Flexible, timely, and so friendly! We had to reschedule 3 times for COVID and Blue Streak was so flexible and accommodating. When the day finally arrived they were incredibly timely and got us everywhere with no bumps in the road. The limo was clean and everyone enjoyed great music on the way to the reception. Would definitely recommend!

I’m going to get straight to the point - what should have been a 45 min straight drive from my hotel to the church, took almost 2 HOURS! The bus avoided all highways until we yelled and screamed. I was an hour late to my wedding, lost an hour of sunlight of photography and video, and ruined my morning. The cherry on top of the cake was their horrendous customer service and refusal to take responsibility for not telling me ahead of time that “the bus has to take certain routes”!!! Mind you we left from Jersey city and the turnpike is 3 minutes away WITH A TRUCK ROUTE! don’t make the same mistake I made, this is a brides worst nightmare!
Awesome people! We got married on 5/11/19 and when the limo picked us up at the venue, the limo was on time, it was very clean, the ride was smooth, we got home safely! We had a great experience working with them!

Blue Streak was a great limousine service. I went to the church in the Rolls Royce. The car was awesome and super authentic. My driver was amazing! He helped me in and out of the car, brought my mom and dad with me, and even fixed my dress for me when we walked into the church. He waited until the ceremony was over to roll out the red carpet and allow my husband and I to have a champaigne toast right after the wedding. He was so helpful and had us laughing the whole time! We took the 24 person party bus to the venue with 23 people and several coolers. We had plenty of room to dance around and have a blast. I even left my phone in the bus and was able to find it right where I left it the next day. Tina was very accommodating and easy to work with. We would definitely recommend this company!
We used Blue Streak Limo for our wedding party bus and they were fantastic! The staff were reliable, easy to communicate with through the booking process and organized. Our driver was friendly and helped to keep everyone's spirits high! When we arrived at our venue we stayed on the bus until we had to leave for pictures because our wedding party was having such a great time! Would highly recommend.
Blue Streak Limo was great to work with. We booked a 50 person party bus through them for our wedding and they took care of everything we asked for. They followed the timeline and were attentive to what we needed. The bus we rode in was immaculate on the inside and out. We were truly pleased with using Blue Streak Limo for our wedding day!
I am very disappointed with this company. We used them for our wedding and booking them went great. We felt like they gave us a good deal and the customer service was fantastic. The day of the wedding we realized why the price was the way they were. First of all the party bus smelled like vomit. It was a strong smell towards the back of the bus. But everyone dealt with it because it was our wedding day and at that point it was a little late to change busses. we were told we were getting an upgrade on the limo when we booked with them to the “new 2018 party bus that could Hold 40 passengers.” We only had 30 people on the bus and it was a tight squeeze . The party bus was NOT new and it did not hold 40 people. they totally lied to us. It was not what we ordered. Then we got our rolls Royce. There were little flies in the car. Finally I told the driver to put the window down because I couldn’t take the flies. He then put the windows down and the AC cranked up high. That got rid of the flies but it still was disgusting.
Then we got a call asking about our service and we told them about the smell and flies and we were blamed for the vomit on the bus. No one on my bus was sick or drunk during the church part of the day so that was not even possible. we asked all of our guests and they said that they didn’t throw up. They proceeded by blaming the service dog on the bus. The owner of the dog stated that the dog did not throw up on the bus. I’m very hurt by this company and disgusted hat hey would do this. They did not take responsibility for their actions and instead tried to blame us. Finally they said they would not charge us the extra clean up fee. It was a miscommunication between drivers.
The best part was when they called me asking to take down my review and they will give me a free limo to wherever for 10 people ... they didn’t give me a free limo anywhere. It was all a Lie.
Although I’m disappointed with the company the drivers were still very nice and when booking we did get great customer service. I’m giving three stars for that. But because we did not get what we ordered I could not give the full 5 stars.
Perfect Limousine service , i am really happy to deal with them from the customer service, to the drivers i got ,they were early before time, the Limo and the party bus i had were new model and very clean .

My wedding was 11/1/2018 . Booked Blue Streak Limo about 3 or 4 months before. Whole experience was great. Got a great deal on the party bus and Rolls Royce Phantom. Drivers arrived 30 minutes before schedule and were very professional

If you are in need of a limousine service then look no more...Blue Steak Limousine is by far the best limo service. Starting with their event manager, Tina who made sure that everything ran like clockwork. To the driver who made sure that the entire bridal party was picked up on time and taken to the church and venue on time. My daughter's wedding was on October 5,2018 and I can't tell you how happy we were with this service. We've used alot of car services in the past and we will only use Blue Streak in the future. Not to mention that their cars are beautiful, inside and out. If you are in need of a car service Blue Streak is the one to book.

Blue Streak Limo provided transportation for our wedding on 10/20/18 They picked up the girls at the reception hall and transported to ceremony site and then again from ceremony site back to reception. We worked with Tina when booking and he was fantastic to work with. Limos were clean and arrived on time. We also used this company for transportation for my husband and myself for rides to the airport for our honeymoon. Overall, great customer service and happy with the service we received on our big day!
I am a wedding planner & I used Blue Streak Limo on behalf of a couple that I worked with. I started working with the couple 4 months out from their wedding & they wanted something very specific for transportation - a 40 passenger party bus with a bathroom. I made it my goal to find this for them but it was difficult due to short notice and limited options, however, I finally found Blue Streak Limo and they were a lifesaver and provided excellent service from start to finish! Tina, the Special Events Manager, was a pleasure to work with! She was so organized, easy to work with and answered all of my questions clearly. She always sent me updated contracts whenever we made changes to the itinerary. Joe was their driver and he was amazing!! He arrived an hour early to ensure he would get there on time due to traffic coming from North Jersey to Philly. The bus was clean and perfect for their big bridal party. As a wedding planner, it is so important to work with a transportation company that is reliable and easy to work with. I will definitely recommend Blue Streak Limo for all my couples in the future!!! Thank you for making my couple's wedding run so smoothly and getting them to all of their locations on time!
We used Blue Streak Limo for our wedding and honeymoon transportation. All vehicles were great (we had a 14 passenger van, the Cadillac stretch limo and a SUV) and the drivers friendly and timely! It was great to not have to think about getting from one place to another and I would certainly use them in the future for any transportation needs!
We used Blue Streak Limo for our wedding and had a great experience. They upgraded our bridal party limo as a surprise to us, which was so nice of them! While we had some transportation delays due to the weather, we’re happy that our guests made it to the wedding safely. Lisa was great to work with as well and very responsive.

Booked these guys for my bday with friends. I would never use them again. Highly recommend to stay away and make sure to get everything in writing. We had a group of 17 people. First the bus itself had no air conditioning so we were all sweating like crazy because it was extremely hot. On top of no air, we weren't allowed to open the windows through the bus which was even worse. We could have dehydrated.
Second issue: The driver was not even given information on where to go. He just randomly put something in and took us to the wrong location 20 miles away. We were over an hour late because he put in wrong address even when we asked him in beginning.
Third: I was on the call when this bus was booked and it was to be roundtrip. The bus driver never showed up to pick us up at the end of the day. We called and they said it would take 2-3 hours to get a bus driver to go. If we booked roundtrip why would we not get roundtrip access ? We ended up taking expensive cabs back to the city.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND you stay away. Trust me, I usually don't complain but this company is BADD
We LOVED working with Blue Streak. For our church exit, we booked a 1937 Rolls Royce and for the wedding party we got a fun limo that came with champagne and glasses already inside (as did the Rolls). The drivers were on time, professionally dressed, and very kind. They made our short time with them seem comfortable and stress-free. I didn't ride it but I heard the shuttle bus had a stripper pole so that must have been really fun for our guests with a sense of humor ha ha. Thank you Blue Streak for making our wedding day so great!
Very disappointed with the service I received the day of my wedding. There were several things that did not go the way we planned but the worst was that we had 3 shuttles that were supposed to bring our guest home from the reception with a total capacity of about 144 people. The 56 passenger bus which was supposed to be the final bus that left the reception and take me, my wife and family back, left without us and apparently only had about 15 people on board! The employees working outside the reception asked the driver to wait as there were still people outside but he left anyway. When I called the company in the days after, their excuse was that the contract said to leave at 12:15 so that’s when it left. All it takes is a little common sense to think to yourself, if you only have 15 people on board maybe you should wait. There’s a reason we booked that large of a bus. One of the buses came back to get us and when I got on board I realized the capacity was about 33 people vs. the 44 passenger bus I ordered. We barely fit and if there was one more person left at the reception, there would not have been room. When I called the company about this, their excuse was that they wanted to upgrade us to a party bus to make it nicer for the wedding and that this bus actually cost more and they gave us the upgrade for free. While very nice of them, there is a reason I ordered a 44 passenger bus because we had so many people, so they clearly did not give me what I contracted for. Perhaps this is why several of my aunts, uncles and cousins had to Uber to the reception because the bus had no more room. Overall the process leading up to the wedding was good and Lisa was very helpful in booking everything but I was not happy with the service the day of, and not happy with the response I received from the company after the wedding. If you have years of experience in this industry, you should know that if the reception is telling you there are more people in inside and you have a bus that is not even half full, you should wait. I was willing to pay overtime and it made no sense that I contracted for 3 shuttles with a capacity of 144 people and 30 people get left behind. This was the only vendor for the entire day that we were not happy with.
I booked with Blue streak Limo a 24 passenger party bus and they upgrade me with the 2018 40 passenger party bus .
I got the best service with the best upgrade.

We used Blue streak party bus for our wedding on 04/06/18 and had an amazing experience. It all started with booking, booking was seamless and they even offered suggestions on where to stop for pictures. The party bus itself was immaculate and so spacious. We fit 20 people including bride and bridal party.
They provided excellent service. Everyone had space to relax and enjoy themselves during the half hour ride the the reception. Thank you for providing a great experience for us while traveling to our reception.

We used Blue Streak Limo for our wedding this past weekend. We found them at a bridal show, and they gave us a great deal. Lisa was extremely nice and professional. I am a bride who wants to make sure everything is perfect and Lisa was extremely quick to respond to my 1000 emails, calls and questions and never seemed to be annoyed or aggravated with me. She went above and beyond to make it perfect and listened to our requests. The bus was great, it was nice, clean, new, and so much fun ! We would highly recommend and use them again for the future.

Sam was our driver on my wedding day, and was excellent. He arrived early at the bride's house, and was extremely accomodating. He did a great job of keeping us all on schedule. The limo was clean and nice, and they even provided champagne! The owner was very easy to get in touch with, and made the whole experience perfect.

This company is very reliable. They provided great customer service and great prices. Making our reservation was very easy, the manager himself went over the details, prices that they had. They did a great job keeping in touch with us before the event to reassure us that everything is on schedule. They take the extra step to make sure their customers are satisfied. Don't hesitate to use them, they are professional, very affordable and ethically inclined.
I would like to thank Blue Streak Limo as one of our vendors for my special wedding day , we got the 36 passengers party bus and they showed up on time , we even went overtime and it was in grace time and end up not charging us for the overtime .

We used Blue Streak Limousine for our wedding and could not have hoped for better transportation. We rented the 36 passenger party bus and it was perfect for our large bridal party. we had a good time on our ride to pictures and to the reception. Our driver was very friendly and professional meet us all with a smile! The bus was really clean , we got champagne toast pictures ,it is memorable. Prices are very reasonable and worth every penny!
I consider myself lucky because the only aspect of my Wedding that went without a hitch was our Shuttle Service. I am kicking myself though, because I would’ve never hired Blue Streak if I read these reviews ahead of time. Our situation was VERY similar to the stories below …
The day before my wedding, I confirmed our CONTRACTED Coach Bus to shuttle our guests from our hotel to our venue for our Ceremony (2 trips). At the end of the conversation, I could tell that the employee was trying to push the Party Bus on me – I adamantly said NO, because we paid for the Coach Bus, and did not want a Party Bus transporting our relatives. Fast forward to 30 minutes before the ceremony … one of the Groomsmen got a photo text of his young son on the Party Bus in front of a Stripper Pole. Blue Streak sent the Party Bus instead of the Coach Bus anyways, without our knowledge or any communication regarding the change, and I was on the phone with them literally minutes before walking down the aisle. Since there was nothing that I could do at this point, I instructed them to make sure they went back for the second pick-up so that the remaining guests could get to the Ceremony. Turns out the Bus was late for the second pick-up, our 2nd round of guests ended up missing our Ceremony, AND the Party Bus that they used was dirty and had Maggots in one of the coolers (our guests took photos) !
Our Wedding Day was otherwise perfection, so we didn’t allow this to affect our day, however we knew we needed to address this since we did not get what we paid for, and some of our family members were very upset to miss the Ceremony. My husband called when we got back from our Honeymoon, and experienced some of the WORST customer service of his life. He was told that we received the Party Bus because the AC on the Coach Bus wasn’t working (thanks for letting us know ahead of time!), and did not receive any sort of apology. The representatives also claimed that our guests were LYING and that the driver was at the Hotel on time for the 2nd pick-up, but no one was outside … they went so far as to say that the driver went into the Hotel Lobby to check with the Front Desk, and no guests were there. We ended up calling out Hotel, and they went through the Security Footage for us, and confirmed that no driver went inside the lobby, and that our guests were waiting that whole time! In the end, Blue Streak agreed to give us a ridiculously low refund (only for the maggots!) and said we could take them to court if we wanted more money … nice right?
Mistakes happen and can be understood, but the lack of professionalism and disrespect we were shown after this mishap was absolutely appalling. Don’t make the same mistake we did – steer clear!!
The weekend before my wedding we rented a limo (pink hummer) for my bachelorette party and it broke down on the side of the highway. This alone made me nervous for what was to come for the wedding day. We ordered a 30 person party bus which was very spacious, however the air only worked in the back of the bus and it spit out water! Something obviously was wrong!
THANK YOU FOR BLUE STREAK LIMO ,i used them for my wedding day .they did help me a lot to choose the vehicles, they gave me best price for the 40 pax party bus, Chrysler for my family, and the Rolls Royce for me and my wife with red carpet and champagne toast.

Please do not waste your time. Don't get fooled by the "great deals" Sylvia will provide you with. Please TRUST ME it's worth spending $500 extra to rent from another company. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. They tell you they have best cars and the cars are in good condition... BULL S#!T. I rented the HUMMER for my wedding and my day was ruined because of Blue Streak Limo. The car looked terrible, very old, dirty the doors were falling apart, the driver could not open the doors because they were broken so we were stuck in the car for a few minutes... On top of this the AC was NOT working... The weather was 85 and very humid, we were dying in the car, please keep in mind that I rented the 22 passenger car and it was only 13 of us. I emailed the company and they wasted one hour of my time on the phone, the day of my wedding!!! Sylvia was asking me if the A/C is working and she said if it is not working she will fire the driver. This is very rude, heartless and unprofessional. I told her it is not the driver's fault that they have shitty limos. You cannot fire a person because your cars are crap. They ended up giving me $400 refund but trust me my wedding day was ruined because of this company. I would rather pay extra money and get quality service...

We are very sorry for the unfortunate circumstances that lead to your this satisfaction and this review because of an error we only charge you for 4 hours wedding but because this was our mistake we provided you with 12 hrs of service we stand by our mistake.
When you contracted a 36 passenger party bus,We explained to you that we would make as many trips as you need in the 12 hours provided that was a minimum of 10 passengers per trip, Your people then began to abuse our driver demanding that he drive 1 or 2 people in a trip, this is no a TAXI this is a huge 36 passenger bus.
As per the grooms request we replaced the driver and upgraded you to a brand new MERCEDES SHUTTLE and because of this review the driver no longer with our company, We belive in customer satisfaction and did everything in our power to accommodate you on your special day.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Blue Streak Limo! Right off the bat my phone and email interactions with Scotty were both pleasant and productive. We reserved a white hummer limo for our wedding day as transportation for myself and the girls to the church and for the entire bridal party from the church to the reception and received just that and more. Our driver was prompt and extremely helpful, assisting us in and out of the vehicle as well as taking our reception extras off our hands and placing them in the front. We had a lovely red carpet waiting for us after the ceremony as well as some champagne. All in all it was a wonderful experience and an amazingly fun, new and exciting vehicle with awesome light fixtures and a fantastic sound system!
They provided a driver who was rude, did not abide to the contract, and threw a cigarette at my husband after refusing to go back to the hotel and get the remaining guests- who did not make it to the ceremony. They eventually sent another driver, with a smaller bus, and had to make 3x as many trips to the hotel. They did not refund us any money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I cannot begin to express my utter disappointment in Blue Streak's service. I reserved a Chrysler 300 for the day of my wedding. On Sunday, October 30th, I was getting ready when my brother asked me if I reserved a hummer. I was NOT happy. I was actually quite angry that a hummer would arrive at my house on my wedding day. I would NEVER have reserved a hummer. Not only did I NOT receive the car I reserved, but I also was NOT made aware of any changes to the reservation. A different car just "showed up". This is Unacceptable and caused me undue stress on a day that was supposed to be worry free.
After the church, the limo driver was asked several times if he knew where the reception was located. He indicated that he had the address. However, he began driving in the opposite direction of the reception. We stated loudly enough for him to hear, as the partition was open, that he was headed in the wrong direction since the reception venue was in Little Falls. The driver continued to drive as, I guess, he assumed he knew where he was going. Instead of taking 15 mins to get to the reception which would have left me ample time to get ready before my introduction at 5pm sharp, it took us 40 mins. This is because the driver headed in the wrong direction when he left the church bringing us to the Grand Chalet instead of Victor's Chateau. As a limousine driver who has an exact address as I confirmed in this email, this is Unacceptable.
When we finally arrived at Victor's Chateau at 5:05pm, the driver passed the entrance even though I kept telling him to stop. Then instead of turning the limo around to go in the entrance, he stopped on the side of Route 23 and made us get out. Keep in mind, the entrance to the reception venue is in the back and the sidewalks were covered in snow due to the previous day's storm. I told him I could not get out there due to the snow so he kicked some aside with his shoe. I had to jump down from the hummer over the snow. This was not an easy task and not one that should have been required especially after already poor service. My bridesmaids and mother who could not "jump" down from the high hummer in their strappy sandals/heels, were forced to step directly in the wet, cold snow. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. (My father, groom, and groomsman were also in the limo having to jump down and out over the snow.) We then had to trudge around the venue to the back where the entry doors are located, all the while with highway cars zooming by. How embarrassing!
I did not have a cocktail hour. I only had a 4 hour reception. My late arrival caused me to be late for my entrance/announcement as I needed time to use the restroom and have my dress bustled which takes time. This caused me to lose 20-30 mins of my reception time and left my guests waiting for me.
Now, whenever I am asked if everything went by smoothly on my wedding day, I cannot help but think about the whole limo fiasco.
