an outdoor wedding and threat of bad weather, taking this on can be stressful, but Tim was there to help guide us. Blue Peak constructed a tent 80 feet wide and 100 feet deep, and had to build a floor to level a 12 feet drop at its highest! This was an engineering feat that required 12 men for three days to build. Tim's team was professional, skilled and a great group of guys. I cannot say enough about this fabulous and reliable team. On days leading up to the wedding, weather was threatening, Tim provided us with great solutions and day of contingency team to add more tents. I cannot say enough about his going the extra mile to reassure us. The day of right before the reception we had 15 mile/hr gusts that really tested the tent. Not a problem as his team had everything secured well. From start to finish, Blue Peak exceeded our expectations! If you decide to plan an outdoor wedding for a large event, you have to call Tim at Blue Peak, They will give you the peace of mind and partnership you need. / break down timeline. The sales staff were very responsive and easy to work with leading up to the big deal. I changed what we wanted probably 12 times and they were very patient and accommodating. Definitely recommend!

arose. They were SO accommodating and even included a covid clause and helped us organize this ONE MONTH before the date since we had to change our venue. I don't have enough words to express how grateful we are that we went with blue peak! We did the sailcloth tent and ended up needing them to put in flooring the day before because it rained the ENTIRE week of our wedding. We also used the on-site attendant, which I would 100% recommend. Given the rain and crazy weather we had, which was so unusual for September, they made every transition seamless and made sure everyone was comfortable underneath the tent all night long!

would contact me when they were 30 minutes out. When our tent had not arrived by 5:30 and we needed to leave to go to the rehearsal... We were told someone needed to meet them to let them in. So, a couple people waited for them to arrive- including my mother and the officiant and my sister.... When the tent arrived the driver was extremely apologetic. He said they had no idea this was for a wedding delivery. I do not fault the driver or the gentleman I spoke to on the phone. I will fault a very surly man who works there- that told our officiant who called to complain about the late delivery (7pm) that if she didn't like it- he would just call the driver and tell him to pack it up. He was rude and unapologetic. He also said he didn't care that anyone missed the rehearsal that we should have planned better.... This one unfortunate man, Tim Page, leads me to warn you- BEWARE of this company. I am certain there have to be other companies that MIGHT have better customer service.

I'm very happy I did. Everything turned out amazing. The guys that came out to set up the tent did a great job! They were very quick and friendly! I mainly worked with Tim Page, he had great suggestions and will listen to what you want. I am very grateful I went through Blue Peak Tents. Thank you for everything!

e floor, restrooms and generators. We chose the Sail Clothe tent 60x60 for 100 guests, this is brand new to their inventory and the mid-west, it looked spectacular especially at night. I was hesitant at first to rent the sail clothe as it is a little more the standard high peak tent as far as price goes but WOW worth every extra penny! The material has a transparency to it which makes the tent glow under the stars at night. We also chose to have the Italian lighting which draped from the center of the tent and looked very elegant and set a romantic mood for the evening. My favorite part of the lighting was the chandeliers, we had 2 hang down the center of the tent above the dance floor which looked amazing and really set the tone. Everything looked so elegant on the day  we also went with the New England Plank floors which are a little more than the standard dance floor flooring but again made a difference and looked beautiful. 2-3 days before the wedding blue peak came out and put the tent up, they worked fast and had this done in a day. Which was great as this left me with a few days to set everything up. We had a few things we needed added last minute and blue peak pulled thru and made every effort to accommodate our last minute requests. I can’t stress enough how easy it was to work with Blue Peak, very professional and have everything you need for a wedding and more! Thanks again!

rns (hung professionally by Blue Peak). They provided tables, chairs, and the dance floor as well. It was absolutely beautiful & our guests loved it as much as we did. Dave was extremely helpful every step of the way. If you are in need of a tent for your wedding/event, this is without a doubt the company to use.
