We hired Lisa to help us with coordination for our wedding in Dripping Springs. Lisa did a phenomenal job and made the process much less stressful and more fun. There are so many details that go into a wedding, and she had thought of them all. Our wedding day was perfect, and everything we hoped it would be! Lisa was a huge part in making this a reality for us. I would highly recommend her if you're considering her for any wedding related services.

Lisa is the absolute best!! We couldn’t imagine our wedding day without her there making sure everything went smoothly. We booked the month of package, and Lisa took so much stress off of us and made it a fun experience. After each planning meeting with her, we felt so much better and at ease knowing that she was taking care of all the details and coordinating with each of our vendors to ensure everyone knew what was going on. She is so organized and on top of all the things! Lisa is also such a nice person - I never felt like a bother when I had tons of questions for her. She always responded quickly and with kindness! My husband and I are so grateful to Lisa for all of the help and hard work she put into our wedding to make it exactly what we wanted. We had a blast and got to enjoy the day knowing that Lisa was running the show for us! She also did all of our florals, and it all looked so beautiful. Oh my goodness - I can’t say enough good things about Lisa & blue moon events!!! I got them for my wedding (11.26.23) for florals & Lisa killed it- I was amazed at how beautiful the table settings were and all the little details in between. Lisa was great during my wedding planning with all of my questions via email (a lot of emails) & all the changes I made to find the perfect fit for the wedding - she was so patient & so kind working with me to find the perfect look! The day of the wedding getting to see my vision come to life was such a great feeling! & you can’t beat the price! I highly recommend her!!!! She’s amazing & will capture your vision perfectly!!

I need to start off by saying that Lisa is absolutely amazing! I used their "month-of-coordination" package for my small August wedding. Their prices are very good for everything they offer with their packages. From the beginning Lisa was so helpful, giving vendor recommendations and answering any of my questions. Once we got closer to the wedding we had about 4-5 phone meetings where we discussed every single small detail for the entire day. The timeline she came up with was so fool proof which helped lessen my anxiety so much. She coordinated every detail with all my vendors and made sure everyone was on the same page. When it came to my wedding day, Lisa absolutely made all my wedding dreams come true. All the decor looked beautiful and the layout was exactly what we had discussed. She kept the day flowing flawlessly and followed our timeline to the t. She dealt with some unforeseen problems without ever causing worry for us or our guests. Honestly, she absolutely worked her butt off on our wedding day. I don't know how to thank her enough. She took my wedding visions and made it all come true. Without her I don't think I could've ever had the perfect wedding that I did. She really made sure me and my husband were taken care of during the day too. She has a lot of experience and it shows, this lady knows what she is doing! She is so talented and skillful! I cannot recommend her enough!

Lisa was amazing!! She kept us organized and on track, so we knew every detail of the day. I felt like we went over every single part of the wedding, and she even brought up things I would’ve never thought of. Lisa is AWESOME! She was very affordable compared to other day of coordinators, without compromising any quality or attention to detail. We had many phone calls before the wedding day where she created an extensive google doc and production schedule with us and answered all our questions. The wedding was seamless and having Lisa on board allowed us to truly enjoy the day. Do yourself a favor and hire her!! Its the best gift you can give yourself.

Lisa was an incredible coordinator and she did a ton to alleviate all of our anxiety. In the final weeks leading up to our vow renewal ceremony and reception, we were stressed out with all of the details, but she was able to calm our nerves at the moment when it counted most. On the actual day, she was so efficient and organized that everything flowed smoothly without any concerns. Lisa saved the day!!

Lisa (and Susan) were incredible. They went above and beyond with helping us coordinate our wedding. There were may times we asked them for their opinion/help, even beyond our scheduled appointments and they were fantastic and patient in helping us. Lisa was absolutely amazing! I wasn't sure at first if I should get a coordinator but Lisa was worth every penny! She did a great job walking us through the process and keeping us up to date with everything behind the scenes. We had unexpected difficulties with one of our vendors Lisa was a lifesaver! My (now!) husband and I looked at ourselves several times throughout the night and mutually agreed that she was by FAR the best & most important person at our wedding. Lisa at Blue Moon Events Texas did a wonderful job as my day-of coordinator! Our wedding was just about perfect, and that is mostly because of Lisa and all her help. We had to switch plans last minute due to weather, and I was so stressed out about how it was going to work. But Lisa magically made it happen, and it was a wonderful night! She even bustled my dress (French bustle) and cut our cake! She was very responsive to my calls and emails, and I would highly recommend her and her team to anyone planning a wedding!

One thing I knew from having been a bridesmaid was that I wanted a Wedding Coordinator, and I am so glad that I chose Lisa and Blue Moon Events! Listen, if you think you can flawlessly run your wedding, then think again. It's not that you can't but that you really and truly shouldn't. You don't want to be spending your wedding day running after where the flowers should be placed or exactly what time the cake is arriving between getting your hair and makeup done. And you don't want to put that all on your bridesmaids either. I've been the bridesmaid running errands and sweating my makeup off, it's not fun. And that's where Lisa and Blue Moon Events comes in. We did the Month of Coordination Package, but it was so much more than that. I chose all of my vendors (and Lisa for sure recommended and helped me as needed!) but at the last minute Lisa swooped in and coordinated everyone. She kept us on schedule and kept the stress off of me. If something went wrong that day I certainly wasn't aware. My husband and I just had to show up looking pretty and the venue was already set and ready to go. Words can't describe how grateful I was for her expert guidance with every step of the process that she helped with! Don't have your wedding without Blue Moon Events there making sure it runs perfectly!

Lisa is a fantastic event coordinator and not only made us relaxed on the day of but was also wonderful throughout the process. Guys get her before someone else takes her for your day. Our family could relax and enjoy the whole ceremony and reception just because she had everything in control. A very humble and genuinely nice person and exceptionally great at her job. Going in to the wedding planning process, my husband and I had some pretty clear ideas about what we wanted and were capable of, so we felt confident about booking our vendors. From the start, though, we knew we wanted a day-of coordinator -- someone to keep everything running smoothly and oversee all the moving parts. We hired Lisa and are forever glad we did! She kept everything moving on schedule, acted as a liaison between us and the other vendors, and worked with us to make sure everything was set up the way we wanted. We had several meetings prior to the wedding and by the time we got to the day of, we could truly relax and trust that things would go well. I should mention, by the way, that I'm an anxious, nervous, control-freak kind of person and Lisa put me super at ease. She's the best! We are so happy we chose Blue Moon Events for day of coordination. Lisa was easily the MVP of our wedding vendors. She was so easy to work with through two covid-related postponements, which made a world of difference to have just one less thing to worry about. She also went well beyond just being our day of coordinator. In the nearly TWO YEARS leading up to our big day Lisa checked in regularly throughout the process – offering vendor recommendations, providing her perspective on what was going on with weddings and the changing regulations when we found ourselves over our heads during the postponement process, and helping us figure out the flow for the day and all the miscellaneous things we never would have thought about ourselves. On the day of the wedding Lisa coordinated everything perfectly. The day went smoothly, and even though it turns out my mom forgot an entire box of décor at home (in my mom’s defense, something was bound to be left behind!) I didn’t even notice because Lisa did such a great job re-purposing what we had. Everything she set out looked beautiful! She also ran some discreet interference when unsolicited décor appeared from well-intentioned family, which I appreciated. It was just another benefit of having a day of coordinator that I hadn’t yet thought of! At the end of the night she helped make sure everything we brought got packed and sent home with the right people – again not an easy feat because we brought a lot with us! Lisa was such a delight to work with from start to finish and is well worth every penny and more!

Lisa was an absolute lifesaver! I was hesitant on getting a coordinator but decided that I needed to, so I hired Lisa and her team for day-of coordination. Me and my husband had a huge wedding party (30 people) and Lisa managed everyone on our wedding day amazingly. Without her, it would have probably been chaos, lol!! We had an outside wedding in July and she had a glass of water waiting for us at the best times. I would not have been able to do it without her! I highly recommend her, I am very grateful for everything she did for us. She goes above and beyond!

We hired Lisa for our intimate wedding ceremony/reception. Lots of detail went into it and she helped us every step of the way. Lisa was absolutely fantastic! I didn't hire her as my day of coordinator until a few weeks before my wedding and I wish I had done it so much sooner. She helped us figure out all of our last minute "I don't know" situations (and believe me there were a lot) and never made us feel pressured or rushed. She was incredibly easy to communicate with. She was not bothered or stressed when we made last minute (literally hours before the ceremony started) changes. The day ran so smoothly all because of her. She's such a pro and I could not recommend her more!

I hired Lisa in the last couple of months before my wedding which was planned 4/11/2020 as my day-of coordinator and to help finish up what I had started planning. I work a very busy job and was fatigued of all the planning/emailing/coordination to the point that I wasn't enjoying it anymore. Lisa picked up my half-planned wedding and happily finishing arranging all of my (probably poorly done) work without complaint! When COVID came around and my wedding was canceled, she was so flexible and came with me to my new date of 2/6/2021. She was very affordable, easy to get in touch with, and organized. Was very knowledgeable about my wedding venue and all of my vendors. She thought of and suggested things I never even considered. Lisa is incredible! She handled every aspect of our covid-wedding planning with ease. She was proactive in scheduling planning calls and was easy to reach whenever we had questions come up. Unfortunately, Lisa was not able to attend our wedding as she was exposed to Covid. However, she had a quick solution for us in recommending her sister to step in for the day of. Lisa is a bride’s best friend! I am so glad I found her. Her website is very clear on the services she offers and her pricing. She was my day off coordinator, she helped me with set up, I added her vendor finder package and her floral services. Lisa was absolutely fantastic with communicating with me often before the wedding! We would schedule bi-weekly, and then weekly meetings over the phone where I'd get so much planning done, things I never even thought of! And then the day of she was able to have everything run so smoothly, we even had extra time to eat and mingle! Plus she was able to do our floral arrangements as well, which were absolutely beautiful!!! <3 The only thing keeping this from being 5 stars is I heard of family/bridesmaids and groomsman asking where she was at times when they had questions, otherwise she was found at the times we scheduled and was able to help everything seem so organized that myself and my now husband didn't have to worry at all.

I can't begin to explain what a joy it was having Lisa coordinate my wedding. She was a life saver to say the least. Lisa is a godsend. Due to the pandemic we went through 3 different wedding plans and she was patient and extraordinary every step of the way. Our wedding at Four Seasons Austin was stunning & memorable. I had been pretty stressed up until the day or so before, but the day of was so relaxing - because I knew I could count on Lisa to handle the details/get everything situated. She also does florals (we had a last minute cancellation) and they were sensational - sophisticated, unique and exactly like what I showed her. Her vendor recommendations were spot on. My fiance nudged me to hire Lisa, I was hesitant because her fees were much lower than the Austin wedding planners. She out performed expectations and was truly generous with her time.

Lisa Campbell rocked my wedding! She is so organized and in tune with details. I LOVED her minute-to-minute timeline document that made me feel like we really had everything under control. She helped immensely with my planning. Day of she was a dream. She arrived early and let me know she was there. Then, she took off to complete everything that we had already discussed her doing without thinking twice! She ran the reception so smoothly and there were no hitches. At the end of the night, she made sure my husband and I had everything packed up and ready to go (including the special food and desserts I requested) and put them in our departure car for us! Lisa played a huge part in making our wedding go so smoothly, and for that I cannot be thankful enough!

We hired Lisa as our wedding planner, and couldn't be happier with how it went. She met with us several times in-person to help us design and prepare our event, and was very patient and helpful every time, always happy to meet at our convenience, once even with a broken foot! She also sat with us through many hours of phone calls and web presentations, as we weighed our different options. She performed exhaustive research brainstorming florals, the ceremony itself, clothing options, decor, and food. We also wanted a variety of entertainment options for our guests (petting zoo, armadillo races, poker tables, etc.) and she leveraged her contacts to find us great vendors for that, too. Finally, during the big day itself, Lisa was there, hustling from minute one to the very end, directing vendors, setting up booths and supplies, and troubleshooting so effectively that we weren't even aware of it. And after everything was over, she went above and beyond the call of duty, helping us load all our decor, supplies, and leftovers to take back home. All in all Lisa was a delight to work with, and we recommend her HIGHLY.
