he hardest part was narrowing down our options because it was all so delicious! We chose to do carving stations with the tenderloin and stuffed chicken. At the last minute I added the queso because it’s literally out of this world amazing. People RAVED about the food, said it was the best wedding food they’d ever had. They even prepared plates for our vegetarian guests. For the service we got, I feel like the price was incredibly reasonable. They also helped with our cake cutting and did a good job. Their team was a well-oiled machine. Highly highly recommend!

We got quotes from several other vendors, but several of them were way more expensive and didn't include everything we were wanting - like real plates and silverware vs plastic plates. Blue Mesa provided china, flatware, napkins, and dessert plates and the price really could not be beat (plus, the food was absolutely fantastic.) A huge thank you to Karen and the staff for being an awesome part of our big day, we cannot recommend them enough for your wedding event!

Cake plates and serving equipment was extra, but reasonable and worth it. The servers were so kind and went above and beyond to provide great service. The food was good and we are glad that we taste tested the menu options at the restaurant beforehand.

BOVE and beyond!! She made us feel so taken care of, from the initial tasting all the way through the wedding. She was easily available via phone whenever I had questions. I even needed a few extra things (serving dishes for our desserts and beverage dispensers) and Karen had it covered, and even reassured me in the midst of my wedding planning stress! We chose the street taco bar with full service catering and the food was absolutely delicious. We loved that chips and salsa were included for our cocktail hour. And we even had guests who were planning their own weddings, who later asked for our caterer because they loved the food. The included china, silverware, and cloth napkins all made for beautiful table arrangements, and full service catering meant I could just relax and enjoy the evening. I would 100% recommend Blue Mesa for anyone's wedding or event!

es etc and we also used them for bartending. They setup and took down with no effort on my part. They are clearly very experienced caterers and at this venue especially. The only downside was I don’t think they carne asada came out on time, we were wondering where it was and had to ask someone and finally it came out but only after everyone was sitting down eating. They did go around a though with the platter to offer it. Sometimes things happen. I will say the testing was much more delicious and the playing was much fancier than at the actual wedding but I get it, it’s much harder to feed 100 people than 2. All in all, good experience but not perfect.

She was quick to respond to my questions, answered everything with such great detail, and even scheduled our tasting to help us select the menu for the big day. We went with the Full-Service Catering option which was perfection. They handled everything for us including set up and tear down of tables and decor, passing the apps during cocktail hour, serving at the buffet, bussing tables, and cake cutting. They provided us the linen napkins with three options of colors to choose from, as well as their own buffet linens. They also provided all silverware for dinner and cake, china dinner plates and cake plates. It was amazing to have everything be all inclusive because it made it that much easier. The food was delicious, and we heard compliments all night and the next day about how great everything was.
