are many stunning styles to choose from, but the consultants help it not be overwhelming. My consultant Kim was AMAZING. She was happy to answer any questions, was extremely knowledgable, and helped me find other vendors as well! The consultants know what they're doing and what looks good. Kim really helped honor my bridal style, and made me feel comfortable trying out different dresses. During these COVID times, my parents and I were super impressed with their safety measures and we didn't feel unsafe at all. Masks are required, there are limits on how many people you bring with you, and it's easy to distance from the other bridal group. Overall, I was extremely impressed at how easy the consultants made the process. Wedding planning is stressful, and shopping for your dream dress should be fun! Thank you Bluebird Bridal for making it a day to remember!

I found the dress of my dreams. Additionally, the owner and staff are so knowledgeable about all the aspects of bridal gown shopping. They answered all my strange questions about tailoring and practicality. I would recommend this place to anyone!

l of the dresses we selected were not available in my size to try on. After numerous and attempts to cancel over a weekend. We canceled the dress less that 3 hours after reaching out to the owner , on a Saturday and Sunday morning with no response, all this happened in less that 24 hours, The owner ordered the dress against us begging to cancel, because of Covid and her not being able to have her wedding. The next day she was emotionally devastated that the dress was nothing like she had dreamed. I called the next morning at 9 am the minute the store was opened, before they ordered the dress and asked them to cancel the order. While she did offer an in store credit and informed my how she was being helpful by not forcing me to pay the remainder of the price of the dress, I feel this is an unacceptable way of doing business. We have no need for anything else from this establishment and keeping my money is a sign of a highly unethical individual. We were here to support local store, here she was only there to serve her own purpose. We never signed an agreement. We even shared with her, we would like till Monday. We reached out to American Express directedly. We never signed agreement with the owner. She sent out a forged document to American Express. All over $459.00. She never offered a refund. We later found out after hours of research , that her store marked the dress over 100% then other wedding stores. We are in the midst of Corvid, recessions need to be made. We were in there on September 5th, 2020. My daughter got an email, stating the dress is ready. Stay clear of this store and the unethical practices. I lost my job and can not afford this expense for a dress and a wedding we are not having . Shame on her. She is a thief! My daughter was in tears this morning, she know that I am struggling to find work and now this, having a email stating your dress is ready for pick-up. Heather put it in your stock and refund our money. Shame on your for no supporting your community. There are so many negative replies on numerous site about her ethics. We would like a full refund. Just image being 27 and cancelling a wedding. This is your store. My daughter and I were in your store on September 5th. You just sent her email that her dress is ready. Sorry, this is your store. See the text below. This is your store. We cancelled on Saturday after 2 hours, then Sunday, and Monday at 9 am....Please do not support this business. The owner is fully aware of what she did. She also charge above the cost of the dresses too. Inflating her profits.

The assortment of dresses allowed me to try on many different styles and once I found a style and designer I liked, Emily was incredibly helpful with many other options. dress sales are final, but this boutique did everything they could to try to help me out. First they looked at their inventory on my dress to see if they had a smaller size and we could swap the dresses out. The way my luck was going, they did not have my dress in a smaller size. I was so heartbroken and began my search again for a new dress. I went back to P&E for a couple more appointments until finally I wanted to start fresh. I was looking for something that was similar to my original dress that I wasn't seeing the other dresses for their beauty. Emily pulled a dress for me that I had seen her wear in one of their "try on Tuesdays" and when I put it on I knew it was the one. It was a Kenneth and Winston ballgown and I felt like a true princess. It was everything I wanted and more. The ladies at the boutique never gave up in helping me in my search for my second dress and helped me think outside of the box. They will forever hold a special place in my heart! I highly suggest looking for your wedding dress at P&E.

al boutique I had ever been in and was the first appointment I had out of 4 that day. It was by far the best experience I had that entire day and set the bar high for the remaining boutiques. I ended up with 3 final contenders, 2 of which were at P and E. I contacted them on a Sunday to see if I could come in that same day to try on the 2 dresses again. Erin responded to me fairly quickly and offered to open the store for me to come in that evening!! She was the sweetest and very helpful and was very patient when answering all my questions. She ultimately helped me make my decision and I am extremely happy with the dress I picked! It was an excellent price also! I highly recommend Paige and Elliot to all brides!! ❤️

was super honest with me when she could tell I didn't like a dress (even when I didn't say anything because my mom or my friends with me liked it). She helped me find THE dress (which I thought would never happen-- I'm super indecisive). She also worked out the timing for me so I could line up my purchase with a sale they were going to be having. Such a great and fun experience!

keep track of. At the actual appointment, Sam was PERFECT and provided just the right balance between what I wanted and what my sister and mom wanted. I truly appreciated how she got to know me during the appointment and really helped me feel at peace with making this huge decision, especially because I was out of town and needed to buy the dress that day! The asthetic of the shop is so fun, you can see the price on the tag of each dress you're trying on so you don't fall in love with something out of your budget, and they have accessories right in the shop to help you really picture what you'll look like. I wouldn't trade this experience for the world and feel so lucky to be a part of the Paige & Elliott Boutique family!

as too big, I believe she had an emotional reaction to finally being in a dress that fit. The next day, she was in tears because the dress was nothing that she dreamed of. I called the very next morning the store was opened and asked them not to place the order. While the owner agreed to cancel the order, she has refused to refund the 50% deposit. She blames her policy that only protects her for the reason she feel entitled to keeping my money even though no dress was ordered. I have two words of advice, if you are larger than a size 8, this likely isn't the place to look and don't expect the owner to operate in an ethical manner. Her behavior demonstrates she has no concern for the families she is working with. I'm sure she will respond to this post by saying a business must have policies. Her policies are only designed to enrich her. There is no protection for the consumer. No company should keep money in exchange for nothing. While she did offer an in store credit. That is literally of no value to me as there is nothing I need from a bridal boutique at this point. I encourage anyone thinking of buying a dress to go do a different store. We ended up buying a dress from Haute and Co and the experience there was hands down a better experience. The host sat down with us, asked personal questions about the venue and the type of style she dreamed about. He was attentive and found many dresses that were options for her.

Emily was just as helpful as Kim. They could not have a better team of bridal consultants working for them! Also, I am getting married March 20, 2021 - for some reason the website will not allow me to change that information.

Second, the environment alone in Paige and Elliot is worth the trip! The shop is absolutely adorable which made the whole "I'm getting married" thing super real and exciting all over again! Lastly, Paige and Elliot had a really nice variety of dresses. I was able to find multiple dresses that I liked all in my price range (or below) - which was $1200. Now, I did go over that a little bit - but P&E was having a fun July sale - so it made it worth it! Finding a place to shop for your wedding dress can be stressful and definitely overwhelming. Give Paige and Elliot a try - I feel certain you will have the same experience that I did!

They take the time get to know to your style & budget and make it fun! I arrived to the appointment reserved but left with tears of joy in my eyes. It is truly an intimate and one of a kind experience.

I honestly, can't say enough about them. Every single dress is just stunning. They are not the run of the mill/ wedding dress factory store. Have so much fun there!!!!

I knew what I wanted, but she noticed when I felt uncomfortable in a dress, etc. Towards the end of the appointment she pulled a dress and told me to just entertain her by trying it on. It was the one!! The dress felt like me. It was a dress I probably wouldn't have pulled on my own. I could relive the day over and over! Thanks for making me feel so special P&E!!

I also loved that she took the time to understand my goals for my wedding and my personality, and encouraged me to try a dress I probably would not have considered. I ended up falling in love with it, and I'm so impressed and delighted that she understood it was my dress before I did. This is an incredibly welcoming, incredibly kind store, and I highly recommend it!

My dress is a Martina Liana and I happened to be the first Bride to purchase the dress - they named the dress after me there! How cool right? I was also given an awesome care package post-purchase with an exclusive wedding magazine. Check these ladies out; you won't be disappointed!!

but beautiful. I found a great assortment of dresses and thought I had found the ONE! Came back a few weeks later to try it on with my family and boy was I surprised...that wasn't the one. BUT I FOUND ANOTHER "THE ONE!" I found my absolute dream dress! I am BEYOND happy that I decided to go with Paige & Elliott.

first store and it was my last. I absolutely loved my wedding dress. Everything about my wedding dress was unique and me. I had so many compliments on our wedding day and I am still getting so many compliments on my wedding dress months later. I am very thankful for everyone that helped me at Paige & Elliott bridal. They also helped me with any questions I had regarding the dress and sent me pictures on how to bustle the dress so that my alterations lady could do it. They also helped me with all of my bridal accessories. Very cute little boutique with a lot to offer!

so suggested a few out-of-the-box options that I wouldn't have thought to try. I can be very indecisive sometimes, and she helped me narrow down favorites and eliminate gowns that were derailing me. She was so positive and always had my back when my entourage had different opinions. I would definitely recommend visiting this salon!

his is a standard process. When it arrived, I tried on my custom gown, and it was over 6" too long. Erin made me uncomfortable by blaming me (for wanting custom length) and the designer, and never took ownership of her mistake (she measured the gown in the wrong place and caused the error). The next day, my mom called to discuss options and Erin offered a refund - we accepted because we were not confident she would fix the issue. I went to P&E to pick up a refund check, and she wrote the check for the amount minus sales tax (this is illegal and tax fraud). Erin said she already paid the sales tax to the government and could not refund it. My mom previously owned a bridal salon and explained to Erin that this isn't true, and the store would get that money back from the government. She refused to refund the tax amount. I filed a complaint with the BBB, and Erin's response was that she charged me a "re-stocking fee" of $239 - I assume she learned that it was illegal to not refund sales tax and decided to change her wording. Either way she words it, I still paid $239 for her mistake. Be cautious shopping here - Erin has been a Wedding Planner for awhile, but is new to the bridal gown world. She admitted that she has "growing pains" and unfortunately, I had to pay for one of them.

I stopped in on the following day and said “Yes to the Dress” completely different style I was originally considering. Cassie and Ashley are gave me honest feedback they are not pushy or said what was needed just to make a sale. Needless to say this service was Phenomenal!! This will be my one stop Shop!!

Erin and Candace are SO knowledgeable about the designers, the timeframe for ordering, and the different customizable aspects of each gown. They were super easy to communicate with via email and phone and kept me informed on every step of the process. Everything was perfect at Paige and Elliott. They also went completely out of their way to recommend vendors as I have no idea about this whole process! I would HIGHLY recommend them to all brides. They are smart, trustworthy, and patient, which is exactly what a bride needs when picking out THE dress out of all dress choices. Thank you for being so amazing!!!

Even though Paige & Elliott is a bit smaller than other boutiques, it has a wide range of dresses -- both style and budget. Candace was very respectful of our budget and helped me to find the perfect dress! I live in Raleigh (my parents live in Huntersville) and the Paige & Elliott team was very accommodating of my schedule when scheduling an appointment for me to come in and try on the dress after it arrived. I can't say enough great things about Candace and the team at Paige & Elliott -- they put me right at ease and made the whole process of finding/ordering a dress absolutely seamless. I highly recommend visiting them.

lk in, you feel like you're in every bride's dream. It's been a few months and I'm terrible with names, but we worked with Candace and one other girl, and they were both WONDERFUL. Our appointment started with them taking the time to get to know me, about our big day, and styles that I liked, didn't like, and wanted to try. They let me wander around and pick out a few, and then threw a few of their recommendations in as well - and let me tell you, they do a great job of reading you and your style and bringing out great selections. I ended up going back a few weeks later to try on a style I'd seen online as well, and the service was the same. I love the gown I found at a different store (it was a line they didn't carry), and the service I had there, but I am sad that I didn't get to be a Paige & Elliott bride, because I had such a wonderful shopping experience here. My maid of honor went with me and still raves about the store as well. For brides in the area (and out of the area), I'd HIGHLY recommend shopping at Paige & Elliott. They have a great selection of wedding gowns, accessories, beautiful shoes, getting ready robes, and party favors! You won't be disappointed.
