o Blush, I felt calm and optimistic after meeting my consultant, Victoria. She listened to my wishlist and my recent experiences and pulled 3 dresses that were all exactly what I asked for. I fell in love with one of those dresses and she hyped me up every step of the way! I stopped into Blush again a few months after ordering my dress to browse veils and everyone was so friendly and helpful. Victoria even stopped out to see me and asked about my wedding planning progress and offered some vendor recommendations. I even stopped by another time prior to my dress arriving to see how an ivory shirt I was considering for my husband to wear looked next to the dress. My request was accommodated without question. I’m so thankful for the kindness and top notch customer service of Victoria and the other Blush staff members!!!

reatment. The Bait and Switch Initially, Jamie provided excellent service during my appointment. However, after I paid in full for my dress (trusting her pressure to "close the deal"), the problems began immediately: - Promise 1: Was told dress arrives by May when I bought it → Reality: July delivery via email 3 days later - Promise 2: Express shipping for $100 gets May delivery → Reality: Still July, money refunded when I called them out - Promise 3: Owner Colleen would provide solutions → Reality: Circular conversations blaming tariffs with zero accountability Owner's Appalling Response When the dress status became "unknown" with no delivery date, owner Colleen's response was shockingly unprofessional: - Left voicemail saying designer "wouldn't commit to a date" (for a September wedding!) - Showed zero empathy when I explained my panic about potentially having no dress - Repeatedly mentioned she "ate the express shipping cost" as if doing me a favor - Deflected responsibility by citing "5-star reviews" which felt very gaslighty like I couldn’t possibly be having trouble with them - Scoffed when I requested fair compensation for accepting their used sample dress The Final Insult After months of stress, when my dress finally arrived: - They claimed I had no appointment despite confirming it via text when I went to pick it up - Staff avoided helping me while I waited - Jamie pretended to have no knowledge of the stress they'd caused - Made me feel like an inconvenience after THEY failed repeatedly Bottom Line This shop's business model appears to be: make promises to get your money, then provide terrible service when problems arise. Any business owner with integrity would have made this situation right immediately. Instead, Colleen made a stressful situation exponentially worse through dismissive, unprofessional behavior. Do not trust this shop with your wedding dress. Find somewhere that treats brides with the respect and professionalism you deserve on one of the most important days of your life.

I felt super comfortable and the staff treated me like family. They even recommended where I could get alterations done once I got my dress. Loved my experience here and would definitely recommend them!

She was getting married soon!) was so helpful, saw two pictures of dresses I liked and pulled out a dress EXACTLY they style I wanted- she saw my vision! THANK YOU so much blush! They also referred me to a tailor that did a stunning job and fit us in just in time- I am so thankful we went to blush and everything turned out PERFECT!(referred here by Amber at Janay Beauty)

only did she maximize my in-store experience and help me navigate the very many dress styles, but she took the extra step to text me the next day to see if I had questions or wanted to come back for a follow-up appointment. While I could have technically found this dress anywhere, my experience at Blush Bridal was definitely top notch. The only word of warning I have for brides is to have an approach to tipping in mind before you purchase your dress. I wasn't expecting a tip option to pop up at the time of purchase, and hadn't seen much guidance on dress tipping with my initial research. My surprise turned into immediate anxiety as I had no idea what the industry standard is (and there really isn't one) but I suggest tipping a flat rate rather than percentage (after all, the price of your dress could fluctuate wildly, but ideally the service is the same regardless of that price)--otherwise you might end up well over your budget!
