Monika is amazing!!! She came on and supported us through every final step of our wedding and made the day so seamless. Coming from the event planning world it was hard to let go but she constantly reminded us that she was there to support us and made it so we were just able to show up and soak in every moment of our big day. Our wedding was perfection and a HUGE part of that was because Monika and her team were behind the scenes. We're so grateful!

Boca Event Planning/Monika was our month-of coordinator for our wedding at Pelican Club, and the wedding day would not of been possible without her and her team! She was instrumental in managing our 10+ vendors, making our specific vision for decor, setup, and event flow come to life, and ensuring the day went smoothly for not only the wedding party but all our guests too. When plans had to change the day of due to weather, Monika ensured it was calmly taken care of behind the scenes, and the wedding went on without missing a beat. We hired Monika a year before our wedding as a Month of Coordinator. During that year, we were able to text or email her regarding any questions that we had. She was a second pair of eyes for anything wedding-related and reviewed each contract before we signed. Once she took over the month before the wedding, she took a lot of stress off of us. 5-star experience with Monika and Boca Event Planning all the way. My only regret was not hiring her the minute I got engaged. We hired BEP for month of and day-of-coordination and couldn’t have been happier with our wedding weekend. Monika is so talented and has an arsenal of quality vendors at her fingertips, her recommendations were spot-on and she is a flat out superhero in getting all of the timelines and details down to a T. Not only is she highly-organized, and efficient, she is beyond creative and can help with decor, design and really bringing visions to life. I came to her with tons of screenshots of very various vibes, themes and design elements I liked - and she was able to work with us (and our budget!) to bring it to life above and beyond our wildest expectations! Our family and friends are still talking about all the special details and how wonderful our weekend was. And as an added bonus, Monika is a wonderful person who you will love and genuinely enjoy working with - she is kind, fun and really made our wedding planning process something enjoyable and rewarding (I was NOT feeling that way prior to working with Monika!) - highly recommend to any couples looking to have their best wedding ever!

Above and beyond doesn't begin to describe Monika. She is kind, patient, so knowledgeable and has an amazing network of vendors that quite literally saved my wedding day. I'm not exaggerating when I say that my wedding day would not have happened if it wasn't for her! Weeks leading up to the wedding, and the day of, she coordinated with all of the vendors to ensure everything was set up and ready to go. From getting-ready, ceremony and reception she was there orchestrating the entire thing. I was able to fully enjoy my day knowing she had everything under control. One of the things that impressed me most about Monika was her attention to detail. She made sure that every little thing was taken care of, from the flowers to the music to the decorations. She even went out of her way to add special touches that I didn't even think of, making the day even more special and memorable. I cannot thank Monika enough for all of her hard work and dedication. She is a wonderful human being inside and out and truly went above and beyond to make my wedding day the best day of my life.

There’s no adjective great enough to describe how wonderful Monika and Boca Event Planning is. Incredible, creative, committed, and detailed are just to name a few. Monika made the process so smooth, and I never felt one bit of wedding stress thanks to her. The network she has built helps the decision making process that much easier. She is very experienced and thinks of things you’d never thought were important. If you have ideas of your own, she helps incorporate them to make it the personalized wedding you envisioned. From deciding how to word invitations to creating the seating chart boards to having a minute-by-minute schedule to editing the program to getting the transportation set up, Monika gets the job done. She’s very time efficient and has her planning process down to a science. By your special date, all the T’s will be crossed and I’s will be dotted if you’re working with Monika. I was looking for a wedding planner than could help me only the month of my wedding. Monika was just what I needed. She was very flexible and easy to work with. I appreciated that she came along side me to help me achieve my vision for our wedding day without changing what we wanted. She was a champ working with the staff at the venue site that had never hosted a wedding before. She advocated for what I wanted so that I did not have to stress. For example our venue site would not comp our hotel room, they wanted to move the wedding inside when it had rained in the morning and helped us get the getaway car set up for our ideal photo op! She handled those situations with a smile on her face! I would highly recommend her! Thank you again Monika!

I would recommend Monika and Boca Event Planning to ANY couple!! Monika was an absolute God send in our wedding planning process. Our wedding venue cancelled on us less than 2 weeks before our wedding, and Monika helped us essentially replan the entire wedding from scratch in ten days. I don't think we would have been able to do it without her. She was so calm under pressure and efficient to help us plan the perfect day. We could not have been more happy with everything Monika did - she is professional, meticulous, organized, and really cares about her couples.

Our wedding was perfect! A large amount of credit goes to Monika for helping to coordinate with all of the vendors to make sure everything ran smoothly and also to direct us each step of the way on the big day at Bonnet House. At the end of the wedding day, after being nervous about all of the required coordination, we could sit back and truly say that it was the BEST WEDDING EVER!!! She basically did everything – I hired her for “month of” but would recommend an even more extensive planning package if you’re on the fence. She was able to work efficiently and effectively with vendors, and just get stuff done, deal with Momzilla, become best friends with Momzilla, and all of the rest! Rawr! Thanks Monika!

Where do I even begin… Monika has been by my side throughout the wedding planning process from the very beginning. I hired her for “month-of-wedding coordination” but what she did for me was far beyond “month-of”. She was always a text message or an email away and ready to answer any questions I had. From proof-reading my ‘save the dates’ and wedding invitation to helping me decide on table settings, she assisted me through it all. I am the type of person who likes to micro-manage ever single little detail so to trust someone else with my wedding was HUGE… but with Monika, it was easy. After meeting with her for our first consultation we had an immediate connection and I knew I was in the most capable hands. Monika took my vision and FAR EXCEEDED my expectations. She is the perfect balance between remaining professional and being a genuine friend. If I’m being honest, she was there for me through a very vulnerable and emotional time, in the mist of the wedding planning process, and helped guide me through a very tough decision. Monika is such a professional and knowledgeable event planner! She planned my wedding reception and it was beyond beautiful! The whole organization went so smooth, she really did an amazing job, took care of all little details! Amazing person and amazing planner! Hiring Monika is a MUST for all events! Monika planned my bridal shower and my wedding and they both were the most beautiful days that I will always remember. We worked with Monika for a wedding at the Pelican Club and we can't say enough about how wonderful she was to work with and how perfect the wedding was. She was kind, eloquent, knowledgable, and incredibly organized. She was attentive to every last detail while still maintaining a beautiful balance of warmth and understanding toward the couple, their guests, and all of the vendors. It seems quite a difficult task to manage such a large event so perfectly and to do it with grace but Monika excelled. Although my wedding hasn’t happened yet (11/7), I had to write this review for the amazing work that Monika and Boca Event Planning has done for me this far. The planning process is never easy especially with the crazy year that is 2020. Monika has helped me feel at ease and has been thorough in her planning process, thinking of things I would have never thought of. She has been quick to answer my texts, emails, calls, and make any changes requested. She has also offered such a great deal of her expertise, suggestions, and ideas that have helped us make the evening more cohesive and cost effective. Even with all the hurdles of this year, she has gone above and beyond in helping us make our vision come to life. We CANNOT wait to see it all come to fruition!

Everything about our wedding was absolutely beautiful, and a large deal of credit goes to Monica and her assistant with Boca Event Planning. The coordination of our ceremony was flawless, the timing was perfect, and the flow was beautiful. Boca Event Planning encompassed our vision and created a ceremony which touched not only both my wife and I, but each of our guests. It’s a week later and we’re still hearing compliments from family of how perfectly everything came together. From the coordination with vendors, the flexibility of our last minute rehearsal, the oversight of abiding by the current COVID-19 regulations, and all the small tips that made each moment even more perfect, Monica did an outstanding job coordinating our special day. I highly recommend Boca Event Planning. Monika is not only a wonderful wedding planner, she is an incredible person. Monika is smart, organized, thoughtful and super talented at everything-wedding related. She truly captured my vision for the wedding. She went above and beyond for us-- creating labels for our candles and creating the most beautiful itinerary for our welcome bags. Now that the wedding is over, we miss her bright light and we're looking forward to planning another event with Monika and her awesome team in the future.

Working with Monika was one of the best decisions I made prior to my wedding. We were sure when we first met Monika how amazing she was, not only was she knowledgeable about the industry but she was personable and kind, which in my opinion is a hard line to walk. Monika has a way of making you feel as though you’ve been friends for years and that is part of her magic. Our wedding date of 7/11/20 was one that gave us plenty of time to go through a natural timeline of when things should be happening and Monika was available each and every time I needed her but what do they say about life… you make a plan and it will conspire against it. The beautiful wedding we’d been planning would hang in balance as I faced a terrible health issue. In the blink of an eye, we went from having over a year to plan the wedding of our dreams to OMG we need to just make this official as soon as possible. The moment Monika learned of what was happening, she reached out and it made it that much clearer that she carries a different type of passion for what she does. Not only did she commit to making sure that we were going to make the absolute best of a horrible situation, but she made it clear that our contract was null and void, which meant that every single thing that she did for us, was done from a place of human compassion, such a rarity these days. While I was lying in a hospital bed unable to make any important decisions, Monika took the reins and boy are we glad she did. The miracles she was able to work in one week speak even further to the personal connections that she has with people. How she managed to secure an intimate dinner space for our closest family and friends and decorate it to perfection is still beyond me. Every detail from my custom bouquet, my husband’s boutonniere, photographer and a full complimentary wedding cake left us in complete and total awe of who she is as a person. She was even able to secure our very first dance at the restaurants piano bar at a moment’s notice. My husband and I were surrounded by the love and support that we so desperately needed and we cannot say enough good things about how appreciative we are to have had Monika be a part of our night. We are so glad we didn’t just allow our grief to rob us of a moment and that she was an angelic voice of reason in that area. There are dozens of event planners on this site, but you will be hard pressed to find a woman as astonishing as Monika. Your wedding day should be everything that you dream of, so the person you chose to help facilitate this dream is one of the most important decisions you will make. Chose passion over everything else.
