Rabeeh was fantastic! We had our wedding on a rainy, overcast evening (so conditions were far from ideal), yet he still managed to get amazing shots of the entire ceremony both indoors and out. He made sure to capture the poses that we wanted the day of, and applying his touch to them made them even better. He worked super well with our huge family for photos; made great candid shots of our guests; and even stayed a few minutes passed the allotted window of time to make sure to get the last-minute shots as we did our sparkler exit. On top of all this, he puts you at ease with his down to earth personality, cracks jokes, and makes you feel like you've known him forever! Which is a plus since sometimes taking posed pictures can make you feel awkward, he just leans into it and makes you feel comfy about someone staring at you! LOL. Just stop searching... Rabeeh is A M A Z I N G! He made things so easy and was on the ball on and even before the wedding day! He is incredibly kind and flexible! We also got our photos back surprisingly quick! Rabeeh is amazing at what he does! I am not a fan of getting photographed, but he makes it such an easy process! He photographed mine and my husbands senior pictures, engagement pictures, and then our wedding pictures! Rabeah, was AMAZING! Me and my wife were thrilled with photos that he captured of our wedding day. Our individual and couples photos were outstanding and he was one of the easiest people to work with. I cannot give enough praise to Rabeeh and his co-photographer/assistant. They were extremely attentive, eager to work, patient, creative, and kind. Rabeeh and his co-photographer/assistant constantly asked if we had any special photos we wanted, had ideas of their own, and had great variety in the photos. Rabeeh did a great job with our engagement and wedding pictures. During our engagement pictures, he always asked our preferences and could think on his feet about what backgrounds would look good. Rabeeh was a great choice for our photographer - he made us very comfortable during our engagement photos and wedding. He is very easy going and had a lot of great ideas - we had no idea what types of poses to do or where we wanted our photos taken and he was able to guide us through. I especially liked how many non-posed/natural pictures we had of ourselves, wedding party, and guests. He always responded immediately to emails and went through all of the details during our initial meeting and made the entire experience very easy!

A truly professional photographer with an eye for capturing unique shots. My wife and I used Rabeeh for our wedding and were blown away with the pics we received. We had an outdoor wedding under tents and had zero problems with backlighting issues. We can easily, and wholeheartedly recommend Blue Dahlia.

Our wedding pictures were nice and I loved the assistant photographer, but there was poor time management with the main photographer. The photographer spent at least 15 minutes on one shot (which wasn’t working) , which delayed our first look. As a result, my husband and I did not get as many shots together as we would have liked. This was also an issue during the engagement shoot... we raised this issue with the photographer after the engagement shoot, and he assured us it would not be an issue at the wedding, but it was again an issue. Overall, I am happy with the end result, but I am disappointed my husband and I didn’t get as many photos together as I would have liked.

I am very happy to have had Rabeeh and his team shoot our engagement and wedding. He was very professional and responsive. In the end, we were provided with many great photos that commemorated our day and our personalities well. He was very punctual and reached out a number of times to ensure that we were satisfied with them. There are a few small hiccups with time management but that was mostly out of anyone's control (such as weather). All in all we were very satisfied and would recommend him to a friend.

My husband and I hired Rabeeh with Blue Dahlia Photography for our wedding pictures. He's super creative with his poses, makes you feel so comfortable , and had photos edited and back to us sooner than we expected. I could not have asked for a better photographer. Rabeeh was so easy to work with and very accommodating during the planning process since I lived out of state. I was so happy I found Rabeeh! I did have quite a large number of guests that attended my wedding (over 800 people) so that was already overwhelming for me. I was worried we weren't going to get a lot of great shots with that many people but Rabeeh did such an amazing job. All of the pictures came out perfect! I know it did get a little crowded during the big moments of the night like the first dance, cake ceremony, etc. But Rabeeh kept it professional and was respectful towards the other guests. What a lucky find! While planning a destination wedding for my daughter, we found the website for Blue Dahlia Photography. My daughter loved what she saw. Rabeeh was the photographer at my sisters wedding, and I was shocked at how tentative he was to my sister and her wedding party. Our wedding experience with Blue Dahlia was exceptional. From our first phone consultation to viewing the venue and ending with our wedding day, Blue Dahlia was timely, in constant communication, and personable- all things I needed to help my big day go smoothly.

We had our engagement and wedding pictures done by Rabeeh (and his wife) and they were an incredible team! We felt very relaxed working with them, which made such a difference in the quality of the photos. I had several guests compliment them as well. Rabeah has been our photographer of choice sforna few years now!! Always an incredible experience and the photos turn out phenomenal!! When we asked Blue Dahlia to do photos for our wedding also knowing it would be the most important choice of the wedding planning, primarily because this would be what we would continue to look back on reminiscing on such a life changing chapter of our lives!! Blue Dahlia and Rabeah has been hands down the best decision we have made! I always recommend theirs services everytime we show our pictures and whenever photography needs are mentioned by family and friends!!

Rabeeh did our engagement photos and my boudoir photos, so I am including two separate reviews for each account. Engagement Photos: Rabeeh handled our shoot like a true professional. We don't spend much time in front of the camera, but it didn't matter! He knew the area, and he knew the best angles and poses and was a natural at giving us direction. There was not a moment when we felt like we didn't know what to do. We were able to travel around the area quite a bit and get a variety of different shots, and our hour flew by! His attitude was so laid back and he is hilarious. My fiancé and I loved his sense of humor and ability to have fun with us. Call us cliche, but we definitely wanted our little puppy Louie to be a part of our shoot as well, and this was no problem for Rabeeh. Louie is not the best at sitting still, but Rabeeh was so patient with him, knowing exactly how and when to grab his attention to get the perfect shot. The squirmiest part of our shoot actually ended up stealing the show, thanks to Rabeeh's expertise! Each shot was so gorgeous and different and it was so hard for us to choose the best ones! Our families love them just as much. Boudoir Photos: Okay ladies, I had been so extremely nervous about this aspect of my wedding planning that I was sure I would freeze up in front of the camera, but I did just the opposite thanks to some careful planning, and even moreso, Rabeeh and his wife Taylor. Rabeeh has a number of things that make this whole process extremely easy on his clients: 1. Location! I wracked my brain about this for months. It is so hard to find some place that can be a beautiful background for your pictures but is also affordable. When I contacted Rabeeh and told him my concerns, he offered a suite for us to use at the Carriage Lane Inn in Murfreesboro. I was shocked when he told me that we could use the location for no additional charge, thanks to his contacts there! 2. His beautiful wife, Taylor! Rabeeh told me he was bringing his wife before our shoot, and I was so excited to have her help, but she honestly did so much more than that. She and Rabeeh bounced off of each other with ideas so well, and they both suggested great poses that felt natural and sultry. After they put me in a pose, she would make minor adjustments, even tossing around my hair, before getting the perfect shot. It was so great to have a man's AND a woman's input to give you the best of both worlds. 3. His expertise. When the lighting was not what he was needing, he took the time to quickly set up additional lights to ensure we got the perfect shot while working in a timely manner. He took shots of the same pose at different angles to make sure he was getting the perfect one. I think the biggest benefit that they gave me throughout this whole process was their professionalism. We did shots with sheer bras, thongs, and nothing on top but a silk robe, and they never batted an eyelash. Never an awkward moment thanks to their professionalism, and it was actually one of the funnest things I've ever done because of their awesome personalities. My now husband was astonished with his wedding gift (a leather bound book of these photos through AdoramaPix). He was genuinely floored, and it showed. I would suggest that every woman do a boudoir shoot, married or not. I would suggest even more to take your boudoir shoot to the next level and do it with Rabeeh and Taylor. My husband and I will enjoy these photos forever.

Our pictures are stunning! Rabeeh was a pleasure to work with from the very beginning. On the big day we appreciated his guidance. He did a great job hearding the family, including young children,into place and getting everyone to smile. The pictures of the happy couple really captured the joy. And....I got the pictures very quickly! I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Our experience with Blue Dahlia was wonderful! We had our wedding at Opryland Resort in December and Rabeeh did the most beautiful photos. He was very personal, friendly and professional. I will absolutely use him again if I ever have the need in the area.

Rabeeh has been absolutely wonderful to have on the wedding team. He is very professional and flexible. There were lots of unknowns to our ceremony and probably a handful of obstacles... We gave Rabeeh a pretty tight schedule and the wedding party totally screwed it up... We weren't together when we were supposed to be, the bridal party was finding places to hide me (the bride) from the groom, and oh, our "chapel" has enough room for eighty 1800s-sized-people... So it was pretty full for sixty modern human beings. Anyway, despite all of these surprises, Rabeeh and his now-wife were smiling the entire time! Despite the August sun, the tiny chapel, the rampant wedding party (just kidding), we have beautiful pictures of our wedding day! We had a lot of older family members and we're grateful for his skill and experience. Grandparents here, parents there, click click, bride and groom, click click, and grandparents were free to flee from the beautiful (hot) sunlight! Even the grooms and bridal party - he gave us instructions, freedom to smile and pose, adjusted, and it was all done. The speed doesn't mean that he doesn't care. His expertise allowed us to quickly move through the mandatory pictures and enjoy the rest of the day! If I were to do the wedding all over - hopefully that never happens, but just hypothetically... - I'd definitely hire Blue Dahila again... and make the day easier for the photographer. :-)

The pictures for Josh and Tasia Prasser's weddings were breathtaking and clear. Blue Dahlia Photography captured emotion so well. I enjoyed watching the process of the first look between Josh and Tasia. I was one of the groomsmen and also enjoyed how our pictures were taken. He had us do different poses and made it a fun process rather than just smile smile smile. I would definitely recommend them. I like that he took the bride and groom out to their own spot for pictures. They turned out wonderful!

My brother got married in Lebanon, TN at Terrian Farms and used Rabeeh as his photographer. He was awesome! He directed us to balance out photos & was so kind about it even when we didn't like what he was doing. Come to find out, he knows what he's doing. The pics came out SO incredible! Rabeeh did a fantastic job at our wedding. We had a great time taking photos and he was even able to facilitate taking photos with us and the horses at the wedding venue. (We hadn't planned on taking photos with horses, turns out he's quite the horse whisperer.) We are very happy with the results and highly recommend his business!

I have never enjoyed having my photo taken until my wedding day! He made me feel so comfortable and it was actually really fun! The pictures turned out BEAUTIFUL. If I had to do it over again, I would book him for an extra hour.

Since I met Rabeeh I liked his approach to the wedding. And he got me immediately. The Wedding Day, he capture all those moments that we talked about. I was very happy with all the pictures I wish I could have all of them. But the ones I picked I really enjoyed. I was so happy that the day before I told him about we needed an extra hour and he didn't object. I felt very comfortable while taking pictures. Now that we are pregnant I'm looking to have him to take my pregnancy pictures and my newborn as well. Exceptional service.

Rabeeh was an absolute pleasure to work with, and I LOVE my wedding photos. He knows what will look good - both in traditonal and artsy ways - but also captured the personalities of my wife and me in a way that doesn't look super posed. We had an outdoor wedding and tried to save money in a lot of ways. Blue Dahlia prices were good and the photos are absolutely worth every penny. I'm so thankful we chose Rabeeh to photograph our big day. We've recently added a baby to the family, and I feel certain we'll reach out to Blue Dahlia again.
