The Centerpiece helped me with my wedding this past June. Brandi went above and beyond for us. Her eye for detail makes everything so unique. We are still getting compliments on the best wedding our guests have ever been too. This was a wedding only a girl could dream of and we owe it all to The Centerpiece!

Easy to work with and made day of wedding so easy and stress free for me. Had everything setup just the way I envisioned.
To say you don’t have staff to take a wall cover down then turn around and try to charge someone is not very reasonable. Not to mention the fit and door slamming that occurred in front of my wedding party and family. Which was not done in any rush. I was embarrassed for you. For someone who seemed so down to earth and reasonable how you conducted yourself was truly a disappointment. Sad to see the Potomac Manor a beautiful venue be overshadowed by someone like you.

In 33 years of providing services to clients, we unfortunately cannot please everyone. As you can see by our other reviews this is not typical for us.
I recall trying desperately to make this client happy, but will admit that she I found he...
r difficult to deal with. She has complained on other platforms about her DJ, and her caterer, so It seems that this Bride may not have been happy about many things on her wedding day.
I cannot speak to what she is talking about with the fit and door slamming. This does not sound at all like something I would do. I'm really sad that if I did something to offend someone, that it was not brought to my attention at the time. I would never do this on purpose. I have to think it was accidental and taken out of context.
Plus, I don't understand why 7 months after your wedding, your just now posting about it. I would have welcomed a phone call and an opportunity to discuss.
As you know, COVID has done some terrible stuff to all industries. The curtain was no different. It was supposed to have been left up for an event previous to yours, your event, and then one after yours. You made the decision last minute to not take it, so that left me to try and sort out how to do deal with it that since we had been and still are struggling with staffing issues.
There was not a charge, the curtain came down and thus I consider the matter a mute point.
I would hope that we would not be judged on this one review, but by the countless others that tell a different story!

I can't actually say enough good things about Brandi and Boise Events. In all seriousness, Brandi SAVED our wedding. I'm not sure what we would have done without her... but I know for a fact it wouldn't have been a gorgeous and perfect wedding, which is exactly what we got...
We began planning our wedding with Boise Events about 10 months in advance. We locked in a beautiful location in Idaho and each month we booked one or two more vendors. We were basically done with all the heavy lifting planning 6 months in advance and simply had to check off the minor planning tasks as we neared the big day. Brandi of course helped us with all of the planning, both big and small tasks, and always kept everything organized for us while we moved along. I feel she consistently gave good advice and listened to what we wanted. She really got to know as a couple and we got to know her. This resulted in a strong relationship built on trust and respect. I knew our wedding was going to be great largely because we had Brandi in our corner. And I felt this way BEFORE our wedding essentially blew up in our faces one week before our wedding...!
Yes, you read that right. ONE WEEK before our wedding, our beautiful venue CANCELED on us. If we had been planning the wedding ourselves, I legitimately don't know what we would have done. We didn't have the connections to pull off landing a venue with such short notice (and obviously all of the nicer ones in the area were booked). We had family and friends flying in from all over the country in a matter of days and our best laid plans just went up in flames. And while it could have been an absolute disaster, we actually had a whole new venue and plan 24 hours later. In 24 hours, Brandi saved our wedding. She booked me 3 appointments the very next morning and we were able to magically lock in another stunning venue. A lot of other things and details changed (vendors, menu, etc.) but Brandi helped guide us through it all like a boss. Brandi gets things done, period. So if you're looking for a wedding or event planner who will have your back and handle issues as the arise (no matter how extreme), I can attest that Brandi is your best bet.
We ended up having the perfect day and not one thing felt out of place. Pretty remarkable we can say that considering we had an entirely different vision of what our wedding would be up until one week prior to the big day. We have beautiful photos and a video that prove how wonderful the day was. And although those mementos don't show the chaos that ensued a week prior, we'll always know what happened...but at least we can laugh about it knowing that it ended up perfect anyways thanks to Brandi and her team.

There really isn't enough to say about Brandi and her team with Boise events. I would like to note that I was very intimidated by wedding planning as my parents lived out of town and my husband and I both work full time. Brandi made the planning SO much easier. She helped us start to finish and our wedding day was FLAWLESS! We are so grateful for all of the work that Brandi and her team did to make our wedding as perfect as it was! I would also like to add that she did our flowers as well; I gave her a few thoughts as to what colors/style I liked and she made THE MOST BEAUTIFUL bouquet. I would highly recommend Brandi and her team to anyone looking to have an amazing event at a competitive price. Thanks again Brandi :)
Very thankful to have had Brandi as our coordinator! She went above and beyond to make our day special. I had a vision for an outdoor wedding/reception at the end of September, but the weather took a turn for the worst about a week prior to the big event. Brandi worked hard to get a tent for the reception, and it turned out better than I could’ve ever hoped. She decorated it beautifully! All the guests kept complimenting on the decorations and how nice everything looked. She also did all the florals for the wedding. Centerpieces, ladder arbor, bouquets...everything. I was obsessed with my bridal bouquet and thought she hit it out of the park. I was absolutely blown away by it all and tried very hard to take it all in as much as I could. Not only was she amazing on the big day, she was also really pleasant to talk and meet with the months prior. Very organized and efficient. Handled the organization and communication with all the other vendors and the venue and kept everyone on schedule. I highly recommend Boise Events!

Brandi with Boise Events is the best! Brandi, Forest and her daughter made our wedding day the beat day ever. We weren’t sure if we could afford to have a wedding planner, but after talking with her we decided to splurge. And it was worth it! She made everything so much easier and less stressful. Brandi also did our engagement pictures and wedding pictures. We haven’t seen our wedding pictures yet, but our engagement pictures were so much fun and also beautiful! I’ve received many compliments about them. Overall, I highly recommend Boise Events, they did our planning, coordination, flowers and photos.

Looking back, it's laughable that we ever thought we could pull off this wedding without professional help. Brandi saved several aspects of our wedding on numerous occasions! Our wedding was absolutely full of issues caused by other vendors, and Brandi handled it all and a calm, professional manner. She was quick to realize when our caterer wasn't providing everything we needed, and she worked with our venue on making sure that the huge stuffed black bear that showed up would be removed in time for our wedding. She helped us find affordable vendors who were willing to travel to McCall with us - the DJ, bar server, cake, etc. We were on a budget, so this was greatly appreciated! I was having a terrible time doing this on my own, but she had numerous ideas for us right from our first meeting. All of the rentals from Boise-Events or elsewhere were completely managed by Brandi. We didn't have to worry about a thing - tables/chairs/silverware/plates - whatever it was, she took care of it!
THE FLOWERS! I had such a hard time deciding what I wanted, but after looking at some pictures online, Brandi helped me pick some gorgeous arrangements and bright colors. I was so stressed on wedding day about issues with our venue, but as soon as I saw those flowers my excitement about the day came back to me. She did a wonderful job.
We had our hearts set on an outdoor ceremony, but the forecast looked cold and rainy. She let us wait until about an hour before the ceremony time to officially make the call to have the ceremony indoors. Somehow, everything was prepared and perfect for us on time anyway.
The most incredible part of this all is her professional demeanor in such a stressful time for us. I know we kept changing our minds about things, but she never showed a hint of frustration towards us which was greatly appreciated. Thanks Brandi!!
Brandi was nothing short of amazing. We used Boise events for table/chair rental, linens, set-up, break-down, lighting, planning and day of coordination. We planned our Boise wedding from Virginia so having someone to handle all the small details was a huge relief. Brandi set up tasting with caterers for us and also connected us with our DJ and the person that did our cake. Brandi worked with us to make sure our vision happened the was we wanted it and Emily provided our day of coordination and helped us with rehearsal. Everything went off without a hitch and our wedding was absolutely perfect. Thank you Boise Events for taking some of the pressure off of me!
My wedding day was more than I could have ever imagined! Brandi and her team did an amazing job designing and setting up the venue the exact way I wanted it. Although I only hired her for the 30 day/ day of coordination, I felt like she was there for me every step of the way, as I planned my wedding. Brandi also did my floral arrangements for my wedding, and she did an amazing job! She was spot on at making perfect floral arrangements for everyone in the wedding party. I could not have asked for a better wedding coordinator. I would, without a doubt, hire Brandi again for any type of event coordination. She not only is amazing at her job, but she puts a ton of love and care into each event she plans.

We booked Boise Events because we live out of town and because of the positive reviews I read on TheKnot.com in November 2015. Over the last two years, my husband and I worked with Brandi in preparation of our August 2017 wedding. We used Brandi for planning, set-up/take-down, day of coordination, rentals and flowers. We enjoyed working with Brandi. She is very knowledgeable and provided several helpful referrals. The flowers for our wedding turned out better than I imagined. The centerpieces were a beautiful addition to our wedding and we got many positive comments from guests about them.
When I arrived a few hours before my wedding, Boise Events was setting up the venue beautifully and Brandi was available all day long to keep the schedule going. I especially liked that after she found out on our wedding day that our venue doesn't allow flowers on the ground, she still let us do a tradition from my husband's culture that involves kicking a pot full of flower petals.
Brandi also took care of purchasing our linens, and I found out after the wedding that she dealt with my color being unavailable by reaching out to past clients and even used some of her in-house linens to make sure I had enough in my color.
Brandi and the Boise Events team made our wedding day beautiful. Not only was the venue flawlessly decorated, but they ensured the day flowed smoothly. I never had to worry about guests, entertainment, coordination, or that I was forgetting to take care of something. Brandi even injured her ankle putting up decorations and still stayed with us on our wedding day. Is that dedication or what? Planning the wedding with Brandi helped shaped our dream into a reality. Imagine waking up 13 hours before wedding, extremely ill with an unknown kidney infection. You have to go to the ER 5 hours before the wedding starts. Laying there freaking out...meanwhile your planner/coordinator angel is keeping complete control of it all. Not only did the decorations and flowers exceed my expectations, Boise Events kept it all going beautifully while I was in and out of the ER. Working with Boise Events was wonderful from start to finish. Having a coordinator is worth its weight in gold. I have no idea what we would have done without them! I am so glad we went with Boise Events! Originally I worked with Brandi who was absolutely amazing to work with since day one and Emily was the one who was my day of coordinator. Emily and Beau absolutely knocked everything out of the park on our wedding day. Not only is Emily an absolute sweetheart but she gets the job done and doesn't take any BS. Her and Beau made all of my dreams come to life on our day and made sure everything ran smoothly. From the decorations to the processes, Emily and Beau were incredible in every aspect of our wedding. Our wedding day was so hot but they never skipped a beat and although they sweat their butts off, Emily made sure that we were happy with everything, made sure we had food, and made sure we had our drinks! I had originally decided to go with another well known planning group in Boise and was repeatedly disappointed in their lack of organization and professionalism. Brandi was the epitome of professionalism. After meeting with her she made it easy to decide to fire the other planning company and go with Boise Events for our wedding. Brandi knows what she is doing. She made me feel at ease and took almost all the stress out of planning. She walked me through a timeline and gave me homework and direction to stay on task. She helped line up other vendors for me and made sure the contracts were in line. She was easy to get in touch with and always responded quickly. My husband agrees that hiring Boise Events for our wedding planning and day of coordination was the best decision we made. I would recommend any bride in the treasure valley meet with Boise Events before going with anyone else for planning. Brandi will impress you and melt away your stress.

One of the best bonuses of going with Boise Events is the owner is a professional florist. I showed them s few photos of what I liked and left the rest and all the details up to them. She was able to get the look I wanted for a great price. It turned out beautiful.
Brandi and Emily have great style and I was able to trust them to make decor decisions to help make our decor and reception perfect. I wanted tall square hurricane containers for our candles and they ordered them just for our wedding. Boise Events made us feel like we were their main priority- not just another bride on their calendar.
We never thought we’d need a wedding planner, but then found we couldn’t live without one. And we will be forever grateful that we found Brandi and Boise Events. They helped keep us happy and sane in the 8 months we spent planning, they dealt with a venue that could be difficult at times, and they ensured our big day, everything from the rehearsal to the tear down, was nothing short of what we’d dreamed of. If I had more events I needed to hire someone for, Boise Events would be it, and I will always recommend them first when anyone is looking for wedding help.

Boise Events made our wedding beautiful, carefree and organized for our special day. Our courtship was short and we planned a June wedding the end of April. They were very helpful in directing us to a great caterer, providing flowers and decorating our venue. I would recommend Brandi as a very positive wedding planner. I appreciated her suggestions as well. We participated in a "shoe game" that was a huge hit for the guests. Great memories!!!
Brandi and her team did an awesome job making our wedding perfect. We are low-key and were not super picky, but it was important to us to have a really fun event that fulfilled our vision of a casual, rustic, intimate wedding in McCall. Boise Events did so well with everything for our wedding! The venue would cause problems then Boise events would fix the problems. They made beautiful flowers for our wedding, gorgeous decor, set up and tore down everything, coordinated the whole day, and provided the cake and cupcakes. The day was perfect and I felt so stress free. They brought my ideas to life and even surpassed them. I couldn't have done it without them!

We hired Brandi and Boise Events to help out with our October wedding. I didn’t feel stressed at all the day of the wedding. I felt like everything was in good hands. Brandi did not try to turn my wedding into hers. She accepted my ideas and gave me an honest opinion. A lot of planners try to make the decorations be mostly their idea or materials, Brandi did not push me into anything I did not like. She was able to help cut down on cost in certain areas. I would recommend Brandi and Boise Events to anyone who is getting married. My husband even said hiring her was probably the best move we could have made and he is a man of very few words.

"My daughter got married in October, 2015, at the Boise Train Depot. We originally planned on handling the decorating, coordinating, and rentals ourselves. When our flower arrangements fell through, we found Brandi Barnhart with Boise Events to help with the flowers. At our first meeting with Brandi there was an instant bond and we knew she would play a pivotal part of the wedding. She had beautiful pictures to show us of her previous work. She listened to our ideas and was excited to tell us her ideas as well. As a team we put together beautiful flower and center piece ideas. Each time we met she became much more than our "flower lady". She always had time to meet and responded in text or email in a timely manner. Brandi handled the table and chair rentals, found the best deal for us to purchase linens, and was our wedding coordinator as well. Brandi went to meetings with us with the DJ and other vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page. Our head count kept increasing and she adapted the seating and tables accordingly. She had the wedding day timeline flawlessly outlined. Brandi and her team attended the rehearsal the night before and together we got almost all the decorating done. They finished decorating and setting up the outside seating the day of the wedding and assured us they had it handled. We were able to relax and enjoy the morning of the wedding, knowing they had everything under control! The wedding day was completely stress free and went off without a hitch. Brandi was much more than our "flower lady", she was our angel!!! We couldn't have pulled off a flawless beautiful wedding without her help!! I really loved working with Brandi and Robert. They were easy to work with and provided us with a lot of great information when it come to figuring out how photography was going to fit into our big day. Our pictures turned out absolutely gorgeous and I love going through them. Brandi also did the flowers for our wedding and they turned out even better than I pictured them. They were a beautiful addition to our wedding. I highly recommend Boise Events for your wedding needs!
I had Brandi do all the flowers for my daughter's wedding. The were gorgeous. She also handled same day coordination. Everything ran smoothly and I did not need to worry about anything. Her services are superior. I would definitely recommend her to anyone for her services.

BB's Weddings & Events was the best choice we made in terms of our wedding! Brandi was our coordinator, florist, and photographer, along with her husband and incredible crew. The flowers were gorgeous and absolutely perfect. The photographers were awesome to work with and everything about the day went off better than I could have imagined, thanks to BB's Weddings & Events. Brandi helped us plan things about the wedding that we wouldn't have even thought of until we realized it was too late. Brandi was so wonderful to work with, and was a HUGE help in coordinating so many of the details of my wedding. Also, the flowers were absolutely beautiful! The bouquets tied the look of my wedding together perfectly. Brandi's creativity, vision and experience were excellent. Initially her service was satisfactory. She offered me her day of coordination service, which I accepted. We set up a meeting at our venue. Not only was she several minutes late, she also showed up to a country club in her workout clothes and with her husband. After our meeting, I found some decor for a mantle we needed to decorate. I emailed her to see how much it would cost to purchase 2 bouquets. This was the email response I received "1 dozen roses on each side of the mantle, in your vases would be about $95.00 total. I don't really think a few dozen roses on the mantle is going to look that great. Especially if you have large cylinder vases that you are going to already have up on the mantle. If you are not interested in going with my original plan for the mantle, then lets just leave fresh flowers out of the occasion. I'm not in this thing to sell you just anything, I want your wedding to look nice. If your not willing to spend the money to do what looks nice, than I would rather not put flowers on the mantle. My reputation is at stake and if it won't look nice I would rather not have any part in decorating it."

I don't understand how I would be ruining her reputation since she was only to be my day of coordinator. And to say I'm not willing to pay the money to make my wedding look nice! I responded with a professional email stating that I was offended & maybe we had a misunderstanding on what her services included. Unfortunately she didn't respond with an apology email, but instead with a list of duties included in her services(including only setting up decor we purchase/rent through her). I decided to just use her as my florist, because our venue was already doing the duties that she had listed.
We exchanged several other emails. One of which she stated she picked up another wedding for her day of coordination service since we had "terminated" her service. However, several emails later she said she needed to know what time to deliver our flowers & decor, because she needed to set up an appt with another potential client. It became apparent she was lying to me for no reason. First stating she was doing another day of coordination service, then saying she was meeting up with another potential client.
The day of our wedding, she set up another meeting w/ a potential client from 1-4, so she had to deliver our flowers & set up decor either before or after (which wasn't going to work as we couldnt set up our ceremony until 5 & I needed my flowers at 330). I felt this was extremely unprofessional, as we had our wedding scheduled with her a yr prior.
I was very unimpressed with our flowers. The FOB & groom boutonnieres were tiny. The mother's corsages were super tight around our petite mom's wrists. I could have done a better job with my bridal bouquet.
I think the cherry on top was when I received an email from her asking for me to review her. Instead of writing a bad review, I was courteous & wrote a personal email with my concerns. It has been a month I havent heard a response from her. Even if she disagreed with me, an apology email would've been nice. I worked with some awesome vendors, however, I would NEVER recommend Brandi! When the paying customer feels like they are the one having to be professional to maintain a good working relationship, that does not make for a good business
