I cannot say enough good things about this wedding planning company. I got married on December 2nd, 2023 and had the most pleasant experience with them. My planner specifically was Deirdre and when I say she was AMAZING that is an understatement. She kept me calm, organized, and excited for my big day. She made sure every detail was perfect, she attended every meeting with me, and she asked questions that I would have never thought of. I seriously do not know what I would have done without her. On the big day, she was FANTASTIC - everything went perfect, there were zero "hiccups", and she went above and beyond with helping. Seriously, if you are considering hiring a wedding planner - this is your place and WELL WORTH the money. A big thank you from my family and myself/husband to this wonderful company and staff for making our wedding a dream come true. <3

I had such an absolute wonderful experience with Sophia from Blush as my planner. She was quite literally AMAZING! I cant rave about her enough. From the start, Sophia had excellent communication and I loved our sit down Zoom chats to discuss wedding ideas, visions, timelines, expectations, etc. I am someone who is super organized and has planned numerous events for my friends and family, and finding someone just like me in a wedding planner was such an amazing gift. Sophia and I genuinely felt like friends because our conversations were so organic. Even my fiance (now husband) commented how fantastic she was with everything! Hello! I wanted to take the time to write and tell you what a wonderful experience we had working with Deirdre. There are not enough words to describe just how spectacular she truly is. She was incredible right from the start. The wedding that she helped put together for our daughter Jordan and her fiancé Graham was nothing short of magical. Deirdre made this a wonderful stress- free and seamless experience! She listened to our design ideas, kept us on budget and on track for everything. Her ability to bring our ideas to life was amazing. She did not miss a detail! She coordinated everything with all the vendors and the event center flawlessly! When we walked into Dr. Phillips center and saw the terrace and how perfect it was set up with the champagne wall and then the incredible cocktail hour, we were blown away. Then when we saw the reception center, it was beyond our expectations, I cannot even describe how beautiful it was!!!!! She went above and beyond on every level. I cannot thank her enough for making this experience so wonderful and truly magical. She is amazing! YOU MUST USE HER! YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT! We will post pics when they come in from photographer!

Blush and specially Stephanie G. As our coordinator Made my wedding day so organized, so beautiful and best of all STRESS FREE! Stephanie has the most wonderful, calming vibe. She kept the wedding on track but it never felt like she was or rushing us. She communicated with the vendors and kept everyone on track. Even when I would start to feel worried about something, she would jump in and tell me it was ok and help me solve whatever issue. She helped me with the planning phase as well. I am SO grateful to have worked with Stephanie and Blush for wedding day.

I got paired with Deirdre from the Blush team for my big day, and she was the best thing that could've happened! While my vendor team was amazing, the venue itself had become difficult to deal with. Deirdre took the reins on the big day, and made it so I wouldn't have to deal with it at all. When the venue tried to make a rain call two days in advance, Deirdre stood her ground and told them we were going to wait for the big day. Ultimately our day ended up being outside and it didn't rain a single drop. That wouldn't have happened without her there. Her expertise on dealing with tough situations is clear, and she truly has the couples best interests at heart. I would recommend the Blush team, and Deirdre to anyone. THANK YOU DEIRDRE!!

Choosing a wedding planner is not easy task. As an out of state bride, in the middle of a pandemic, choosing a it was an extremely important decision. My husband and I wanted someone communicative, professional, and organized who we could trust from Connecticut. Our first interaction with Blush staff was with Jess during a consultation. We immediately developed a great rapport with her and she was certain Blush had the right planner for us- Rachel Baxter. We weren't sold just yet so Jess organized a zoom with Rachel so we could virtually meet and vet her. We loved Rachel immediately and hiring her as our month of coordinator was the best wedding planning decision we made besides booking a venue. We added vendor meetings to our package and also took advantage of communicating with Rachel via calls, email, and text over the course of a year and a half and really appreciated the ability to do so. She was a true godsend and handled our wedding day with grace. We honestly had a stress-free planning process and a wedding day that went on without one hitch and we credit Rachel for contributing to both. She has a great relationship with most vendors in the area and always to understand our vision for every aspect the day. She coordinated our vendors and made sure they all executed our perfect wedding day and we are so grateful for it. I am sure all Blush planners are amazing, but we are biased and have to say that Rachel is simply the BEST. Thank you for everything Rachel! We miss working with you already!

I had the most perfect wedding day and I could not have done it without Deirdre! I highly recommend Blush BBG for your wedding! Attentive, professional, responsive, patient! Your wedding day will go by fast and it’s worth every penny to have someone looking out to ensure the day is everything you dreamed it to be! Deirdre went above and beyond from Day 1. Before the wedding she made sure she knew of every plan and wish for the day so she could keep track of every detail for me. Her number one priority was ensuring my husband and I could relax and have the best day possible. She coordinated our day without a flaw and we stuck exactly to the intended timeline. She was there to greet and coordinate the vendors, set up my decor and personal items, and managed all aspects of follow up when we had an unexpected hiccup leading up to the ceremony. I did not have to think about anything other than refilling my champagne! She was a master at moving the evening along and directing the guests to the next event (cocktail, ceremony, line up for the send off). Everyone was taken care of. I was so grateful she came out help me with my dress on the beach for the photographers so my bridal party could grab a drink and socialize. Fix the Bustle, take a bathroom break or share a quick hug she was there for me in every way. At one point she even boogied her way on to the crowded dance floor to top off our drinks! Thank you Deirdre for thinking of everything, taking such care and giving so much attention to detail on our big day! We could not have enjoyed it the same without you!

I highly recommend Jess and her team at Blush BBG. We had a fantastic experience since our first consultation with Jess over a year and a half before our wedding day. She was always readily available, full of wisdom (and lots of humor!) and ready to help. Jess made me feel so at ease on my wedding day and I felt she made everything run flawlessly. From start to finish Jess was thorough and her level of expertise shined with everything she helped us with. Any future bride would be lucky to have her on their side for their special day. My now husband and I are extremely happy and grateful for Rachel and the Blush team. I cannot imagine how I would have even planned anything without Rachel. My husband and I both work very demanding jobs and having the Blush resources and vendor recommendations at the tip of our hands relieved so much stress. We are most grateful for the vision that Rachel helped us create, we knew going into planning that it was going to be complicated because we wanted a multicultural wedding that honored our cultures and our families while not compromising the simplicity of just giving it a touch of our personalities. Rachel went above and beyond to help us source vendors that were bilingual and helped us in incorporating parts of Catholic traditions during our ceremony and reception. We could not be happier with the turnout of the timeline, we received so many compliments about how well planned it was. Finally, as a bride I am so happy and excited to have gotten all my must haves and Rachel was instrumental in making it happen!!! I had a bilingual ceremony with a touch of Catholic traditions, I had a first look with my dad and my finance, my table scapes were beautiful, I had plenty of picture time, my DJ moderated the event in English and Spanish, we had a Mariachi, made the famous Mexican Vivora (Snake) dance happen, I got to change into my 2nd dress, and finally we had cake to go boxes by the sendoff location. Our guests had so much fun and we received so much love and compliments on our wedding. Don’t sleep on it and hire Blush to make your wedding magical!!!

Absolutely amazing! I live in England and we booked our wedding through Blush to get married at Paradise Cove Orlando. They were so helpful! We actually booked pre-covid and they were fantastic all through the lead up to the original date incase we were able to travel to the US and then they were amazing in rescheduling everything for a year later.. They were so understanding as it was such an uncertain time for us literally until about 3 months before the wedding when we finally knew we could travel. Every question I asked was responded to quickly and everything was perfect on the day! Being from England, I had never met them before the day, but they put me at ease straight away by being so helpful on emails. I sent over my preferences for everything and they spoke with the vendors to get what I'd asked for. Special thank you to Deirdre & Jess and also a thank you to Deirdre for actually meeting my mum the day before the wedding as my mum (unknown to me) had contacted Deirdre to ask if they could meet so she could hand over some photos of my dogs to be displayed as a surprise! I'm sure it was an odd email to receive from a stranger asking to meet in a carpark but I loved it and we were so grateful you took the time to meet her. I would highly recommend Blush! Nothing was too much trouble and they made my wedding so straight forward even with all of the uncertainty beforehand.

We are so thankful to have been able to work with Blush by Brandee Gaar for our wedding! I can't say enough good things about Ali and Deirdre. We had to move our wedding twice because of COVID, but Ali and Deirdre were so flexible and kind throughout the whole process. We couldn't have asked for better wedding planners!

Jess was the BEST and absolutely essential to our perfect day! She was supposedly just our day-of coordinator except that she completely hopped on board WEEKS before the wedding and helped me with soooo many things. She went completely out of her way to execute the lightsaber entrance surprise for the groom and made every step of wedding day effortless and FUN. She even bustled my dress, helped me change shoes, and was the one who helped me use the restroom. We truly didn’t have to worry about a single thing at all. And at the end of the night, she sent us home with surprise food and Polaroid captures from the night!! We loved working with Jess and could go on and on. Thank you Jess!

Thank you Blush for helping make our wedding dreams come true! We had Serena as our Wedding Planner for our wedding at Luxmore Grande Estate and she was so amazing during our whole wedding planning process, including having to postpone due to COVID-19. She was always there to answer our questions along the way and was truly incredible the day of our event ensuring everything went off without a hitch with all our vendors. Also, shout out to Myrna who was Serena's assistant for our wedding day. She helped communicate directions to our guests who only spoke Spanish and spent ten minutes fanning me with papers to ensure my makeup stayed perfect after taking photos outside. You ladies rock!

She was so helpful throughout the planning process and essential in the weeks leading up to the wedding. She is a great listener and knew exactly how to execute every detail. I worked for this amazing team for about four years and I know how much love and support and care they put into each wedding they do. So of course I had to hire them for my own wedding. My coordinator Rachel was fantastic. My wedding went off without a hitch with no imperfections. Jess was absolutely amazing to talk to when I spoke to her for our initial conversation! I would refer her to anyone any day! She came heavily referred by my photographer, as well as venue! Serena was AMAZING! She truly went above and beyond for everything. My husband and I, and our families, appreciated her hard work so much. She was so personable, organized, and you can really see her passion for weddings! She helped bring all of my visions to life and we really don’t know what we would have done without her! I COULD GO ON FOREVER ABOUT HOW AMAZING JESS IS! She was my saving grace throughout the wedding planning process! She took on everything I asked and got everything done! She is completely on top of all of it! I felt so much more relaxed knowing my wedding was in her hands! She came to me day of and just listened to every concern I had, helped me wiped my tears and kept me calm and relaxed the whole time. We got married on 03.14.20 right before this pandemic got huge and it was super stressful! I could never thank her enough for everything she did for me! Thank you so much for being amazing!

Jess was our day-of-coordinator, and she could not have been any more perfect! Seriously, everyone noticed. My entire bridal party and family were so impressed with her, and everyone LOVED her fun personality! She helped so much, not just with the day of, but with so much of my planning. I'm so indecisive, so I needed someone like Jess who knew exactly what would be best for my big day. She had really great suggestions on how to make our wedding unique and personal, and everyone loved all of our special touches. She made sure every single detail was perfect, and always had a backup idea if my original didn't work out. I highly recommend the Blush team. Jess had a couple other girls with her helping, and they were all amazing. You can't go wrong with any of their planners/coordinators!

Ali was our day-of-coordinator and was an absolute blessing from the first point of communication until the end of our wedding and of course everything in between :) From meetings to vendor recommendations, any & all wedding advice, and of course, the timeline, she played such a vital role in making our day absolute perfection! On our wedding day, the only thing I truly worried about was whether or not my lipstick was still on because Ali took care of everything else. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect day and I have Blush to thank for that!

I am so happy that we chose Blush as our wedding planner vendor. I had the privilege of working with Serena Paape and she was nothing short of incredible. I am the MOST indecisive person ever and that showed throughout the wedding planning process. Serena was incredibly responsive, timely, organized and had the answer and recommendation for every one of my requests. But more importantly than having all those skills that you expect from a planner (Serena still exceed those) I was able to trust Serena with my vision. I would text her pictures in the late hours of the night and she would respond with "mood board" collages to tie everything together. Not to mention I had no idea what colors to choose for my linens, or paper etc.. but all I had to do was ask her and she did not steer me wrong. I was so comfortable with her. Serena and the Blush team is a delight to work with! I am so lucky that Serena was apart of the big day.

This vendor was on the recommended list for our venue. From the beginning, Blush was very detailed about the process and made things easy for us. We were originally assigned Jess; however, Taylor was ultimately assigned as our day of coordinator given her experience with our venue. Taylor was very knowledgeable, responsive to emails and answered my copied amounts of questions. When it came to the day of the wedding, she and the venue worked flawlessly together. From an execution stand point, it was very clear that Taylor is very experienced and made sure everything ran smoothly. Even when my boutonnière stained my wife’s dress prior to the ceremony, Taylor was quick with a solution. She knew exactly how to remove the stain and did so for my wife. The entire day from start to finish was coordinated perfectly and we could not have asked for a better outcome for our wedding day! Taylor was awesome and would highly recommend her!

Alison Watkins was our full time planner for our wedding, and she was absolutely amazing. We were planning the wedding from afar, and we couldn't have done any of it without her. She was extremely experienced and organized, and we loved all of the advice she had to give. Working with her was a really wonderful experience :) I highly recommend Ali as well as Blush for your wedding needs!!!

Jess was our wedding planner that did an EXCELLENT job. She was so organized and keep things flowing and on time. Her personality is wonderful and she sure helped keep the mother of the bride calm!

Jess Clark was a godsend during our wedding day and the lead up-to it! She’s fantastically bubbly and extremely organized. As my now husband and I are were planning a wedding from out of state, we hired Jess as our day-of-coordinator to make sure that our day ran smoothly and be the one to put out any fires. We had a lot of management changes with the hotel, even up to 2 months before the big day, Jess jumped in and was able to communicate with the hotel about the details we had discussed with previous account managers to make sure nothing was overlooked. She took multiple calls from us, even while she was sick with flu she had an hour-plus call while coughing and chugging hot tea. Even while sick, she was still bubbly and on her game. There aren’t enough good words out there to describe how great it was to work with Jess. If you are looking for a wedding coordinator, look no further than Jess!

Brandee Gaar and her team is the best! We just had our dream wedding ... everything turned out how we wanted it to be and thats because Brandee made it happen. We met with her, told her our vision, showed pics, communicated thru emails and she reassured us that she will take care of everything and SHE DID! I can’t explain how she magically made things as beautiful as it turned out but she did. She was so cool and relaxed during the entire time and she made the whole event flowed perfectly. She was everywhere I looked and there was really nothing for the us brides to even worry about at all as everything was happening just the way we wanted it. I can't begin to explain our gratitude to Jess Clark. She truly went above and beyond as our day-of coordinator. When our original venue canceled on us 6 months out, I immediately reached out to Jess. She dropped EVERYTHING and asked me to meet at her office. She spent the entire day calling around and visiting venues with me. She was exactly the person I needed to calm my nerves and get things done. She was wonderful and helped us find and book a new venue that very same day! She is exactly the person you want/need on your wedding day!! She is the most fun, personable, and organized person you will ever meet! She literally was prepared for everything and the day went so smoothly! I did not have to worry about a thing! Our guests said our wedding was the most well executed event they had ever attended and we owe that compliment to the most amazing day-of coordinator, Jess Clark!

I came across Blush when I asked our venue for their preferred vendors list. I reached out to a few other planning companies, but I felt more of a connection with the ladies @ Blush due to their kind and genuine nature. During our initial call with Blush after we got engaged, I remember having a million questions about anything and everything. They answered one of my questions right then and there before we even signed the contract. This was when we knew we had to book with them! It was really refreshing to finally find a company that values their clients or potential clients over making a profit. Although we only purchased the day of coordinator package, we had a feeling we would need advice from an expert throughout the planning process. They explained that they would be available for months leading up to the wedding. We decided to trust their word and book with them... we do not regret this decision one bit :) Ali was chosen to be our day of coordinator and we absolutely loved her. I was more involved in the planning than my husband was (all he cared about was that he wanted a ribeye on his wedding day lol) and Ali was the perfect balance for me! I am very detail oriented and a perfectionist and because of that I have to weight EVERY option before making a decision. Ali has magical powers and somehow simplified every decision I had to make. She's had so much experience in this industry I did not have any doubts trusting her. You can really tell that Ali loves her job, especially on the day of the wedding. She was so excited & energetic, but also calming and reassuring at the same time. She was somehow able to quiet our crazy & large bridal party, which is a task in itself. She stayed by our sides all day & made sure that we always knew what was going on and always had drinks in our hands (this is actually more important than I thought). We were initially going to have the ceremony @ the atrium, and the reception on the lawn but it was supposed to get down to the 50s that night. We ended up moving the ceremony to the lawn and the reception inside (we made this decision at the rehearsal). During the wedding day when Ali and the team were setting up, I had realized that I forgot to mention which way I wanted the chairs facing for the ceremony and they were facing the other way. Ali immediately communicated this change to everyone and 10 minutes later everything was fixed! She made sure to communicate to me what this change meant in a clear and consise way. Something so complicated in my eyes made simple yet again! Normally this is something that would have me really worried on the day of the wedding, but Ali handled it with such grace and I did not feel an ounce of worry. Thank you Ali for being you! I now know why you've been in the industry for so long and why so many of our vendors RAVED about you. :)

I got married in October and worked with Ali! She was amazing and made the wedding planning process so easy. She was extremely organized and never let me forget any of the important little details I needed to tend to. She was very patient with me and offered lots of great tips and ideas. We worked hand in hand and I couldn't have done this without her. I was pretty busy with work during the whole process and it was so nice to have Ali available to contact the vendors whenever needed and answer all my questions when it came to rental coordination and all the tiny details that go into planning a wedding. The actual wedding day was perfect! Everything went so smoothly, it was so nice not having to worry if the vendors arrived on time or what set up was needed. I was able to sit back and enjoy my day with the confidence that everything around me was going to plan. Other than finding the venue (I hired Blush after signing my venue contract) Ali helped me every step of the way. Do not hesitate to hire Blush! They have an amazing team & will help you make your wedding dreams come true. I hired Ali for the full wedding planning package and although it was the most expensive option, I have zero regrets! I wouldn't change a thing about how the wedding was planned & I will forever be grateful to Ali for all of her help.

I had Ali as my wedding planner and hiring her was probably the best decision I could have made for my wedding! I don’t think I would have survived the wedding planning process without her! I had an overall vision for how I wanted my wedding to turn out, but I had no idea how to carry it out. Ali is truly is one of the best at what she does. From guiding me throughout the entire planning process to making sure everything ran smoothly the day of, she was always one step ahead of me in making sure that everything would turn out perfect. I can’t thank Ali and the Blush by Brandee Gaar team for making my wedding day the best ever!

I saved this review for last because I knew it would be the hardest one for me to write as it does not seem possible to explain how amazing Jess is in such a small amount of words, but here goes. As a Type A, organized, detail oriented person, I had a hard time thinking about relinquishing control of wedding planning to someone, but for my sanity, I knew I needed a month of coordinator (plus my venue required it). I did my research and set up calls with several companies. The first few were horrible – I was not allowed to talk to the actual planner that I was going to be assigned and everyone that I spoke to seemed so stuck up/not fun. I was so disappointed, but I had one last call scheduled and it was with Blush. I was so pleasantly surprised when I learned I was going to speak with the actual planner I would work with. Enter Jess - I knew I was going to hire her within the first minute of our call. We immediately bonded over our love of Disney and dogs. She is so fun, kind, funny, organized, sweet, energetic, and every other positive adjective you can think of. She put me at ease by saying that she was willing to do whatever to make our wedding vision happen. Even though she did not really jump in until the month prior to the wedding, she was so helpful in all the months leading up to the wedding. She was there to answer all of my (many) questions via text, call, and email and gave me vendor recommendations. By the time she took over, I had all the vendors hired and most of the details worked out. She took over, especially with scheduling which was amazing because I could never have organized that in those final weeks when so many final things popped up. Before I knew it, it was my wedding weekend and as someone who gets VERY stressed easily, I can tell you that Jess handled everything so perfectly that I did not feel any stress even when we were thrown several last-minute curveballs. When we had a small hiccup at the reception, my husband tried to get involved to help resolve it and she refused to let him and insisted that he go and enjoy the party. She handled everything so quickly that there was not even time to worry. She also was so sweet and patient with all of our family and accommodated any special request, no matter how unique. My family, in-laws, and friends were so wowed by her – she is unlike any planner any of them had encountered before (same for me). She constantly checked on us throughout the night. She did everything possible to make sure we had the perfect night and we absolutely did. From the day that I hired her until the last second of our wedding when she dropped us off at the bar for our after party (and after when she brought stuff to our hotel), she went above and beyond. There is no one like her. Jess is a wedding superhero; this review does not do her justice. Do yourself a favor and hire Blush. You will be so happy that you did!

, Can’t say enough on what a fantastic job Jess from Blush did for our daughter and son-in-law’s wedding. When six months prior to the wedding we lost our wedding venue, Jess took our daughter immediately looking and helped her find a fantastic venue. We feel so lucky to have had her. She kept everyone at the wedding in line and moving forward with great kindness. Bottom line, we couldn’t have done this without her. Don’t look any farther if you want someone who is professional, experienced, patient and so very easy to work with who understands what it takes in putting on a wedding.

We hired Jess to be our day of coordinator and she was amazing! Jess helped us plan the perfect wedding day. She arrived well-prepared for all of our final meetings and was able to plan all the little details to make our day perfect. Jess with Blush is the absolute BEST! She made the whole process so much easier for us and was a rockstar the entire time leading up to our wedding and on the big day. I was so relaxed the morning of the wedding knowing she was there because she had everything covered. She really helped make our day the best ever! We did the day-of/month-of package and it was perfect for couples who want to be pretty involved in the planning process but definitely need some guidance. She checked in with me at least once monthly to make sure I was on track and answer any questions I had!

If I could give Blush ten stars, I would. We had our wedding at the Omni Hotel and were assigned a Blush wedding coordinator as part of our package. We worked with Jess and she was by far our favorite vendor! Jess is an absolute rock star and I'm pretty sure she was born to be a wedding coordinator. I have never met someone more bubbly, kind, or patient. From the first time we emailed her, to saying good bye after our wedding, she has gone above and beyond for us. She was there for us during every step of the planning process and helped answer all of my million questions and emails (sorry!!) and always had some extra insight/comment to add that was always super helpful. During our wedding weekend our family and friends got to know her and everyone loved her contagious positive attitude and presence. We were sad to say good bye to her and could not recommend her enough! If you are looking for a wedding coordinator, look no further because Jess is your girl!! Thank you so much for everything :)

We had Jess as our day-of-coordinator and she was everything and then some! She is a rockstar, always on top of things and really knows how to run a wedding. We had everything we needed before we could even ask! She is so much fun to work with and so helpful. We cannot write enough positive things about Jess and the Blush company! We had Taylor as our day of wedding planner and she was great leading up to the wedding day she was quick at answering questions and was so organised every detail was planned out and sent around all vendors! On the day Taylor was on top of everything and set everything out so perfect, they day ran so smooth and when we wanted more time for things nothing was a problem!

Just one word... Amazing! We could not have done this without Jess! She was the best and so happy we got to work with her. She was so responsive, any all of our questions and put everything together. Planning a wedding in Florida while stationed overseas (in Japan) with the military was not without its unique obstacles, especially with my groom 8500 miles away. We were so grateful to have Taylor at Blush coordinating our all star team. The "Day of" coordinator service at Blush is above and beyond and Taylor worked with us for the entire year we spent planning our wedding, asking and answering all the right questions (most of which we didn't even know we had), then taking over contact and coordination with our vendors about a month before the wedding, and making sure everything went smoothly on our best day ever. She shared ideas, vendor contacts, and "pro-tips", kept us on schedule, and took care of all the details so that my groom and I (and our parents!) could enjoy our special wedding day. With Taylor on-site at the reception for set up, I enjoyed a relaxing morning getting ready (perhaps a rarity on one's wedding day) and was able to savor the day with my groom and our guests. As far as I could tell, the day was absolutely perfect and we couldn't have done it without Taylor!

AMAZING and experienced staff! Our venue provided Day-Of Coordinator services with Blush. However, Brandee was involved from Day 1. Brandee and her team were very responsive during the entire planning process and were a HUGE help during the 2 months leading up to the wedding, and the wedding day! Brandee took away the stress of planning the day-of schedule and coordinating all vendors, she helped with various set up day-of and her experience helped ensure that everything ran smoothly during our wedding. We had a change in our wedding date and Blush accommodated us and took all of the stress off of our shoulders— informing vendors, rescheduling, new timelines, etc. We loved working with Blush and highly recommend Brandee and her team to all brides!

I cannot say enough great things about our coordinator Alexis from Blush. We planned our wedding almost a year in advance and she remained in touch with me every step of the way and answered every email, call or text immediately; not to mention I planned my Florida wedding from my home in Texas! Honestly, she was the best part of my wedding adventure because she made everything easy and I don’t know how it would’ve turned out without her. I highly recommend Alexis and Blush with their top notch customer service!

Our wedding day was nothing short of magical and we owe so much of it to Jess Clark. From our initial phone call where we described our vision and she explained her Day of Coordination services, we knew Jess had our back. My husband and I put a lot of time and effort in every detail and we thought we'd overwhelm her with tasks by the time we met to discuss it all about a month prior. Nope! She confidently said she could handle our set-up and strike. I had questions about including our dog and she happily said yes, he can walk down the aisle, too. We handed over our vendor contacts, extensive decor list and instructions and within days she put together our detailed wedding resume and timeline. At this point, we were so relieved to have Jess take the wheel. We still had a ton of last-minute details to work on ourselves but Jess stayed with us every step of the way incorporating it all via phone and email. She always answered in a timely fashion and when an issue arose three days prior (my beloved uncle had to bow-out of his officiant duties - more on that later) she answered my tearful phone call and assured me everything would be ok. And it was - our Best Man stepped up and filled in. I was so proud to finally introduce our powerhouse of a planner to our friends and family during our rehearsal. It was blazing hot and she took her time with us until we all had it right. The day of, she ran the show. I'll never forget how happy I was too see her enter our bridal suite. She was on site and I all I had to do was relax and enjoy getting ready with my ladies. During the reception, she checked in with us and made sure we taken off. Our venue was Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate so yes, we were very well taken care of. She reassured me that she personally escorted our dog back into our honeymoon suite and that he was perfectly comfortable in his bed, with his food water nearby. I was so grateful. Throughout the joy and merriment of the night, I had no idea she was also consoling and comforting my parents while they struggled with keeping a secret from us that weekend. The reason my uncle couldn't officiate or attend. He had emergency brain surgery the day of our rehearsal. She truly went above and beyond to make sure we had the best night of our lives. Period. Thinking back of my mom finally telling me everything - she described how caring and compassionate Jess was that evening. To anyone reading this considering hiring Blush by Brandee Gaar - do yourselves a favor and contact them ASAP. Brandee has truly assembled the best team in the business. Alexis and her assistant helped make my daughter’s wedding perfect. She was our day of coordinator. She was attentive to every detail and coordinated everything perfectly! Highly recommend!

We had Alexis and she was amazing. We did the partial plan and she was always there to help whenever I needed it. She made me feel at ease and took over a lot of the details so I wasn’t overwhelmed. She even came with me when I looked for my wedding dress. I would definitely recommend her.

What an amazing company to work with. I can't even put into words how wonderful they all were. I hired Blush for their "day of" of coordination service but they were there to help with so many questions every step of the way. I began by having a consultation with Ali and she was wonderful, we clicked right away and she understood my vision. Jamie was assigned as my day of coordinator and her assistant was Kim (on the big day). They were in charge of handling the entire days events, making sure all decor was set up and keeping us on time, etc (which is a LOT of work). Both Jamie and Kim did such a wonderful job that my other vendors raved about how easy it was to work with this crew. If you are on fence...hire them for your big day. You will NOT regret it.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Blush! My wedding planner was Ali and hiring her was the very best decision I made in planning my wedding!! I have such a hard time making decisions, so the whole wedding planning process, I felt like I was all over the place. I had a vision of what I wanted my wedding to look and feel like, but it was so hard to form concrete ideas of how to make it that way. Ali figured out my vision and she brought it to reality!! An amazingly beautiful, wonderful reality that exceeded my expectations!! The week after my wedding, I thought back on all the details and kept thinking "it was perfect!" Everything was exactly how I envisioned it to be. And I truly have Ali to thank for that. Most of the vendors I chose were from her recommendations, and all of them together made my wedding day more than I could have imagined. Ali and the Blush team know the best vendors and will make recommendations based on the look/feel you want for your wedding ... and your budget! Ali was always very conscious to stay within budget, which was great. She was always so organized and kept me on track during the whole planning process. I was referred to Ali by a friend of ours and I'm so thankful that i was. Wedding planning is super overwhelming and very stressful. There were a couple times that I would call Ali, freaking out about something, and by the end of the phone call, I'd feel just so much better.. it was like wedding planning therapy! Ali made things so much easier throughout the whole planning process. Thank you!! Thank you!!

Alexis from Blush made our dreams come true. She took the stress out of planning the event. She was amazingly helpful in every aspect of wedding planning. She helped set up the entire venue the day of. I could not have asked for a more efficient or nice coordinator. Highly recommend her.

Let me just talk about Jess Clark for a moment. This woman, sorry superwoman, was put on this Earth to coordinate events. My family and wedding day was not or the feint of heart and this superwoman handled it with so much class and finesse I barely have the words to describe her. Lets just say, one of the things she handled for us really just shows what she can do. Picture it, about an hour until guests are arriving, everything is ready to go, vendors set up, bride and groom on site getting ready, everything blissful, until realization hits. The linens were never delivered!! Our linen vendors had sent our linens to our home and we never received them. Jess got on it instantly and not only found us new linens (in the colors we wanted!) but also got us a refund for the linens we never received! She also didn't tell us until after so we didn't have any stress about it at all. With this, and just everything else she took care of, we could not have asked for a better coordinator to handle our day. She is just amazing and if you aren't hiring Blush by Brandee Gaar for your event, what are you thinking!? Book Blush. Ask for Jess. The end.

Jess Clark with Blush did a fantastic job of coordinating our special day! With all of her preparations for the day of, I had no doubts that our day was going to be perfect. She stayed in close contact with us months before our wedding and was always quick to reply to emails when we had questions. We has ZERO problems the day of because she handled everything for us. She had our itinerary created and contacted all of our vendors. She was with us the entire day and kept us on schedule. Having her there to do that made the day feel effortless for me. Brandy Miratsky was also with us that day and was fantastic help as well! Wherever I turned, I knew I had the Blush team's support. Thank you for making our day one we will never forget!

Where do I even begin?? Taylor was my little wedding angel. She is truly AMAZING. Taylor was so helpful when I planned my destination wedding from Ohio, she suggested vendors, and if I had any questions she was so quick to respond. I have expectations and she exceeded all of them, she is soooo detailed oriented which as a bride you need. I didn't have a maid of honor and wanted my mom to enjoy the big day, and Taylor handled everything so smoothly, and perfectly. She is so classy and on it. As a bride she thought of things I would never have even thought of. I honestly don't know what I would have done without her, or how anyone can have a wedding without a planner, it's an absolute must have. On the day of my wedding my hair and makeup girl cancelled and I called Taylor, she was so calm and was able to call my venue and have someone come on site within less than 30 mins, she let me get ready and walk down the isle feeling beautiful, she truly saved the day. Alexis took all the stress out of the wedding day for us. When I first spoke with Alexis, I had so many questions, but she had all of the answers. Even though we had day of services, Alexis was with us throughout the entire planning process, checking in periodically to make sure we were on track and did not need anything. Alexis answered all of my emails promptly and professionally, listened to my concerns, and gave suggestions and recommendations when needed. On the day of our wedding, Alexis was calm and patient, she had everything running smoothly. When my dress strap ripped before the reception, Alexis pinned it back together. She also put together my complicated bustle and took that worry off my mom’s hands. I do not say this lightly, but everything about our day was perfect. Alexis is exceptional! Thank you Blush team!!
