Their menu features traditional favorites as well as creative dishes that combine a variety of flavors. These culinary options can be complemented with craft beers and a number of other beverages. Blue Heron Pines Golf Club features stately architecture that creates a sophisticated ambience. The clubhouse features a large Banquet Room with space for up to 200 individuals. The large windows allow the space to be filled with natural light while the cathedral beams add to the building’s overall grandeur. ncept allowed guests to flow out to the patio and fire pit during cocktail hour and then the reception was in the gorgeously new renovated ballroom connected to the pavilion. They made everything super easy during planning and responded quickly to emails with answers to all our questions. The staff is very friendly and transformed our reception into a wonder with the little direction we gave them. Our day-of concierge was super attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the day. We got so many compliments from guests on the wedding and we can’t say enough good things about our experience!

were very responsive, very easy to work with it, and so flexible which was especially helpful for planning from out of state. Every time we had a conversation with BHP staff, we walked away thinking "wow, they are amazing, I'm so glad we picked this venue." Our food tasting was fantastic and they even let us try out the signature drinks we were thinking of. And the actual wedding day was just gorgeous. But even if we didn't luck out with the weather, we would have been just as happy with an indoor ceremony- the whole venue is beautiful. And we got so many compliments on the food and dessert room, as well as the night caps that Blue Heron offers! And on our end, Blue Heron handled everything on the wedding day to really minimize our stress. We really loved this place and can't recommend it enough. And with all of that said, this was also the most reasonably priced venue we looked at and they offered SO MUCH, we were so impressed with the value. 10/10 for Blue Heron and everyone that works there!

ue, and after some nudging from a friend that was in a wedding at this location, I looked and fell in love with it. Tara was phenomenal. She truly worked with us and the distance from the start, she helped us take a virtual tour, answered every single email (and there were a lot!) without making me feel like I was bothering her. She was prompt with her responses, she was truly amazing to work with. We signed our contract sight pretty much unseen (the virtual tour really didn’t do it justice). When we were able to finally tour it in person 6 months later, we truly fell in love with the space. The ballroom is gorgeous, we got married in the wooded area (Grotto), and the fire pit was amazing. It was spectacular. Faith was our day of staff, she was so nice, funny and got us whatever we needed before we even knew we needed it! Tara was amazing to work with and was very prompt with responding back even after the wedding when I had a follow up question.

Leading up to the big day Tara was very responsive to emails and addressed any of our questions/concerns very promptly. On the day of Sarah was SO attentive and there every second of the way. She made sure we had everything we needed and kept us on schedule. And she is super sweet! We couldn't have asked for a better Maitre D. We also loved the little touches, like the champagne and cheese tray waiting for us when we arrived to the bridal suite. Our guests all raved about the food and loved the dessert room! The only negative feedback I heard was that at the cocktail hour the bar got pretty backed up and they needed to bring out an extra bartender. We also heard there were no plates or forks set out for the food. Other than that, everything was perfect!!!

The minute I saw the venue it was a dream come true. It looked like you were transported to a destination place. The inside is gorgeous, it high ceilings, and open windows allow you to see the gorgeous view of green. The ambiance is magical. What completes it, is the service. Tara, & Sarah, and Dana who we originally spoke too, were absolutely amazing. They heard everything we wanted and made it come true. They followed up, and sent reminders. The peace of mind that they were always on top of everything was extremely helpful during the planning process. Even leading to the day, I dropped off the decorations, and sent them a email with the details. They managed everything perfectly. When we walked into that room, I couldn't believe my eyes, it was like a dream come true. The ambiance, colors, and linens, placement of decorations, and just the overall environment was amazing. Sarah, and the entire staff, were attentive, organized, and very friendly. They were always asking if we were okay and if we needed anything. The staff at Blue Heron quickly transformed the space during cocktail hour into the amazing reception. The ballroom looked exactly how I envisioned. BHP went above and beyond to set up my decor exactly the way I wanted it. It looked amazing! We had the Timeless Teal package, and my guests could not stop talking about how great the food was! We chose buffet so guests had a variety of food to choose from, a lot of our guests even went up for more! The desert room is an excellent feature to this package, all of my guests were so excited to explore the desert room. The bread pudding was a big hit! BHP provided the cake through Simply Sweet Cupcakes, and the almond cake with red raspberry filling was absolutely delicious. BHP was extremely accommodating the day of the wedding, and the maitre d' Ali- was fantastic! She always made sure we had food, drinks, and gave me updates on timing throughout the night which was super helpful. From the beginning, Tara was responsive to any and all emails, no matter how silly the questions may have been! She was very accommodating to all of our needs and wants. We had an amazing day at BHP and I would recommend this venue for anyone looking for their dream "rustic chic" wedding.

We rented antique doors for the outdoor ceremony which fell down and broke. The staff came up with a solution because they knew my daughter's heart was set on them....not one person knew they had broken. Excellent all around!

The rehearsal was smooth and they were able to make sure our large bridal party knew exactly what to do the day of. The day of Tara and Dana made sure the bridal party had everything we needed and made sure we stayed on schedule. They were very attentive and helped me to have the most stress free time getting ready. Our ceremony and reception went off without a hitch. The food was SO amazing and the drinks were fantastic! The waitstaff was extremely attentive and made sure empty glasses were removed from the table promptly. is just as breathtaking in person! Tara & Dana were super helpful in the planning process and extremely prompt and knowledgeable when responding to emails (and every little last minute question!) On our big day, Vickie, my maitre d, was always there when I needed something and (never there hovering when I didn't) ;). I didn't have to worry about eating or finding a drink at all and she made sure we got to see (and taste) everything before the rest of our guests did! Did I mention the food? All guests raved about it! They even invite you to a tasting a few months before your wedding. This was crucial to us because we did end up changing our minds / menu and were super grateful we got the option to try all the foods we had and hadn't selected. Most of the beauty came from was just the natural charm and decor of the venue. They hung lights for us as well which added to the ambiance of the night Blue Heron Pines also had a great staff who helped guide us through the process. Tara and Dana were great with finalizing all the necessary details and being very accommodating with any changes we needed to make. Victoria was also amazing the day of our event. She made sure everything was perfect and took care of anything we might have needed. I highly recommend looking into Blue Heron Pines and would use them again for other events in the future.

Everything went so smooth I was never stressed on the day of the wedding. We have heard so many amazing things from our guests from how amazing the food was, the dessert room (yes, a whole room), and the beautiful venue. The place is so nice on its own were able to do just simple table flowers and decorations and it looked amazing. The chef is amazing! From the day we met him at the tasting to the end of the wedding the food was 100% perfect. Having food allergies to work around I was worried but they were so good about everything I didn’t have to worry! Our Maître D the night of the wedding (Ali) was amazing. We are so happy that we did not pick any other venue! The way they used our decorations and added some from what they had made our dream wedding a reality! I can't say enough good things about blue heron. :)

elp with any questions or concerns I had! The venue, staff, food, drinks and atmosphere was everything we were looking for and the day of the wedding went absolutely perfect, seamless at that. I honestly didn't have to worry about anything, the staff here go above and beyond your expectations. I still continue to get compliments about how much my guests enjoyed our wedding! I wish I could do it all over again!

ne and anyone! I got ready in the bridal suite which is a great amenity. We used the golf carts for pictures which is great because we were able to get pictures in multiple locations. We had 149 people and it was not crowded. Our ceremony was outside and then cocktail hour was in the tent. The staff was friendly and attentive. The food was awesome! I wish I ate more appetizers, they were so good! We served our cake in the dessert room with an ice cream bar. It looked beautiful and our guests loved it. I upgraded the linens and it was so worth it. My guests loved the exposed beams in the ceilings, so did my husband and I, one of the reasons why we picked the venue. Our food tasting was amazing and fun. The event team, Tara and Kristen, were so helpful and answered all my many emails. They decorated perfectly and were on point with everything. They helped with every step along the way. This was a huge plus, I didn't need to hire anyone to help me because these women had everything handled. Overall we Loved Blue Heron Pines, if it were up to me everyone would get married there!

lved made our daughter's reception a dream come true! Tara and Kristin helped us feel comfortable and confident and they made the place look amazing! Wedding guests said it was one of the best wedding receptions ever and our daughter and her husband said it was the " best day ever" ! Food was delicious and amazing and there was plenty of it!!! Thank you all for a dream come true!

I couldn't have been more happy with my choice of Blue Heron Pines for my wedding on 10/29. It was nothing short of AMAZING! I cannot say enough about Tara and staff at Blue Heron....

Tara was always available to answer any and all questions and always responded promptly! They worked with me and helped me create the perfect wedding! From start to finish, it was more than I Could have ever asked for. The service was amazing, the food DELICIOUS and the drinks flowing all night! The venue is perfect for that rustic look! We went with a rustic glam theme and wow did it turn out better than expected! I couldn't have been more happy with our choice! Thank you again!!!!
