g agreed upon date/time, nor rescheduled date/time (on my wedding day I waited around for them). After the wedding, they wanted to meet in person to pick up the payment. I would've had to meet them in my city during my honeymoon, or travel to them afterward (I do not live near where my wedding was held/ where they operate). When I offered to instead pay by Venmo or mail, they told me they could no longer honor the cash discount. I emphasized their neglect in picking up their cash payment during the agreed upon times, and they allowed me to keep the cash discount. Overall, very polite but disorganized. Added a lot of stress to my rehearsal and wedding. Not impressed by the drapings, as they were not as pictured on their website. I was surprised to have them attempt to remove the cash discount, instead of offering an additional discount after their errors and neglect in picking up payment while I waited around on my rehearsal and wedding days. Oh, and they charge $35 per item they set up. So... if you get the 4-panel draping over the dance floor, they charge by individual panel. The 4-panel draping is charged as 1 item, but the setup is charged as 4 individual items.

s that had better pricing and options than our venue. We felt like we got a lot for what we paid for. The fake floral arrangements were really beautiful and added a lot to the overall look of the day. The only piece that we chose not to use was the floral arch way as the way that the flowers were rearranged didn't look right so we just moved it out of sight. I absolutely loved the bistro lights and the lit-back drop behind our head table. We were back and forth about the lights behind the head table but are SOOOOO happy we added it on at the last minute.
