I recently had the pleasure of working with Blue Moon Event Rentals for my wedding, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience!! From the initial consultation to the day of the event, Jack was professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our vision come to life.
The selection of linens was extensive, with options that catered to every style and color palette. Jack helped us choose beautiful table runners and napkins that perfectly complemented our theme. Blue Moon Event Rentals did an excellent job setting up our wedding decorations. Jack was easy to work with and helpful with his recommendations. They offer a wide range of services that had better pricing and options than our venue. We felt like we got a lot for what we paid for. The fake floral arrangements were really beautiful and added a lot to the overall look of the day. The only piece that we chose not to use was the floral arch way as the way that the flowers were rearranged didn't look right so we just moved it out of sight. I absolutely loved the bistro lights and the lit-back drop behind our head table. We were back and forth about the lights behind the head table but are SOOOOO happy we added it on at the last minute.

WOW, WOW, WOW...Now this is a vendor I would give 10 stars to if possible!
We must use this phrase: “Look no further” – Blue Moon Event Rentals delivered in SO many ways. Jack, Brooke, and Amanda are incredibly fun, personable people with a very strong work ethic! So very accommodating, especially when it comes to ensuring your vision is met, plus more! Jack nailed a vision I didn’t have quite put together during the planning process, and without his expertise and input, I would have been lost. Blue Moon Event Rentals is family owned, and to see them work tirelessly as a team, AND late nights was truly impressive.
It was no small feat to complete the full picture; our Reception consisted of 450 people, in an (obviously) huge venue (with patio with walkway) at Chula Vista Resort. We cannot thank them enough, and look forward to many ping pong and bags challenges (wink). Thank you!

Blue moon was exceptionally amazing!!! They were incredible to work with and they set everything up and we didn’t have to worry about a thing for our wedding day. Absolute beautiful assortment of decor to choose from and renting makes it so easy for before and after your wedding!

The entire staff at Blue Moon Events was just a joy to work with. The communication and punctuality was impeccable and whatever was asked, was done. If we threw in a monkey wrench, they worked around it with such ease and had quick solutions. I will absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking to host big events right down to a family reunion, anniversary party or any other celebration. Bravo, Bluemoon!

Blue moon event rental decorated for my wedding in November 2021 and I could not be more happy with their service! They are an amazingly talented team with such vision for beauty and design. Jack was so helpful throughout our planning process. He took my ideas and brought them to life when I didn’t even know exactly what I was thinking or talking about. It was such a bonus to have them set up and clean up the venue so I could relax and enjoy my entire weekend with family. Renting the decor and having them set it up is an ABSOLUTE MUST for a wedding!!

I put a deposit down on this vendor 1.5 yrs in advance. i gave them an overview of what I wanted at that time. well as most brides do i did change my mind on what I wanted for a wedding style. i emailed them numerous updates of what I wanted. This vendor was not good at responding to emails. they also never updated my ideas of what i wanted. when i reached out to them the final time they still had my original ideas that i no longer wanted. since i had sent them multiple emails of the changes i wanted before this. i no longer trusted them to really show up for my wedding day with what i really wanted.

We had our wedding this past weekend and rented many of our decorations from Blue Moon! It turned out absolutely perfect! They were prompt with setup and very attentive to how we wanted things to look. We rented the whiskey barrels, drape hanging from the ceiling, chair covers, chair sashes, wooden centerpieces, and the head table backdrop that was lit (Highly recommend- was absolutely beautiful and added to the room!) We were absolutely amazed of the transformation that it did in the room and we could not be more happy with how the decorations turned out! Thank you for giving us our picture perfect wedding! You guys are great!

Great service! Friendly! Reliable! My backdrop turned out beautifully. It made a conference room look like an elegant party. The photobooth is gorgeous and it was a huge hit. Everyone had a blast with the photobooth. It's cool because she can print 4 copies at a time and you can fit a bunch of people in the pictures. They send you an invoice online that you can pay with a credit card too which is a nice option. They put everything up and took everything down no problem. My only suggestion is to put up a photo of that photobooth so people can see how cool it is!

So happy we found Blue Moon Event Rentals! They had all the wedding extras I was hoping to find for our big day and everything turned out awesome! From napkins to barn doors, they really have it all! They were on time and set everything up for us, which was great since we rented some bigger items! They really exceeded my expectations. And their pallet table they made worked perfect for my wedding party! I highly recommend Blue Moon!!!

Blue Moon Event Rentals was great to work with! Very quick and good communication and all questions were answered. They did a beautiful job with a sparkly gold backdrop draping along with beautiful draping with lights above the dance floor. Amanda was so wonderful to work with!!! We had an out of town wedding and were worried about renting since we didn't want to worry about finding someone to return our rentals. Amanda took care of all of that by setting up everything and taking down!! She was very easy to get in contact with and had some wonderful ideas that truly helped me out a bunch! I had so many compliments from guest on how wonderful everything looked. I know everyone is into DIY weddings lately, but this rental company was way cheaper and easier than anything I could have made!! Thank You!!

Blue Moon Event Rentals was amazing to work with and did a fabulous job setting up our reception with the decorations we rented! They had such a wide variety of decorations we could rent and was so affordable! They really helped our reception hall look fabulous and stunning without the stress of it! We didn't have to spend hours setting up as they did it for us as well as taking down! It made our wedding so much more memorable! Amanda was also so nice and super easy to work with! She was so great with communicating back right away and always answered our questions.

We were so pleased with the elegant look of Alana & Matt's wedding reception. The draping hung perfectly from the ceiling and behind the head table. Lighting behind the head table draping and skirting created a magical effect. The statement chandelier over the cake added a dramatic accent for both the ceiling draping and the cake. Thank you for helping us design our daughter's dream wedding!

The centerpieces for our reception were so beautiful!! I had asked for something that would help people talk across the table and these not only made it easy for folks to talk but also were so beautiful. We received many comments from our family and friends on the centerpieces--three cylinder vases with floating candles and pearls. Everything was in place when we arrived! Thank you Blue Moon!!

Blue Moon Rentals did such a beautiful job for our wedding. They do everything for you, there's NO hassle, no stress! They shared the vision we had, and put everything together so perfectly that I STILL get compliments on our ceremony/reception decor. If they don't have something you're looking for, they find it for you! I'm just so pleased with this vendor. My favorite to work with!

Amanda was super great to work with and Blue Moon's prices were awesome! They are a smaller family rental company so there were some things that I wanted that they didn't have in their inventory, but they went out and found everything I wanted! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for lower prices, but top notch service.
