ey added gorgeous florals that I didn’t initially think of and it absolutely elevated all of the arrangements. They paid attention to everything requested via email (screenshots & ideas to contribute to the vision) and items I called out during my in-person meeting. They accommodated a custom, memorial bouquet and added it to our order a week out from the event. We appreciate their flexibility and for honoring our overall vision. A couple of things to note: (1) Communication can sometimes be a challenge, as in waiting several days for an email response. The BB team is wonderful, just be prepared to follow-up on emails. (2) On the wedding day, we were bummed to see that the arch didn't have the agreed-upon coverage (presented with a reference photo that showed far more fullness than the day-of arch). If that is important to you, ensure you triple-confirm with the shop that you are on the same page on coverage amounts and what you paid for. Other than that, we are happy as can be about how everything turned out. Even with the minor hiccups of communication and arch coverage, Blue Blossoms deserves 5-stars for their excellent display and care for our wedding florals throughout. I will happily refer them to all my friends getting married in the Santa Barbara area. Thank you SO much for all your hard work and dedication you put into our wedding florals!
