I couldn't have been more happy with the service I was provided by Jeanette Jackson. We lived out of state so she mailed us about 8 wedding cake samples which were all great so was very hard to choose just one! Secondly her customer service was amazing she is a very sweet lady. The cake turned out better than I had expected we had a wedding on Miami beach, so we stuck with a beach theme it was more than perfect!! It was turquoise and words cant do it justice!! THANKS SO MUCH !

When it comes to professionalism you can’t go wrong with Mrs. Jeanette. I had spoken with over 20 vendors before I met with Mrs. Jeanette and we knew she was the one before we had even tasted the cake and that was perfection. She listened to what I wanted and delivered. She didn’t try to talk me out of my vision for their own convenience like the 20 other vendors did. She embraced them and gave me even more ideas. Her cake was the most delicious, moist, flavorful cake I had ever eaten and I’ve eaten a lot of cake. I highly recommend their services to anyone for any kind of event. Thank you Mrs. Jeanette.

From our first meeting Janette was very professional, accommodating and patient. She totally delivered what we had in mind and the Cake was DELICIOUS.. All of our guest enjoyed the cake and raved about it. We had a left over piece in the fridge that my daughter gave us and after a few days the cake still tasted as fresh as it did the first day. We cannot say enough good things about Jeanette & Blue Ivy Cakery. We found her company on a search of local vendors on The Knot after our original cake person stopped responding to emails. We contacted several companies but because we wanted a “naked” cake (no frosting on the outside), many either had no experience or wouldn’t make it because of the potential for drying out. From her first response, Jeanette was a true professional with an obvious passion for what she does. She explained that although she had never made a naked cake for a wedding, she had made them for other occasions and then went into a whole explanation of the technique she would use to keep the cake moist. We proceeded to schedule a cake tasting with her which sealed the deal. She created a mini naked cake for us to get an idea of how it would look. She also made samples of three other flavor combinations and all were delicious! We discussed a few different designs on the day of the tasting and within a couple of days she had sent us sketches of the designs as well as a magazine article on the naked cake trend. On our wedding day the cake was not only beautiful but delicious! It was more than just a cake, it was a conversation piece! She has even offered to make a replica top tier for our one year anniversary, if anything should happen to the one we saved. Jeanette was one of our favorite vendors and we look forward to ordering and enjoying her cakes for future celebrations.

Jeanette created an amazing cake for us that met all of our expectations. When we met her for tasting she had many samples and we were able to take a lot home too. The decorations were exactly as ive pictured and described to jeanette. And the cake was delicious. All our guests raved about it! She was very accomodating and professional. I will definitely consider Blue Ivy for any future occasions we may hold in south florida.

I wanted the the princess Diana wedding from the first time I saw it. We actually brought England to Miami beach. Blue Ivy helped me fulfill that day by making my wedding cake as the buckingham palace. My wedding was filmed on Say Yes To The Dress voted Princess Weddings. Jeanette did an amazing job on our wedding cake and it was great working with her as well. We were more than happy with her work. I had a destination wedding and it can be very difficult coordinating with vendors from another country, but Jeanette was such a professional. She met my mother and grandmother for cake testing and my mother was very pleased with the different flavors, there were so many great choices. Whenever I called Jeanette she got back to me right away and was able to accommodate my wishes. We couldn't find the exact cake stand I wanted, but Jeanette was creative and it all worked out. The cake was delicious; overall we were more than satisfied.

We got a cake for 70 people and were able to give them a picture of the cake we wanted in the colors we wanted and they did a sketch of exactly what we would get and the cake turned out beautifully. It was exactly what we had asked for at a really great price, and it was some of the best cake I have ever had. I was a little nervous because they did not seem as experienced as some of the bigger cake companies, but I was extremely happy with my choice.
