If I could give Bogath Weddings and Events 6 stars, I would. Jeanne and her staff are professional, honest, kind, and most of all experienced. Jeanne thought of every detail, every eventuality. Her knowledge and connections in the area of Long Beach Island and Ocean county are unmatched. She knows the pros and cons of every venue, every vendor, every crazy party/wedding activity idea you can think of, and she will listen to what your vision is and make it happen. Jeanne was a life-saver for our wedding celebration. I was overwhelmed with the management of it all. The tent would not accommodate all of us - Jeanne knew the company and had them return. She figured out a way to make it work beautifully. The transportation was booked - Jeanne made a few calls. We scheduled the perfect guest shuttle. Some of the vendors were not communicating - Jeanne acted as an intermediary. The food, the bar, the music, the table setup, everything turned out exceptional. It was a perfect day and we were able to actually enjoy it. We received countless compliments from the party-goers as well as from people just walking by! I highly recommend you contact Bogath Weddings & Events and allow yourself to fully enjoy your own celebration.

If I could leave more than 5 stars for Jeanne, I would! She made my wedding planning process so effortless and fun. She was so thoughtful, intentional, and incredibly organized with every single detail. My son was born in the middle of our wedding planning process and Jeanne did SO much work behind the scenes (along with my amazing mother) to reduce stress for me while navigating having a newborn and also planning a wedding. Jeanne truly went above and beyond her duties as a wedding planner. We love her and her team and truly consider her a friend at this point!

Jeanne and Corie were fantastic wedding coordinators who gave us help and advice whenever we needed it. They helped to make the planning process so much more manageable and ensured that we had the perfect wedding day. We highly recommend them and cannot thank them enough for all the help and support!

QUEEN JEANNE!!! My mom and I stumbled across Jeanne’s table at the LBI wedding expo in 2022, and while we weren’t in search of a planner, as my mom is quite type A, we stopped to chat with Jeanne for a while. We are so blessed to have found Jeanne and I simply can’t imagine planning a wedding without her. Jeanne is BEYOND organized. From organizing contracts, payments, to-do lists, seating charts, transportation schedules… you name it, Jeanne had it UNER CONTROL. I never felt rushed during our meetings, in fact, Jeanne always seemed as excited about our wedding as we were! Although my mom is organized, she isn’t the most tech savvy gal you’ll ever meet, so Jeanne came over to my mom’s house one afternoon to help to teach her how to use Aisle Planner (Jeanne’s planning portal). ABOVE AND BEYOND!! Jeanne KNOWS LBI and the vendors in the surrounding areas better than anyone else, which made coordinating the village it takes to plan a wedding a breeze. She was able to pull some strings and make things happen for us that would never have happened without her. On our wedding day, 100 things could have gone wrong and I would have never known because of our girl Jeanne. I didn’t know until the next day, but she SEWED MY DAD’S SHIRT the morning of my wedding because it ripped! Even though the team at our venue was amazing in their own right, having Jeanne there put my mind at complete ease and I was able to just ENJOY! Any worry I verbalized while getting ready (or throughout the planning process as a whole), Jeanne gently squashed and assured me that everything I was feeling was normal, but that there was no need to worry—and truly there was NO NEED TO WORRY. Don’t think twice, call Jeanne!

For anyone just starting out with their budget and planning a LBI wedding, I am telling you now to set the money aside to book Jeanne. She was worth every penny and then some. I have no idea what we would have done the day of the wedding without her. You never think your rain plan will actually be needed but it would have been a disaster without her. She was so organized and knowledgeable leading up to the wedding but also was able to manage what turned out to be a wash out of a beach day so well and professionally. We will never regret working with Jeanne and her team.

Jeanne and her team are the best! From the very start, Jeanne was organized, responsive, and an absolute joy to work with. Her guidance/knowledge of LBI and calming, positive energy made wedding planning a breeze. She also has incredible relationships with local vendors. Throughout the weekend, Jeanne managed all aspects of our wedding seamlessly (including coordinating last-minute changes due to the weather!), and everything ran so smoothly. I will admit, early on in our wedding planning I was not keen on hiring a wedding planner. This is mostly because I am very type A and like things to be done a certain way. Despite my hesitations, we booked Bogath Weddings & Events to support our planning efforts in the last 3 months prior to our wedding and I will be the first to admit what a FANTASTIC decision it was! Jeanne and her team took every precaution to bring our vision to life and ensure our wedding day was absolutely flawless, all the while, bringing the most can-do, positive vibes to the entire process. I never had to worry that things would get done, Jeanne was 100% on top of EVERYTHING, even the things I would have never thought of. Regardless how crazy of an idea we had, Jeanne was always confident we could make it work. If you are getting married on LBI or in the surrounding area, you would be hard pressed to find a better resource. When I say Jeanne knows LBI, I mean she KNOWS LBI. She had a connection for everything and if she didn't have the answer for something right then (rare) she was always quick to find out. We cannot thank the Bogath team enough for helping us to create the most fun/happy/relaxed/perfect wedding of our dreams!! Highly recommend!!

As a couple who had no idea what we wanted for our wedding, Jeanne was able to take our small ideas and turn them into something better than we could have ever imagined. Jeanne’s attention to detail and professionalism minimized our wedding planning stress so we could actually enjoy getting married. She is extremely pleasant to work with and I think that is reflected by how each of our vendors raved about her and how much fun we had with her in our planning meetings. From the earliest planning stages until our daughter's wedding day, Jeanne's guidance, expertise, calm demeanor and organization led to having a wedding that far exceeded our dreams. We had a large outdoor wedding which presented many challenges and Jeanne was able to figure out how to make everything work out smoothly - we could not have done it without her!

I don’t normally write reviews but just had to do one for Jeanne and her staff. From start to finish Jeanne and her staff were a dream to work with during the year ling planning and day of execution of our daughter’s wedding! She was extremely knowledgeable, organized and professional. On top of all the style choices, Jeanne kept track of all contracts, timing of payments, recommended outstanding vendors and was very easy to work with. After the year process we feel she is a friend of the family and will miss working with her! She planned our Welcome party for 100+ pp at 101 Centre in Beach Haven and it was just gorgeous! Everyone commented how wonderful that night was and couldn’t wait to see the wedding reception because of how beautiful the welcome party was! And Jeanne and her team did not disappoint! Little Egg Harbor Yacht Club was stunning with clear lit tents , farm tables, and lounge areas all decorated perfectly. We are still getting comments from members who stopped by to see it all . Day of Jeanne and her staff were there to make sure everything ran smoothly and my husband and I were able to just enjoy the day without a care in the world!. I can’t recommend her highly enough!!!

I could go on and on about how incredible Jeanne is! She planned our 250 person wedding on 9/17/2022 in Beach Haven, NJ on Long Beach Island, as well as the Wedding Welcome Party the night before, and she truly did a PHENOMENAL job! We could not have asked for a better wedding planner. We started working with her in June 2021 shortly after we got engaged and she helped us plan every detail perfectly. We had a tented welcome party for 100+ people the night before the wedding that Jeanne made sure was stunning. We also had a tented reception on our wedding day at the Little Egg Harbor Yacht Club, which required all furniture/details to be brought in by us. Jeanne handled all of the details meticulously and our wedding day turned out to be MAGICAL! She has great relationships with all of the local LBI vendors which is super amazing as well. We truly could not be happier with how our wedding turned out and highly recommend Jeanne for any and all weddings / events you have in your future!

There are too many amazing things I can say about Jeanne and her team at Bogath Weddings & Events. I don't live in the jersey shore area and planning a wedding from a distance was a challenge. Jeanne is incredibly knowledgeable of all the local vendors and venues and has strong relationships with them. This was instrumental in the success of my wedding! She is incredibly patient, responsive, and has an overall can-do positive attitude. I had a pretty specific vision of what I wanted my wedding to look like and Jeanne helped me achieve that vision, down to all the little details like unique napkins and glassware. On the day of my wedding Cori was my POC and she was also amazing. She was attentive, calm, and there when I needed her most! I truly don't know what I would have done without Jeanne and the team. THANK YOU!!

My husband and I are not exaggerating when we say that Jeanne was our lifesaver during wedding planning. After our venue recommended her, we hired Bogath Events for partial planning and weekend coordinating. We had already booked our venue and our vendors, but we had no idea just how much we'd come to need her. Between COVID-19 postponing our original date and THEN a fire in our apartment building that displaced us for more than 2 months right before our wedding, Jeanne really stepped up and made a nightmarish scenario feel like a walk in the park. She went above and beyond the call of duty, managing to successfully move 100% of our vendors to our new date with 24 hours of our postponement decision, and then she went way beyond her job description when our lives were chaos dealing with our apartment fire. She kept us organized during the whole process, letting us be involved in the things we cared about and taking off of our plate the things we didn't. When it finally came down to the wedding weekend itself, she outperformed even our wildest expectations. Everything went smoothly — not a single hiccup to note — and it was exquisite. Her knowledge of the LBI area and its vendors in particular is unmatched. Any couple getting married down the shore would be privileged to work with her. She's part of our family now, and I hope you make her part of yours!

Without Jeanne and Bogath Wedding Planning I dont think my husband and I would have made it through all of the planning. My wedding venue was very "do it yourself" so it was extremely helpful to have her there and to know what we needed to make our wedding day run smoothly. With having to reschedule because of the pandemic she was a huge help contacting vendors and helping me get organized for the new date. Any time I had even a little question, she would answer me right away and was always there to help. She kept me organized and she would check in every month or so to make sure I was on the right path to have everything done by the wedding day. I cant thank her enough for her support and help through the entire wedding process

I can't say enough amazing things about Jeanne. I had hired her all the way back in 2018 for our original wedding in 2019. Obviously those plans didn't work (hello pandemic) and we were forced to move our date, not once but twice. During this entire exhausting and stressful process, Jeanne was an absolute God send. She handled every little aspect of planning/organizing. From helping us choose great vendors, to organizing meetings, looking over contracts, calling us to discuss all details, and not to mention having to do this multiple times over. She covered everything. Jeanne is incredibly helpful, friendly, funny, and professional. I honestly could not have done any of this without her. She made my day absolutely perfect. Every detail was thought of, and every item was handled without me even having to think of it, and our day went without one single hitch. If you are debating on to either get a planner or deciding between multiple, Jeanne is honestly the only choice.

In September 2020 we started planning our wedding and soon became overwhelmed with the guest list count and all the tasks that were adding up. We ended up hiring Jeanne and hit it off from the start. Very friendly, funny, organized, quick to reply to emails, timeline driven, willing to facetime to discuss ideas, laid back - perfect for couples that are more laid back. Great thing we booked her because then we got hit with Covid and had to reschedule everything. She was a blessing in disguise contacting every provider regarding rescheduling and contracts. We barely had to handle any of that. We had guests send their invites back to her directly to enter into the portal, which was super time consuming and helpful since we were in the process of moving across country. She even saved all of them so we could read the cute messages from guests. The wedding was absolutely incredible and we truly couldn't have done it without the organization and planning from Jeanne. The only feedback I would have is to not take on too much next year. The reasoning for being so busy was absolutely because of Covid and you still somehow killed it, I just might recommend clearing one weekend before or after a wedding event so the full attention is on the one event AND so you don't burn out! Jeanne is without a doubt the best wedding planner ever!!! We could not have pulled together such an amazing and fun wedding without her and all of her wedding planning expertise. Jeanne helped us reschedule our wedding 3 different times due to Covid and each time she made it as stress free as possible, reaching out to all of our vendors for us and calming us along the way. Even with all the craziness of rescheduling and dealing with Covid, our entire wedding planning experience was enjoyable and that is all thanks to Jeanne. Jeanne and her team were absolutely amazing! Our wedding had a ton of moving parts, it was outside and during a very busy weekend for our location. And with all that she had everything down to a T, a back up plan for weather and a plan C just in case. She was always available to answer questions and stayed on top of the vendors to have everything run as planned. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone and everyone who is getting married. Jeanne is an absolutely WONDERFUL wedding planner and human. We hired her for full service wedding planning and it was the best decision we made. Here are just a few of the reasons Jeanne is so amazing. 1. Jeanne is so experienced with LBI weddings. She knows all of the vendors personally and knows the quirks of each venue. She has rain, wind, and high tide plans for each one! I brought in a few outside vendors from NYC and she helped me find them and negotiate contracts. If you are planning a wedding on LBI, you MUST book Jeanne! 2. Jeanne is incredibly dedicated and somehow finds the time to make herself very available to each and every couple. Over the 13 months that we worked together, she answered ENDLESS emails from me and was always available for a quick call. Jeanne will have your back 100% - we had a vendor that was not being professional. Jeanne had a private conversation with them, and from that point onwards the vendor was wonderful. 3. Jeanne has a wonderful vision and is also flexible and open to new ideas. There were multiple design decisions that I gave initial ideas for but ultimately left up to Jeanne because I knew she would pick something beautiful that I would love (florals, signage for the ceremony + reception, menu cards, candles). She always checks with you before making final decisions but 10/10 times she has picked something you love. She also loves when you bring in new ideas and will do everything she can to make them a reality. 4. Jeanne is incredibly organized and does not let anything fall through the cracks. My husband and I are in our medical training so did not have a lot of time to plan, and Jeanne made sure we were totally on track. 5. Jeanne handles day-of stress with grace and poise! On our wedding day the ocean tides were rising and we had to rearrange the chairs last minute for our beach ceremony, and Jeanne did it all seamlessly so I could focus on enjoying the day. There were also last minute changes in the bridal/groom party and Jeanne did not miss a beat. TLDR: Jeanne is the most talented, organized and dedicated wedding planner, as well as a wonderful friend, so do yourself a favor and book her now!

I am so happy that I worked with Jeanne for our wedding. Jeanne from hiring, to the morning after the wedding was there EVERY step of the way. She knows LBI better than anyone else, works great with everyone, and puts her couples at ease with any worries they may have. I was constantly surprised how happy I was after every planning call because any question / concern of mine just magically went away. Wedding weekend Jeanne was a superstar ... QUEEN JEANNE! She made the day go perfectly, checked in on what was happening (or wasn't happening), and made it near impossible to have any nerves. Her team is great and made the venue look like a dream come true. I had a large amount of stuff that I wanted to bring to the venue, from sailboats to bohemian mega rugs ... all to transform a nautical space. The set-up & layout of everything was amazing. Also, every relationship Jeanne has goes a long way - these people are great to work with. When I originally went to Jeanne, I had partial planning completed. I had chosen some vendors, and had a bit of a vision that I needed help executing! She helped turn a party into a wedding - and for this I am forever grateful. I will admit, I did want to throw a party, but I also wanted everyone to feel the love in the room that day. Weeks later, the love & detail is what all of my guests have been talking about!

I originally hired Jeanne for day of management, though she provided WAY more support than that-answering ENDLESS questions, pointing me in the direction of vendors that met my needs etc. When we had to make the difficult decision to postpone our wedding, Jeanne took all the stress out of the process and jumped on finding a new date that fit 95% of our vendors. Without Jeanne I don’t know how I would have navigated the postponement. Throughout our extended wedding planning process, Jeanne was always available to answer questions/address concerns and kept me on schedule. Our wedding venue involved multiple vendors and rentals and Jeanne coordinated this seamlessly. The day went off so smoothly and was so relaxing as I knew anything that came up Jeanne would know how to handle. Additionally, She coordinated with the florals/rentals to set up the most beautiful reception and ceremony. Throughout the whole process, Jeanne went above and beyond what I expected and truly made the whole wedding planning process easy and feel so special. While I am happy the wedding finally happened, I am sad that I will no longer be working with Jeanne. I would 100% recommend Jeanne to anyone!

Jeanne was absolutely spectacular. Not only was she a great planner, she was a great listener and friend. She went above and beyond any of my expectations to execute my dream wedding. She worked tirelessly with all my vendors to make sure my vision was achieved. She put up with an insanely busy couple and a very very anxious bride with ease. I will forever be in her debt for the amount of effort and love she put into making my day special and perfect. I am an absolute perfectionist and Jeanne still exceeded my expectations. She had fantastic vendor contacts and ideas. No thought that I had was shut down, she found a way to make everything work even in certain avenues she maybe hadn't had to explore before - like security. Honestly, no words can even come close to describing the amazing person she is and the amazing work she does but I thought I would at least try. She was more than a planner to me, she was truly a friend, and a lifesaver. If only she planned lives because I have found it hard to go without her after our wedding! If Jeanne and her fantastic team are any part of your special day, consider yourself well prepared and fortunate to have her by your side. Even her family had our backs, her husband Richie wheeled my grandmother down the isle! Even when the weather got in a literal uproar she never backed down and continued to execute a beach wedding to the fullest. She, her team, and her family, all have a heart of gold and her planning is the absolute best in the world. So thankful to have found her!!

Jeanne was instrumental in making our wedding planning process and day incredibly stress free. She helped with partial planning and coordination of both my wedding and our welcome drinks/rehearsal dinner. First and foremost, Jeanne is a wonderful sounding board and brings good knowledge of LBI area vendors that are great to work with and that she has collaborated with before. She helped us make decisions and was able to provide benchmarks of what costs were "normal" and within our budget. We had monthly phone calls where she let us know what had to get done that month, and was super responsive via email. She never lost her temper/cool and was the ultimate source of calm for us amidst a hectic process. She made our wedding welcome baskets, made calls to vendors to coordinate details and all the little things that you don't care to do yourself when you're getting married :) When people asked me if I was stressed about the wedding planning, I never said yes (in very large part to Jeanne!). She brought her team to our wedding day and I hardly had to lift a finger at all that day to ensure that it went smoothly. The day overall was absolutely beautiful and that is also thanks to Jeanne's aesthetic. Our only complaint is we are only getting married once and won't be hearing from Jeanne as frequently!!

I have only amazing things to say about working with Jeanne with Bogath Weddings and Events. I hired her for the full service wedding planning and I’m so glad that I did!!! In the time between getting engaged and the wedding, I graduated from my undergraduate program, applied to grad schools, tore my meniscus and had surgery, moved into a new house, and started my graduate program. It was a much busier year than I intended, but Jeanne helped to ease all of my concerns and made great decisions for me along the way when I had a lot on my plate and said things like “you know what I want just tell me what’s best”. We had several long phone calls going over appropriate details when different parts of the planning process came up, and Jeanne always made sure we were on time with things. I would absolutely recommend her business to anyone looking for some extra support in planning their next big event! She gets to know your style, works with your budget, and is just a nice person in general!

Jeanne was absolutely wonderful to work with, incredibly organized and knowledgeable about the best vendors on LBI. She planned our wedding with so much enthusiasm and attention to detail- and was easy going about accommodating our time zone challenges (my husband and I were planning our LBI wedding from Australia!) On our wedding day even my family kept remarking about what a wonderful planner she is. Cannot recommend her services enough!

Do yourself a favor and book Jeanne now! We cannot recommend her enough. The way we were able to experience our wedding was truly incredible because we were completely in the moment. Everything that might have caused us some stress before – weather, transportation delays, etc. – barely even affected us that day because we put so much trust and faith in Jeanne to keep the wedding running smoothly. We hired her 2 years ago and had most of our vendors hired, as well as the venue. She served as an amazing resource for planning, including helping us select the color scheme, and she even came with me to my first florist appointment. Jeanne’s thoughtfulness shines through in everything she does, including sending us a mini cake-in-a-jar with personalized forks to celebrate the “one year until the wedding” mark. Susan, her assistant on the day of the wedding, was also amazing and went above and beyond, including getting a few marks out of the train of my dress minutes before I walked down the aisle. All of our vendors enjoyed working with Jeanne as well and she made all of our lives a lot easier, which is all we could’ve asked for. Thank you Jeanne!

We worked with Jeanne for over a year on our LBI wedding, and I can honestly say that we could not have pulled it off anywhere near as perfectly without her. She was the best planner and a great match for us, especially in terms of her positive and upbeat attitude, her keen attention to detail, and her love of LBI and beach weddings. She thinks of EVERYTHING, always has a solution, is highly organized, and almost every vendor we worked with knew and loved working with her. I was in law school and taking the bar exam throughout the planning process, so I put a lot of trust in Jeanne when I couldn't focus on the wedding and it entirely paid off.

Jeanne and her assistant were incredible! She worked so hard to make sure everything ran smoothly leading up to our wedding day, and on the day of the wedding. Her personality is incredible- bubbly and positive- and she kept me calm and happy despite a few hiccups that were beyond our control. Jeanne also provided styling services and made every detail look cohesive and classy- all of our guests commented on how great every detail looked. Thank you, Jeanne!!

Jeanne was the life saver throughout our wedding planning process. Jeanne welcomed us over to her house for the first planning meeting where we had some wine and appetizers as we laughed a lot and were able to share with her our hopes and dreams for our wedding day. When we began planning, it felt like we had a 1,000 piece puzzle in front of us and did not know where to begin, and it felt like Jeanne welded the pieces together to make it a 20 piece puzzle. Jeanne took all of our hopes and ideas for our wedding and gave us options based off those, making it much easier to make decisions. Planning a wedding while working full-time is no easy task, and Jeanne took time out of her busy schedule to come to our home and spend late nights at our dining room table planning with us so we did not have to travel at all. We went over floral arrangements, seating charts, color schemes, and helped put together our invitations. Her advice on little things like font-styles, colors, type of paper to use, envelopes, in-season flowers, design of the different floral arrangements, giving us coupon codes to help us save money on votives and candles were beyond helpful and in the end saved us a ton of money!! Jeanne even assembled our floral arrangements, made beautiful handcrafted wooden signs for our venue, and dealt with all of our vendors to coordinate the timeline from the minute we woke up that day to the moment we left the venue. She was on top of everything throughout the whole planning process and when it came to the day of Jeanne showed us just how much she cared. Jeanne carved out time be at both houses where the boys and the girls were getting ready to make sure we had everything we needed and to get what we didn’t have. When I arrived at the church Jeanne greeted us with open arms and so much excitement. I was doing great as the procession began, but when my maid of honor began down the aisle my emotions began to overwhelm me and I started to panic. Flashbacks and memories poured through my head and I started getting light headed, my chest felt tight, my heart was racing, and I started crying on my dad’s shoulder as it was getting close to the moment for me to walk down the aisle to my best friend. Jeanne’s assistant took over the rest of the procession, as Jeanne was right there to get me water and give me the greatest pep talk. Jeanne wouldn’t let those doors open to have my dad and I walk down the aisle until I was good to go. Looking back on that moment truly shows how much Jeanne cared for me and how she runs with a heart of gold. Jeanne continued to make sure the rest of our day was just as we envisioned. Jeanne and Cori were the DREAM TEAM on my wedding day. I didn't have to worry about a single thing - it was the most fantastic feeling to just be in the moment! Even though I connected with Jeanne a little late in the game, she made me feel so at ease from day one, and helped me focus on all the aspects of my wedding that were truly important while drowning out all of the noise. She even dealt with a couple of crazy relatives (very well might I add) and did an amazing job with my decor. I definitely recommend her to any bride who wants a stress-free day!!!

As the mother-of-the-bride I had my hands full planning a 200+ guest wedding in Jersey for my daughter, who lives in Florida! When we first started planning my daughter asked if we should hire a wedding planner and I responded "No need - we can handle this!" Six months before the wedding, needless to say, I was feeling totally overwhelmed, wondering how I/ we were going to pull everything together. As luck would have it, Jeanne and I were sitting together on the bus for a school class trip talking weddings. By the end of the conversation, and with my daughter's approval, Jeanne was hired. The relief was immediate, as she began offering suggestions to organize every facet of the wedding, from our vendor list to finalizing the menu. Her attention to detail and calm approach made it possible for me to actually enjoy the process and tend to so many other elements. But it was on the wedding day that Jeanne was most invaluable. She was at our side every moment of the day, telling us "Not to worry" each time something unexpected came up or when something didn't go according to plans. A true defining moment of how valuable Jeanne is, was at the end of the cocktail hour. During the cocktail hour I was totally submersed in greeting all our guests, not even knowing where the bride & groom were. When the event manager announced it was time to line up for the reception, I realized I hadn't seen my daughter at all during the cocktail hour, feeling guilty that I wasn't checking on her to make sure everything was okay with her hair, dress, make-up, etc... Sure enough, there was a major issue with my daughter's dress, but no need to panic, as Jeanne had it all under control. Her presence during the reception was also invaluable. She worked tirelessly and graciously with the event managers and staff, as a true second pair of hands, to ensure my daughter and I could enjoy each memorable moment. My only regret is that Jeanne was not part of the planning from the beginning. Thanks in large part to Jeanne of Bogath Wedding/Event Planners, my daughter's wedding was a dream come true.

Hiring Jeanne as our wedding planner was the best decision of our lives. Even though I would consider myself an organized Type-A personality bride, I knew I wouldn’t be able to do it all. Jeanne was my missing piece. She went well above and beyond our expectations staying two steps ahead. Not only did she meet us for dinner in our hometown (more than an hour away), Jeanne opened her home to further discuss wedding timelines, vendors, décor, and what would turn out to be our spectacular floral arrangements. I showed Jeanne just one photo of a bridal bouquet and she recreated the look bringing my vision to reality. Jeanne’s beautifully structured floral designs were the talk of the night being there were over 20 centerpieces, 8 boutonnieres, 5 bouquets, 4 hand-held poms, and one gorgeous garland draped wagon for the 18 month old flower girl just to name a few. Her artistic background and attention to detail shined through right from the start of our special day with her perfectly hand-designed welcome sign at the entrance of the church. What no one tells you about is that emotional moment right before you walk down the aisle. Like rehearsal, your family, bridesmaids and maid-of-honor have began the procession. Although I held tight to my father’s arm, I felt anxious with a thousand thoughts running through my head. Wearing my heart on my sleeve, Jeanne saw me unfolding. She held the church doors closed for just a moment longer and gave me a calm, encouraging pep talk. Only until I was ready is when she had me begin my walk. Jeanne goes to all lengths to ensure your best interest is at hand. That alone is priceless. The reception went off without a hitch… Or at least that’s my perception of the day. Jeanne prides herself on identifying and resolving any potential issue without the knowledge of the bridal party and guests. Jeanne is undoubtedly a jack-of-all-trades, and is the wingman you need on one of the most important days of your life. I honestly cannot say enough about how much my husband and I (and our moms) love Jeanne. We first met with her about 11 months prior to our wedding for a meet and greet and to review our venue. Right from the very beginning, we knew that Jeanne would make our wedding perfect. We came to our initial meeting with a bunch of ideas, and Jeanne took them and ran. Her ideas blew us out of the water and really enhanced the vision we had for our wedding (the tandem bike she suggested we incorporate actually produced some of our favorite photos!). In the months leading up to our wedding, Jeanne stayed in touch- making sure our vendor list was complete and making some suggestions. As we got closer to the big day, Jeanne became invaluable. When you hear “day-of coordinator,” you are under the impression that the individual will help out with coordinating vendors and making sure everything looks pretty, right? Wrong. Jeanne was my go-to when I had even the most asinine questions in the months leading up to the wedding. Her response rate was incredibly quick, and I wholeheartedly trusted her answers and advice. We met with Jeanne again about a month before our wedding and really nailed down our vision for our wedding day. She helped us navigate through month-before stress and made my then-fiance and I feel confident that our wedding would be perfect (her day-of timeline and coordination with the vendors was phenomenal). Jeanne came to our rehearsal and made sure she had everything down pat, which made me feel substantially better since our priest was not the most organized person, and because we had a lot of last-minute changes. On the day of our wedding, Jeanne’s help and guidance calmed my nerves. She met with me, the bridal party, and my then-fiance, prior to heading to the church to set up our ceremony programs and make sure everything looked good. She also coordinated with our photographer to ensure everything was set. Our ceremony was stunning. Jeanne even recorded my walk down the aisle for my grandparents who could not attend. At the reception, Jeanne had the cocktail hour decorations set out exactly as we had imagined, and make sure our table decorations were also perfect. She coordinated everyone during pictures, and then helped out prior to the bridal party boarding a boat for our arrival. Once we arrived at the reception, Jeanne made sure our day-of timeline was executed exactly as planned (including ensuring family heirlooms were out for photos and then immediately returned to their owners for safety). I had no worries about people being where they needed to be, or ensuring that everyone was well-fed. When we ran out of champagne, Jeanne found some. When we didn’t have anything with which to cut the cake, Jeanne got us a knife. When my bustle became a mess, she literally sewed a new one onto my dress. She truly allowed us to fully experience our wedding with no stress. (Sorry for the rhyming). Our wedding would not have been as perfect as it was without Jeanne’s help. I cannot praise her enough. You will not be disappointed with her work. She truly is a blessing. I am now trying to find excuses to throw more parties down the shore so I can enlist her help again!

I hired Jeanne about 2 months before my wedding. I originally thought I was an organized bride and was just hiring her as a safety net for just that day. Even my future husband questioned my actions of hiring Jeanne when everything seemed figured out. Boy were we both wrong!! Jeanne and I met and walked around the Watermark in Asbury about a month before the wedding. Jeanne became my go to girl and a fairy godmother wrapped into one. First she organized and contacted all my vendors. She was available throughout the day for questions through text and/or emails. Jeanne is extremely detail oriented and because she just had a wedding of her own knew the items that might be forgotten on the big day. She created beautiful Instagram signs, bathroom signs, and a Jenga guestbook sign. She even surprised us on that day with a “Best Dog” sign for our boxer who attended the ceremony. She created bathroom baskets for those quick day of fixes and also found me the perfect basket for collecting the wedding gifts. This was all before May 15th happened. On the morning of the wedding, Jeanne arrived at 11am and helped me to relax while myself and my girls got ready. Jeanne then left to help prep and organize all the vendors arriving at the Watermark. A moment I clearly remember during the day is that I turned to Jeanne right as I was about to walk down the aisle and asked her the time. She replied “5:46…. Your one minute late now get moving”. Jeanne became a great friend during that month. She was there for me more than I could have ever imagined. Please do yourself a favor and hire Jeanne today. At the end of the wedding my husband (not being the most expressive person) stopped Jeanne in the hall and said “This might be weird but I’m going to hug you now. You made Alli so happy and relaxed.” And at the end of the night the first person I texted was Jeanne “Thank you so much for everything!!!! It was the best party ever and it really couldn’t have happened without you!!! I’m so happy right now!!!” If I ever renew my vows and have another party Jeanne will be getting another call from me. 5 Stars!!!

My husband and I were thrilled with Jeanne’s attention to detail and high level of professionalism. She often thought of details we had never considered and was constantly providing my daughter and I with beautiful creative solutions to the ideas we already had, but were unsure how to execute. Her artistic touch and her economic considerations were a god-send. On the day of our daughter’s wedding, she was spot-on. And it was all due to her high level of preparation. Jeanne’s ability to plan with our venue and our vendors was amazing. Her easy-going nature and quick sense of humor kept everyone on target and at ease. The day of my daughter’s wedding my daughter was relaxed and enjoyed every moment. No worries. And I didn’t do a thing… well, that’s not entirely true. I watched my daughter marry the man of her dreams, I didn’t lift a finger, just a glass (or two), I enjoyed watching my family join with another, party, and celebrate! It doesn’t get any better!
