Kaitlin and Allie were my consultants during the zoom call, they took pictures of what I liked and walked me around the store so I could see what they had to offer and they picked out dresses that fit my description. They even called another blush store close by to get other dresses that I liked. I was then able to pick up the dresses two days later on my lunch break again. I was able to try the dresses on that night with my maid of honor and mom with me, we even zoom called the rest of my bridal party so they could also see the dresses. I found the perfect dress for me and I can’t thank both Kaitlin and Allie enough for all the help and being so flexible with the hours I had available!

However, I ended up making an appt instead. My appointment day came, and I was so surprised by how professional and official it all was. Water bottles, hair ties, bobby pins, and a robe in the dressing room. It was just me and my future mother in law on the floor, so it felt very personal and intimate. Jeff, our assistant, was AMAZING. He made me feel comfortable and confident in everything, and much to my surprise...I left that day after purchasing the perfect dress for my wedding day. We celebrated with champagne and no expense was spared. Unexpected, yet lovely experience.

he next 5 months at various stores throughout Maine. None of them had any dresses that met my styles needs and I felt defeated. However, I finally made an appointment with Blush and brought my sister and mother with me to help. Previously going to Blush, I knew they had the style of dresses that no other store had and I was drawn back to Blush to find the perfect wedding dress. I had my own changing room that included everything I needed (hair ties, robe, water, mints, etc.). I also had my own private space to show my family each dress as I tried them on. Meredith was fantastic. She made me feel comfortable, assisted with putting my dress on and was so patient with me and my family. I decided on a gorgeous dress and I couldn't be more happy. We celebrated with cupcakes, cider and champagne, compliments of Blush. Thank you so much!

s looking for going by what my fiancé pictured me in and what I felt was my perfect dress. I had a wide variety of styles I wanted to try and Allie helped narrow it down to a particular style. After, she brought dresses I skipped over thinking I wouldn’t like them. I told her I’d try but I doubt they’d be “the one”. Surprise to me, one that I thought I wouldn’t like that she had me try I ended up loving and it was the dress! I was so happy with my experience that we bought the dress that day, even though I was about to walk out the door for I had another dress appointment so I didn’t want to fully commit even though I knew that was the one. But after talking with the owner (who was super kind and very convincing (; ) the dress was ordered! We also did our bridesmaid dress shopping there! I’m awful and I forgot her name, but the lady that helped out the girls was so helpful! They all had different dresses, but the same color and she helped me out with placing my 9 bridesmaids in an order so the matching dresses wouldn’t be next to each other. Overall, Blush was such a great experience that I 110% recommend! Thanks to the Blush staff! ❤️

Jessica, my stylist, put me at ease after I got into the first dress. She was kind and helped me navigate the sea of white, laced, beaded, and sparkling dresses. I ultimately fell in love with the last dress I tried on. The dress was more than I was hoping to pay, but in the end worth it. The day I came in to try it on, I was so nervous, because technically I had never actually tried on this dress. It was custom. Hoping it was everything in my dreams and realizing it was even better in reality, I was over the moon. I truly sparkled on my day and whenever i decide to prance around the house in the dress, because who wouldn't want to wear it more than once. The separates collection available (with a touch of customization) in the Bangor office was perfect for this picky, but determined gal to find the one unique dress to rule my heart. Thank you!

The only thing that stopped this from happening was my want to give my mother the experience, so I found a day in my crazy schedule, called the only store I hadn’t been to and mentally prepared myself for something I was not looking forward to. This time was different, and not just because I was the bride. The beauty of downtown Bangor creates a sort of calming feeling when walking the sidewalks toward the shop. The architecture of the shop is gorgeous; the owner has beautifully married this old, classic building with modern decor that is nothing less than charming. When walking to the desk on the ground floor, you are greeted with a smile and directed to the bridal suite where you are greeted again with a smile. The ladies (and gentlemen) are sweet. They immediately directed us to a spot that was comfortable and yet again charming. The consultant then joined me as I browsed some of the most unique dresses I had seen (I was impressed for first time in my many years of being in wedding after wedding). Knowing I was not dress naive, Courtney (consultant) asked me what I liked about each dress that I grabbed, and found others that complemented those things. Let me be clear- I never had to carry a dress the whole time. I was the bride and catered to unlike anywhere else. When getting to the dressing room, the consultant and I briefly chatted about my comfort level as it pertained to privacy while putting dresses on. This relieved some anxiety, as that’s my least favorite part of all this due to insecurities. From there, more and more subtle notions eased me to a point of relaxation where I found my dress; I had that moment. The most memorable part was that during that moment, the area felt as though it was just me and my family in the room. It wasn’t until my eye caught Courtney and the calming look of kindness on her face before she confirmed that I had found my dress, that I realized that this dress experience was so different. Not because it was the best dress I ever purchased, but because it was the best purchasing experience I had ever had. After leaving, my anxiety elevated. The after-sale service is can be so different. I have been treated very poorly at the largest competitor in the state In the recent years so I was ready. Nope. Same wonderful people who made up for every worry and stressor that came my way. I can’t encourage every bride enough (especially us anxiety-ridden ladies)! Go to Blush. Bangor was the site of my choice, but there are 3, each just slightly different from the other. They will guide you before, during and after the sale with nothing less than kindness.

They had found the ones I had looked at online and then I went with a different style. I loved one and really liked 2 more. My dress arrived a few days ago, my pick up appointee was today and it went fantastic. The dress is incredible and the staff is outstanding.

Not only is it beautifully decorated and designed, but the staff went above and beyond to make my family and I feel comfortable. Emma, my consultant was incredible. Her kind and sweet demeanor made it so easy for me to trust her as my consultant! She listened to my indecisiveness and also pulled dresses that I would never have picked for myself but that I ended up really liking! She even pulled "my dress" for me...it was actually the first one I tried on! She was patient with my family and she also knew which accessories would go best with which gown and which ones would flatter me the most. Emma deserves 5 stars for her work too! Aside from Emma, the entire staff at Blush has completely won me over! I think as I was trying dresses on I had some kind of interaction with every staff member working today. Whether it was a "Congratulations" or "That dress is beautiful on you" they all went out of their way to make me truly have that bridal moment! I honestly thought after yesterday that the magical experience of finding your dress just wasn't going to be in the cards for me. all of the dresses out of the bag and allow you to choose your dresses. At other stores, you have to rely on the person assisting you to choose dresses that they think you will enjoy. My mother actually chose the dress that I ended up wearing! Emma was the person helping me look at dresses and she was so sweet, she really made the experience enjoyable. My mother, sister and best friend also enjoyed the experience a lot and said great things about the store and about Emma. I have recommended Blush Bridal to many people who complimented my dress. There is a divided space between each try on area so it felt like a more private experience just with your group of people than some of the other bridal stores which I really like. Riley was my bridal consultant and she was incredibly helpful and wonderful. I never felt rushed or pressured. We were able to look through the racks and pull dresses that I liked, but she also listened to what I was liking or not liking as I tried on styles and brought suggestions of her own. The dress I ultimately went with was one of her picks and it could not have been more beautiful or perfect! I was able to take a few hours to walk away, grab lunch and make sure that it really was "the one". When I came back I had the opportunity to try the gown on again before sealing the deal without needing another appointment. I'm very very happy with my experience at Blush and would highly recommend them!

Danielle really listened to what I wanted, pulled beautiful options for me to try on and ended up putting together two separates that were literally my perfect dream dress. They also worked with me to ensure I got my dream dress and stayed within my budget. I cried, they cried, everyone cried and it was just pure magic. If you are shopping for your wedding dress and are in the bangor area, I wouldn't recommend you even bother with anyone other than Blush. I promise you won't regret this perfect experience.

I put it on and it was everything I'd been looking for. She then found a matching veil and a beautiful belt to accessorize. It was prefect. I started second guessing my choice that night. The next day they let me come back and try on that gown and the other top contender. They were so easy to work with and put my mind at ease. I only wish they had a seamstress on site.

The second time I made an appointment request on Friday evening. They are closed on saturdays but I expected a phone call or email confirming my Sunday morning appointment on Sunday morning. I did not receive any confirmation and after driving 45 minutes we arrived being told that we should have received a call telling us they were booked for the day. Finally after speaking with the manager they would be able to squeeze us in the middle of the afternoon several hours later. I drove all the way from Boston for an appointment that wasn't able to happen.
