit the ground running, making sure everything went smoothly and then was the last one to leave making sure we had all our person items. We were able to enjoy the entire night because we knew she had everything under control. The day after the wedding people came up to us saying how beautiful and seamless everything with our day was and that was entirely due to Bree. I can not recommend and thank Bree enough!!
We hired Bree, Michemonde, and the Blossom Events team to be our day-of event coordinator for my wedding in May 2018. Bree and her team were a great addition to our wedding team. Bree was incredibly professional and accommodating -- she was responsive and willing to work around our schedule. We had a few sessions on the phone and an in-person walk-through; during these sessions we discussed our ideas, detailed timeline, and floorplans. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, the plans got a more complicated as rain was in the forecast so had to create contingency plans for the weather. While I had done most of the planning myself, it was still helpful to talk through details to help pull everything together. They listened attentively and asked clarifying questions to make sure they understood our vision of our event.
By the time the wedding came, I felt confident that Bree and her colleague Michemonde were the right choice. I was able to focus on having fun and being with my family and guests. All the planning and discussions were all worth it because they were able to execute and problem solve quickly and independently. They were judicious about the few decisions I needed to weigh in on throughout the day; in all cases, I thought all the questions they asked were appropriate. They tackled a completely DIY space, the pouring rain, a tent vendor that was late (unrelated to Blossom Events), two large families, and the rest of the vendor team with poise. Professionally, I manage large projects so have a pretty high standard when it comes to organization, attention to detail, and competence. Blossom Events exceeded my expectations and would highly recommend them to work with you at your next event!

We are so thankful that we hired Bree at Blossom Events to be our day-of wedding coordinator. She is one of the most capable people we have had the pleasure of knowing, and we absolutely recommend her and her company to anyone who needs a wedding coordinator.
Our venue was do-it-yourself, so we had a bunch of different vendors—and lots of moving pieces. Bree familiarized herself with all of our contracts and confirmed with the vendors ahead of time. She knew exactly who the contacts were and what each one was expected to do. We had a couple of calls to go through the details and we also did a walkthrough with her at the venue a few weeks ahead of time. She was easy to get in contact with, and very responsive.
Besides being incredibly capable, Bree is fun and bubbly. She knew how to keep our minds at ease on the day of our wedding, and she ensured that everything ran smoothly. She handled the set-up, and was able to correct a vendor who had started incorrectly decorating the head table. We were also very grateful that she handled the distribution of all of the tips for the various vendors. Even after our wedding day was over, she stayed involved to help us follow up with a vendor, which I think is above-and-beyond what she was obligated to do. Bree is very sweet, and a must-hire for any event!

We were recently married at the Boathouse in Central Park, NY. We initially found Midtown Event Coordinator, Bree Swartz when we thought that we were going to need her assistance to plan a wedding in a "raw" space. However, with the selection of the Boathouse, our entire wedding vision evolved in a different direction. Over a 6-month period, Bree was exemplary in providing us with information. She guided us and really helped us shape our wedding vision - even if at times we were not entirely certain about what we wanted. Bree was supportive and helped out with several vendor selections and with the invitations and budgeting. She really excelled at working out timelines for us and coordinated and kept tabs on all of the details of the entire production. Bree took charge of directly communicating with our vendors to insure timely payments were made and created amazing timelines to keep everything on schedule. On the day of our event, she was like a whirlwind, splitting her time between the hotel where the bridal party was getting ready and the Boathouse, making sure that everything was on schedule and every last detail was covered. Throughout, she had a wonderful attitude and spirit that was contagious to all around. Our family, friends and vendors all complimented us about how organized and how great she was. She really helped make our wedding such a success and we enjoyed working with her. Without hesitation, we highly recommend Bree, especially if you want to have piece of mind and enjoy your wedding day. I know we did. Thanks Bree!

Hiring Bree to be our Day of Wedding Coordinator was one of the best decisions we made. Planning a New York City wedding from CA was a bit difficult, as we couldn't meet Bree until the week of the wedding, but walking away from our meeting, all my wedding day bride anxieties were gone. With good reason, because boy she deliver on our big day. She was at the venue all day making sure it was set up properly and was super responsive to my texts about any and everything. Seriously, thanks to Bree 501 Union look exactly like we had planned it to look... but somehow it was even more beautiful than I could have expected. Bree also made sure the timeline of the night was followed and that everyone was having fun without getting out of control. She even called the vendors the day before to make sure everything was on time/on track. I was seriously so impressed with her and her services that I would absolutely use her again for anything. Plus, her prices are competitive and GREAT. Incredible service for an awesome price = one happy newlywed couple. 10/10 would recommend hiring Bree!

Bree was great! She was our day-of-coordinator and made the day run super smooth. Before the wedding, we had a couple face-to-face meetings and a bunch of phone calls and emails. Going into our wedding day, we both felt really confident having Bree coordinate the vendors, set-up our tables, and push our timeline forward. She was a delight to work with and we really recommend her.
