Even when my dress came in after waiting months from the order date – and the supplier sent the wrong length, she had already worked out plans A, B, and C by the time we came in for our appointment. While not ideal, I felt much better knowing that Carmen had already come up with options if they were unable to get my dress in time. Luckily, the correct length dress was shipped and Blush made sure to make accommodations so that I had the dress I wanted with the correct length in time for my wedding.

The salon is gorgeous and comfortable, it gives that bridal vibe you want. they also have a large selection and a variety of sizes. cannot recommend them enough ♡ thank you for helping me. this was the first and only store we went to, it was a perfect experience.

Carmen was the stylist during my initial appointment and she pulled all of the perfect dresses for me after asking just a few questions about what I was looking for. The very last dress I tried on (at Carmen's request) was THE dress so I'm so glad she asked if I wanted to try on the last dress. I didn't buy the dress during that first appointment, I went to another store and tried on more dresses. I ended up calling Blush back a few days later to make an appointment to try on my favorite dress one more time which they accommodated. I had my alterations done there as well, and after my first set of alterations I had my bridal portraits. I noticed that the dress wasn't flattering me from the side due to the boning of the dress, - for context this was the end of September and I got married on November 13. I called Blush to see if it was possible to do another set of alterations, realizing that it was cutting it close to the wedding. They scheduled me for an appointment and long story short, the dress fit me so much better after that second set of alterations. Blush was so great from start to finish!

I ended up really liking a dress on one of the mannequins and Christie ended up taking it off the mannequin to let me try on and I fell in love and ended up picking that one. I wanted to still look at other local stores since I had appointments already lined up and they made it known there was no pressure to pick that day and set up an appointment for me the next day if I wanted to come back. Once I came back and chose the dress and veil they were available to answer questions through email very promptly (they tend not to be able to pick up the phone since it is a small boutique shop and usually only 1 or 2 people in the store working). They do work with an amazing tailor that will come into the shop to do fittings. I had a very lovely experience and never felt pressured but always felt valued.

at a reasonable price. I ended up not being totally happy with my dress but that was my fault not theirs. There's so much pressure to pick a dress so many months before the wedding, I wish I would have waited and searched a bit more.

e woman they recommended for the alterations was fantastic. I had to go in several times after having a broken leg and she altered my dress perfectly to cover my boot and keep it so I wouldn’t trip over it! Would definitely recommend Blush Bridal to EVERYONE!

months after I got engaged, my fiancé and I were browsing through a bridal magazine and we both stopped at a page with a gorgeous Maggie Sottero dress on it. He said, “wow, that would look great on you.” I wanted to find that dress but the previous 5 shops had not carried it. I was ready to be disappointed again when I asked Christy at Blush Bridal if they happened to have the dress. With a beaming smile she said, “We do!” I was thrilled and tried it on first! Right away, my own jaw dropped at how stunning my figure looked in the dress. My fiancé was right – it DID look great on me!! My mom and one of my bridesmaids were there too and they both agreed. However, I wanted Christy to pull a few more gowns for me so that I could make sure that this was my dress. I tried on about 8 more dresses and then back to the Maggie Sottero. With that final try-on, I was 100% sure that I was standing there in my wedding dress. My best friend cried, my Mom cried, and I cried! It was such a beautiful moment and I didn’t think I was going to have it! With that, I let Christy put on some accessories and some veil options and before I knew it, I was holding the “Yes” sign up and posing for pictures. Since then, I’ve gone back to Blush Bridal for my first, second, and final fittings with their alternations expert, Karla (who is also amazing!!) and I’ve made arrangements to have my dress preserved. The dress looked fabulous on and I needed very few alterations. Karla was patient and even created a bustle tutorial video for my bridesmaids since my dress had both French and American bustles. At my wedding, people told me that the dress was magical and looked incredible. I felt amazing and so beautiful in that dress!! The price points at Blush Bridal are really quite fair and I bought my veil there as well. I highly recommend Blush Bridal. Christy and Carmen are true bridal couture consultants, the staff are amazing, and you will be in excellent hands by visiting this bridal salon!! several photos of gowns I wanted to try on, but ended up picking something else because the stylist knew the inventory well enough to choose a gown that suited my tastes and budget. The only thing I would advise brides on is to begin shopping for a gown sooner rather than later as they can the dresses can take several months to come in.

mind the style of dress that I was looking for. The salon is adorable, and very comfortable, and for a small space they have lots of choices. I would recommend them to anyone in the Hampton Roads area! Thanks again Blush!
