Blue Flame Bartending

I would rate zero stars if I could. We booked them for our wedding back in May of 2023. Our wedding is in April of 2024. They have been very disorganized and very unprofessional. They sent us someone else's invoice. After that, they sent us an invoice that was to us, but was incorrect and did not account for how much we had paid. After letting them know about the invoice being incorrect, they sent us a new invoice saying we were paid in full even though we still owed them half of our bill. I contacted them yet again saying our invoice was wrong still, we were told they would fix it, but never heard from them again. After they were paid in full, we stopped receiving ANY and ALL correspondence with them. To this day we have still never heard from them and our wedding is in 9 days. We went them an email saying we had to hire someone else because of their lack of correspondence and unwillingness or inability to send our venue a copy of their insurance policy, which was required by the venue to be there. We have requested a refund since they could not uphold their end of the contract. We have not heard anything back from them. The amount of money wasted and stressed caused by this company is 100% unnecessary. DO NOT hire them.
