I truly can't say enough good things about Erin and Blue Events & Co! I called her my "Mary Poppins" because she was always on it—before I could even ask, she had everything handled. Planning our wedding from Ohio while it was happening in Texas could have been a logistical nightmare, but Erin made sure everything was taken care of, and always with a smile. She provided a detailed timeline and photos of everything, making sure I had all I needed every step of the way. Erin made my wedding day stress-free and perfect in every way! Brian assisted her on the day-of and he was also absolutely a joy! Thank you, Erin and Brian for planning and coordinating my fairytale!
Tatianna was our planner and she was AMAZING! I can’t say enough positive things. She was very responsive, worked with our busy schedule, made sure everything was set up and in order from start to finish. Even helped ensure we had the perfect entrance I dreamed of. I travel so much for work I would never have been able to plan this on my own, truly life saver to help out day be magical.

We had a really positive experience with Brian at Blue Events in planning our dream wedding. Brian was upbeat and friendly from the start. He was supportive and helpful, for example providing options for a live band with availability in our desired timeframe. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, he was patient as we added some last minute vendors. But where he really shined was the day of the wedding. He and the coordinator, Corrie, were completely on top of every detail. They took charge and made it so my husband and I were able to enjoy ourselves and didn't have to worry about a thing.
I got Brian with Blue Events for our wedding coordinator and it’s honestly hard to put in words just how much of a help he was to us.
He did so much more than I expected. I really don’t think you could have a better person planning your wedding.
From the beginning he was super quick to respond with any concerns I had which really relieved my stress. He just always had a solution to any problem I came up with and really seemed to want to help. He never made me feel like I was bothering him. He was always upbeat and fun to work with when it would have otherwise been so stressful.
On the wedding day it rained on and off and it didn’t look like we’d be able to use the outside pergola for the ceremony. He already had a great back up plan for the indoors in case it rained but he knew it was important to us to have it outside so he and Sienna had the seats dried and made it possible for us to have it the way we planned. Lots of small things too like for example I misplaced the flower decorations for the cake and at the last minute he put together something using the flower arrangements from the wedding that turned out better than what I had bought.
There were so many other things that he and Sienna did for us that I didn’t even realize until family and friends told me days later.
Even after I left with my bride my family said Brian and Sienna were so great and stayed to get everything loaded up in their cars in the rain. My dad keeps going on about how impressed he is with Brian. I think Brian and Sienna made the day better for everyone. My dad said that Brian is the perfect person to have for these types of events and I agree.
There were so many things that could have gone wrong with the planning and wedding day but because of Brian and Sienna it turned out to be the best day of my life. It was really the perfect wedding. I feel sorry for anyone that doesn’t have Brian running their wedding day.
We recently had the immense pleasure of working with Brian and his associate Erin as our wedding coordinators at The Hills Country Club, and we cannot express enough how amazing they were. From the very first meeting, Brian’s communication was impeccable. He kept us informed every step of the way, promptly addressing any concerns we had and making us feel completely at ease.
Timeliness was another strong suit for both Brian and Erin. They were always punctual for meetings and rehearsals, ensuring that everything ran smoothly and on schedule. Their professionalism was evident in every interaction, and we felt completely confident in their ability to handle every detail of our special day.
What truly stood out to us was their genuine care and dedication. Brian and Erin went above and beyond to make sure our vision was realized perfectly. They took the time to understand our needs and preferences, offering thoughtful suggestions and personal touches that made our wedding day uniquely ours. On the big day, everything was executed flawlessly. The venue looked stunning, and every element of the ceremony and reception was seamlessly coordinated. Our guests were impressed, and we were able to fully enjoy our wedding knowing that Brian and Erin had everything under control.

Brian and Erin at Blue Events facilitated a flawless wedding day for us! From our initial call, up until send off, everything was communicated clearly, and executed better than I could have imagined. I did not have to think about anything the day of the wedding, I knew they had it covered. They brought a positive attitude, and truly helped amp up the party spirit. A wedding highlight was after the ceremony when Brian made sure to take our cocktail order, and proceeded to followed us around with our drinks while we took pictures, making sure we took a sip between photo setups. I would highly recommend using Blue Events, Brian, and Erin for your event!
Brian is everything and more. He is professional, knowledgeable, talented and resourceful. My only complaint is that we didn’t hire him sooner to plan our wedding. We met a month out from our wedding in the middle of a wedding planner swap where Brain picked up and ran with the large amount of work that we needed to complete in a short period of time. He got right to work where he not only had to manage some interesting vendor situations but also some family dynamics and, lets be real, a stressed out bride, all with a smile and poise. Brian listened to me, was responsive, problem-solved and executed in a timely and professional manner. You cannot find a better wedding planner than Brian! Plus he is a blast to be around – you can’t not smile and laugh, which makes working with him so much fun and easy to do. You see his love and passion for his work and clients and you easily become bonded. Brian is a gem and I truly thank him for every ounce of hard work he put in to making our wedding everything and more.

I cannot express how much I enjoyed having our planner, Brian. The amount of attention to detail and care he put into our wedding was astronomical. He is not just our planner, but a beloved family friend now as he has created such an amazing relationship with us as his clients. Do not even hesitate to go with Blue Events, specifically request Brian, you will have the perfect wedding, the exact way you want it, and he will make sure it happens.
I struggled to find a wedding coordinator - in fact it was one of the last vendors I booked. But not out of lack of effort. Some vendors were going to charge for having to put things on tables, or they told me my venue was really difficult and no other coordinator could handle it, or my religious rituals would require the most expensive package.
But then finally someone recommended Blue Events & Co, and after talking with Brian and putting everything into my excel to compare apples to apples … it was clear how amazing they were.
Brian answered my questions with patience and listened to me. He paid attention to the details that were important to me, my budget, my design aesthetic, family relationships, and my relationship with my fiancé. It felt like a great fit.
Brian jumped on board (although available by email beforehand) full force at three months before our big day. Blue events has a vault of things we can use so we didn’t have to buy things we would never use again (cards boxes, easel, etc), and sent us forms to complete that were easy to understand and work through. He also accepted my crazy spreadsheets with open arms and didn’t make me feel crazy!
I couldn’t have done this or had this dream come true without Blue Events & Co and Brian. Thank you thank you thank you!
My now husband and I are so thankful we found blue events & co. Working with Erin was seamless and our wedding day was absolute perfection. Hiring a planning service that manages almost all of your vendors is the best decision you could make for planning your big day. Erin is amazing. She is organized, thoughtful, kind, and attentive. Anything my husband and I thought of, requested, or just wanted to talk through, she was happy to. She made us feel heard and as if any question we asked was the most important. Sienna was the day of co coordinator and she also exceeded our expectations! Sienna made sure Ben and I never had an empty drink, made sure our guest book was signed, took the most amazing photos, and was so fun to be around. If you book blue events & co. and are lucky to have this duo- your wedding day will be perfect. We continue to hear from our guests that this was the best wedding they’ve ever been to and one common compliment we receive is how well organized and planned it was!!! Blue Events Review
We started working with Erin at Blue Events & Co a little over a year out from our wedding date. I can’t recommend them enough. A wedding is such a big undertaking with so many moving parts and Erin’s level of organization and attention to detail made it feel much easier to navigate.
Having her to coordinate and organize all the vendors and timelines was essential. The day-of ran so smoothly because of all the work she did leading up to it. Organizing all the vendor meetings, proposals, confirmations, etc, made it all run smoothly when we got to the wedding day.
On the rare occasion we did have even a small issue with a vendor, she handled communications with them. As someone who is very conflict averse and introverted, it was nice to have a professional to handle tougher conversations or to help navigate when something didn’t feel like a good fit or didn’t meet our expectations. It always felt like Blue Events was advocating for our vision and our comfort at every turn.
The wedding was exactly what we envisioned and hoped for, in large part because of the coordination and expertise of Blue Events, and I don’t believe we could have achieved the end result without them.
I had the pleasure to work with Amberley during a previous wedding. Her organization skills, direction, attention to details is unmatched. The entire wedding was one of the smoothest and relaxed vibes for the couple that I've been around. Brian and Erin did such a great job at my daughter's wedding. I didn't have to worry about all the details and timing. Brian consulted with all our vendors to ensure they were on track to deliver. He consulted with the band leader on timing to get the music and dancing started early and got the party started. It was a beautiful night.

Brian was amazing!! We were referred to him by another day-of coordinator who wasn't available on our wedding day and I'm so glad we were! He was always professional, kind, and willing to work with us on every detail. Brian was a lifesaver during the entire planing processes. I am not a planner, and we knew from the beginning that we would need a professional, and Brian was the perfect choice. He reached out to so many vendors to make sure we found exactly what we were looking for. He advocated for us the entire time. The day of Fernando and Brain were rockstars, and it was a blur. I don’t remember being worried about a thing. I enjoyed my wedding day, and I know it was, because Brian and Fernando were on top of everything.

For those of you who ask yourself do I really need a wedding planner, we would answer ABSOLUTELY!
We wanted to share this special event with our family and friends. The main reason for selecting a wedding planner was we had a Quinceanera for our daughter when she turned 15. My wife did almost all of the planning, prepping and coordination for the big event. Her regret was she did not spend much time with our daughter when she was getting ready for special day, due to she was dealing with the party details. She wanted to enjoy the wedding day and not have to worry about details.
Tatianna, is very professional and excellent communication skills, we appreciate how she laid out a plan and executed to perfection. Pre-wedding She invited us to a couple of wedding vendor fairs where we had opportunities to meet and to ask questions of available vendors. She guided and answered questions we had about venues, beverages, food and much, much more.
I want to tell you as a father I had an amazing time and my family is still taking about how much fun they had, to me this was priceless.

Deciding on Blue Events was probably the BEST decision we made when it came to planning our wedding. When we found out Brian was our coordinator we couldn’t think of a better fit for us. Planning a wedding out of state is no easy feat but Brian made it effortless. When we were 6 months out, we flew to Austin for a huge all day meeting with our vendors and to meet Brian for the first time in person. Hours before we were scheduled to do our menu tasting, the caterer told Brian that their kitchen had lost power and if we could possibly reschedule. As we were only in Austin for a short time, we couldn’t reschedule and Brian went above and beyond to make that tasting happen…and he did, seamlessly too. He was ALWAYS there, answering our thousands of emails, calls, and texts.
When it came to the day of, last minute changes were a breeze. Sienna, who we had only met the day of was equally as responsive, sweet, and all around fantastic. They were a power team. Brian was always exactly where we needed him. Sienna was a magician when bustling Amy’s dress proved to be a more than one person job. Things went flawlessly and if anything went wrong that day we had no idea! They took on every possible stressor that might’ve made its way towards us and absorbed them. We had the most amazing wedding and we can confidently say that we owe most of that to Brian (and Sienna). Even though we knew our wedding was during peak wedding season and Brian had back to back to back events many weeks in a row, we always felt like we were the only ones he was working with. He always made us feel like we were his most important clients and I know most people probably feel that way. He is a true gem!! We feel incredibly lucky to have worked with them and would do it a million times over!
We worked with Blue Events & Co. for our recent wedding and the experience was beyond perfection! Brian made a process that could be quite stressful very seamless and easy. Our planner/coordinator Brian Moghaddasi and his co coordinator Corrie were amazing! They made sure our day went perfectly and smoothly. Anything we needed, they were there. My dress kept coming unbustled. Brian was there fixing it over and over 😩🙏🏼. They made sure we ate and had drinks at all times. If anything went wrong or not as planned, I certainly had no idea. Brian took care of it all. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing but walking down that isle. Brian took pictures of us too. I honestly didn’t know what to expect or just how much he did until we were right in the middle of experiencing it all. He made sure we knew he cared as much about our day as we did and we are forever grateful.
The planning portion of our day, was easy too! We picked a package, had the meetings and everything fell into place. Nothing stressful about it. All the vendors Blue Events work with were great! Everyone did their jobs and they were professional.

Can’t recommend blue events & Co enough!! Such an amazing company to work with and they made my wedding dreams come true. Brian Rudy-Moghaddasi was my wedding planner and I would definitely recommend him because he paid attention to detail, was caring and just such a sweet person all around. He made sure all of my questions, wants and needs for the wedding were heard and put into action. Not to mention, he was just sooo much fun! My bridesmaids LOVED him! Sienna was also such an amazing person. She was one of the day of wedding coordinators I met day of the wedding. Let me tell you, Sienna made sure I had everything I needed. She had my lipgloss, powder and chapstick in her Fannypack and made sure I had those at all times the entire night. She also changed my shoes out for me because I couldn’t bend down in my dress. Both her and Brian always made sure that Austin and I had a drink in our hands at all times! They made the wedding run so smoothly. Could not have done it without them!
I HIGHLY recommend Blue Events & Co. and Brian Rudy-Moghaddasi! As the mother of the bride attempting to plan a Texas wedding from Minnesota, we chose the all inclusive package with BEC and selected One Eleven East as our venue! All I can say is that the evening was absolutely magical and Brian was a dream to work with from beginning to end. The all inclusive package made it so easy for us to select pre-approved and extremely professional vendors who already had working relationships with Brian and our venue! Plus, it also gave us a financial target and guideline for expenses that I was have incredible difficulty getting from out of state. Of course I went over those targets, but Brian managed all of those for us along the way as our guests list changed leading up to the wedding.
He always remembered to adjust every category to ensure we weren't over paying for any unnecessary item. Since the wedding, I having received nothing but glowing reviews for the grooms family as well as our guests about the level of professionalism of single vendor involved in our event...the food from PEJ was amazing, the flowers from WoW Factor were just perfect and could not have looked any closer to our inspiration photos and Aubre with GypC Girl Photography was the utmost professional! We can't wait to see the photo's that I know have captured just how magical the day was. Brian quickly replied to all of our emails and texts and engaged with us on every level to ensure our visions game to life...and we were not short of visions!!!
Our only complaint it that the evening was just too short!!! It felt like it was over minutes after it began!

Never having planned a wedding, I was so overwhelmed before meeting with these ladies - I was so quickly put at ease, so impressed by their knowledge of the industry, their relationships with local vendors, planning skill, knowing all the questions to ask and details to take care of. On top of all of that, their ATTITUDES were so positive, upbeat, friendly, making every single step of the process really easy and reassuring. Also, they added personal special touches for us the whole process through - they made everything really personal.
The day of our wedding felt like a dream - Sienna and Rachel were TOP NOTCH taking care of not only my husband and I but all of our family and VIPs, and going above and beyond ALL DAY AND NIGHT! I've already referred Blue Events to another girlfriend for her wedding next year.

As the mother of the bride, you want to ensure everything about your daughter's wedding is perfect, but sometimes you don't have the time to do it all yourself. Looking back on the planning and the day of the wedding, working with Blue Events & Co was the best decision we made!
Erin was extremely detail-oriented and went above and beyond to make sure she understood what they wanted out of their day. From coordinating the schedule with all the third-party vendors to helping the bride feel calm and collected the day of, Erin was amazing! She had a calming presence and never got flustered. I told my daughter to look to Erin at any point in the day when she started feeling anxious about how things were going. If Erin wasn't stressed, she shouldn't be either.
From a communication standpoint, Erin was always timely in her email/text responses and answers to any questions we had. She made the process extremely easy, and we're so thankful!

You cannot go wrong with booking Blue Events & Co. we decided to go with their all inclusive package and from the very beginning, our planner, Bryan was so attentive and helpful. He remained so calm and positive through the entire process even when I or my family (who surprised me with live music) would throw curveballs in his direction. We recently were married at Camino Real Ranch and used Blue Events all-inclusive, small wedding package. While we had a more modest wedding, Brian never made us feel any less important and was incredibly kind and attentive every step of the way. He was so patient with our schedules, our wedding party full of kids, and all of our last minute decisions. I would be remiss to not also mention Kristen and how our special day would not have gone as smoothly as it did without her. Special shoutout to her safety pin skills and getting my dress to stay put!

If you are wondering if the right wedding planner will be worth your money, it is!!! Throughout the entire process our coordinator, Brian, was such a joy and pleasure to work with. I decided to go with one of their all-inclusive packages they offered for our venue, One Eleven East, and it did not disappoint. The package was flexible too which I really appreciated and made the whole planning process so much simpler for us, leaving us to really focus on the fun stuff. You can really tell they know their vendors too because we were so happy with all of them and the whole day felt like it ran seamlessly. Brian was always responsive and professional and also so kind and energetic. You can tell he really cares and loves what he does. He has a special gift of being able to be in the moment when he’s speaking to you while also handling so many things at the same time, so you really get a sense that he’s listening to you and that he cares. On the day of the wedding, he and his fantastic assistant Sienna made sure that all of our special details were taken care of for us. I had given them pretty detailed directions for the decoration set up (only the day before the wedding!) and they executed it so well and in the areas where I hadn’t directed them they made beautiful choices I would have made myself. There were also so many times throughout the night I felt our needs were anticipated by the two of them. We had special glasses and a while back I had said I wanted to get a photo of us cheers-ing with them at some point during the wedding and they had coordinated with our photographer and had our glasses refilled and set up for us while we stepped out for more photos during dinner. They had our getaway car loaded with all our belongings at the end of the night and had our phones on our seats for us when we got it! It’s those little details that really show you they went above and beyond to make sure our night was a worry-free and amazing day for us. Overall we felt so taken care of. Having someone you can trust to handle your wedding so you can relax and enjoy it is honestly priceless and is something I’m so glad I invested in and was so happy to have been paired with two great individuals. So thank you Brian and Sienna for everything!! Blue Events & Co. was honestly the best decision I could have made for our wedding.
Working with this vendor was great for the most part. We dealt mainly with Tatianna but also had a couple times with Amanda and Corrie. I liked working with Tatianna but I felt some things fell through the cracks from one meeting to the next and we had to repeat things a lot. Overall everything worked out, but that was our only problem. Amanda was great in the little time we worked with her. Corrie was good too, although I didn't feel she had control over the rehearsal dinner. I would recommend this company and their services to people though.

We hired Blue Events & Co. with the all inclusive package at Bentwood Texas in Georgetown. We could not have made a better decision. My coordinator, Amanda, worked with me for almost a year to make our wedding the best night of our lives. She handled all of the details as well as all the vendors, which was a lifesaver since my fiancée and I were living 8 hours from the location of our wedding. Amanda was always very responsive over email, text, and phone and was there to answer any of my questions and even put up with some of my crazier ideas. On the day of the wedding, Amanda and her assistant coordinator Rachel worked magic to make the day look and run just like we dreamed it would. My new husband and I had such a fun wedding day and we didn’t have to stress about a thing! Highly recommend this company and their people, they are professional and want your wedding day to be the most special day of your life!
We LOVED working with Blue Events and specifically our planner Brian throughout our wedding planning process! I can't say enough good things about Brian & Sienna at Blue Events! They made my wedding the best day of my life. They were so fun to work with and Brian let me ask what feels like 1000 questions a day and never let me feel like I was bothering him. I truly could not have asked for a better team. I was very specific and picky on my vision and they helped me execute it 110%. I swear it was 100x better than what I had in my head! Brian, our wedding coordinator, was extremely professional and responsive throughout the entire process of preparing for our wedding. When we began planning, he listened to our overall vision for what we were looking for and then helped guide us to a set of vendors that we thought would be best for us. Brian had extensive knowledge about all aspects of wedding planning, and in the rare case he didn't have an answer to one of our questions, he did research and got us the info we needed.
On our wedding day, Brian and his assistant, Alyssa, both did a great job setting everything up, managing all the vendors, and keeping everyone on schedule. The entire day was as stress free as a wedding day could be, and the wedding turned out great! The ceremony was beautiful and went smoothly, and we and all of our guests had a blast at the reception. We really cannot recommend Blue Events enough, and are especially grateful to Brian for all of his hard work and for helping make our wedding exactly how we had imagined it.

Amanda and Alyssa with Blue Events were amazing! We had to book our event two years in advance to beat the post-covid rush. Amanda was there every step of the way to make sure we had everything we needed and that it was just the way we wanted! We used the Simple and Sweet package and then added some customizations. Over the last two years, Amanda never forgot about us, checked in with us periodically to make changes or answer questions, kept track of all of our customizations seamlessly from small linen/cutlery details, specific vendors we wanted, etc., and then went above and beyond to explain everything revolving budgeting! We had very specific wants for the wedding, such as using a sibling for an officiant, a dance teacher for cocktail hour (and more!). Amanda was so supportive and happily helped make our wedding dreams come true! The wedding was so smooth and enjoyable, the best day ever! We couldn't have done it without Amanda's efforts over the last two years and Alyssa's help as well! Thank y'all so much! Highly recommend!
My husband and I recently got married at Camino Real Ranch and Blue Events & Co. was our right hand man! We did a small, 50 person all inclusive wedding package with them and it turned out beautifully. Not to mention it’s a price you can’t beat for all that you get! Erin, our planner, was amazing from start to finish- the weight of planning a wedding is still there, but she took a HUGE weight off our shoulders. It was so nice to not have to worry about finding vendors for food, bar, floral, photography, etc! Erin was attentive, kind, knowledgeable, and so helpful! Her assistant, Kisten, was also so helpful the day of; She helped set everything up, guided my husband and myself, and made me feel so beautiful and us so loved! I could not recommend Blue Events & Co enough- we loved everything about our special day and the amazing women who helped us through it all!

I didn't initially think we would need a wedding planner, but honestly don't know how my partner and I would have managed this process without Blue Events & Brian in particular.
We found them through a package with Camino Real Ranch, and we're so lucky we did - our wedding day was amazing and as stress-free as possible due to Brian & Tatiana's hard work and preparation.
Brian was our main planner, and handled pretty much everything - managing rentals, the caterer, photographer, DJ, drinks, florals, shuttles, and probably a few other things I'm not even aware of. He was kind and patient with me, even when I was super stressed during parts of the wedding planning.
Tatiana was essential during day-of, and with the combination of her and Brian, we felt so taken care of and supported the entire day. They both were so thoughtful and knew exactly where to be and what to do to make sure everything went smoothly.

In the days following most peoples' weddings, they ask themselves whether all the stress of planning the wedding made the wedding worth it. Thanks to Brian and Tatianna, we do not have to weigh any stress of planning against our happiness at the wedding to decide if it was all "worth it." And for that, I cannot begin to explain how grateful I am for Brian and Tatianna. Not only were they outstanding people to work with and incredibly accommodating, but they gave me something most brides do not get to experience in the weeks leading up to their wedding--peace. Brian and Tatianna swooped in mere weeks before our wedding date to pick up where a prior planner had left off. Immediately, Brian and Tatianna were kind, responsive, and took the initiative to handle matters/details without waiting on me to give the green light on every single detail. What's more, even though taking on our wedding at the last minute was a huge undertaking, we felt so at ease just knowing everything was in their very capable hands. You cannot put a price on that peace of mind. The icing on the cake? Our wedding day could not have been more perfect. Every single detail was accounted for. Everything came together so beautifully and ran so smoothly. This allowed us to truly be present for every minute of the wedding--another thing you can't put a price on. Brian & Tatianna, we truly cannot thank you enough for executing our dream wedding and allowing us to be present for every minute of it. I wish I could put into words how wonderful Erin truly is! We have very busy lives and needed someone who would handle all the details of our wedding day and she did not disappoint! I only had minimal details in my mind about my wedding, but she managed to take that and build something to beautiful from it!! I couldn’t have imagined a more incredible day! Her and Brian were with me in every moment of my big day (and made sure I always had a glass of wine in hand! 😜). The all inclusive package is an absolute DREAM!! All your vendor are selected in advance and you know exactly what your budget will be. Best experience ever!!
