I am so thrilled to recommend B.Mingled to anyone planning a wedding! We worked with Daniele as the day of coordinator for our November, 2023 wedding, and she truly went above and beyond! Our wedding day was a dream come true and it is all thanks to her planning that the day went so smoothly. She has exceptional attention to detail and level of organization, which allowed me to have full confidence that every small detail we wanted would be part of our wedding day. (And that’s exactly what happened!) B.Mingled’s Aisle Planner service is also fabulous and helped me keep track of everything on my planning agenda - it is so easy to use! I can’t say enough good things about B.Mingled and Daniele, I’d give them more than five stars if I could!

B. Mingled was by far the most important, and most pleasant, vendor we had as part of our wedding. From our first conversation with Alyssa to getting on the bus at the end of wedding night, every little detail was accounted for and taken care of. The logistics, the timelines, making sure people were where they needed to be, we didn't have a single worry on wedding or rehearsal day because Alyssa expertly managed everything. But even before that, Alyssa made sure we felt comfortable with other vendors by providing guidance on who to work with, helping us with the right questions to ask, advice on what we needed or should be looking for and coordinated EVERYTHING across the 7-8 other vendors we ended up choosing before and during wedding day. If you're looking at wedding vendors, make sure B. Mingled is the first one you book and you'll be sure to have the most magical and wonderful day possible. 100/10, would book them again, but hopefully I won't need to ;)

Working with Alyssa at bMingled was a dream. I never thought I would be able to find a planner that had such great attention to detail/ organizational skills and Alyssa really was amazing. Alyssa was on top of everything from the moment we started working with her. She was always quick to respond to emails and all of our questions. Most of all Alyssa was always very mature and professional-- she kept the wedding day itself going flawlessly and moving perfectly on time! We especially loved Alyssa's insight when it came to all things styling, flowers, and rental wise. Her advice here helped us create the most beautiful wedding (we would have been very lost when talking to these vendors without her expertise)! We hired Ashly as our day-of-coordinator but she was so much more than that. From our first meeting many months before our wedding, she was so helpful with recommending vendors, figuring out logistics, and answering any questions we had during the planning process. The to-do list and planning timeline she sent us helped keep us on track throughout and made sure we did everything we needed to. When she stepped in a couple months before the wedding, I knew we were in amazing hands. She coordinated details with all of our vendors, created a day-of timeline that included absolutely every detail, and helped us create the perfect set up and design for our ceremony and reception. The actual day was flawless - it truly felt like nothing went wrong, and if it did we had no idea because Ashly was taking care of everything. It allowed us to completely relax and enjoy our day. We have had so many comments from our family, bridal party, and guests that our wedding planner was amazing and we could not agree more. We would recommend Ashly and the B. B.mingled, specifically Alyssa Carl, will be the best money you spend during your entire wedding experience. She is organized, efficient, and timely. She made my wedding week and the wedding day stress free. Everything was spelled out for me & all I had to do was answer her questions. Aisle planner, the collaborative planning portal, also makes coordination and communication so easy - everything is in one place. B.mingled has decorations included if you so choose which is another major plus to have one less vendor to hire. Alyssa made herself available to answer questions or recommend vendors from the moment I booked her. She truly feels like a friend by the end of the wedding journey since she is your cheerleader throughout the entire process!

When I tell you that our wedding day was absolutely perfect by the definition of the word, I truly mean it. Everyone tells you “things will go wrong on your wedding day, just go with the flow.” Well…. Not when you work with B.Mingled, and specifically Alyssa Carl. I can confidently say that our day went seamlessly, on schedule, decor was set up better than I could have even envisioned, not a beat missed. From sewing up a groomsman’s pants on scene, to remembering every allergy of each guest, to capturing special moment videos when we didn’t have a videographer, to rounding up guests so we could have a private last dance, to facilitating timelines between every vendor, wow…. it has been a few weeks since our wedding and we still can’t stop talking about just how “us” it was. B.Mingled makes sure you have the best day of your life without stress or worry, while also making sure every detail is authentic to what makes you happy. Daniele was amazing to work with. She went above and beyond for me leading up to my wedding day, and went into superwoman mode on the day of! She was so easy and friendly to work with, and is someone I would love to keep in touch with. Her proactiveness and responsiveness is on point, I couldn't have imagined a better process for my special day.

There honestly aren’t enough words to describe how incredibly amazing and supportive Alyssa from B.Mingled is! Our venue required a “day-of” coordinator and I am soooo very glad they did! Alyssa was there to support us WAY before day-of. My husband and I live in the UK and Alyssa was always very flexible when it came to scheduling times for Skype calls given the 5 hour time difference. Whenever we finished a meeting with her we always thought, wow she is soooo on top of this but also wow she is so cool. It genuinely felt like we were becoming friends with Alyssa throughout our wedding coordination process- she is just such a wonderful person. She mentioned a few times that she is an educator by heart and practice and that is no lie. She keeps things organised and well run, but with all of the patience in the world. When she started giving us information for the rehearsal my husband and I looked at each other and said….what rehearsal?! Ha! Again very thankful for Alyssa! The rehearsal went great and Alyssa helped manage a fairly large group of people with a few active flower girls all under the age of 10. Her kindness is infectious and she was very sweet to our one flower girl with a broken leg, making sure that she felt included in all of the activities, and made sure that she was still able to comfortably walk down the aisle and toss flowers to all of our guests! In my typical fashion I was running late to my own wedding (oops!) but it didn’t matter and it wasn’t stressful because Alyssa was there to help sort everything. The bus schedule was altered, the pre-ceremony photoshoot was altered, and she had a margarita waiting for me while I was getting dressed! -Alyssa did it all! Even my wedding party couldn’t stop talking about how amazing and welcoming Alyssa was- she fit right into the day perfectly. There is a very cute photo of my dad and me rounding the corner to start walking down the aisle that a guest took and in the corner you can see Alyssa with a large smile across her face- a job well done! You rock girl and we are sooooo happy you were a part of the best day of our lives!

It’s hard to imagine a more professional, competent, thorough, responsive, and enjoyable wedding consultant and planner than Daniele Castellano with B.Mingled. She also happens to be beautiful. As mother-of-bride, I didn’t think I needed a planner/coordinator but as time went on I realized that her services alleviated stress, kept us organized, and ultimately blessed us with a carefree and amazing wedding day. Daniele with B.Mingled was absolutely outstanding. Our wedding was perfect because Daniele had put in countless hours into making sure EVERY detail was covered. If you are looking for a wedding coordinator, I would HIGHLY recommend Daniele! She is professional, extremely nice, calm, and understanding. We had a couple last minute changes - she granted our requests without hesitation and never once complained! Selecting B.Mingled to coordinate my daughter's wedding was absolutely the best decision we made throughout the vendor selecting process. They guided us through every detail in the planning process, collected all the needed information, and on the day they insured that no small detail was forgotten. I was absolutely amazed to see how harmoniously they worked together to insure that all of the Bride and Groom's hopes for their big day occurred. Hiring Alyssa and the B.Mingled team was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! From the start, Alyssa made the wedding planning process more manageable with her organization skills, recommendations, advice and support. Whenever my husband and I were unsure of something throughout the planning process, Alyssa was quick to provide us with sound advice or recommendations. She truly went above and beyond her job description. On the day of our wedding, Alyssa made sure everything ran smoothly. We only had two hiccups our entire wedding day (me forgetting my veil at our Airbnb, and my dress un-bustling after it was accidentally stepped on!), she immediately stepped in to make sure the issues were resolved, made me feel reassured that everything was going to be okay, and even had our ceremony start/end at our scheduled time. Everyone in my wedding party commented on how great and organized Alyssa was throughout the wedding day. Having Alyssa and the B. Alyssa from B Mingled was our wedding planner and she was absolutely incredible! My mom and I started the wedding planning process with a very specific vision and Alyssa and the design team at B Mingled really helped bring that to life. From the mood board that the design team put together all the way to Alyssa asking the right questions, giving the right advice, and recommending the right vendors, I felt as though my wedding was fully planned MONTHS before the big day. I never felt stressed or concerned throughout my time working with Alyssa because she was always over-communicative and met all deadlines we had set out to achieve together. Alyssa was organized, on top of EVERYTHING, and all around fun to work. Alyssa was always willing to hop on the phone, answer my texts, or get on a video call throughout the entire time we worked with her. She did a great job bringing me back down to earth when sometimes the things I have wanted to do were a little far fetched or out of budget and at the same time she gave me many other suggestions for how to make my dreams come true. She was instrumental in creating a head table layout that accommodated 42 people (wedding party + plus ones) and she even suggested a private dance during the time we saw the reception space, which I had never seen anyone do before. This ended up being one of the most special moments for my husband and I during our big day. Alyssa continued to go above and beyond to make our lives easier during the entire wedding planning process and my mom and I feel so lucky to have gained a best friend in her. We truly could not have done this without her. I can promise you if you hire Alyssa or anyone at B Mingled you will NOT be disappointed.

Choosing Ashly with B.Mingled was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding. There are not enough words to describe how amazing she is. She made our dream wedding come true and worked with us every single step of the way. She went above and beyond and I could not recommend B.Mingled and Ashly enough. She is incredibly organized, efficient, intelligent and all around a complete boss lady! She gets stuff done so quick, we would call her our fairy godmother! We spent a year and a half planning with Ashly and loved every second of it. When I first started to plan my wedding, I never thought I would need planning services because I consider myself organized, prompt, efficient, etc. That being said, THANK THE LORD the venue we used required one. I had meetings with several planning service companies, and immediately hit it off with Ashly from B.Mingled. She was so wonderful throughout the whole process! I truly don’t know how I would’ve done it without her. She reviewed all my contracts, became a POC for vendors, organized essentially everything the day of the wedding, and told me where to be every step of the way. She was an invaluable asset for sure. As wedding week approached, I had about 4 brain cells left to work with. The wedding rehearsal went so smoothly because of her - at that point I couldn’t remember literally any of what I’d chosen (I.e. readings, professional order, etc). Thank goodness she was there to save me from looking ridiculous. I can’t say enough positive things about her. All in all, you need her, even if you think you don’t!

Ashly was absolutely amazing to work with! She made our wedding day flow seamlessly and took all of the stress and pressure off of us! I was starting to get overwhelmed and once she stepped in I knew we were in great hands. She was able to wrangle a huge bridal party and make sure the entire day was perfectly on time! She also went above and beyond when she realized there was no basket for the flower girl to carry! She made all of our ideas come to life and we couldn't have done it without her!

Becky Davis and the entire B. Mingled team deserve ALL THE STARS for their amazing, professional, detailed, and caring work for our 10/1/22 wedding. We began the planning process without them, but were quickly overwhelmed by the many ups and downs of wedding planning. We are SO thankful that we found B. Mingled, and Becky especially. Truly, Becky’s work made all the difference in our day. Each item that stressed us out was made a thousand times better by Becky’s input, reassurances, and professional perspectives. Becky was our advocate throughout the entire process we had her for. She protected us from dubious caterers and guided us towards amazing vendors who also contributed to our day. Selecting B. Mingled to support our wedding day was the best decision!! We worked with Alyssa and she was absolutely phenomenal throughout the entire planning process! Alyssa was so helpful and answered all of our tons of questions promptly and with great advice. Alyssa is so organized and prepared, which absolutely was evidenced on our wedding day! We hired Ashly as our Day-of Coordinator and she was absolutely incredible. She was SO organized, communicative, and responsive - we never felt out of the loop or like something was slipping through the cracks. It was also really nice having access to Aisle Planner (courtesy of B.Mingled) throughout our wedding planning journey to keep on top of our checklist, guest list, vendor payment schedules, and more. Going with B.Mingled was the best choice we could have made! Alyssa was absolutely amazing. She was so organized and on top of things, and she made everything perfect on our wedding day. Alyssa is a true gem and the best wedding planner in the DMV. She has the best energy and truly becomes a friend by the end of the process. She goes above and beyond to make you feel confident and calm during the very stressful wedding planning process. She responds so quickly to your texts / emails, is extremely organized, and super detail oriented. I would call her simply to vent because wedding planning , especially in the DMV, is very stressful, and she was SO positive and uplifting, and never rushed our calls. She offered great suggestions and negotiated great terms for us. Our venue had an $800 dollar fee to remove the existing furniture in their ballroom. She knew I wanted a specific set of chairs and last minute negotiated with the venue to waive the fee so that we could upgrade our chairs. We are so grateful she was our planner and she made sure our wedding day ran smoothly. We had a bus catch on fire at our wedding venue during the best man speech, which could have gone terribly wrong. Luckily nobody was hurt and the fire was contained. Alyssa and her team worked with the venue to handle the situation, and make sure that my husband and I /our guests had no idea any of it was happening and that we just enjoyed our wedding night. I highly, highly recommend Alyssa from B Mingled!

My husband and I worked with Ashly to plan our wedding last year. Working with Ashly and the B.Mingled team is the best decision and investment we made for our wedding. We hired Ashly for the Weekend program but we had her support from the beginning. She helped bring our vision of a magical Christmas wedding to life. She is detail oriented and incredibly organized. We had a miscommunication with our caterer about the event space flip- she caught the issue right away and worked tirelessly until we had a solution that we were happy with and worked for the catering team. B. Mingled has relationships with many other vendors in the are and it was comforting knowing everyone had worked together before. Ashly knows how to manage a crowd- from wrangling our large wedding party during rehearsal to getting guests in their seats so the ceremony started on time she gets the job done. We are still in awe at how seamlessly our wedding day went and all of that is due to Ashly and the B.Mingled team! We cannot thank them enough!

My wife Lauren and I would not have had such a special and stress-free wedding experience if it had not been for Alyssa and B. Mingled. Becky was absolutely amazing!! Due to the pandemic she was stuck with us for around 2 years trying to hold everything together. We had a few chaotic moments (caterer and officiant backed out 5 and 1 month respectively). The whole time she was just a text away and always very responsive. On our wedding day there was never a time when she wasn’t there to answer a dumb question or to coordinate everyone. She is also so calm and organized. I never could imagine doing our wedding without her! All in all BMingled is the best vendor we got and we feel so lucky!!

When my husband and I started the wedding process in May of 2019 everyone suggested hiring at least a day of coordinator. Being a type A personality, I was skeptical having someone help us along the way. I am so happy I was utterly and completely wrong. Alyssa was a literal saint and a lifesaver. When COVID hit, Alyssa helped keep my dream team of vendors and we rescheduled our wedding for 2021. Leading up to the wedding, she assured me that everything would be perfect and it truly was. We had multiple phone calls, exchanged texts and emails and held my hand along the way. I couldn't have imagined the day going as smoothly as it did. Alyssa was instantly integrated as part of our family during the rehearsal and on our wedding day. My wife and I worked with Ashly for our wedding and can't recommend her and her entire B.Mingled team highly enough. We had the pleasure of working with Senta - and let me just say she was THE MOST AMAZING. I could not have imagined having to deal with COVID, a terrible original venue, and switching venues/days without her. She actually recommended the venue we ended up going with, which turned out even better than we could have imagined. The entire day of the wedding so many people came up to me and told me how great she was. I cannot recommend these ladies enough. Book them now, you wont regret it!

Planning a wedding is stressful in the first place, but re-planning it several times due to a pandemic brings stress to a whole new level. Senta from B.Mingled went above and beyond in helping with every last detail from start to finish. Mike and I just celebrated our first month of marriage, and I wanted to take the time to describe our experience with B. Mingled. We couldn't be more grateful for Alyssa at B. Mingled for helping make this day finally come together. From simply finding a venue and vendors, to helping us navigate postponing our wedding due to Covid-19, Alyssa was there every step of the way to assist with our every need. She was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and above all, kind. We like working with kind people! If you want to feel like a guest at your daughter's wedding, hire this team! Ashly and crew took care of EVERY conceivable detail. She coordinated with our multiple vendors, provided a step by step timeline, room set up diagram, including rain contingency diagram, managed the rehearsal and wedding entry timeline. In addition, her team did any task that needed completing, including several that were not their responsibility (bringing the bride & groom drinks for the toast, inviting guests to the buffet table, etc.). In short, we could not have done this without them and I literally was able to kick back and just enjoy the entire weekend!

I truly don't know where to begin. I know when searching wedding vendors, many of them have 5 stars and it can be a challenge selecting which vendor is right for you. However, Ashly and her team deserve 10 stars! I have never in my entire life met someone as professional, organized, kind-hearted and caring as Ashly from B.Mingled. I hired Ashly as our Day-of-coordinator, but she is so much more than that - she is ALWAYS there when you need her even months before the wedding. She was more like a 2-3 month coordinator with the emails, texts and calls and always happy to help with anything we needed. Ashly is extremely detail oriented. She provided a very detailed schedule to me and all of my vendors, which was amazing as it eliminated any confusion. I have been in many weddings where no one knows what is going on or when to be here or there. I shared this timeline with my wedding party and there was never any question of where people needed to be at what time, and that really made a huge difference for the flow of the wedding. And to be honest it was INCREDIBLE as the Bride to not have to answer a million questions from everyone because every last detail was on the timeline. One thing I really loved about Ashly was that she told me she would not contact me for any reason on my wedding day. She took down our MOH and BM's numbers and contacted them if any minor issues popped up or if she was just checking in to see how I was doing. She did not want me to worry about anything, and it was so nice to just be able to relax and trust that everything was taken care of - which it was! Ashly arrived to Hair/Makeup, made sure everything was going well, and then loaded up her car with all of our decor items for the ceremony/reception (multiple boxes) and transported them to the venue. My reception space was absolutely breathtaking because of her setup. At the end of the night, I did not have to worry about A THING. Ashly carefully organized and packed up all of our belongings and transported everything back to the cottage at the end of the night. This is the best part. Ashly literally saved my wedding. Unfortunately, 2 of my other vendors were absolutely horrible and made me cry multiple times throughout the evening. Not only did Ashly have my back and stood up for me, but she took total charge in fixing the issues. It was so nice having someone go to battle for me so I could just enjoy myself and my loved ones. Not only that, but she always made sure I was doing great and always made sure I had a drink in my hand! Ashly was always there supporting me. I never had to go and search for her, she was always nearby and ready to help with whatever I needed. I can imagine having to deal with the vendor crisis was chaotic, but you would never know as Ashly has this incredible calm and collected presence that fills the room. The fact that she was running my entire wedding AND STILL made so much time to check in on me and get me anything I needed is truly remarkable. Not only was Ashly an amazing coordinator, but she was an AMAZING FRIEND on my wedding day. I do not know what I would have done without Ashly. I truly cannot picture my wedding without her and I will never forget her. She was hands down the best vendor we hired for our wedding. I truly believe she is the best coordinator in the game! If I could give you one piece of advice for your wedding, CHOOSE ASHLY/THE B.MINGLED TEAM AS YOUR WEDDING COORDINATOR. Trust me, you will not regret it.

Ashly and her team are absolutely phenomenal and I cannot imagine pulling off our wedding without them. Our whole bridal party remarked how amazing and on top of everything Ashly was. Our wedding is the first and only wedding I have ever attended where the ceremony started exactly on time, thanks to Ashly and her team. Other than deciding to get married in the first place, working with Ashly and B.Mingled might be the best decision we ever made. I mean this in total honesty: we could not have had the wedding that we wanted without them. They took care of details that we didn't even know existed. Things that could have surprised us and derailed us were handled quickly, expertly, and seamlessly by Ashly and her team. Plus, they're absolutely delightful people. When any of my friends, family, or loved ones in the DMV get married, I hope Ashly is available to work with them.

Senta was an amazing wedding coordinator and I can't imagine having planned a wedding during the pandemic without her. We had originally hired her for our wedding that was planned for May 2020, at the point where we had already found most of our vendors but still needed a little extra guidance on the smaller details and day-of coordination. When we made the decision to postpone our wedding a full year, that was no problem for Senta, and she made sure to check in with us every few months and help us navigate the ever-changing landscape of planning an event during COVID in a positive yet realistic way. Pandemic aside, Senta was an excellent communicator and helped answer questions we didn't even know we had. My husband and I are both pretty laid back and didn't always have a strong idea of what we wanted to do, but Senta always provided us lots of suggestions to help guide us. Senta kept us and our vendors on track to plan out every last detail before the wedding so that the wedding day went super smoothly. On the day of the wedding, Senta was calm and organized and made sure everything went off without a hitch, even with a down-to-the-wire decision of whether to move our outdoor wedding inside due to potential rain. We didn't have to worry about a thing! The B.Mingled team was able to rent us a lot of low or no-cost decorations (such a life saver), and they set everything up to look absolutely beautiful. The day ended up being perfect. Thank you, Senta!

The number 1 best thing I did during the wedding process (besides marrying my husband.. and this was a close second) was hiring Alyssa from B.Mingled. I literally do not have the words to describe how amazing she is. She will think of every single detail and make sure you are covered, things you would never even think to consider yourself. From the first time we talked on the phone, I could tell this former teacher was so organized, smart, and upbeat, and we would be in great hands with her. With covid, she went absolutely above and beyond, helping me come up with a Plan A, B, and C, negotiating with my vendors to ensure we could have the most guests in the safest way possible, and kindly putting to rest all my anxieties and fears. She kept us on time — I had multiple guests remark they were shocked how punctual everything was! When my wedding day came and the weather forecast was rainy and freezing cold, Alyssa was extremely comforting, assuring me everything would go great. She basically set up an entire outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour in addition to our indoor Plan B, trying to allow me to make the call as late as possible, based on the forecast. She checked in with us frequently in the days leading up to the wedding and during the event as well, always making sure we were happy and taken care of. Ashly from B.Mingled also ended up working our wedding, and I could tell she was certainly cut from the same cloth as Alyssa. Two powerhouse women! She fielded every text and email immediately. Responsive does not even begin to describe her. Is it weird that I kind of miss talking to her now, a few weeks after my wedding? :) If you want your coordinator to basically be a wedding angel sent from heaven, hire Alyssa. My girlfriends are literally already planning to hire her.. and they haven’t even been proposed to yet!

Ashly was by far the best decision we made for our wedding day. She's everything you could dream of in a coordinator. She's crazy responsive and organized, she perfectly balanced letting us make our own decisions with making her own recommendations when we were indecisive, she's professional, she was flexible when we had to move our wedding date, she thought of everything we didn't even know we needed to think about, and so much more. But above all, she's incredibly kind. After having to move our wedding date, the planning process was emotional and frustrating at times, dealing with difficult vendors. Ashly helped save my sanity and was such a calming presence. Our wedding day went incredibly smoothly - at least from my perspective - and I mainly owe that to her. I could not be more thankful to have had her and would absolutely recommend B.Mingled.

Where to even begin. Ashly is a godsend and is the reason I am sitting here with all of my sanity. She was an excellent resource from the minute we hired her, throughout COVID, and during the wedding. She did multiple walkthroughs with us and our vendors, was on call / reachable via text all day every day, and turned our wedding into the most magical day. Ashly had all the answers and had the best aesthetic opinions/suggestions. I can't believe how affordable her service is compared to the value we received - definitely book her and the team ASAP!!

Working with B. Mingled made the difficult wedding planning during the disaster year 2020 not only more tolerable, but they ensured an smooth day and amazing experience for everybody. They helped us find and hire our vendors (floral, catering, officiant, music, and dessert) with ease. They asked all the questions we never imagined. They helped us plan and re-plan our day as the worldly situation dictated. They made sure we had a flawless day without stress, besides nerves and excitement.

I have been trying to put into words for two months now the experience I had with Ashly and the B-mingled team. And I have come to the decision that there really are no words to describe the immense amount of gratitude I have for Ashly! Ashly was hands down the very best decision we made. She was extremely organized, calm and collected through the entire process. She even awed the venue team at our final walk through! She was consistently checking in and revising the timeline, as working with COVID threw a HUGE wrench in MANY of our original plans. 14 days out we had to change the location of our ceremony and Ashly not only took the news gracefully but sprang into action making a whole new plan work seamlessly. During the event she was a source of comfort and if there was ANYTHING that did happen that wasn't planned I had no idea. She was magically.

Do I tell you that Ashly advocated for us and helped us with every step of the wedding planning process? Do I tell you how Ashly executed a flawless event under even the most unique circumstances? Do I tell you how Ashly kept us calm and moving towards our goal even with what seemed like insurmountable obstacles? Or do I tell you how I trust Ashly with my vision and walked into a ceremony and reception that was even more beautiful than I imagined? Well dear reader. I'll tell you that Ashly and the team at Bmingled are absolutely fantastic. Of all of my vendors, I am most thankful that we had Ashly. I will forever treasure the photos and videos but I am so grateful to Ashly and her team because they made our wedding day the most amazing day of my life. Both my husband and I later turned to each other and said it was as if we were floating through a dream. Everything was taken care of. I blinked and it was already done. Ashly and her team are magic. They just might be fairies. :)  I could write a novel singing the praises of Ashly and Bmingled but I will leave you with: do yourself a favor and hire Bmingled.

Hands down the best decision we made in our wedding planning process was hiring Alyssa from B.Mingled. I interviewed a few different wedding planners, but felt this instant connection with Alyssa when we spoke that I couldn't let go of. We didn't have a big budget and their services were a bit above what we originally wanted to spend, but I pushed for it and told my fiancé (now husband) that it just felt like the right choice. And WOW, I am so glad I did. The pandemic hit and we unfortunately had to postpone our wedding from May to August, and then subsequently downsize from 175 to 20 guests. Alyssa was there for us through everything--helping us navigate the crazy decisions we were having to make, cross-checking date availability for postponing with our vendors, and became a shoulder to cry (and scream) on as we dealt with everything the pandemic threw at us. Throughout everything, even before the pandemic, she was organized, timely, and responsive. On our wedding day, she made sure everything happened smoothly and went above and beyond what we expected to ensure our day was perfect. We're planning a reception in 2021 once it is safer to have large gatherings again, and have already hired Alyssa for that as well because we can't imagine having that event without her. I could probably go on for several more paragraphs on why Alyssa and B.Mingled are all around incredible but I'll end it with this--If you are looking to hire a wedding planner or month-of coordinator, B.Mingled is the only company you need to talk to. Don't waste your energy interviewing anyone else. Alyssa is someone who truly cares about you, that you will become friends with and want to stay in touch with after your wedding, and who will do everything in her power to ensure your wedding day is the best day ever. I will be forever grateful to have met her and gotten to work with her for our wedding.

We hired Senta and the B.Mingled as our wedding coordinator and florist! And they did a FABULOUS job!! Senta was extremely responsive to any and all of my questions and made the entire process very easy! The florals turned out exactly as we imagined, and our venue looked absolutely flawless. I got married at the St. Regis on February 29th 2020. How do I even begin to describe how much I love B. Mingled events?!? If you are looking for a planner that plans the perfect wedding that you must go with B. Mingled. From the very first phone call I knew that B. Mingled and Ashly were something extra special. She came and did an interview for us to work with her on her birthday. Who does that? Not only that but she was the only planner that I met with that had a proposal sent to me by the end of business that day. In the wedding industry many vendor overprice what they can do. B. Mingled never did that they always delivered above my expectations. From a planning standpoint any single question I had or any concerns I had she would answer with 24 hours if not less. My mother from the beginning of wedding planning didn't think a wedding planner was necessary. I can tell you at the end of the night at my wedding my mom goes, "WOW hiring Ashly was hands down the best decision we made for the whole wedding." My husband said the exact same thing. Ashly relieved the stress of the planning process. From working with our vendors to coordinating all the little logistic that I didn't even think about. She made sure that the day was executed perfectly. I'm a type A gal, very detail oriented and very picky. I can tell you this Ashly went beyond my expectations and made everything so simple and easy to do. I keep saying that, but I really am that picky, so I HAVE to keep highlighting it. The whole wedding process was enjoyable because of her. A month before my wedding we had an emergency situation where we had to change the photographer. We had decided to go with one of my husband friends, not realizing that she was a portrait photographer and not a fully wedding photographer. Ashly was the one that pointed this out and so did my sister in law. Last minute my husband and I decided we had to change photographers. Ashly help me find someone that was one of the best photographer in Washingtonian, this was not part of her job considering we did partial planning but she delivered. I don't know what we would have done without her in that situation. It was very stressful yet she made it seem okay. Our day was perfect because of her and B. Mingled. If you don't hire them you are making a horrible mistake. They are simply the best. Thank you Ashly for making my dream wedding a reality. I cannot thank them enough.

My husband and I could not recommend Ashly Townsend and the B.Mingled team enough. We've known Ashly now for almost two years as she planned my sister's wedding in June 2019 and then ours in January 2020. In the months before the wedding, Senta was a trusted third party to ask for advice or opinions, and also provided some of the best vendor recommendations. My entertainment company Xen Live provided live music and DJ service to a client at Kalero Vineyards on 9/21/2019. Ashly from B.Mingled was the wedding planner for this client and she is one of the best I've worked with in Northern Virginia. She provided a very detailed schedule ahead of time which allowed me to conduct my own internal planning process with the band and DJ service. While on-site, I worked closely with Ashly to ensure the entire timeline was executed as planned. There is a lot of moving parts in regards to entertainment, song cues, flow of events, speeches, and other key moments that must be planned in great detail and Ashly was on top of everything. I am a very detail-oriented person and am certainly a planner myself, so we needed to find someone who we trusted completely to take on the final details the last few weeks before the wedding and day of. And boy was Ashly it! She is so responsive, easy to talk to, and truly knows her stuff. There were so many little details that we never would have thought of, and hiring Ashly as our Month-of-Coordinator was one of the best decisions we could have made. It’s unbelievable how many little things pop up right before the wedding, and she helped us stay at ease the entire time — from guiding us through issues with other vendors to recommendations on minor tweaks to the timeline. We spoke numerous times within the 6 weeks leading up to the wedding, and that was no problem. Wedding day moves by quickly and you want to relax and enjoy it, not stress about whether vendors are on time to the venue or whether it’s time or not to go cut the cake. Having someone there who could guide you through the day and help be there to fix anything that may go wrong was absolutely necessary. I got mud on my wedding dress while trying to take pictures in the grass, and Ashly and her team had an emergency kit right there for me — gone in seconds! Then we had a mishap with our officiant’s license. No problem, Ashly had called in a favor and got someone there before I even knew what was going on. It was a perfect day and we are so glad we had the perfect team.

Senta was amazing! We hired B.Mingled for the "day of" but starting working with her about 2 months in advance. She immediately knew all of the ins and outs and understood our vision for what we wanted. Once the big day arrived, we didn't have to worry about a single thing and it was as if she read our minds. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and loved working with her and her team. Definitely recommend!!

We are so incredibly happy with our choice of B.Mingled as our day-of-coordinator. Alyssa was a complete joy to work with from the beginning. She kept us all on track in the days leading up to the wedding and did her best to keep us all in line the day of ;-). Our initial goal was to try to do this all ourselves; however, at the suggestion/request of our event coordinator at the resort we went ahead with a day-of-planner. Hire B.Mingled if you want an absolutely perfect wedding or event. My coordinator Alyssa (Rudat) Carl made my day easy, special, and perfect. All along the way, she was available and on top of my wedding plans. She was so responsive and positive. She was highly organized and kept track of all the details, even the smallest were documented and taken care of. When I needed to attend to a family emergency, she was there to ensure the wedding continued to be managed perfectly. On the day of, she was present to manage everything, but kept it relaxed and solved any questions or “problems” (if there were any!) without a hitch. She made my day easy and special for me. I highly recoomend B.Mingled (and esp Alyssa!) if you want your day to be perfect.

My daughter and I worked with Alyssa Rudat for planning my daughter’s wedding. Her advice and hard work was extremely helpful. Alyssa Rudat of B. Mingled was an absolutely amazing wedding planner. For background, we wanted a short engagement (got engaged at the end of May 2018) and wanted to get married the first week of October 2018 (got married October 6, 2018) when the weather is so beautiful in Leesburg, Virginia. Not only was Alyssa an amazing wedding planner in general, she was able to plan our perfect dream wedding in less than 4 months – we first met with Alyssa in the middle of June 2018. Just being able to pull off a successful wedding in that timeline alone is an incredible achievement – and our wedding was more than just successful, it was absolutely perfect! Alyssa’s experience and expertise as a wedding planner made all of our wedding wishes come true and helped make our wedding exactly how we envisioned. Not only did Alyssa help plan and execute our entire wedding, but also our entire rehearsal and Welcome Reception (all wedding guests were invited) for the night before the wedding. Both the Welcome Reception and Wedding were amazing events! Both the Welcome Reception, Wedding Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Wedding Reception progressed so smoothly and on schedule that my husband and I were able to relax and truly enjoy the magic of our special day with our friends and family. It was simply perfect. Alyssa was always very responsive, professional, poised, and gracious at all times. I cannot thank her enough for being there for us from start to finish, being so patient with me, and putting up with all of my questions, worried texts/emails/phone calls, and being flexible with any last-minute changes and my indecisiveness. For example, when our original wedding caterer cancelled unexpectedly and unprofessionally, Alyssa saved the day. Alyssa was able to that day at the last minute get us a way better caterer for even less than our catering budget. The food was excellent – which has been reiterated to us by every wedding guest we have spoken to since the wedding. Another example of Alyssa saving the day was with our wedding invitations and printed items. Given our short engagement and tight timeline to get wedding invitation out – and when I realized I did not love any of the invitations on the usual websites and wanted to have a customized wedding invitation suite design, custom information cards, and a custom RSVP card since all wedding guests were invited to attend the Welcome Reception on Friday, Wedding on Saturday, and Post-Wedding Brunch on Sunday – Alyssa introduced me to a very talented local wedding invitation designer who I was able to work closely with to personally design the most beautiful wedding invitation suite, wedding monogram, and all of our other custom design and printed materials used throughout the wedding. It all worked out wonderfully - all of the designs, invitations, and printed materials were absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend hiring Alyssa Rudat at B. Mingled as your wedding planner! Alyssa will ensure that your wedding will be more perfect than you ever thought possible!

The best choice I made as a bride was to put my plans and ideas in the hands of these talented, wonderful ladies. They brought my vision to full expression and executed it perfectly. Y'all, we got married LAST NIGHT and I am so happy we hired B. Mingled that I feel compelled to write a review right now. Ashly was technically our "month of coordinator" but, in reality, she was so much more than that. From the moment we met up about a two months out from the wedding I felt so much more at ease about all the moving pieces and was so comfortable leaving our big day in her able hands. From day one she was responsive, attentive to detail, well organized, creative, and firm when she needed to be. Our wedding was non traditional and she listened carefully to all the little quirks we had in mind and executed them flawlessly. It was forecasted to rain on our outdoor wedding at Morven Park so there were a ton of additional details to work out just days before the wedding. I was devastated and panicked and all around so upset. Ashly handled everything and came up with the best contingency plan, even while I cried and complained.
