to the unprofessionalism of our wedding day videographer, Manny. Eddie sent us a proposal which looked great and included our full event time. We reviewed the contract but clearly did not read the fine print well enough. When we set up a meeting to talk to him two weeks before our wedding and realized our videographer needed to come an hour before our photographer and therefore leave an hour and a half before our wedding ended, we were quite shocked. We looked back at the original proposal and this didn’t match the times on there. Our band and photographer timelines were already completed and indicated a few events we wanted recorded after his 10:30 departure. Given that our online account and the proposal we signed both said he will be there from the hours of 12:30 PM and 11:30 PM, we felt quite misled when the tiny fine print in the contract says a maximum of 10 hours. We are unsure why the proposal would not match with the contract. We reached out to Ed and were disappointed and insulted when he tried to make us feel stupid for challenging him. He threw the contract in our faces telling us that he has been transparent from the start and that it is a misunderstanding. Looking back, it was our stupidity to not read the contract more carefully, but Eddie will keep pointing to the contract and say he doesn’t understand why you are upset. Due to Eddie making us feel like this was our fault and telling my husband, “you don’t work for free,” we refused to pay to add the extra hour mainly due to this poor customer service. When we had our planning call with him to discuss the day and specifics, he refused to let us ask questions at all and said he had a “system” for going through things. The “system” was not chronological in the order of how the day occurs and thus was very confusing to follow. He refused to allow us to make special requests of what we wanted filmed based on the timeline we had already planned with our band, the photographer, and the venue. He insisted the way he runs things is the way it has to be done. In Eddie’s eyes the customer is not always right, which is not how our other wedding vendors acted. Thankfully our photographer was more than accommodating and able to bend to Eddie’s wishes. Eddie also refused to let us speak to the actual videographer to give us some comfort and ensure he understood what our goals for the day were. There were a few things we wanted to explain to the videographer, especially where our first look was and about our dog joining our first look but that wasn’t able to be communicated. Due to not being able to explain this directly to our videographer he was confused and went to the wrong first look location on the day of our wedding. On the day of the event, our videographer, Manny, arrived at the bridal suite 15 minutes later than we were promised. We had agreed with our photographer (and as noted in our schedule sent to Eddie) that first he would shoot our nephews and then our details. Instead, Manny decided to shoot the details first and left our nephews waiting. This was difficult because we planned for this time to accommodate their nap schedule. This started a chain of events that caused us to run late, adding stress as we approached our ceremony. On the way to our first look, Manny just went to where he thought the first look would be without asking and was missing for 10 minutes. He was told where it was and couldn’t find it causing us to run further behind. Overall, Manny did not allow me to have any input and the bridal attendants remarked to us how unbelievable it was that he wouldn’t follow the bride’s wishes. Overall, Manny was rude and unfriendly, and multiple guests told us they saw him vaping and drinking alcohol while shooting - this is so unprofessional. We do have to say when we gave Eddie this feedback after our wedding, he did ask how he could help and was very accommodating. He spent time adding in parts that we wanted in our main feature film, as well as a free round of edits. In the end, Eddie did a good job making sure we were happy with our final video. However, the three stars are for the stress prior to our wedding and for our videographer’s behavior.

The final videos were absolutely stunning – they perfectly captured the emotion, energy, and love of our day, and we’ve received so many compliments from friends and family. The editing was flawless, and the music choices were spot on. We are so grateful for the incredible memories Blue Moon has helped preserve, and we highly recommend Eddie to any couple looking for a talented and reliable wedding videographer!

e search for a wedding videographer. My wedding video is BEYOND PERFECT! From the very beginning, Eddie walked me through everything. Never pushy, never upselling me, just letting his AMAZING work stand for itself. (Truly. Check out their instagram, their facebook, I think YouTube as well...they are beyond wonderful) My fiance (now husband) was on the fence about hiring a videographer in general, but we both agree, it was the best decision we made. Eddie made the booking process so easy, and even when I had questions, he'd get back to me right away. On the day of the wedding, we had Ramon as our videographer. Let me tell you, Ramon was OUT OF THIS WORLD. He not only got THE BEST videos of us, but he had awesome ideas, had all different tricks with the drone, and, on top of that, was such a nice guy. At times he was so stealth, we never knew when he was capturing moments! Ramon, thank you for your immense talent, we are so glad you were there with us that day. Our finished products are movie quality. I'm NOT kidding. Watching it, I feel like we are the stars in a feature film. I cried the whole time and everyone else has as well. They captured our love so well. Ramon and Eddie, you guys are the absolute best. Thank you for capturing the best day of our lives and making it into a cinematic masterpiece. Thank you for giving us a film that we will watch year after year on our wedding day (but knowing me I'll probably watch it a lot more!) Worth every single penny....and then some! Now, person reading this- GO BOOK THEM. You will NOT regret it.

w he was there as he set up for our ceremony and reception. He also captured incredible drone footage. Since receiving the video, my husband and I could not be happier. Blue Moon delivered the perfect highlight video (about 4 min) that we can easily share with family and friends. Our wedding video (about 1 hour) was PERFECT – my husband and I had so much fun watching it and reliving our day. It was so nice to see all the little moments captured on camera that we did not get to witness the day of. Eddie is super responsive and very easy to work with. They really ensure you have the perfect memory from your wedding day. 5 stars!!

First, I loved the videos featured on his website, but what set my mind at ease was just how personable he was. Eddie was so so attentive and responded so quickly to all my questions beforehand. The questionnaires he had me fill out beforehand were great bc it ensured I got all the pictures I wanted and my vision for the day. The team Eddie brought with him on the big day was FANTASTIC! We, the girls, had Joe, photographer, and Manny, videographer. The guys had David, photographer, and Eddie, videographer. The plans changed the day before as far as picture locations due to the rain, but we found the PERFECT location at a pavilion on the water and the rain made for amazing pictures! The team gave amazing direction and made the whole process fun! My only disappointment was that we couldn't get any drone footage, but that was only due to the weather. I'm in love with our pictures and we received the highlight reel and feature film within the past two weeks and I'd be lying if I said I only watched it a couple of times lol. They even captured me on my husband's microphone me whispering, "I'm so happy' during our "first look" shoot and it made it onto our highlight and feature film. I was blown away! Family and friends are so impressed with the cinematic style of the videos and many have said they've never seen wedding videos like that before. Before I booked I questioned spending the money on videography, but I must say, you can't put a price tag on what we received from Blue Moon Video Productions! We will cherish our pics and video forever and I'm so grateful for their talent, hard work, and dedication to our wedding day. I will recommend Eddie and his team to anyone getting married. His drone was able to film the grounds of our wedding venue which was the main reason we chose this venue to get married in. We were married on June 15 of 2015, and even today, over one year later, people are still telling us how they didn't even realize we had a videographer because they fit in so well with the party. Blue Moon is very modern and up-to-date in terms of the technology they use, which was important to us. We absolutely loved our highlights video and it was fun to share with others as well. The only reason we did not give a fifth star is because of the modern editing, we felt some things were left out of the final video but there just wasn't a way to include it in. Overall we were extremely happy with Blue Moon and we have recommended them to all of our friends as well!

Even think I saw him hanging from the chandelier once! No, really. He was like an acrobat photographer. And I must admit, this turned out to be A LOT of wedding for one photographer alone, but Dave surely optimized his skills to cover it. He brought with him a great personality that shined even through frustrating moments. He handled everything well. Oh, and our guests loved him. They experienced great interactions with him. I must admit that not being able to meet or speak with our assigned photographer had me slightly skeptical prior to signing the contract. And I don’t usually enter into these types of “blind faith” deals. But I’m glad we did, as we are very satisfied with the results. It became obvious to me that Eddie is no novice in the game. At some point during our process we were conflicted whether we would do “the first look” or not. Eddie recommended we did and why we should. I’m glad we listened. He’s great- knowledgeable, flexible, responsive, and makes himself accessible to his customers.
