Great communicators and super awesome to work with. They are so nice and easily accommodated any adjustments we wanted or needed to make. I highly recommend them and would reuse them if we were to host another event in the mountains.

Melissa and her team were absolutely wonderful to work with and the food was amazing! We used Blue Ridge Pizza Co. for our rehearsal dinner and I am so happy we did! Melissa was great to work with and accommodated some of our guests food preferences (gluten free pizzas and cheese pizzas for picky kids!). They helped us to create a custom pizza as well. We heard so many rave reviews from our guests who couldn't stop talking about the how good the pizza was (best rehearsal food they've had)! The wood fire oven that they bring also just added to the experience and it was amazing to watch them fire the pizzas on site. Melissa, Justine our event manager, and the staff of Blue Ridge Pizza Co. were absolutely amazing when they catered our wedding! Throughout the entire process, they were incredibly responsive, patient, and professional with us! The day of the wedding, they knew exactly what they were doing and had no problem setting up, serving, or breaking down our wedding of 120 people. The food was delicious and was a huge hit with all of our guests! In particular, I think the “Cider Fest” and “The Meats” pizzas got the most raving reviews! I highly recommend hiring BRPC if you are looking for a cool and yummy alternative to standard wedding food!

When my husband and I were planning our wedding the main thing we wanted was good food. We were so tired of having the same food at weddings and wanted something different. We got married at Bold Rock in Nellysford and when we booked we were given a list of vendors they had previously worked with and that's where we found Blue Ridge. They catered our cocktail hour and dinner service flawlessly and everyone at the wedding raved about them! They gave us one of each pizza to take home at the end of the night and it was phenomenal after a long night of dancing! Absolutely book them you will always remember the amazing food you had at your wedding!

We/my parents used Blue Ridge Pizza for our rehearsal dinner. The food was delicious, it was prepared quickly, and the entire process was very easy. They were very cost efficient and provided high quality food and service. They give a lot of value for your dollar. We couldn't recommend them more strongly.

My now husband LOVES pizza and was so excited about our choice of Blue Ridge Pizza for the wedding. Justine and Melissa's communication and efficiency were unmatched - they constantly and quickly responded to emails, had phone call sessions with us, and we got to meet them in person for the initial tasting. The food the day-of the wedding was SO good and I had my coordinator get me a second plate that I ate all of. They also provided bartending services for us. We highly suggest them for your wedding!

BRPC was wonderful to work with! The food was delicious, and we got to have a bunch of variety. At first, when my husband and I said we were serving pizza, we got a good bit of flack for it. At the wedding, we had people coming up to us apologizing that they judged our choice, and that it was such a great idea and that they were heading back for seconds! Melissa and Justine also do wedding coordinating and it's a must have! They brought my ideas to life, and even gave me more ideas. They have an eye for detail and helped make my wedding amazing. We wanted a casual event for our son's rehearsal dinner and contacted Blue Ridge Pizza. Of all the vendors we worked with for the entire wedding weekend, Blue Ridge was at the very top of the list. Very responsive, reasonably priced, and the food was DELICIOUS. The entire Blue Ridge team was so kind and engaging and made our event completely stress-free. I cannot say enough good things about them. Our entire group enjoyed the event, and because the pizza was cooked in their on-site oven, not only was it tasty, but also fresh and warm! Here's all you need to know about my husband and my enthusiasm for Blue Ridge Pizza Company -- we moved our wedding back one week so they could cater it!   My husband and I are wanderlusts from Michigan. We decided to have an intimate destination wedding outside of Harrisonburg, Virginia – 10 hours from our home – on the grounds of a historic bed and breakfast. Blue Ridge Pizza Company was one of the caterers recommended by our wedding planner.   At first, we grappled with the idea of hiring a wood-fired pizza truck. Would it seem cheap? Would it feel too quirky or casual? Would our guests, who traveled many miles to join us, feel disappointed in pizza and salad for the grand occasion?   Spoiler alert: Nope. Nothing could be farther from the truth!   We visited BRPC's commissary kitchen in November 2021 – our one trip to Virginia before the actual wedding in October 2022. We spent an hour chatting with the wonderful owners, tasting their food, and letting our doubts fade away. Our favorite items from that tasting were the bacon-wrapped dates, the Cider Fest, and The Meats.   BRPC's customer service is even better than its food. Hard to believe, we know! We worked with Justine and Melissa remotely from the initial inquiry to the big day. These ladies were a complete joy! They communicated frequently and thoroughly, answered countless questions, and worked seamlessly with our wedding planner, venue, and other vendors.   We chose three appetizers, a charcuterie board, a wonderful salad ("The Charleston"), and four varieties of wood-fired pizza for our reception. We also utilized BRPC's bartending services. They worked with us on signature cocktails – making recommendations and suggestions we hadn't considered.   Before the reception, we were delighted by the smells of food prep. The scent of premium, cooked meats wafted to us on the gentle breeze and gave us a preview of coming attractions. Unexpected bonus! Our guests loved BRPC's offerings, and we all ate until we couldn't eat anymore. Several guests commented that it was the pizza they'd ever had.   The bartenders were wonderfully courteous, prompt, and energetic. One of my favorite memories from the reception was watching the bartenders bust a move behind the bar. Moments like that create big smiles and full hearts. I'm thankful BRPC was there to celebrate with us!

Blue Ridge Pizza was the absolute perfect choice for our rustic barn-style rehearsal dinner! Everything was SO delicious, from the cheese platter to the salad, the pizza, and the cheesecake bites! The staff was so helpful and wonderful, the presentation was beautiful, and the constant communication leading up to the event was so easy and effortless. Melissa and Jay, and Dani are awesome !! We met via zoom several times leading up to the wedding. They even took a trip out to the venue prior to the wedding. Everyone raved about the pizza, desserts and donuts!! My niece loved the gluten free and vegan cheese options!! If I could I would give them 10 stars!!

My husband and I were married in a very small ceremony in January 2021, but wanted to plan a belated celebration with all of our family and friends for when he returned from a military deployment. We had dreamed of having pizza at our celebration, so hearing about Blue Ridge Pizza Co. from our venue coordinator was so exciting. Not only did they provide exceptional, fast service and amazing food (the appetizers are just as wonderful as the pizza, which is saying a lot), but every member of the team is extremely kind and truly caring, ensuring all of our guests had a wonderful experience. The team was also present in the entire planning process, which began over a year before our date, to ensure the day was a complete success. The online portal Blue Ridge Pizza Co. uses for communication is super user-friendly, which, combined with Melissa's attention to detail and organization, was such a gift to me as I planned. Prior to booking, we received a free pizza tasting while at Polo at King Family Vineyards, which was in addition to an incredible "to-go" tasting Jay made a few weeks prior to the wedding so my husband could also enjoy the tasting experience once he was home. In short, Blue Ridge Pizza Co. goes above and beyond to support you during wedding planning and totally delivers a crowd-pleasing experience for your cocktail hour and reception. Our celebration was better than we could have hoped or dream, much thanks to Blue Ridge Pizza Co! While I am so happy to have enjoyed such a wonderful day, I am going to miss emailing with all of the Blue Ridge Pizza Co. team, as they are such a joy to interact with. You need to have Blue Ridge Pizza Co at your wedding, not just because it the pizza but because of the whole staff. Melissa set the tone for the whole process. She is very accommodating, patient, detail oriented. We had to postpone our wedding due to COVID, thankfully they were available for our new date. The staff was so friendly during our wedding! Our guests loved the pizza - they talked about it days after the wedding. Everyone raved about the chicken bbq! My personal favorite was the Margherita. If you need a salad you can’t go wrong with the Charleston. Thank you again for making our wedding run so smooth.

They served our wedding cocktail hour and reception effortlessly and everything looked and tasted fantastic! As the mother of the groom who resides in Arizona, I had to plan a Wedding Rehearsal Dinner in Virginia and was finding it very difficult to do so because of the pandemic, restaurant closings, etc. I reached out to my son's wedding venue, The Market at Grelen's amazing Event Manager, Kristin Simler and she gave me the best recommendation to hire Blue Ridge Pizza Co. for our catering service. Note, that I was fortunate to be able to work out having this special dinner at this spectacular venue. Blue Ridge Pizza Co. is definitely first class! Melissa was very detailed with all my needs at the time of my needs. Communication was excellent! She quickly set up a Zoom call with me and my theme Love & Pizza was born! She responded to my emails quickly and answered all of my questions. Her attention to details and customer service was outstanding! Not only was the food delicious, they displayed it beautifully too! Love, Love, Love their wood-fired pizza creations! In our package I picked 4 that our families got to enjoy: Margherita, Summertime, BBQ Chicken and New York, New York (gluten free crust also available). The Charleston Salad was also delicious and for dessert we had 2 different kinds of cheesecake and brownies that were so yummy! The staff was incredible! They made sure all our needs was met. Even made sure our flower girl was taken care of. We had such a good time. Staff packed up left over pizza and dessert so that the Bride and Groom to be could enjoy later as well as some family members too. I would book Blue Ridge Pizza Co. again and again for every event we have if I lived in Virginia. I wished we did lived closer so we could enjoy more of the best wood-fired pizza I ever had! Can not say enough about how awesome Blue Ridge pizza implant was for our rehearsal dinner. They made serving 125 guests seem like a breeze. They were very efficient and friendly throughout the night. The pizza and salads were fantastic, some of the best tasting pizza I’ve had. We were never waiting for food as they were constantly bringing out new pies as needed and were extremely accommodating to all of our guests. Just wonderful to work with and would highly recommend using them for any catering party you want, their menu of pizza options are really really good!! -Joe R

Working with Blue Ridge Pizza for our intimate wedding was a dream come true! Everyone loved the concept and raved about the food! They were on time, courteous, had a beautiful setup, and obviously, the food was delicious!
