My wife and I used Bluebonnet Events for our wedding this year and it was perfect. Amanda and Cene went above and beyond on everything - from making sure our vendors were organized to preparing us to-go plates for after the ceremony, they were on top of everything. They are excellent communicators, extremely kind, and knew exactly what we were looking for, even when we didn't know where to start.
Cene is an INCREDIBLE florist and chooses the best flowers to match the theme and vibe of the event. She took the time to listen to our preferences and exceeded our expectations with her arrangements. Every centerpiece, bouquet, and detail was beautifully designed and perfectly suited our style.
Amanda, with her organizational skills, kept everything running smoothly. From the timeline to coordinating the event, she made sure we were never stressed and that every part of the day went off without a hitch. We could truly enjoy the moment, knowing they had everything under control.
The attention to detail, professionalism, and personalized service that Bluebonnet Events provided made our wedding day unforgettable. Amanda and her staff were awesome. I waited until the last minute to book linens, because of my guest count and she was so accommodating. The prices were very similar to other vendors. She offers a range of fabric styles as well as colors. Due to my last-minute booking, I just rented standard white polyester linens. Would use again and recommend to anyone for any event, big or small.
We rented our linens from Bluebonnet events and were very pleased with them! Amanda was always very communicative and helpful throughout our planning process and remained flexible with all of the last minute changes that I had to make. She was available via email, phone call and text which is super helpful!
Amanda Brown is AMAZING. I had large party for a milestone birthday at a venue in Austin. I invited 125 people, and had it catered, and I selected Amanda and Bluebonnet Events to be my event coordinator. I am so glad I did. She is very experienced, and helped me tremendously in planning cost effective and lovely decorations (my request). She supplied anything I needed and didn’t want to purchase (like cocktail table linens, greenery, even the best cups to use for the bartenders), which was so easy! She also has experience with bartending and alcohol, wine, mixers etc and told me just what to order - made it so easy. She was responsive to every text and every question. She created a timeline and coordinated with all the vendors. She was on-time to the event and so friendly and down to earth - my guests loved her as well. I also liked that when she would ask me a question, if I seemed like I couldn't make a decision - she could tell and would say "Ok, I'm going xxxxx - does that sound ok?" and I was so grateful. She is not timid, but also not aggressive in anyway. She is the perfect personality you want for a successful and stressful event. Loved her and highly recommend her company.
From start to finish, the team at Bluebonnet Events was over-the-top amazing. They listened to my ideas and plans, then found creative ways to add flair without compromising our vision or the convenience we wanted.
In the end, we had a wedding day that was streamlined, exciting, and uniquely "us." I know without Amanda and her team, it wouldn't have been nearly as perfect.
Bluebonnet Events handled both our bartending and day-of coordination for our wedding, and they were amazing! The bartenders were attentive and nice to our guests, and kept everything organized. Amanda as our day-of coordinator was SO helpful leading up to the wedding; she provided referrals, tips, and guidance for every question we threw to her. On our wedding day, Amanda kept everything on track and even helped us get ahead of schedule to maximize our party time as we requested. We ended every conversation with her feeling like we were in good hands - she clearly has tons of experience and knows what she's doing. We're so thankful for her helping making our wedding day perfect!

Amanda and her team went above and beyond to make sure our big day ran smoothly. My biggest request was that on the day of my wedding I didn't want to have to think about or answer any questions so that I could be as present and carefree as possible - and they totally delivered. Not only that, but I sourced all of my own decor and they set it all up BEAUTIFULLY! Amanda was very communicative and asked great questions that I probably would not have even considered before she mentioned them (serious life saver). We could not have done this without Bluebonnet Events!
Bluebonnet events did such an amazing job, from helping us with our timeline, to also providing linen & charger rentals. On my wedding day I had absolutely no worries. Everything was set up exactly how I envisioned and couldn't be happier with the service. Do yourself a favor and don't try to get by without a coordinator, having them took so much stress off and I was able to fully enjoy the day. I highly recommend Bluebonnet events!
When my beloved niece announced her elopement to marry the love of her life [with only a few days’ notice and nearly 2000 miles away], I knew that having beautiful flowers would help make her day special and that I had to make it happen. I began a Google search for wedding planners in the San Antonio area, because I knew nothing and no one there. It was serendipitous that my first call was to Blue Bonnet Events. I have extremely high standards and, from the moment I spoke with Amanda Brown, I was immediately put at ease by her kind and gentle demeaner, and I knew that I need not look any further.
Time was of the essence. Amanda quickly realized how important it was for me to get this right. She knew exactly what to do and say, she reassured me that the impossible was possible by carefully listening, and patiently asking the right questions to help me sort out what I was looking for on behalf of the bride. She offered options, we exchanged photos and ideas, she offered to circle back with more ideas…and she did! I was sure that we were in the right hands and not for a moment did she let me down.
Amanda and her team not only met, they exceeded our expectations. My niece was thrilled and absolutely loved the floral arrangements – the bouquet and the boutonniere specifically were perfect. Thank you Amanda, you have truly met your calling!

We hired Bluebonnet Events to supply linens for my mom’s 80th birthday celebration. We paid the extra fee to have the linens delivered and set up. They were very punctual and set up in a timely manner. The linens looked beautiful! They provide multiple ways to pay which made it very convenient. They were also very quick to refund the damage retainer. Will definitely use them again on future events.
Amanda at Bluebonnet Events was amazing! She was a preferred vendor at the first venue that we chose. During our first chat, Amanda was easy to trust and easy to talk to. When we realized our original place was going to be out of our budget, Amanda helped us find our new perfect venue. We asked her to think outside the box for our red carpet themed vow renewal. She reached out to Hard Rock Cafe which turned out to be perfect. She kept in touch with them when I had questions or needed clarification. Amanda also kept my mind at ease during the planning process when I would start to stress out. She was always right there to handle everything. When the day of the wedding arrived, I didn't have to worry about anything. I was free to enjoy the day since everything was in her capable hands. I was also able to get the rest of the themed rentals from her. It brought the look together beautifully. I would absolutely recommend her if you want a fun and carefree day.

If I could rate more than 5 stars, I would - Amanda was more than we could have imagined for our day of coordinator! My husband and I were planning our wedding during the pandemic and from Austin and Amanda was communicative, met with us multiple times virtually and over the phone, and was available whenever and for whatever we needed.
During our planning, Amanda used her vendor network to find us referrals for dessert options and her knowledge of San Antonio vendors and overall wedding topics was extremely helpful for us. Amanda thought of everything and helped us not only make sure we had the ceremony and day of details planned, but brought up stuff we never had thought of.
We met Amanda at our rehearsal the afternoon of our wedding and we were immediately impressed on how she led us and our wedding party through rehearsal. I left the rehearsal feeling 100% confident that Amanda and her team would make my decor vision come true for my wedding and she delivered.
Amanda hands down was the reason my husband and I had a stress free wedding day and ceremony and were able to fully enjoy our wedding and guests. She was a great team member and was in charge of everything behind the scenes that we didn’t have to worry about a thing. She even contacted me the day after my wedding after finding some items we left behind and offered to personally deliver them to us. Amanda really wants your wedding to be great!
To preface, I'm a very organized, methodical person and have experience planning and dealing vendors, etc. I went into planning my wedding feeling confident that I could handle it on my own. However, my sister was adamant about getting a wedding planner, so eventually I caved. I am so thankful I did. I could not have done it on my own - even with my whole family helping. IF YOU'RE ON THE FENCE ABOUT GETTING A WEDDING PLANNER PLEASE DO. It makes all the difference. Amanda was able to provide us with a comprehensive list of phenomenal vendors (all of whom we were happy with) and rolled with it when my husband and I's vision for the wedding changed more than once. Amanda made everything flow smoothly. When it comes to planning a wedding, there are a lot of small details that are easy to overlook (ice, extension cords, etc.) - Amanda knows what needs to happen and takes care of it. Life throws curve balls, and there's always something that goes wrong on the wedding day. For us, there was a major wind storm that damaged the reception tent. We got married in mid-December, so without the tent, guests would be standing in the freezing rain all night. Had I planned it myself, that's what would have happened. However, because of Bluebonnet Events, by the reception, the tent was not only as good as new, but decorated and heated. The best thing I can say about Bluebonnet Events, however, is that they made our vision come to life. Looking back our wedding was exactly as we'd hoped. Amanda and her team worked to make our wedding ours - even though it wasn't a conventional wedding. They listened to what we described and help turned our idea into a reality.
Amanda and her assistant Aaron were AWESOME! Bluebonnet Events are professional, fun, caring, and simply put THE BEST! Even my guests at my wedding commented how great Amanda was at her job. They noticed how she payed attention to details. She made sure everything ran smoothly. My sis in law accidentally tore my strap on my wedding dress during the reception. Amanda came in with her thread and saved the day. Sewed it right back on. They go above and beyond. My husband says "Amanda and her staff was the best $ spent on our wedding."

You need Amanda for all your rehearsal and day-of-needs! You may think you don’t, but you actually do! I did most of my wedding planning, decor selections and negotiating with vendors but for the final coordination piece the week of there was absolutely no other person I would want to hold the phone except for Amanda! Amanda CRUSHED IT! We were fortunate to have Amanda help us for the past year and a half due to a pushed reception because of COVID. She gets the job done, she gives you honest insight, and she wants you to have the most fun on your special day. She's fantastic at communication, asks all the questions that maybe you forgot, and handled everything so well when asked of her. On the day of I had ZERO worries. She was getting the venue ready, getting our florals, constantly making sure I had a beer in my hand (the most grateful). She recommended excellent vendors (such as florals!!) and was such a great support. Thank you so much Amanda, you made Eddie and I have the greatest one year later party, and we are so thankful!!!!!
We had a small micro-ceremony due to COVID19 and Amanda made sure everything was perfect even through all the crazy last minute changes! We will also have her as our large reception coordinator and I am 100% confident she will make sure the Part 2 wedding runs just as smoothly. She was super accommodating to everyone involved (including mother of the bride), and also had great recommendations from her past experiences, especially on the small things we didn't think about until right before! We don't know what we would have done without her!
I have been meaning to write this review forever but I can’t say enough good things about Amanda and her assistant ! I got married back in October 2019 and we decided to hire a day of coordinator and it was seriously such a good decision! After planning the entire wedding by myself I knew I needed someone I could rely on to execute the vision the day of so I could actually enjoy the day! Amanda was so professional from start to finish and during the chaos of a wedding day she made me feel at ease knowing she was there to take care of all the little (but very important) details. She is nothing but prepared and I can’t say enough good things! She was so thoughtful and would always ask me before making any decisions that I had forgotten to make prior to the day of but it was so easy for me to tell her “I trust you with whatever you think looks good” and she delivered above and beyond! My wedding day would not have been the same without her and her sweet assistant too.
Words will never express how thankful and grateful we are to have had Amanda be our coordinator. Going into the wedding planning we honestly had no idea where to even begin but after only our first meeting with Amanda she assured us that she would take care of us and that’s when we instantly decided that we would be using her as our coordinator. From beginning to end Amanda was always instantly available. Any questions we had she would get back to us immediately and helped us alleviate so much stress that comes with wedding planning. Not only did she coordinate our wedding but her company Blue Bonnet events also supplied our centerpieces and floral at a ver affordable price. We were able to stay within our budget thanks to the affordability of blue bonnet events. On our wedding day we actually were able to enjoy our wedding and had the best night ever because Amanda and her crew handled our big day with ease. Amanda thank you so much for making our big day so special and enjoyable, we received nothing but great compliments from our guests! My wife and I would 100% recommend blue bonnet events to anyone and everyone.
Amanda was nothing but amazing! From the communication throughout the planning process, down to most tiny details on our wedding day.. she has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Carlos and I had no idea on where to start when we got engaged but with the help of Bluebonnet Events, our special night was absolutely perfect! Our wedding planning was a breeze as Amanda and her crew offer so many services including coordination, centerpiece rentals, floral and service team. After our first time discussing our ideas with Amanda there was no hesitation on whether or not we would go through her company for these services and we are so happy that we did. Everything turned out better than we could have imagined. Not only did she take care of business the day of our wedding, throughout the night she was constantly checking on us to make sure that we had the best experience possible. Amanda is a genuine person who cares about her customers and it shows. She is awesome and would recommend her to anyone and everyone!
Amanda and Cene we’re absolutely fantastic! They made the events of my wedding day happen on time and run smoothly. Amanda was available and communicative, she helped me pick out decorations and even offered to make centerpieces. She gave me great ideas and advice, and told me straight up what I needed to do and which tasks she would cover. She was extremely organized, kept up with my vendors, had backup plans, and provided me with helpful to-do lists and deadlines so I could stay on top of planning and balance my personal workload. I especially want to thank this team for having my back when I realized 10 minutes before the ceremony that I had forgot my wedding music. Without any hesitation, Amanda downloaded our wedding songs on her cell phone and Cene played them each at the perfect moment, even adding a “fade-in” and “fade-out” effect between the songs which gave the whole ceremony a professional and elegant touch. I wouldn’t have walked down to any music if it weren’t for the quick action from Amanda and Cene. Thanks to their services I didn’t have a worry in the world on such a chaotic and important day. They ensured everything was covered so my family and I could relax and enjoy the day to its fullest. And we did! I would definitely recommend Amanda to anyone needing a Wedding Planner or Coordinator!
We needed a coordinator for our wedding. Our venue provided a list of preferred coordinators but we decided to look around for another wedding planner who was more affordable for us. We met Amanda at Starbucks and right away we liked her. She seemed experienced and she had answers to all of our questions. We decided to hire her as our Day Of Coordinator. We hired her in the fall and our wedding was the next July. I texted her questions throughout the year and she was quick to respond to my texts. She gave great answers and suggestions. As we got closer to the wedding my mom and I met her for our 30-day out meeting to discuss our wedding itinerary and to do a walkthrough at our venue. She had never coordinated a wedding at our venue before. Everything seemed great up until the wedding day. However, things changed on the wedding day.
-Amanda was over an hour late getting to the venue. This put everything behind schedule. Our rehearsal was supposed to be at noon and instead it ended up being at 1:30. We rented the tablecloths from her so the 20 round tables and cake and gift tables could not be decorated until she arrived.
-Even though she arrived late she still decided to take a lunch break. She left the venue and I do not know what time she came back. She did not need to take a lunch break. There was food in the bridal room. There should be no reason why she would need to leave the venue, especially after getting there so late.
- She was disorganized at the rehearsal.
- She claimed to have a team or an assistant who would be with her the entire day. Her assistant was her daughter when we were told it would be someone else.
-She forgot to put the boutonnières on the groomsmen, father of the bride and groom, ring bearers and groom. A groomsman had to remind her to do it as they were lined up at the door headed to the ceremony. In the photos before the ceremony, none of the guys had their boutonnières on.
-She forgot to put the corsages on the 3 grandmas and the 3 musicians. The box of extra corsages was later found pushed up underneath a table in the reception hall. My mom gave her corsage to one of her grandmas so that she would have it on in pictures.
-She yelled at the wedding party when the wedding party was lined up to go to the ceremony.
- She promised that at the end of the night she would make 2 plates of food and cake for us to take to the hotel that night. We did not receive our food and cake.
She was not experienced with the venue so I think she was flustered. Her overall attitude during the entire day was pissy, disrespectful, and unnecessary. The person we hired was not the same person that showed up on our wedding day. We were completely disappointed in her performance and the way she handled situations throughout the day. I regret choosing a coordinator who was not on our venue’s preferred coordinator list.
Amanda and BlueBonnets were one of the best decisions in vendors I could have made for my big day! Amanda was incredibly helpful in the pre-planning stages; even in areas in which she didn't have to be. I went to her with questions on the actual venue when the venue coordinator was out of town--and she was nothing but helpful! It was important to me to have waitstaff & bartenders who had been at the venue before, as in my experience that tends to lessen the chance for last minute problems--and they definitely delivered! The linens were delivered on time and set up in what seemed like record time (they estimated to be done by 2 or 3pm; and they were almost completed by the time I arrived at the venue at 1:30) Dinner was served in a timely manner (buffet style); and the cleanup crew did a great job of cleaning everything up quickly and unnoticeably.
While I didn't get the chance to meet the bartenders, all of my guests had nothing but great things to say about their friendliness and service, and I am so glad we went with them!
In addition, an important family piece was accidentally packed away with the other dishes. When we realized it was missing, Amanda took time out of her vacation to contact the staff that night; and people who could look and located the missing cake slicers! She offered to drop them in the mail, at no cost to me (though I opted to pick up). Working with Blue Bonnets was a very pleasant experience and I would recommend them to any of my friends looking for: linen/dinnerware rental; food servers/cleanup and bartenders.
I found Amanda just by googling wedding planners and was shopping around for price ranges and what services were offered. After talking to a handful of planners (many were very well known) It was the conversation on the phone, the tone in her voice and her genuineness I could hear and feel that told me I had found the perfect person for the job. July/August 2018 i asked if she could send me a few venue options based off of my budget and vision. She not only found the locations, she set up tours for me and included a very professional excel sheet comparing all of the venues and what the total wedding cost could come out to based off of what the venues offered. It was so detailed and me not knowing ANYTHING about weddings (barely knew what a bridal shower was) she gave me the best head start. Throughout the next couple of months, we discussed details about the wedding, she answered random questions I’d send her way and she never judged me for not knowing something as simple as a getaway car lol. Come 30 days prior to the wedding, it was crunch time. She sent me and all my vendors a copy of the timeline for revision and I think she’s a mind reader because everything I wanted, she already knew about and somehow got it into the timeline. Any changes I wanted to make to the timeline was fixed by her before I could blink and all the vendors knew before I remembered to even ask if they all knew of the change. Come rehearsal day, I had some people not show up that I needed there. She’s not only there for you to help plan a wedding but she put me at ease and reassured me that things would turn out ok & did she deliver!!!!! Day of, everything went AMAZINGLY. She let me sleep in while she took care of everything to include her amazing assistant Gracie. My goal was to make sure my husband and I got to ride the zip line in my dress and his dress blues. She made sure I wore joggers so my dress wouldn’t get ruined. Small details like having a pair of socks I didn’t have, she had for me. Also she’s so AWESOME, she rode the zip line herself. She helped me change out of my complicated dress and into my 2nd dress for the reception. By the end of the night, she had our food containers ready to go, our bags ready to go, and I was NOT ready to let her go anywhere. It was so strange that all these months went by and I felt like I had made a close friend. Amanda and her assistant Gracie will go above and beyond for you. Yeah you pay for their services but she truly loves her job and enjoys what she does and will invest into her couples more so than any other planning company I’ve ever heard of.
I had a little bit of extra money in my budget and really wanted to do a charger to tie everything in at our place settings. Luckily my wedding coordinator knew of Amanda's company! We rented chargers at 50 cents a piece, which is a steal! Limited selection, but it was perfect for us and any budget bride!!!
Where do I even start? I knew I wanted to have a wedding and did not want my parents, aunts, family having to cook, take pictures or being responsible for the wedding day. I wanted them to be able to enjoy the wedding and have fun. I knew I needed a planner. I decided to hire for Day of only. I did a lot of research online and communicated via email/text with several planners. I decided to meet with Amanda from Bluebonnet Events first. My mother wanted to come so we both met with her. It was like friend at first site. We felt so comfortable with Amanda. We had our list of questions and she had answers to questions we had not even thought of. She offered a lot of services that we did not even think of. We booked with her on the spot. She was available throughout my wedding planning. Advised where I should be in the preparations and the things I needed to get to her for the actual wedding so she can make contact with the other vendors to let them know to reach out to her as point of contact. The day of the wedding was such a blur. I was so nervous and time was going so fast. Amanda and her team kept things moving and on time. I do not think I could have tried to manage a wedding like this on my own. It was honestly the best investment we made on the wedding. I am proud to call her a friend now and truly blessed how she made us feel during the wedding process and the actual wedding. Thank you Amanda & Bluebonnet Events!!!
I spent hours on the phone looking for the right wedding planner. Within a few minutes, I knew that I'd found the right person when I spoke with Amanda. I was the kind of bride who wanted to share my vision and then step back. Amanda was there for me every step of the process and when I showed up on my wedding day, I didn't lift a finger. Everything went as planned. She constantly checked in to make sure that everything was going how I wanted it. Amanda was a resource for other vendors; my decorator and my makeup team came from her recommended list and didn't disappoint. Bluebonnet events and Amanda went above and beyond what I expected from a coordinator and planner - down to making a venue trip during the ceremony time to discern if the sun was in the right place! Details I never thought of. She also was available for any 'this or that' questions I had. It's nice to have some helpful expertise when making your important decisions that day and I felt like I had someone on my side the whole time. Amanda was also great with my family. Often times there are a lot of 'planners' around on the big day and she rolled with all the punches, was polite and helpful, and made sure that we stuck to my plan. Thank you for making my special day happen! I couldn't have done it without you.
WOW! JUST WOW! Amanda is amazing! I originally hired her for my mom (I wanted my mom to enjoy my day and not run it), come to realize she was for me. My mom gave me a hard time about hiring a coordinator, but ending up thanking me for hiring her. Amanda made my day so easy, I never had to worry about anything and if I needed anything she was on it. She was my fairy godmother to my fairy tale. She solved every problem. I lost my garter the day of wedding and was like oh no we going to have to cut the garter toss. Amanda was to the rescue and got me garter and no one knew. She was good on keeping time and if any plans changed she was on it. My husband and I were tired and ended up leaving a little earlier than we planned. I told Amanda and she had me packed and ready in a matter of minutes. She packed all of our items, food, and cake for us and we were ready to go. I can't say enough GREAT things about Amanda. YOU CAN NOT GO WRONG WITH HIRING HER! SHE IS AMAZING!

Amanda and her team were truly amazing from day one and we were definitely blessed to have found her. She helped with much more than just day of and was there whenever we had a question. She was extremely flexible when we made several changes and she did an amazing job with all of our floral for the wedding as well! Definitely would recommend her to anyone needing a coordinator or on the fence about one because as soon as you start working with her you’ll know you’ve made the right decision.

From our first meeting with her, we just knew she was the one! We had no idea what we were doing or where to start in our wedding planning journey, but Amanda put us at ease immediately. She helped us create the perfect wedding day timeline, come up with ideas for the guest favors, suggested other vendors that she has worked with, and she even helped with the small details like our seating chart and centerpieces. My favorite part of wedding planning with Amanda was whenever I would worry about not following some of the traditional wedding protocol, she would say "It's your wedding, you can do whatever you want!" She made sure that we got the wedding of OUR dreams! On the day of our wedding, Amanda made sure that my husband and I were stress free. It is inevitable that something doesn't go according to plan, but I never knew about any of the mishaps because Amanda was on top of it before it was even happening! She kept our wedding on schedule and all events on time. She even worked with the photographers to capture great shots of our little details from our wedding that I never would have thought of. To say Amanda Brown is amazing is an understatement. I highly recommend her services to everyone searching for the dream wedding because she can make it happen! Initially, I was on the fence about whether or not to hire a coordinator; however, in retrospect, I do not know how we could have done it without Amanda and her team. Wow. Where do I begin to explain how incredible Amanda was at our wedding? It was a last-ish minute decision to hire a day-of coordinator. I planned everything and hired vendors myself, and then about 2 months before the wedding I decided that I wanted the peace of mind of having someone to make sure everything ran smoothly. I found Amanda with Bluebonnet Events, and after our first phone call I immediately felt a huge weight lifted off of my shoulders. I hadn’t even hired her yet, but she sent me a mock-up timeline anyway. She told me that even if I didn’t hire her, that I should use that timeline, which had details of things I would never have thought of ahead of time. I hired her the next day, and I am so glad I did. She met with my mom and me at the venue about a month before, she came to our rehearsal and ran that, and she was there all day for my wedding WITH an assistant. Because of Amanda, everything happened right on time. The photographer and important family/friends were there to witness cake cutting, toasts, first dance, etc. When dinner was served, she made plates for us and made sure we were able to sit down and eat. She always made sure I had a glass of champagne and my husband had a beer. She monitored the entrances to keep random people from wandering into the reception (many tried). She coordinated everyone in lines at the end for our confetti send-off. I can’t say enough how necessary a coordinator is, even if you don’t think you need one. I 100% recommend Amanda. Because of her, we had an absolutely perfect wedding, and I wouldn’t change a thing.
My fiance and I are SO happy with our decision to engage Amanda Brown of Bluebonnet Events as our day-of wedding coordinator. She was super pleasant and easy to communicate with from the get go, and especially in the weeks leading up to the event. (We live out of state and were planning the party from afar, and we were so grateful that Amanda could go on a venue-walk through for us.) Then, she was absolutely invaluable on the day of the wedding, as the point person for our other vendors and the lead person setting up decor. (In addition to day-of coordination, we added on her services to set up table arrangements, hang banners, place the uplights and some floral arrangements, arrange a beautiful display of family photos, and more.) She brought us food and drinks, helped us and our families stick to the timeline with polite and friendly reminders and cues, even sent her assistant to get a Tide pen for me when I got something on my dress! After the party was through and we made our grand exit, Amanda worked with the caterer to make sure everything was packed up and loaded into family cars, so that our wedding party and parents weren't stuck with a huge clean-up task. Amanda and Bluebonnet Events have so much to offer at excellent prices with a high level of professionalism. For our wedding, we purchased services for our centerpieces with floral decor, reception table settings, bouquets and boutonnieres, bridal bouquets for the ceremony and bridal portraits, bartending and mixer packages. Amanda was involved in every aspect and was readily available at any time for the million questions I seemed to have. She was also readily available with suggestions for the parts of the wedding that we hadn't settled on. She actually became what we call "The fairy godmother of weddings". We had to move our wedding up 4 months from our set date due to military obligations. In her understanding of the military lifestyle, she was able to keep the contracts for our new wedding date, she recommended an awesome and affordable caterer that we used, AND she helped us find a wonderful venue! Amanda went above and beyond both of our expectations for our wedding! As a testament, our guests also loved the decor, the flowers, the food and the drinks provided at our wedding. My bridal party loved their bouquets and the groomsmen thought the boutonnieres were awesome, since they included bullet casings from my husband's AR-15. My husband and I highly recommend Amanda and Blubonnet Events for ANY wedding needs!

Amanda was amazing, she was VERY patient creating the centerpieces for my daughter's party even though we weren't sure what we wanted, it was a lot of work on her end because I'm picky. She kept recreating the centerpieces until we said we loved them. The linens were clean, which was appreciated and were the exact colors we were looking for but couldn't find until we came across Bluebonnet Events. The prices were better than all the party planning companies we came across. Amanda was an absolute joy to work with, she truly understands how important your event is to you. I highly recommend Bluebonnet events for all event needs!

Wow! I can't even begin to explain how pleased and thankful we are for Amanda and Bluebonnet Events. Amanda is a gem and godsend! Before planning a wedding, I was super overwhelmed and had no idea where to start. However, when Stephen and I set a date and venue, we knew we wanted a coordinator to help with our wedding.
I'm so thankful I found Amanda! I met up with her and we talked about my wedding and she was so helpful. She was so comfortable to work with and so friendly and put me at ease very quickly. I knew immediately that we would get a long well. Amanda was always available and so reliable during the whole process before the wedding.

After meeting with multiple coordinators, we decided to use Amanda with Bluebonnet Events and picked her 10 hour day of coordination package. Amanda was easy to work with and was very affordable considering everything she provided for us! When we first met, Amanda showed to be knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable about the choices I had made for my wedding. She was able to provide services that I hadn't booked yet and gave me referrals that were awesome as well! I was always able to get a hold of her or she responded very quickly if she wasn't able to answer my call. On the day of the wedding everything was perfect! Her timeline and directing us throughout the event was such a help. She was very flexible and was able to accommodate us with whatever we needed for the day of our wedding. Her and her assistant also did a great job setting up the wedding venue with our décor and keeping things organized. I strongly recommend Amanda with Bluebonnet Events! She made our day less stressful and more enjoyable for everyone.
