Blue Mesa Grill

We had Blue Mesa cater our wedding, and they were absolutely phenomenal from start to finish! I can’t say enough wonderful things about Karen, the catering manager. She was amazing from the very beginning, starting with our tasting. During the tasting, we sampled a variety of dishes for our celebration and mentioned that we might want to do fajitas. Karen went above and beyond and sent us home with a fresh order of fajitas to enjoy later. That thoughtful gesture really stood out to us. She was incredibly professional, answered all of our questions, and gave us the pricing at the end of the tasting without ever being pushy. What really stood out about Karen, though, was how genuine she was. She seemed genuinely excited for us and our wedding throughout the entire process. We worked with a lot of different vendors during our wedding planning, and unfortunately, some interactions could feel a little transactional or like they were simply there to make a sale. Karen never made us feel that way. You can truly tell that she loves what she does and genuinely loves being a part of people’s special celebrations. She made us feel like she cared about our wedding, not just our business, and that meant so much to us. We ultimately decided to book Blue Mesa a little while later, and Karen’s communication throughout the entire process was excellent. She was always quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and made us feel confident that everything was taken care of. She was also there with the catering team on our actual wedding day, which we really appreciated. The catering team arrived on time, fully prepared, and ready to go. And the FOOD was phenomenal! Our guests could not stop raving about how delicious everything was. Nearly three weeks later, people are still telling us how amazing the food was! On top of the incredible food and service, the team also bussed tables and stayed to help clean up food and trash at the end of the night. That level of service made such a difference and allowed us to focus on enjoying our wedding instead of worrying about the details. Blue Mesa was truly a 100/10 for us! If you’re getting married and considering catering options, do yourself a favor and book them. You will not regret it! And if you have the opportunity to work with Karen, you’re in the best hands. We are so grateful Blue Mesa and Karen were part of our special day! ❤️

I would definitely recommend using Blue Mesa as your wedding caterer! Karen was super attentive and had answers to every question we could possibly have. The price was affordable, the staff went above and beyond with setting tables and cleaning throughout the night, and of course the food itself was excellent. Karen also went above and beyond with the tasting (which was easy to setup) and the food tasted exactly the same during the wedding day. They also offer cake cutting services for a small fee which was incredibly helpful!
