A Bride’s Dream Came True If I could give Blossom Heath more than 100 stars, I absolutely would! We were married on June 27, 2026, and choosing Blossom Heath was one of the best decisions we made throughout our entire wedding planning process. We initially booked the venue because of its outstanding reviews, exceptional value, and the incredible reputation of Chef Bobby’s cuisine. After attending the complimentary tasting, we knew without a doubt we had made the right choice. The food was phenomenal and honestly surpassed venues that were charging significantly more. Our guests are still talking about how amazing every course was! From the very beginning, Chris was exceptional. His communication was outstanding, he was responsive to every question, and he genuinely cared about making sure our day was exactly what we envisioned. Every detail was handled with professionalism, kindness, and a calm confidence that made the planning process so much less stressful. Blossom Heath itself is truly a hidden gem in St. Clair Shores. It has been beautifully restored while preserving so much of its original historic charm and character. It feels elegant without losing the warmth and personality that make it so special. Every table had a great view of the dance floor because of the phenomenal layout. Our outdoor ceremony was absolutely beautiful, and one of the things we loved most was how seamlessly our guests were able to transition directly inside for cocktail hour. Everything flowed perfectly, and our guests commented on how comfortable and enjoyable the entire evening felt. Our photography and videography team couldn’t stop talking about how much they loved shooting at Blossom Heath. Every corner of the property offered another beautiful backdrop, giving us an incredible variety of wedding portraits that we will treasure forever. The entire staff deserves recognition. Every single person was friendly, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure our guests had an amazing experience. The service throughout the evening was flawless, and our family and friends felt so well cared for. One of my favorite features was the beautiful bar area with its classic, old Hollywood Marilyn Monroe vibe. It added so much personality and charm to the venue. The reception room was absolutely stunning, with gorgeous chandeliers, beautiful lighting, and the perfect space to transform with our own personal décor. It was elegant, romantic, and everything I had dreamed our reception would be. Blossom Heath gave us the wedding of our dreams. Amazing food, exceptional service, beautiful historic architecture, incredible value, and a staff that truly cares about creating unforgettable memories. If you’re looking for a venue that combines timeless elegance with outstanding hospitality, look no further. We would choose Blossom Heath again a thousand times over. t amazing things to say about the food, in fact we were told this was the best wedding food they had ever had. We had nothing but "wow" comments coming from our guests. The service from the Blossom Heath staff was excellent! Also the managers, Chris and Kelly were super helpful, kind and tried their best to accomodate all our requests! We are so glad we chose this stunning venue! It has the historical classy look that is unique and hard to find! 5 stars plus!!

will always have a soft spot in my heart for them. My daughter got engaged Feb. 2019 and per her now husband’s request I started scouting reception locations. I knew she wanted something romantically beautiful and historical which put Blossom Heath on high the list for a revisit. Following a revisit with the engaged couple we booked June 12,2020. After almost a year of planning a fairytale garden themed wedding the pandemic hit and their plans were put in hold. While my daughter and son in law finally decided to go ahead with their marriage they did postpone their party. Holly graciously rebooked the date for 2021. Pricing was grandfathered in at the price we booked. Many other amenities were included or adjusted to accommodate the the problems the pandemic had wrought upon the celebration. They couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. Fast forward to June 12,2021. 2nd best day EVER after their actual wedding day. So many compliments received on everything from the location of their vow renewal (park in front of building), to the fantastic ballroom and unique dance floor draped in lights, to the delicious alcoholic beverages and scrumptiously prepared food which was MORE than ample. Late night pierogis also hit the spot. Chef Lamars skills really shone. The support staff (servers, bartenders, etc) were courteous and very professional considering we still were technically in a pandemic. We never lacked for anything and Holly was attentive to everything going on and our needs. BEST service I’ve ever experienced. If I could I’d give them 100 stars ⭐️ I would. I have been raving about them ever since and referring other engaged couples I know. Sadly, I learned today that due to the pandemic they have lost their lease and will no longer be operating by the end of the year. What a loss to the many couples who hoped to experience the magic of Kosch Catering and Blossom Heath Inn.

tic place. We had our ceremony outside in Wahby Park, and our reception was in the BEAUTIFUL ballroom. It was so magical! Holly, Mary Beth, and Chef Lamar, were wonderful to work with! They were extremely helpful, professional, patient, accommodating, and friendly throughout the wedding planning process. They were quick to respond to questions and made sure our event ran smoothly. During an incredibly difficult year of planning because of COVID, they continued to make sure our day was perfect up until the last moment. Our guests are still raving about the day:) If you’re looking for a venue that has amazing staff, gorgeous spots for pictures, great food, and space to have a large wedding, Blossom Heath is for you! 10/10 would recommend to any couple!

All of our vendors were also super complimentary of the staff and venue. Our friends and family are still raving about the food. The historical venue with the park in front makes for amazing photos. My one recommendation is that if you book this venue, do NOT secure the services of Joe Wotasik (their recommended decorator/lights person) - he was absolutely awful to work with, very flaky and did not come through with what he promised. Other than that, the venue is beautiful, the outside is beautiful, the staff and food were absolutely wonderful and I couldn't have asked for a better day.

tions and helped find solutions to any issues we were facing. The venue itself needed little extra decorations added due it's already beautiful history within. The staff during the reception was great!! They made sure everyone was well taken care of the entire night. We held our ceremony outside at Wahby Park and even though we were warned about it being homecoming weekend and it will likely be crazy, the staff made sure all our guests had a parking space and cleared the area for our ceremony to take place. Blossom Heath Inn offers many different package prices and it was nice to pick the one that catered to our needs/wants. We highly recommend this venue for your ceremony and reception!!

Everything about this venue was perfect from beginning to end. The staff was nothing short of amazing, helpful with whatever I needed. The dance floor was something out of a dream....

They have a new bridal suite which I didn’t use, but would be perfect to get ready in. I didn’t have one complaint about the food. We got lucky enough to have perfect weather and get married in the park out front, which is the perfect place to take pictures even if you don’t use it for your ceremony. The bar resembles the old speakeasy that blossom Heath used to be, and is separate from the dance floor and wedding space, giving it an old-time vibe. I would recommend this venue to anyone!!

any guests told me they were amazed by the beauty of the ballroom, and how great the food was. I was impressed that the chef personally approached me to congratulate me and make sure everything was to my satisfaction, which it was. The ladies I worked with leading up to the big day were great. I am what you could call overly detail-oriented at best, but they were polite, friendly, and attentive no matter how many emails and calls I made. I only had one minor complaint, and that is not even really with the Blossom Heath staff. We had planned to take family photos in Wahby Park before dinner: the Blossom Heath is supposed to have the park reserved from the city during that time. However, the park was absolutely flooded with teenagers taking Homecoming photos and it was a big hassle to even find a spot to take our wedding pictures. Hopefully the Blossom Heath Inn and city of St. Clair Shores can come up with a way to ensure that isn't a problem for other couples going forward. To summarize, I am so happy we chose the Blossom Heath Inn for our big day. Our wedding day was so beautiful and I have the Blossom Heath Inn to thank for that.

hout the whole wedding planning process). The only negative was that when we were trying to take pictures outside out Wahby park another wedding ceremony was taking place! We were unfortunately never given this information or we would have made different arrangements for photos. In addition, there were also other people taking their own personal photos there. When we booked with Blossom Heath the previous manager had told us that at a certain time the park would be closed off to the public. This did not happen.

ra costs on top of a base price. Everything was super straightforward, the packages were easy to understand and laid out everything. We knew exactly what we were getting. Lauren is awesome to work with too! I lost my phone during the evening and she did everything she could to find it -and she did! Staff was incredibly helpful and pleasant. The sous chef even came out to check on us during the evening. Far exceeded my expectations and we received nothing but compliments on how beautiful the venue and park is, how kind the staff was, and how delicious the food was. We absolutely love that we can come back for happy hour nights and look forward to doing so! Absolutely highly recommend.

We have looked into the points you’ve mentioned and unfortunately, due to high demands on Saturdays during our peak season and new trends which have brides booking 7-9 moths out we are unable to bend on these requirements. We take care and pride with each of our clients and events and we are deeply sorry that you felt we did not give you the same courtesy. The Blossom Heath team takes each event very seriously and does everything possible to plan and execute events with extreme diligence and care. While we are sorry that we will not be working with you for your upcoming wedding, we truly wish you the best in your planning process and every happiness in your upcoming marriage.

This was the second venue that we looked at. It's a historic building and when we went for a visit we watched a little DVD and got a tour, but it was the little details (and one bi...

g one) that helped us decide that this was not the venue for us. Because this is a historic building renovations have not really been done other than to restore existing structure. Ladies, this means that there is no "room" (and by that I mean enclosed area with a door) for you to get ready in. Basically the room you get ready in will then turn into where the buffet is setup for your reception. That made me feel out of place because I felt I wouldn't have the privacy I needed to get ready without my husband seeing me. The staff also tried to endorse many of their other perks like the bride & groom not serving themselves and they would turn the fountain on after we were announced in the park as husband and wife... but when we saw the price they wanted per head for the buffet ($60) we nearly fainted. That was way out of our budget, we could not keep any leftovers and... they don't have a liquor license! So, on top of the price we are paying for the buffet we would have to supply the alcohol and still tip the bartender! We were outraged because we were just not prepared for a venue like this. To those who can afford it and really want those perks, I'm sure this would be a lovely place to have your ceremony and reception, but for the average person who is not getting help to pay for their reception and still wants to treat their guests right there are other more affordable options out there.
