events. Each and every hand placed flower was stunning. Communicating with Alex was very easy, and she always responds quickly and kindly (even if you feel like you are asking one million silly questions). My one piece of advice when working with them, tell them your ideas, colors, budget and let them take control of the design, you WILL NOT be disappointed. Alex designed exactly what I wanted before I even knew what I wanted. If I went back and did this all over again, I would 100% work with Blush Botanicals again. ng what I wanted my wedding to look like,, but it was better than I expected. I had a picture in my mind of what I wanted, but I am not artistic. Alex took my vision and made it a reality. We received tons of compliments at the wedding regarding everything.. And it was not limited to the flowers, Alex also created the table place settings, by selecting the charger plates, the velvet tablecloths, the dance floor, the candles, the lighting, the entire mood of the room. Flowers is not her only creative area, it's the entire package! I would highly recommend her and her company to anyone.

t. On the wedding day, I saw my flowers and couldn't have been more confused, surprised, and upset. The colors were wrong and the fruit details were very wrong. And what is really upsetting, is that I confronted Alex about it, and she would not admit she did anything wrong. I cried on my wedding night because of how wrong it was, and we spent $$$ CASH on these flowers and were planning this event for over a year, and the flowers were WRONG, and moreover, Alex was completely insensitive about it. She made me feel like I was in the wrong and schooling me on flower breeds like I should have known. All I know is, I gave her the most thorough guide to color and style, and I filled out her questionnaire with exactly what I wanted, and I didn't get that! Biggest disappointment. I would not recommend at all. They're cocky and abrasive, and can't follow basic direction. They just do whatever THEY want, not what YOU want. It's ridiculous.

can't apologize enough that they fell short of your expectations. Firstly, you state we used the wrong fruit. The types of fruit we used, cherries, peaches and pomegranates were specifically stated in your contract proposal (that you had for months) and inspiration images you sent to us and you never mentioned disliking any of these options. When we sent you a screen shot of our contract that specified this, you stated you must have never read it... I'm so sorry you didn't read it but we can only do the best job with the information given to us. We told you we would use this fruit and we did. You also wrote us in your email that your theme was citrus and we ruined everything by not using citrus. We went through all of our emails and did a word search for "Citrus" in our proposal to be sure we did not make an error here, nowhere was there mention of citrus, meaning you forgot to tell us this detail, again, we can only do the best job with the information given to us. You said we used the wrong colors. We followed your color board exactly as it was given to us. We even sent your color board in to our rose growers to have it perfectly matched! You said in your email that the flowers were the perfect look and were beautiful but that you didn't like the colors or fruit, nowhere in this review do you say the flowers were beautiful like you wrote in your original email. You said you hated one of the flowers used in your bouquet...I wish you would have told us this in advance as we could have changed this for you or simply plucked it out, it was such a tiny flower and was only there to add depth and texture we felt it was beautiful and that was in your inspiration images. We are always on site and willing to make edits for you! Our goal is only to make you happy. We have apologized and asked you twice if there is anything we can do... to now call me arrogant or imply I didn't care is confusing. I wrote back to your response apologizing profusely only hours after you emailed me on a Saturday... as soon as I read it! I do not take these things lightly, I am honored to have someone trust me with their design vision and I wouldn't dream of being rude about this. I myself was a bride recently and I completely understand. To have you say you cried the entire night of your wedding is extremely upsetting for us. I'm unsure of what more we can do but please let us know if something can be done.

flowers in unique ways and she made that happen. We heard so many compliments from our guests. We used 3 locations and we moved flowers from each location which worked out perfectly. Her staff descritely moved all the arrangements. Once home we were able to get multiple arrangements out of the flowers that were still good. It was amazing to get to enjoy them even after the wedding.

The Prado ballroom and we chose tall and short centerpieces in white. What Alex created was stunning and our guests described their entrance to the ballroom as breathtaking.
We were living out of state and Alex was always available when we came into town and quickly responded to our emails. She is so professional, kind and thoughtful and we loved working with her.

My bridal bouquet was the most gorgeous bouquet I have ever seen. Guests kept telling me how beautiful the centerpieces were. They were a huge part in the overall fell and experience of the wedding. It would not have been the same without them. Alex and Brittany were professional, prompt, and so much fun to work with. Then we went through images where I could narrow down what I really liked and wanted to have at our wedding. Blush was flexible, knowledgeable and able to come up with new ideas/recommendations when I wanted to make changes.
Once we'd decided on what to do I left everything in Blush's hands.
On my wedding day, everything did go seamlesslessly as well as exceeded my expectations. I saw the Blush ladies setting up as I was getting ready for my wedding, and I was really impressed with their attention to detail and what beautiful arrangements they put together. The flowers were beautiful and the service was great.

lowers from them because when my husband picked them up the day before, they didn't have my wedding colors. He immediately sent me a picture message of my bouquet and it looked peachy, not burnt orange.
After he came home with it, I immediately called Alexandra, who continued to tell me the flowers they used were orange. Initially she refused to fix it until she made me cry. She was only willing to add some orange orchids to the bouquet, but not willing to redo it. She kept saying that they used the same flowers as the contract. And I kept saying yes, I agree the flowers are the same, but not the colors.
My bridesmaid took it back in for her to fix it during my wedding rehearsal because she refused to wait until after the rehearsal because they would be closed. She was rude and had a major attitude with them. She even called them color blind.
My flower girls pomander balls fell apart into pieces even before the wedding ceremony. It was horrible!!!! My flower girls had to pick up pieces of flowers from the ball in the middle of the ceremony. The handles on them ripped off so they had to just hold the ball as well.
All of our bouquets were dying about midday.
The florist I ordered my reception and ceremony flowers were a million times cheaper and the quality was excellent.
I really regret spending so much money on flowers from BB for the poor quality and service. I cannot give them a good rating at all. The bouquet was nice, but wasn't the colors I wanted. Service is also horrible as it is so difficult for them to return your call. They never responded to my emails.
Maybe it was just my luck!
