he space was dreamy, private, and beautifully set up for me and my girls to sip mimosas, enjoy snacks, and really soak in the moment together. My master stylist, Jami, was absolutely amazing. She was intentional, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in helping me find the perfect dress—not just making a sale. I felt truly seen, supported, and celebrated throughout the entire appointment. I left feeling like a princess, and that feeling carried all the way through to my wedding day. I can’t recommend Blush Bridal and Jami enough. It was everything I hoped for and more!

I tried on the dress that was the one I had always pictured in my head and Shannon was able to help talk me through how the gown would fit once it wasn't a sample. She wasn't pushy and I never felt like she was pushing the sale, just helping me picture it because the sample didn't fit me perfectly so some imagination was needed. I haven't said yes yet but I truly believe I will be a Blush bride. So thankful to Shannon for not only helping me picture myself in the dress, but also finishing off a very long, though very happy, day. I plan to return soon to have my "Say Yes to the Dress" moment

o Blush, I felt calm and optimistic after meeting my consultant, Victoria. She listened to my wishlist and my recent experiences and pulled 3 dresses that were all exactly what I asked for. I fell in love with one of those dresses and she hyped me up every step of the way! I stopped into Blush again a few months after ordering my dress to browse veils and everyone was so friendly and helpful. Victoria even stopped out to see me and asked about my wedding planning progress and offered some vendor recommendations. I even stopped by another time prior to my dress arriving to see how an ivory shirt I was considering for my husband to wear looked next to the dress. My request was accommodated without question. I’m so thankful for the kindness and top notch customer service of Victoria and the other Blush staff members!!!

reatment. The Bait and Switch Initially, Jamie provided excellent service during my appointment. However, after I paid in full for my dress (trusting her pressure to "close the deal"), the problems began immediately: - Promise 1: Was told dress arrives by May when I bought it → Reality: July delivery via email 3 days later - Promise 2: Express shipping for $100 gets May delivery → Reality: Still July, money refunded when I called them out - Promise 3: Owner Colleen would provide solutions → Reality: Circular conversations blaming tariffs with zero accountability Owner's Appalling Response When the dress status became "unknown" with no delivery date, owner Colleen's response was shockingly unprofessional: - Left voicemail saying designer "wouldn't commit to a date" (for a September wedding!) - Showed zero empathy when I explained my panic about potentially having no dress - Repeatedly mentioned she "ate the express shipping cost" as if doing me a favor - Deflected responsibility by citing "5-star reviews" which felt very gaslighty like I couldn’t possibly be having trouble with them - Scoffed when I requested fair compensation for accepting their used sample dress The Final Insult After months of stress, when my dress finally arrived: - They claimed I had no appointment despite confirming it via text when I went to pick it up - Staff avoided helping me while I waited - Jamie pretended to have no knowledge of the stress they'd caused - Made me feel like an inconvenience after THEY failed repeatedly Bottom Line This shop's business model appears to be: make promises to get your money, then provide terrible service when problems arise. Any business owner with integrity would have made this situation right immediately. Instead, Colleen made a stressful situation exponentially worse through dismissive, unprofessional behavior. Do not trust this shop with your wedding dress. Find somewhere that treats brides with the respect and professionalism you deserve on one of the most important days of your life.

me before my appointment and had me send over some inspiration for the type of dress I was looking for. I had so much fun during my actual appointment and it was so stress-free. She pulled dresses that were exactly what I was envisioning and helped me find my dream dress. The dress came in on time, the lovely staff helped me pick out my veil and accessories and also helped me with finding someone to do my alterations. I would highly recommend Blush!

I felt super comfortable and the staff treated me like family. They even recommended where I could get alterations done once I got my dress. Loved my experience here and would definitely recommend them!

ted shopping for a dress 3 months before..) We got very VERY lucky and fell in love with the first dress I tried on- the sales lady (I forget her name!!! She was getting married soon!) was so helpful, saw two pictures of dresses I liked and pulled out a dress EXACTLY they style I wanted- she saw my vision! THANK YOU so much blush! They also referred me to a tailor that did a stunning job and fit us in just in time- I am so thankful we went to blush and everything turned out PERFECT!(referred here by Amber at Janay Beauty)

only did she maximize my in-store experience and help me navigate the very many dress styles, but she took the extra step to text me the next day to see if I had questions or wanted to come back for a follow-up appointment. While I could have technically found this dress anywhere, my experience at Blush Bridal was definitely top notch. The only word of warning I have for brides is to have an approach to tipping in mind before you purchase your dress. I wasn't expecting a tip option to pop up at the time of purchase, and hadn't seen much guidance on dress tipping with my initial research. My surprise turned into immediate anxiety as I had no idea what the industry standard is (and there really isn't one) but I suggest tipping a flat rate rather than percentage (after all, the price of your dress could fluctuate wildly, but ideally the service is the same regardless of that price)--otherwise you might end up well over your budget!

when mistakes like this happen by many people that work there including Jamie the manager. I also paid for the wrong dress and Jamie who actually ordered the dress for me stated I got the benefit of the doubt on the dress I paid for. That ended up being a lie because she didn’t actually look at the prices when she said this, so I looked it up and we called her out on it. She finally refunded me the price difference from the dresses and paid for expedited shipping for my dress, and that was her extent for “going above and beyond” for me. My sister even called because that is not at all going above and beyond by charging me for the dress I want, and paying to ship the dress in time for the wedding (they initially said it would come end of July and my wedding was early August). The seamstress I wanted to use I couldn’t because I got the dress 2 months before the wedding day and needed alterations. Luckily the seamstress from the bridal shop waived the fee for only having 2 months to fix the dress. Overall horrible experience there. I felt that Jamie was very argumentative after she was the one that made the mistake and when I made an appointment to pick up my actual dress she wasn’t even there to talk in person. She ended up giving me a veil that matched the dress after many many conversations over the phone but she clearly didn’t want to.

I came in feeling super discouraged because my past appointments hadn't gone as I'd hoped and Jaimie was there from the start ready to turn things around. We talked for about 10 minutes at the beginning of the appointment to really understand how I was feeling and what I was looking for and then she pulled the most GORGEOUS dresses!! The selection they had here was phenomenal - not only did they have every kind of dress I was wanting to try, but many many more for others too! When we finally narrowed down my style, Jaimie gave me the best advice for how to compare dresses and narrow down my top choice. I SAID YES TO THE DRESS at Blush and I can't be more elated to say I'm a Blush Bride!!!! THANK YOU to all of the ladies here who made me feel like a part of your Blush family for the afternoon I was in; I can't wait to go back and pick up my dress and see everyone again! I literally walked in and asked if they had a dress that matched all of my wishlist items and thanks to Molly and the insanely helpful and supportive women of this business, they did! The vibe in the shop is very warm and welcoming and they deserve all the praise. Thank you, ladies for helping me live out my wedding dress dreams!

It was an amazing experience and she made it so special! Even when I went back to pick it up, get my head piece, and some jewelry, everyone there was so friendly and made you feel like a bride. Highly recommend stopping by and giving them a look if you are looking for a wedding dress or accessories!

ot 5 stars is I went through their recommended tailor for alterations (Stitched by Sharon) and it was not a good experience. She was rude to my mom and she didn't bustle my dress correctly. We paid all this money and we still had to pin it. I'm surprised Blush houses her and recommended her.

g in, I was blown away with how beautiful the shop was. Everyone was so sweet and welcomed us very quickly. Hannah is AMAZING. She listened to everything I loved and hated in dresses, asked about my fiancé and of course the wedding and the vibe. She found the dress of my dreams after just four dresses! She made me feel beautiful in every single dress I tried on and I felt like she was just as excited for me when I found the dress as my family and friends were! I am so so thankful this sweet, fun, loving stylist came back from California when she did! She MADE this experience. When checking out, Colleen was just as sweet and very accommodating when I told her I live in Alabama and it might take me an extra week or two to get up there to pick up the dress! She assured me it would be okay and they would work with me! There are not enough words to express my gratitude to them all for helping me find my dress! Absolutely cannot recommend Blush Bridal enough!

got my dress it didn't fit. My mom and I weren't sure why since we had double checked measurements, but Sharon put us at ease immediately! She made my dress fit beautifully. My mom and I asked many questions and Sharon gave her honest opinion, regardless of whether it would make her more money or not. Sharon is so reassuring and fun to work with. We had a great experience with Blush Bridal!

Jami wanted to know all about my fiancé and how we met, she clicked with my mom and daughter (I'm sorry my mom made you cry!! lol) and overall I was very glad I purchased my dress here. I cannot wait to go back and get my dress! It was very worth the 3hr drive! It was truly an incredible experience and I would not hesitate to recommend this store to anyone.

She pulled the most beautiful dresses, and it didn’t take me long to find THE dress. I can’t say enough great things about Blush. I can’t wait for my dress to come in already!
