We are so happy we went with Bokay Boutique for our wedding!!! The flowers were GORGEOUS—I got so many compliments about them. I wanted wildflower-looking bouquets and she nailed it, better than I could have even imagined! She also worked with my budget and was super flexible when I changed my mind! :) I would definitely recommend her to everyone!

Cristina is an awesome person to work with! I showed her pictures on pinterest i wanted my flowers to mimic and she was knowledgeable on the types of flowers so I could get exactly what I wanted. She was SO patient with me when I changed my mind a couple times throughout the process. She was very respectful of my budget I wanted to stick to and she made my vision come to fruition! Cristina was amazing throughout the entire process! I literally know nothing about flowers, and on our first meeting I just showed up with a few pictures and a color scheme. She spent so much time recommending flower types and bouquet options that were well within my budget. She gave me an estimate within the next few days and I was perfectly happy with it. A couple of months before the wedding, we were stressing about our budget and wondering where we could make some changes. I contacted Cristina and asked her if there was anything we could do to get the price down a little. Honestly, it wasn't high to begin with, but we figured we see anyways. With a few changes in flower selections Cristina was able to get the price down and saved us almost $200. On the wedding day, Cristina delivered the flowers to the agreed location at the exact time she stated she would be there. The flowers looked great! And, thanks to Cristina's flower recommendations for our outdoor ceremony (she specified which types of flowers don't do well in heat), the flowers looked beautiful all day long! I have actually already recommended Bokay Boutique to 2 of my close friends, and I will continue to do so! I want everyone to experience great service and beautiful flowers for an extremely reasonable price!

Cristina was such a pleasure to work with. She was incredibly enthusiastic and knowledgeable about so many flower varieties, combinations, etc. I did not have any specific requests in mind when I met with her, and she helped me pick out a bunch of different flowers for our bouquets, that turned out to be so beautiful and vibrant! She also made us an arrangement for our ceremony arch, and let me order a bunch of loose flowers for our centerpieces. She was more than willing to help me stay within a certain budget, and did not ever come across as being pushy. She helped me select a gorgeous combination in different price ranges to get the best value. She was responsive, prompt, and professional. What really stands out the most though, is you can tell that she really enjoys what she does, and that is very refreshing!

Words cannot describe how beautiful our flowers were for our wedding!!! They were absolutely stunning!!! Christina is truly talented and very responsible pricing!! She does not brake the bank, but makes it look like you do, which is very helpful when paying for a wedding! Thank you so very much for everything along with our center pieces, everyone LOVED them including Alex and I!!!!

Cristina was wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable about flowers and bouquet styles and her prices were reasonable. She met with me multiple times and was very patient when I changed my order. Everything arrived on time and all the flowers and everything she arranged were beautiful! We even ordered bulk greens for the reception decor and there was plenty for decorating! The flowers and the greenery we got from Cristina made our wedding stunning and the wedding of our dreams! Cristina is completely amazing. I gave her my ideas and she gave her honest opinion in the sweetest way. We knew right off the bat, that Cristina was our girl. The price was affordable and she worked so well with us. I asked her opinion, she gave me tips, and trusted her one hundred percent. I even asked her to add her creative touch. The arrangements were perfect, and I mean perfect. She even got me the flowers she thought she couldn't get! The flowers came on time, and were arranged perfectly. Cristina was absolutely worth every penny I paid her. She stuck to my budget and over delivered. The flowers were fresh, and beautiful, nothing was broken or damaged. She actually surprised me on how BIG everything was. I figured with me being on a budget that I was going to have to sacrifice on something, but I got the flowers I wanted at the price I could afford, and they were fuller then I could imagine. She provided 11 boutineers, 4 bouquets, 6 corsages, 10 centerpieces, head table, and some ceremony flowers for me. She was easy to work with and very communicative throughout the whole process. I got screwed by another florist, so she helped me plan my flowers in less then 1 month, and was very flexible with changes and made plenty of suggestions and found flowers that would fit my feel. I received so many compliments on my flowers on how beautiful and full they were. I highly recommend Cristina for your flower needs, and I'm recommending her to everyone I know.

I chose Bokay Boutique for my florist. The owner Jamie is SO accomadating and responsive to all of my requests. The prices were completely affordable, and she made my wedding so SO beautiful!!

Think twice before using Bokay Boutique!! (owner, Jamie Venable). We went with BB upon recommendation from a friend. The owner, Jamie, was the person we worked with (It is my belief she is the solo florist at BB) Jamie and I had agreed on all of the flowers (we only used her to do our bouquets, bouts and corsages) days before the wedding in specific detail.. even exchanging photos so that there would be a clear understanding of what we wanted for our flower selections/design. What we received the day of our wedding was far from what was represented. She made my bouquet with dark pink poenies (I had specified the pale, pale pink ones). My bouquet looked like something a child would carry (color and size wise).. It was not much larger than a volleyball. For $140, i certainly expected better sizeability! My 2 attendants bouquets were brown and dying upon delivery (they primarily consisted of green hydrangeas). Last, 4 of the 6 bouts she made fell apart upon pinning them on (one was my husband to be's bout). By the time all of this happened, it was far too late to contact the owner to remedy our issues. A few days after the wedding, she made an offer of $55 of the total of nearly $400 (we requested a 50% refund) as and for compensation for the less than professional job she did on our flowers. She told us that that that was her "final offer" and that we would have to take her to court before a magistrate before she would negotiate more. No way it is worth the time, my energy, and any more of our money to get our point across. It appeared as though she had basically "given up" on our order (she had complained that she had 2 other weddings the same day as ours and that she had been up til 4am finishing up). My mother, sister and others commented at what a skimpy presentation the flowers were. She was fairly pleasant to work with in the planning phase but was an absolute nightmare to deal with when I confronted her with our complaints about her shoddy work. With all time and money that went into the planning and wedding itself, her work was the only (thank goodness) that was substandard. My husband and I are just not willing to continue to chase her anymore, or spend another single dollar, for what we feel would be fair compensation. Bad Karma, bokay boutique. Just beware... If people (myself and others) are spending time posting less than complimentary reviews that is a huge indicator! Jamie got off easy when we made the decision not to pursue a legal remedy (my husband and I are both self employed attorneys and know from experience who and what is worth pursuing and $500 isn't woth it) but one of these days she won't be so lucky.

I went with Jamie from Bokay Boutique because I read she was flexible and affordable. After all is said and done it was not worth the money I thought I was saving. She works out of her home and is majorly over extended (she had 3 other weddings on my wedding day). She called me with less than 30 minutes before I was walking down the aisle to ask if one of my bridesmaids would take her decorations home because the venue I choose would not allow her to leave her items there overnight. She was aware of the need to pick up her items the evening of the event well ahead of time, but still pushed this request on me last minute. Then there were no flower girl petals and again 30 minutes before I was walking down the aisle I had to disassemble my toss bouquet to use the petals for the flower girl basket. She did not hand deliver the bridal bouquet of bridesmaid bouquets to us instead she left them at the reception hall for me and my bridal party to frantically try and track down minutes before the wedding. Later on I found out that she did not even hand out or pin on the grooms and groomsmen boutonnieres. The groom’s boutonniere was not different in any way from the other groomsmen (which is something we discussed) and the grandparents and mother and father on both sides were not given their boutonnieres or assisted in pinning them on either. The lack of communication and the poor effort from this vendor was very disappointing. I also had spoke with her about a few other things that didn’t play out like they should have, for example the center pieces were not nearly as large or as grand as we had discussed and they were missing one of the main elements to them, the crystals. Luckily she was able to supply these to us last minute but not without a huge price increase due to what she claims was miss communication on my part. She also complained to me about how tired she was since she had to do so many weddings that day and would come back out only after she ate dinner, with less than a half an hour to go before the wedding started. Another disappointment was that my bouquet was supposed to have pearl pins throughout it and sadly it did not. Lastly she claimed there would be extra flowers that she would be able to lay on the cake table instead of paying for an additional arrangement (she stated she always orders extra flowers in case something happens to some of them) and this too did not happen. While my husband and I were on our honeymoon she continually emailed me for the remaining balance for her time and gas to come back out and add crystals to the center pieces (an addition that I assumed was already included in the center piece as discussed during out consultation). I just didn’t feel comfortable or special dealing with her on the wedding day and she defiantly did not go above and beyond for me. I wouldn’t recommend her and in the future I would hire a professional who knows how to make a bride feel at ease on her wedding day rather than calling minutes before she is going to walk down the aisle to arrange for someone to take home her vases and such.

Jamie was wonderful to work with. She is very talented and professional. My emails were responded to very quickly. Jamie used my ideas and her creativity to come up with some unique designs. We had so many compliments on our floral arrangements and I highly recommend Bokay Boutique!

My flowers were gorgeous! She was very easy to get a hold of as I had some last minute changes. I had a flower girl drop out and one of my grandmothers passed and she came up with the idea of a memory vase for our passed loved ones which was gorgeous! She also delivered the bouquets in vases that made gorgeous decorations. Loved her! A+!!
