I would rate Bluebird Bridal 100 stars if I could! I found the dress from the specific designer I wanted, Bluebird Bridal was the closest bridal shop to me (I live in VA) that carried the designer. I contacted them and they informed me they did in fact carry the designer but didn't have the exact dress I wanted. They let me know they could specifically order it for me and once it arrived to them, they would ship it right to me. I can't recommend Bluebird Bridal enough. They were so nice and professional throughout the whole process. They made my dream dress come true. Thank you so much Bluebird Bridal!

I’m sure I wasn’t the first or last person to say that I felt like a princess trying on all the beautiful gowns in this boutique, but I got to also feel like I was surrounded by very knowledgeable friends while doing it. On my first visit and each one after, I felt like I was returning to old friends. Ms. Lexi went the extra mile when it came to my try-on. While I appreciated the compliments, what helped me more is that she would say WHAT she liked or make suggestions for what to look for in another dress. I had a mostly digital entourage, so I was very appreciative of the extra help and opinions. Please come by and meet this fabulous team if you're in the area and in need of any wedding clothes! They have a beautiful selection and the whole team is really great about setting you up for success!

I could not be happier with my experience at Bluebird Bridal. The store beautiful, and the ladies who worked there were energetic, positive, and totally focused on my experience. They were so excited to help me find a dress, and it made the entire experience such a fun event. I went to my appointment with my mom, who was also made to feel so special and part of the experience. Our opinions, preferences, and budget were heard and respected, and the expertise of the ladies at the store were clear! They found some amazing options for me. I would recommend this store to all of my friends!

Though I purchased my mother of the groom dress from another shop, I was compelled to write a review of Bluebird Bridal. Of all the many, many shops I went to for mothers' dresses in the Charlotte and Hickory areas, I was most impressed with Bluebird Bridal from the delightful text confirmation to every tiny detail they thought of that made my visits pleasant and extremely efficient. Laura was so personable and thoughtful. The visits were efficient, organized and smoothly run including measurements and inventory confirmation at her fingertips. The dresses were beautiful, but the customer service and efficiency stood out above the other shops. I know where I'll refer my daughters when their time comes!

Only gave it 4 stars because I didn’t find my dress here but I liked the experience, so 5 stars regarding that. It’s smaller so there aren’t many options but the consultant was nice and I liked that I got the options to try on many dresses. Since it was my first visit to a bridal shop I was still figuring out my style and they were helpful in getting me that information. I am glad I didn’t feel pressured to buy a dress as I did at another bridal shop. If you are local I would still recommend trying it out and you may still find your dress. I think Lexi was my consultant.

This was my third place trying on dresses and I immediately felt welcomed! Lexi was amazing and so patient. She made it so easy to picture myself in each dress until I finally found the right one! I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for their perfect dress!

Erin is so amazing to work with! She has such a great energy that both excites you and makes you feel confident. You can tell that she understands the wedding industry, beyond gowns, so I totally trust her judgment on all things bridal. She recommended the caterer that we ended up using, and everyone loved the food! Anyway, I went to nearly every boutique in the area and tried on probably 100 gowns. I bought from Erin, though - she had the style that I was looking for (A-line, some straps, flowy, no tulle, and most of all - comfortable). She also had some jewelry and mother-of-the-bride gowns. She was just such a pleasure to work with. And I loved my gown!

I absolutely LOVE being a BlueBird Bride! After I had been to 5 different bridal shops, I decided to try BlueBird out, although it’s over an hour away from me. Well, I found my dream dress there!!! Everyone was so nice and friendly, and made me feel just like a princess. Danielle let me stay in my dress for what felt like forever just to take in the moment. She went back and forth with me on accessories and only put in her input if she could tell I truly didn’t like something or if I asked a question. They weren’t pushy at all when it came to deciding on the dress, veil, belt, earrings, etc. I went to some big name bridal shops and I felt like just another name, but BlueBird made the whole process magical. I truly believe their customer service is the best around the greater Charlotte area!!!

We worked with Lexi and she was so sweet and helpful. I love how knowledgeable the ladies at Bluebird are! They told us so much about the dresses I tried on and were very informative. Made saying yes to the dress easy!

I cannot sing the girls at Bluebird Bridal’s praises enough! They went above and beyond to make all of my dress dreams come true. Lexi is truly one of a kind and made my dress shopping experience everything I dreamed of and more 💜 She was amazing from the very start. When I changed my wedding date Lexi was quick to get in touch with the designer and help me get my dress sooner than expected. Then when my father fell ill before our wedding and we decided to do a small ceremony, Lexi overnighted my dress from NC to NY so my dad could see me in my dress. I cannot thank her enough for all that she has done for me these last few months and I would recommend Bluebird Bridal to every bride that is looking for their special dress 💜

I went to Blue Bird for my first bridal appointment. From the minute we walked in, we were greeted by Danielle who would be helping me that day. Since it was my first appointment, she had me experiment and try on all different kinds of dresses and materials to find exactly what I was looking for. I told her what I liked and disliked about all of the dresses and from what I had said the whole appointment, she pulled my PERFECT dress! It had everything I was looking for and MORE!!! Danielle was the best! The other staff was so sweet! This was by far the best experience I had in bridal shoppes - I can’t wait to go back when my dress comes in!

Perfect experience finding my dream dress! Lexi was wonderful and beyond helpful assisting my mom and I. I was lucky enough to score my dream dress and I can't wait to wear it next May! They even have tuxes available for the guys. I can't recommend Bluebird enough to any new bride!

On my first day of wedding dress shopping, I went three places and my experience at Bluebird far exceeded the other two experiences (which were both fine). Lexi did an amazing job-- she made me feel comfortable and positive about myself while shopping! She understood the fit of the dress and was able to explain how a dress would fit slightly differently when ordered in the correct size (where a seam would hit, the bra cups would sit differently, etc). This understanding of fit helps a lot when you're trying on samples and trying to envision exactly how it will work for you! I found dresses in every price point as I looked around, including plenty to try on in my preferred budget (<$1000). I drove down from Winston Salem (about an hour away) and would recommend other brides to make the effort to go to this shop. Lexi did a great job reading me and never pressured me to buy that day, which I appreciated because I wasn't ready to immediately commit to a dress and it allowed me to fully enjoy the experience! We also discussed my budget before looking around the store and she made sure to not put me in any dresses above my budget-- I felt very respected and like she truly wanted me to find something for me and not just sell another dress. I ended up calling her three days later to see if I could come in and try on one of my favorite gowns again and they fit me in no problem. She even helped hold my phone while I Facetimed with my mom and future mother in law from 3 and 4 states away (pandemic times-- we do what we have to do!). I was very excited to say yes to the dress that day and you could feel the excitement from the ladies at the shop as well. It was a wonderful experience! Thank you, Lexi!

I had an absolutely amazing time trying on dresses at BlueBird bridal. I honestly can not say enough good things about my experience! I was treated like a princess and felt like Erin would do whatever it took to ensure I was 100% happy. The dress selection, Taylor Swift music, lighting and Aesthetic all of it was amazing 💕

This was the first and only bridal shop I visited. I actually had appointments scheduled later in the week with other bridal shops and ended up canceling them. From the moment I walked in, we were greeted and were made to feel right at home. The experience was FUN, RELAXING, and extremely smooth!! I had no idea what I really wanted, I’m not a picky person at all. After trying on a few, I said yes to the dress and a friendship! Thank you for being a HUGE part of my adventure to a new beginning! The best bridal shop in the Charlotte and Asheville area! Bluebird Bridal was the first bridal shop I went to and they were so nice and helpful with trying on wedding dresses for the first time and finding what I liked. I went to MANY other bridal shops just to make sure I knew what I wanted. Bluebird surpassed every other shop!! I ended up coming back to Bluebird and making several appointments so I could try on my dress again with my friends and family! Danielle is so sweet and helpful and I’m so glad I found my wedding dress at Bluebird!!

I cannot recommend Bluebird Bridal enough. From the time I scheduled my appointment, to the time we bought my dress, the ladies treated me so well. They made the whole process absolutely amazing! Jen was so helpful and kind. She did not rush me, and asked me intentional questions to get a better understanding of what I wanted. I found my dream dress at Bluebird Bridal. Without the help of this team, I’d probably still be looking for my dress. I cannot wait for my dress to arrive in July!

I'm so grateful to have found the dress of my dreams here and support a fantastic local spot! I was home for the holidays and on a super tight timeline to find a dress during that time. The dress I chose was only the third one I tried on! There are many stunning styles to choose from, but the consultants help it not be overwhelming. My consultant Kim was AMAZING. She was happy to answer any questions, was extremely knowledgable, and helped me find other vendors as well! The consultants know what they're doing and what looks good. Kim really helped honor my bridal style, and made me feel comfortable trying out different dresses. During these COVID times, my parents and I were super impressed with their safety measures and we didn't feel unsafe at all. Masks are required, there are limits on how many people you bring with you, and it's easy to distance from the other bridal group. Overall, I was extremely impressed at how easy the consultants made the process. Wedding planning is stressful, and shopping for your dream dress should be fun! Thank you Bluebird Bridal for making it a day to remember!

The owner and her consultants were so friendly and accomodating. If I'm being completely honest, I had already found a dress I really liked and was certain I wasn't going to find anything but wanted to give Bluebird a shot. I am SO glad I did! I found the dress of my dreams. Additionally, the owner and staff are so knowledgeable about all the aspects of bridal gown shopping. They answered all my strange questions about tailoring and practicality. I would recommend this place to anyone!

t is unfortunate that the owner is more concerned with her profit margin than with the welfare of her customers. My daughter was told that this store services all sizes. Unfortunately her experience left her crying in the parking lot. Almost all of the dresses we selected were not available in my size to try on. After numerous and attempts to cancel over a weekend. We canceled the dress less that 3 hours after reaching out to the owner , on a Saturday and Sunday morning with no response, all this happened in less that 24 hours, The owner ordered the dress against us begging to cancel, because of Covid and her not being able to have her wedding. The next day she was emotionally devastated that the dress was nothing like she had dreamed. I called the next morning at 9 am the minute the store was opened, before they ordered the dress and asked them to cancel the order. While she did offer an in store credit and informed my how she was being helpful by not forcing me to pay the remainder of the price of the dress, I feel this is an unacceptable way of doing business. We have no need for anything else from this establishment and keeping my money is a sign of a highly unethical individual. We were here to support local store, here she was only there to serve her own purpose. We never signed an agreement. We even shared with her, we would like till Monday. We reached out to American Express directedly. We never signed agreement with the owner. She sent out a forged document to American Express. All over $459.00. She never offered a refund. We later found out after hours of research , that her store marked the dress over 100% then other wedding stores. We are in the midst of Corvid, recessions need to be made. We were in there on September 5th, 2020. My daughter got an email, stating the dress is ready. Stay clear of this store and the unethical practices. I lost my job and can not afford this expense for a dress and a wedding we are not having . Shame on her. She is a thief! My daughter was in tears this morning, she know that I am struggling to find work and now this, having a email stating your dress is ready for pick-up. Heather put it in your stock and refund our money. Shame on your for no supporting your community. There are so many negative replies on numerous site about her ethics. We would like a full refund. Just image being 27 and cancelling a wedding. This is your store. My daughter and I were in your store on September 5th. You just sent her email that her dress is ready. Sorry, this is your store. See the text below. This is your store. We cancelled on Saturday after 2 hours, then Sunday, and Monday at 9 am....Please do not support this business. The owner is fully aware of what she did. She also charge above the cost of the dresses too. Inflating her profits.

The team at Bluebird bridal were so helpful, responsive and attentive while I was trying to find my dream dress. Even with all of the COVID craziness they worked hard to make sure I still had a great experience! There were some issues with some of the suits that we ordered with Jim’s Formal Wear through Bluebird, but it was resolved in time for my wedding day. Highly recommend their shop!!

I had the most amazing experience with Bluebird Bridal. I couldn't have asked for a more accommodating and easy process when I was incredibly anxious about the whole thing to start with! Emily eased all of my anxieties and was more than patient with me, allowing me to make my own decision, yet providing the feedback I needed as well! The assortment of dresses allowed me to try on many different styles and once I found a style and designer I liked, Emily was incredibly helpful with many other options. I would more than recommend going to Bluebird, their prices are reasonable, they are more helpful and I just cannot say enough wonderful things about them!

I had an amazing experience trying on wedding gowns at Bluebird Bridal! The staff made me feel so honored and welcome. Even though I was very indecisive and tried on a lot of different dresses, I did not feel rushed at all. The dress I ended up choosing was picked out by my consultant, Emily. I was very impressed by the way she figured out my style preferences and found the perfect dress for me! Highly recommended!

Everyone was fun and relaxed and Jen has a great eye for shapes and styles and picked some amazing gowns. Paige and Elliot is definitely somewhere I would recommend! They have an organized shop with lots of options, and varying price points. My consultant was Emily and she was training someone new, throughout my entire process she listened to me, gave suggestions of dresses and what she sees in the shop, and helped get in and out of dresses all while not pressuring me to buy. I ended up finding my dream dress and I'm very happy I went to a smaller shop that felt much more personal. And if you can, ask for Emily! 10/10

I had the most amazing time at Paige & Elliott! Everyone was so helpful throughout the entire process of selecting my wedding dress. Going in I had no idea what to expect but with the help of Paige & Elliott I found the most beautiful dress and the entire time they made me feel comfortable and confident :) Thank you Paige & Elliott!

This boutique is very very special to me. I found my dress in February and was determined to look my best in it. By the end of August I had lost too much weight and my dress was unable to be altered or it would ruin the dress. Unfortunately all dress sales are final, but this boutique did everything they could to try to help me out. First they looked at their inventory on my dress to see if they had a smaller size and we could swap the dresses out. The way my luck was going, they did not have my dress in a smaller size. I was so heartbroken and began my search again for a new dress. I went back to P&E for a couple more appointments until finally I wanted to start fresh. I was looking for something that was similar to my original dress that I wasn't seeing the other dresses for their beauty. Emily pulled a dress for me that I had seen her wear in one of their "try on Tuesdays" and when I put it on I knew it was the one. It was a Kenneth and Winston ballgown and I felt like a true princess. It was everything I wanted and more. The ladies at the boutique never gave up in helping me in my search for my second dress and helped me think outside of the box. They will forever hold a special place in my heart! I highly suggest looking for your wedding dress at P&E.

I had an AMAZING experience at P and E. Kim was the first one to help me and was so patient with me as I tried on dress after dress and listened to all my nit-picky, indecisiveness to try and help me find my dream dress. This was the first bridal boutique I had ever been in and was the first appointment I had out of 4 that day. It was by far the best experience I had that entire day and set the bar high for the remaining boutiques. I ended up with 3 final contenders, 2 of which were at P and E. I contacted them on a Sunday to see if I could come in that same day to try on the 2 dresses again. Erin responded to me fairly quickly and offered to open the store for me to come in that evening!! She was the sweetest and very helpful and was very patient when answering all my questions. She ultimately helped me make my decision and I am extremely happy with the dress I picked! It was an excellent price also! I highly recommend Paige and Elliot to all brides!! ❤️

Best place to get a dress (and accessories)!!! Everyone at P&E is super sweet and helpful!! From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was at a friend's house trying on dresses. I'm blanking on the girl's name who helped me that day, but she was super honest with me when she could tell I didn't like a dress (even when I didn't say anything because my mom or my friends with me liked it). She helped me find THE dress (which I thought would never happen-- I'm super indecisive). She also worked out the timing for me so I could line up my purchase with a sale they were going to be having. Such a great and fun experience!

Sam at Paige & Elliott helped me find my wedding dress about a week ago. I cannot say enough amazing things about our experience. Logistically, I appreciated the text messages confirming the appointment because it was so easy to communicate and keep track of. At the actual appointment, Sam was PERFECT and provided just the right balance between what I wanted and what my sister and mom wanted. I truly appreciated how she got to know me during the appointment and really helped me feel at peace with making this huge decision, especially because I was out of town and needed to buy the dress that day! The asthetic of the shop is so fun, you can see the price on the tag of each dress you're trying on so you don't fall in love with something out of your budget, and they have accessories right in the shop to help you really picture what you'll look like. I wouldn't trade this experience for the world and feel so lucky to be a part of the Paige & Elliott Boutique family!

My daughter is a curvy girl, she brought several of her friends along for the dress fitting and felt a bit embarrassed about being squeezed into dresses that were several sizes too small for her. When the person helping her found a dress that was too big, I believe she had an emotional reaction to finally being in a dress that fit. The next day, she was in tears because the dress was nothing that she dreamed of. I called the very next morning the store was opened and asked them not to place the order. While the owner agreed to cancel the order, she has refused to refund the 50% deposit. She blames her policy that only protects her for the reason she feel entitled to keeping my money even though no dress was ordered. I have two words of advice, if you are larger than a size 8, this likely isn't the place to look and don't expect the owner to operate in an ethical manner. Her behavior demonstrates she has no concern for the families she is working with. I'm sure she will respond to this post by saying a business must have policies. Her policies are only designed to enrich her. There is no protection for the consumer. No company should keep money in exchange for nothing. While she did offer an in store credit. That is literally of no value to me as there is nothing I need from a bridal boutique at this point. I encourage anyone thinking of buying a dress to go do a different store. We ended up buying a dress from Haute and Co and the experience there was hands down a better experience. The host sat down with us, asked personal questions about the venue and the type of style she dreamed about. He was attentive and found many dresses that were options for her.

I came into Paige and Elliot knowing exactly what I wanted, I explained as best as I could to Kim what that was - and she found me the PERFECT dress! I went back a couple of days later, just to make sure again that it was the perfect dress and Emily was just as helpful as Kim. They could not have a better team of bridal consultants working for them! Also, I am getting married March 20, 2021 - for some reason the website will not allow me to change that information.

My experience with Paige & Elliott Bridal was fabulous and I would definitely recommend them to any brides looking to have a fun, stress free wedding dress shopping experience. First, I got to work with Erin - she was so kind, bubbly and welcoming. She was very friendly to not only me, but also my family. She got us set up, gave us the pins to go look through the dresses and did a wonderful job of giving us our space while also being present to help fluff the dress or answer the questions. Second, the environment alone in Paige and Elliot is worth the trip! The shop is absolutely adorable which made the whole "I'm getting married" thing super real and exciting all over again! Lastly, Paige and Elliot had a really nice variety of dresses. I was able to find multiple dresses that I liked all in my price range (or below) - which was $1200. Now, I did go over that a little bit - but P&E was having a fun July sale - so it made it worth it! Finding a place to shop for your wedding dress can be stressful and definitely overwhelming. Give Paige and Elliot a try - I feel certain you will have the same experience that I did!

I purchased my dress at Paige and Elliott and it was such an amazing experience from start to finish! The ladies are so sweet, realistic, genuine, fun and knowledgeable. I was hesitant about trying on dresses and honestly some-what not looking forward to it but now it’s such a wonderful and beautiful memory that is part of my wedding story. The ladies there make you feel comfortable, relaxed and beautiful, especially the owner, Erin. They take the time get to know to your style & budget and make it fun! They let me pull dresses and also pulled some for me and Ofcourse, I ended up falling in love with one they pulled (which often happens). I arrived to the appointment reserved but left with tears of joy in my eyes. It is truly an intimate and one of a kind experience.

I went literally every single bridal shop in the Charlotte area to find my dress, and Paige and Elliot was by far my favorite! I consider myself a non traditional bride and was having the hardest time finding the perfect dress! If you’re a non traditional bride like me, P&E has everything you’re looking for! Ashley was amazing and so patient while i tried on every dress I thought might be the one. She was very personable and sweet and was genuinely happy for me when i finally found the one!! I would redo the whole process over again to experience the fun i had finding my dress at Paige and Elliot!

The associates at Paige and Elliott were WONDERFUL from the moment I walked in, until the moment I said YES! They listened to what I wanted in a dress (and what I didn't) and respected my budget. And when I thought I found the one, they put me in the simplest of accessories that made everyone in the room teary-eyed. It was perfect. And I even got a text message the week of my wedding to say congrats!

The women working at Paige and Elliot are absolutely amazing! They were so kind and welcoming. The women helping me were not pushy at all to get me to pick something from their store. The dress I ended up purchasing was actually being tried on by another bride in the salon. The staff was so kind to allow the brides to try on other brides dresses as we are all there to help each other find their perfect fit. I love the dress I chose and I loved that the staff gave me time with my family to take in the moment when I knew I actually found the one. We started talking about ways I would alter the dress in the chest area to make it more comfortable for me and the owner of the store jumped right in and helped me see how the dress would look. They are all so funny and extremely kind. I have, and will, continue to tell everyone about my amazing experience at Paige and Elliot.

I could not rave about P&E more! They were the most accommodating. I did NOT enjoy the wedding dress shopping process until I met Danielle at P&E. They go above and beyond. If you love a dress but they don't have a size big enough for you to try on, they will do everything to ensure that you get the best idea of how you will look in it - ie- put you in a basic dress and pinning the dress you love on you, no other shop even TRIED. I honestly, can't say enough about them. Every single dress is just stunning. They are not the run of the mill/ wedding dress factory store. Have so much fun there!!!!

Fabulous!! That’s what these group of ladies are. From the moment you walk in the door you are treated like royalty. I thought I had found “my dress” until I went to Paige and Elliott. There was one dress that Danielle wanted me to try on last after all of my picks (which I also loved) and it was “THE ONE”. And to top it off I still stayed within the budget I wanted. Ten stars to Paige and Elliott!! Thanks to you I will look fabulous walking down that aisle.

Paige & Elliott gave me the best wedding dress shopping experience possible! I went to two other boutiques the same day, and I enjoyed P&E the most by far. The ladies are so attentive and helpful, and they all seemed so invested in helping me find my dream dress (even the ladies that weren't my assigned helper)! Plus, they have the best selection of dresses there and super reasonable prices. I ended up finding the most perfect dress and I can't wait for it to come in this May!

All of the girls here from the stylists to the owner of the boutique were beyond helpful. They made dress shopping a truly memorable experience and had the best customer service we found out of the dress shops we visited. Whether they were my paired stylist or not, everyone went above and beyond to help and offer their experience. I found my dream dress that ended up being under my budget. All of the dresses are uniquely beautiful and the pricing is extremely reasonable. I couldn't recommend Paige & Elliott enough!!

I had the BEST experience at Paige and Elliott Bridal! My family and friends I brought with me enjoyed it too. I had a full day of wedding dress shopping planned... three boutiques! P&E was the first stop on the list, and the last. Samantha was amazing! She paid attention and she listened to me. I knew what I wanted, but she noticed when I felt uncomfortable in a dress, etc. Towards the end of the appointment she pulled a dress and told me to just entertain her by trying it on. It was the one!! The dress felt like me. It was a dress I probably wouldn't have pulled on my own. I could relive the day over and over! Thanks for making me feel so special P&E!!

I bought my wedding dress at Paige and Elliott, after visiting several other Charlotte-area dress shops, and this was far and away the best! Danielle was so kind and made the shopping experience fun rather than stressful, respected my budget, and best of all, was not pushy and didn't try to pressure me into buying. I also loved that she took the time to understand my goals for my wedding and my personality, and encouraged me to try a dress I probably would not have considered. I ended up falling in love with it, and I'm so impressed and delighted that she understood it was my dress before I did. This is an incredibly welcoming, incredibly kind store, and I highly recommend it!

My dress is a Martina Liana and I happened to be the first Bride to purchase the dress - they named the dress after me there! How cool right? I originally went to Paige & Elliott to support a local business and the sweet girls who work there but boy was I blown away! I was nervous about how I would feel in the dresses but they made such an effort to make me feel not only comfortable but beautiful. I found a great assortment of dresses and thought I had found the ONE! Came back a few weeks later to try it on with my family and boy was I surprised...that wasn't the one. BUT I FOUND ANOTHER "THE ONE!" I found my absolute dream dress! I am BEYOND happy that I decided to go with Paige & Elliott.

I went to several other bridal boutiques and knew instantly after walking into my appointment that I would be finding my dress here. I worked with Ashley, and she is one of the nicest people I have ever met. She made shopping for a dress so much fun, and was very patient with my indecisiveness. Everyone that came along with me to my appointment kept raving about how wonderful the whole experience was, and I am absolutely in love with the dress I picked out! I would 100% recommend this boutique to anyone and everyone.

I love Paige and Elliot! All of the staff was very welcoming and nice. I went to my bridal appointment alone because my family could not make it that weekend and the staff made me feel very comfortable and beautiful in my gown. I am also thinking of going back for my reception dress very soon!

The girls here are absolutely lovely and above and beyond helpful. Their goal is to make sure you look and feel absolutely stunning for your big day. I loved how they would not let me settle for any dress that ranked below a “10”. This was my first store and it was my last. I absolutely loved my wedding dress. Everything about my wedding dress was unique and me. I had so many compliments on our wedding day and I am still getting so many compliments on my wedding dress months later. I am very thankful for everyone that helped me at Paige & Elliott bridal. They also helped me with any questions I had regarding the dress and sent me pictures on how to bustle the dress so that my alterations lady could do it. They also helped me with all of my bridal accessories. Very cute little boutique with a lot to offer!

I went to 6 different bridal salons during my dress shopping weekend, and Paige & Elliot was one of the most fun experiences I had! Lindsey was my consultant and she was fantastic! She made sure that she pulled gowns that fit my vision and also suggested a few out-of-the-box options that I wouldn't have thought to try. I can be very indecisive sometimes, and she helped me narrow down favorites and eliminate gowns that were derailing me. She was so positive and always had my back when my entourage had different opinions. I would definitely recommend visiting this salon!

I had a great experience initially ordering my Martina Liana wedding gown. Unfortunately, my experience after that was terrible, and the owner, Erin, still owes me $239. I ordered my wedding gown custom length, so it would not require a hem. This is a standard process. When it arrived, I tried on my custom gown, and it was over 6" too long. Erin made me uncomfortable by blaming me (for wanting custom length) and the designer, and never took ownership of her mistake (she measured the gown in the wrong place and caused the error). The next day, my mom called to discuss options and Erin offered a refund - we accepted because we were not confident she would fix the issue. I went to P&E to pick up a refund check, and she wrote the check for the amount minus sales tax (this is illegal and tax fraud). Erin said she already paid the sales tax to the government and could not refund it. My mom previously owned a bridal salon and explained to Erin that this isn't true, and the store would get that money back from the government. She refused to refund the tax amount. I filed a complaint with the BBB, and Erin's response was that she charged me a "re-stocking fee" of $239 - I assume she learned that it was illegal to not refund sales tax and decided to change her wording. Either way she words it, I still paid $239 for her mistake. Be cautious shopping here - Erin has been a Wedding Planner for awhile, but is new to the bridal gown world. She admitted that she has "growing pains" and unfortunately, I had to pay for one of them.

I decided to stop in this cute bridal boutique last week. So thankful I did! I was greeted with smiling faces and welcoming arms. Ashley (store manger) treated me as if I had a appointment. Ashley offered refreshments, followed by a quick questionnaire to make sure all of my needs were met. However, I didn’t say “Yes to the Dress” on that particular day. A week later Ashley message me a couple of the dresses I was considering were now on sale. I stopped in on the following day and said “Yes to the Dress” completely different style I was originally considering. Cassie and Ashley are gave me honest feedback they are not pushy or said what was needed just to make a sale. Needless to say this service was Phenomenal!! This will be my one stop Shop!!

I went into Paige and Elliott thinking I had already found my dress elsewhere. As soon as I walked in, Ashley greeted me and my family members. She made a point to remember everyone's names. I had the whole salon to myself for my appointment (we went on a Sunday, appt only) which was awesome. Ashley was very attentive and positive. She made sure that the dresses I tried on were within budget. I didn't feel pressured at all during the appointment, which was a relief. I highly recomend Paige and Elliot. The customer service is the best you're going to find and they make sure your day is special!

All of the girls at Paige & Elliott are so sweet. The place is just the cutest little boutique and they make you feel right at home. I am so glad I am a P&E bride. Everything was so easy there. They even send you a reminder text to confirm your appointment and remind you of what to wear and be prepared for. Would absolutely recommend to everyone.

Words cannot begin to describe how thrilled I am with my experience with this shop. Erin was patient, kind, truthful, and supportive. She let me stay in my dress for almost 45 minutes while I was there, and I only had to try on three to know it was the one. As a curvy girl, it’s difficult to find bridal shops that have STYLISH dresses in my size, but this shop has an entire “Curvylicious” section! I was blown away. This place is the best!! This was the first bridal boutique I visited, and I purchased one of the first dresses I tried on. I brought my mom, MOH, and two sisters to my appointment. They had space to sit and chat while I picked out dresses and really enjoyed the trendy, modern atmosphere! The staff at Paige and Elliott not only brought dresses to my fitting room but they helped with every part of the process of putting dresses on and taking them off. They let us take pictures and encouraged me to walk around in my favorite dresses so I could really make an informed decision. After I bought my dress, they helped me pick the perfect veil and accessories. The girls at Paige and Elliot made an overwhelming experience so fun and manageable, and I'll always be grateful!!
