I don’t even know where to begin... everything about Blue Heron Pine was extraordinary and absolutely perfect down to each tiny detail. The venue itself is stunning and provided an intiment feeling. Tara is beyond pleasant and extremely helpful. She was such a delight to work with and made the event planning process a breeze. She provided us with the exact brunch wedding of our dreams and went above and beyond to make our day a special occasion! Our concierges, Faith and Sara, were very attentive to my husband and my every need and want. They had smiles on their faces the entire day and were happy to help no matter the task. We got married at BHP on September 2nd 2018 and everything was amazing!!!! We were blown away by all of the amazing details of our special day. The staff at BHP did a great job of placing all of our decorations in the right place and make the room look beautiful! Leading up to the big day Tara was very responsive to emails and addressed any of our questions/concerns very promptly. On the day of Sarah was SO attentive and there every second of the way. She made sure we had everything we needed and kept us on schedule. And she is super sweet! We couldn't have asked for a better Maitre D. We also loved the little touches, like the champagne and cheese tray waiting for us when we arrived to the bridal suite. Our guests all raved about the food and loved the dessert room! The only negative feedback I heard was that at the cocktail hour the bar got pretty backed up and they needed to bring out an extra bartender. We also heard there were no plates or forks set out for the food. Other than that, everything was perfect!!!

My husband and I were married at Blue Heron Pines on 8/18/18 and it was nothing short of a Dream. The staff was so helpful, friendly and on top of everything. The food was delicious, the bar tenders did a great job. We had such a blast, and definitely a night to remember. I will always recommend Blue Heron and their fantastic venue, customer service, and overall service for weddings and other occassions.

Tara, Sarah, and Ryan were beyond amazing to work with. Our day went perfectly. We never had to worry about anything, just enjoying our day. We got so many compliments through the night about how beautiful the venue is. They far exceeded our expectations!

We had our wedding on August 12th 2018. When my search for a venue started, it was a stressful time, we were suppose to have a destination wedding, however due to family circumstances we couldn't. In my search I ran into many walls due to our count and the date. One day I was defeated, when I found Blue Heron Pines Golf Club. The minute I saw the venue it was a dream come true. It looked like you were transported to a destination place. The inside is gorgeous, it high ceilings, and open windows allow you to see the gorgeous view of green. The ambiance is magical. What completes it, is the service. Tara, & Sarah, and Dana who we originally spoke too, were absolutely amazing. They heard everything we wanted and made it come true. They followed up, and sent reminders. The peace of mind that they were always on top of everything was extremely helpful during the planning process. Even leading to the day, I dropped off the decorations, and sent them a email with the details. They managed everything perfectly. When we walked into that room, I couldn't believe my eyes, it was like a dream come true. The ambiance, colors, and linens, placement of decorations, and just the overall environment was amazing. Sarah, and the entire staff, were attentive, organized, and very friendly. They were always asking if we were okay and if we needed anything. I can honestly say my wedding day was a true success because of everyone involved and Blue Heron Pines. We will always go back for future events. Thank You Everyone!

Blue Heron was the PERFECT place for our August 3, 2018 wedding. From the first phone call, Tara was easy to work with and super accommodating. As soon as we first saw the place, we knew it was perfect! It is absolutely beautiful inside and out. Tara worked with us throughout the whole process and made our vision for our dream wedding come true, no matter how crazy our requests. Sarah was our maitre d on the day of the wedding and was so helpful with everything! Everything was set up even better than we could have imagined! The place looked beautiful!! The food was delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful as well. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Tara, Sarah, and all of Blue Heron. Our wedding was perfect!

We had our wedding at Blue Heron Pines on 7/21/18. We originally planned for an outdoor ceremony, but nature had other plans. The staff at Blue Heron transformed the ballroom into a beautiful ceremony space. Our guests could not stop raving about how beautiful everything looked. The staff at Blue Heron quickly transformed the space during cocktail hour into the amazing reception. The ballroom looked exactly how I envisioned. BHP went above and beyond to set up my decor exactly the way I wanted it. It looked amazing! We had the Timeless Teal package, and my guests could not stop talking about how great the food was! We chose buffet so guests had a variety of food to choose from, a lot of our guests even went up for more! The desert room is an excellent feature to this package, all of my guests were so excited to explore the desert room. The bread pudding was a big hit! BHP provided the cake through Simply Sweet Cupcakes, and the almond cake with red raspberry filling was absolutely delicious. BHP was extremely accommodating the day of the wedding, and the maitre d' Ali- was fantastic! She always made sure we had food, drinks, and gave me updates on timing throughout the night which was super helpful. From the beginning, Tara was responsive to any and all emails, no matter how silly the questions may have been! She was very accommodating to all of our needs and wants. We had an amazing day at BHP and I would recommend this venue for anyone looking for their dream "rustic chic" wedding.

We couldn't have been more pleased with my daughter's wedding. The staff at Blue Heron Pines is top notch! Tara is an excellent coordinator. She didn't miss one detail and was always more than helpful with my requests (and I had quite a few). I never waited more than an hour for a call back, emails were always answered promptly. It is really a "team" effort here. We rented antique doors for the outdoor ceremony which fell down and broke. The staff came up with a solution because they knew my daughter's heart was set on them....not one person knew they had broken. Excellent all around!

Tara, Dana, and the entire Blue Heron staff were wonderful during this wedding planning process. Tara and Dana were so accommodating and never made me feel like my (many) questions were ever a burden or annoying. The day itself could not have gone any better! My decorations were set up just as I asked, the bridal suite was checked on frequently, and the matre d was available to me the entire evening. We truly appreciated their attention to detail, making sure that everything was to our liking, ensuring an absolutely perfect day.

Dana and Tara were absolutely amazing! They saw my vision and helped me have my dream wedding! My guests are still talking about how well everything was organized and especially the food. Everything about this venue was absolutely amazing. Dana and Tara are so helpful and made the wedding planning process go very smoothly. I had a military style wedding with humvees and a cannon, and they were so great with accommodations (i.e., letting us fire off a cannon on their golf course!!!). We got so many compliments on how great the food was, how awesome the service was, and how we picked a beautiful venue. Our wedding turned out to be the best day ever and we are so happy we chose Blue Heron Pines as our venue.

My husband and I cannot recommend Blue Heron Pines enough! Our wedding was the most perfect day we could ever of hoped for and we still have guests talking about our day and its been 6 months!! Tara and Dana truly listened to us and helped us bring our vision to life. They answered all emails quickly and were able to answer any questions we had. The rehearsal was smooth and they were able to make sure our large bridal party knew exactly what to do the day of. The day of Tara and Dana made sure the bridal party had everything we needed and made sure we stayed on schedule. They were very attentive and helped me to have the most stress free time getting ready. Our ceremony and reception went off without a hitch. The food was SO amazing and the drinks were fantastic! The waitstaff was extremely attentive and made sure empty glasses were removed from the table promptly. They also were so much fun and interacted with our guests (That was one of our favorite unexpected moments of the night)! We honestly cannot rave enough about Blue Heron Pines!

5 stars isn't enough to show my appreciation for everyone at Blue Heron Pines! Tara and Dana were so helpful throughout the whole planning process, especially since I live out of state. The day of the wedding was so perfect. Everyone was so attentive, friendly, and kind. The venue is absolutely beautiful, and the food and dessert was amazing! It was 30 degrees the day of my "spring" wedding, and while outside taking pictures, they brought out some hot chocolate to warm us up! They went above and beyond for us and we cannot thank Blue Heron Pines enough.

Blue Heron Pines was the perfect venue for our wedding! Tara and Dana were so helpful to make our wedding day perfect, they answered any and all of my questions promptly and made the process so easy! We were able to find a package that met all of our requirements and fell within our budget. We had a winter wedding, and the staff made heated outdoor space available for cocktail hour and reception. My bridesmaids, mother, mother-in-law and myself got ready in the bridal suite, and the staff provided us with food and beverages. My husband and I had our wedding at Blue Heron Pines this August 2017, and it was perfect! The wedding coordinators were a pleasure to work with and understood everything we wanted for our special day. The food was delicious and the staff was very attentive and checked in with us throughout the night to make sure we were happy with everything. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the venue and team of BHP. I fell in love with the rustic style and intimate feeling of this venue when I found it on the internet and it is just as breathtaking in person! Tara & Dana were super helpful in the planning process and extremely prompt and knowledgeable when responding to emails (and every little last minute question!) On our big day, Vickie, my maitre d, was always there when I needed something and (never there hovering when I didn't) ;). I didn't have to worry about eating or finding a drink at all and she made sure we got to see (and taste) everything before the rest of our guests did! Did I mention the food? All guests raved about it! They even invite you to a tasting a few months before your wedding. This was crucial to us because we did end up changing our minds / menu and were super grateful we got the option to try all the foods we had and hadn't selected. We had about 125 guests and it was the perfect size for our group. Can't say enough about this place!!!

Having our wedding at Blue Heron Pines was the best decision we made and everything about the venue was perfect for what we were looking for. It fit our budget, had great food, perfect ceremony space, and had the rustic charm we wanted. All of our guests commented on how unique the venue was and how beautiful everything looked. Most of the beauty came from was just the natural charm and decor of the venue. They hung lights for us as well which added to the ambiance of the night Blue Heron Pines also had a great staff who helped guide us through the process. Tara and Dana were great with finalizing all the necessary details and being very accommodating with any changes we needed to make. Victoria was also amazing the day of our event. She made sure everything was perfect and took care of anything we might have needed. I highly recommend looking into Blue Heron Pines and would use them again for other events in the future.

I would highly recommend Blue Heron to anyone looking for a venue for their wedding. We absolutely fell in love this this place when we took a tour (even though it was a really rainy day) because that’s how amazing this place is. Tara and Dana were so wonderful and easy to work with. Our wedding was a few weeks ago in June and could not have been happier. Everything went so smooth I was never stressed on the day of the wedding. We have heard so many amazing things from our guests from how amazing the food was, the dessert room (yes, a whole room), and the beautiful venue. The place is so nice on its own were able to do just simple table flowers and decorations and it looked amazing. The chef is amazing! From the day we met him at the tasting to the end of the wedding the food was 100% perfect. Having food allergies to work around I was worried but they were so good about everything I didn’t have to worry! Our Maître D the night of the wedding (Ali) was amazing. She was always there if we needed anything but not in a way that we felt she was hovering. We cannot thank everyone at Blue Heron enough for making our day ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!

I was planning my wedding a year and a half in advance and blue heron pines was always there every step of the way to ensure the planning process was going smoothly and on track. My wedding day was so prefect and I had no problems at all!

From start to finish, the staff at Blue Heron Pines made everything about planning our wedding completely stress-free! Always willing to answer all of our questions, there was always a clear line of communication which allowed for the days leading up to the wedding to be easy and relaxed. On the day of, the staff made sure that all of our needs were met, as well as all of the needs of our guests! The food was wonderful, and our dessert room was out of this world! Definitely a beautiful place to have an intimate wedding! We could not have asked for a more perfect venue for our day!!

From start to finish, Tara and Dana, were there answering emails and helping me plan the greatest day of my life! From the tasting, trying food options and then changing some of the choices, they rolled with it. On the rehearsal day, victoria our matre-d led us through it and made us feel comfortable and ready for the wedding day. On wedding day, we came in early and we're treated to water and champagne in the bridal suite as we were getting ready. It was truly a magical day and one that I will remember forever. Our day went seamlessly because of Tara and Victoria keeping us on time for the ceremony etc. the food was great and everyone that came to the wedding is still raving about the venue, the food, and the service! We are so happy that we did not pick any other venue! The way they used our decorations and added some from what they had made our dream wedding a reality! I can't say enough good things about blue heron. :)

I can't say enough GREAT things about this venue, I booked my date pretty far out and through the entire planning process Tara and her staff were accessible and always willing to help with any questions or concerns I had! The venue, staff, food, drinks and atmosphere was everything we were looking for and the day of the wedding went absolutely perfect, seamless at that. I honestly didn't have to worry about anything, the staff here go above and beyond your expectations. I still continue to get compliments about how much my guests enjoyed our wedding! I wish I could do it all over again!

I don't even know where to start, so many great things to say about Blue Heron Pines. Our wedding was there on 11/12/16. Everything was perfect and I would recommend them to everyone and anyone! I got ready in the bridal suite which is a great amenity. We used the golf carts for pictures which is great because we were able to get pictures in multiple locations. We had 149 people and it was not crowded. Our ceremony was outside and then cocktail hour was in the tent. The staff was friendly and attentive. The food was awesome! I wish I ate more appetizers, they were so good! We served our cake in the dessert room with an ice cream bar. It looked beautiful and our guests loved it. I upgraded the linens and it was so worth it. My guests loved the exposed beams in the ceilings, so did my husband and I, one of the reasons why we picked the venue. Our food tasting was amazing and fun. The event team, Tara and Kristen, were so helpful and answered all my many emails. They decorated perfectly and were on point with everything. They helped with every step along the way. This was a huge plus, I didn't need to hire anyone to help me because these women had everything handled. Overall we Loved Blue Heron Pines, if it were up to me everyone would get married there!

I couldn't have been more happy with my choice of Blue Heron Pines for my wedding on 10/29. It was nothing short of AMAZING! I cannot say enough about Tara and staff at Blue Heron. Tara was always available to answer any and all questions and always responded promptly! They worked with me and helped me create the perfect wedding! From start to finish, it was more than I Could have ever asked for. The service was amazing, the food DELICIOUS and the drinks flowing all night! The venue is perfect for that rustic look! My husband and I booked this venue two years in advance (8/14). In those two years, Tara was there for us- month after month, assuring me that we were on the right track with planning. She was honest, compassionate and personable. She was also quick to talk to via phone or email. I can't say enough good about her. Kristin was great too- she helped with details before the wedding and made it easy for me to explain what we wanted the decor to look like and the timeline. During that time, my nerves were apparent and I started getting scatter brained but Kristen kept me on track which was much appreciated. When it came time for the wedding, everything was perfect. Tara, her whole staff and Krista (maitre de) were there every step of the way making sure our day went smooth. Krista was actually the best touch of the night- she continually made sure our needs were met (full drinks, ensured our time line was stuck too and that we ate). Our Guest continue to tell us that the food was amazing (especially the variety offered) and the bartenders were great making sure drinks were efficiently made :) Thanks Kathy and Ann Marie!!! The whole experience was perfect and we cant thank BHP enough for the exceptional service, great food and beautiful venue. I would chose BHP over and over again... and you should too!

Ever since we visited Blue Heron Pines, we knew that was the perfect place for us. It's unique, elegant and just the perfect space. We were amazed us by the variety and the value of the packages they offer. We had a Friday wedding and chose the Sapphire package. You can't go wrong with a sit down dinner. The cake is a nice add on with this package and also the amazing dessert room!! My guests were delighted and loved it! The food was delicious. The chef was a pleasure to work with during the food tasting - thank you, Chef George! Tara Horton is the event planner - she is great to work with and a great professional! Our MatreD' - Kristin was my right hand during the wedding night. She made sure we had food and drinks, kept us on schedule. We can't say enough for all the team - thank you, Tara, Kristin, chef George and all BHP employees. You guys worked so hard and our wedding was a dream came true!

Kristen and Tara at Blue Heron were so easy to work with and made our day flow perfectly. They seemed very casual, but that's because they know what they are doing! Kristen worked hard the day of our wedding to ensure all of our decor and activities were set up exactly how we wanted. I could not have imagined it turning out more beautiful. They even cleaned up after the event, and packed all of our stuff into the boxes we brought - all we had to do was pick it up the next day! Granted a few items were missing, but nothing to take away from the ease and happiness that came from having our event at Blue Heron. AND THAT DESSERT ROOM!!!!

The food was amazing and the chef was very easy to work with. The the day of our wedding, I had an assistant (forget her name right now) and she was amazing. Blue heron was our dream wedding! We've been married for almost a year now and have recommended many of our friends to this venue. It's beautiful and perfect for any occasion. The people you will work with (Tara and Erin) are the sweetest and are there to help whenever you need it. They didn't even get tired of all my silly questions 😬 they set everything up perfectly and it took a lot of the stress off the big day. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is all around AMAZING! If you want a venue who's willing to work with what you want, has amazing staff, delicious food and overall makes the day run very smoothly then definitely go with blue heron 😍😍😍

Blue heron pines did an amazing job at making my special day perfect! I would recommend this place a million times to all of my friends! And I have already! My husband and I recently held at our wedding ceremony and reception at the beautiful Blue Heron Pine's Golf Club in Galloway, New Jersey. I knew I wanted a November wedding, I knew I wanted rustic, and I knew I wanted somewhere that could accommodate our whole day from start to finish. I went to quite a few places and Blue Heron Pines was our last stop, I actually had a courtesy hold on our date somewhere else, until I came to a winter themed Bridal Show and fell IN LOVE with nothing other than ceilings ! Sounds weird until you see them. If you are a south jersey bride, looking for a rustic feel, these ceilings will wow you. Now I promise I did not book this venue just for the ceilings. It just felt right and of course our wedding date was THE ONLY saturday left in all of Fall 2015 so I knew it was the right match. As a bride you want your day to be perfect, from the flowers, the cake, the DJ, the decorations and all things in between but one thing that is VERY important to my husband and I is the quality of service and the quality of food for our guests. BHP did not disappoint in either category. Tara, Molly and the rest of the team were always so prompt and helpful with the tens of thousands questions brides are bound to come up with and the Chef is a mastermind. I mean- bruschetta made from plantains and mango? , amazing. Seriously the food -from the presentation, to the taste ,to the quality is so amazing and guests are still raving. Our day ran perfectly smooth thanks to all of our amazing vendors that were welcomed so openly by the BHP staff and Erin our maitre D who was an absolute sweetheart and so helpful!
