I don't even know where to begin. Lori is exactly who you want on your side when you're planning a wedding, especially in this insane COVID/post COVID world we're having to live in. She is unbelievably knowledgeable and detail oriented. You are in such good hands when you're with Lori. We were one of the many couples who had to reschedule our wedding due to COVID and Lori made such a sad and difficult time as easy as it could be. She coordinated rescheduling with all of our vendors. We had to cancel like 1 month before our wedding so everything was pretty set in stone and we were worried it was going to be a nightmare to coordinate with all of the vendors. I honestly cannot imagine having to do all of that without her. As for the day of the wedding, Lori made it so we didn't have to worry about a single thing. She was the contact person for all of our vendors and transportation and everything went so smoothly. We love Lori and cannot recommend her enough.

Lori was AMAZING during our planning process. She guided us through everything, and took so much stress and worry out of the wedding planning process. We often referred to her as our “weighted blanket” because she made us feel relaxed and secure through the whole thing! I’ve seen so many other people with loads of stress right before and on their wedding day, and Lori made sure everyone and everything was taken care of and everything ran smoothly. I absolutely cannot recommend her enough! 6/5 stars!

Working with Boldly Chic Events was hands down one of the best decisions we have ever made. Our planner, Megan, was incredible - she is thorough, knowledgeable, a passionate advocate for her clients, and she went above and beyond our expectations. Planning a wedding is not easy, let alone a wedding scheduled for April 2020 as the pandemic began. Megan held our hand the whole way through, helped us reschedule and plan a small, intimate ceremony a month later, and made sure our special day remained so. We are so grateful for her and Boldy Chic for making our dreams come true. While our original plans didn’t work out, our wedding day is still a day we will never forget not only because we said “I Do” but because Megan was there to celebrate with us and made sure our day was perfect. The best part is that we gained a lifelong friend through this process and we truly don’t know what we would have done without her. Her flexibility and support throughout was unparalleled - she was always an email or a phone call away. I couldn’t recommend Megan and Boldly Chic highly enough!

Choosing Lori from Boldly Chic to plan our June 2019 wedding in Manhattan was HANDS DOWN the best decision we made in the entire wedding process. We knew that we wanted to hire a wedding planner and while meeting with Lori we immediately connected with her and hired her to be our wedding planner. From that point on she was an absolute godsend. She helped us scout venues so that we found the perfect venue and made sure that we booked AMAZING vendors!! She also really made sure to listen to our feedback so that we were really happy with all of our choices, no matter how picky we were! Once we chose vendors, we had very little else to worry about!! Lori communicated and coordinated with all of the vendors so that everything flowed seamlessly and we could just show up to meetings and pick what we wanted without having to worry about communicating with everyone! Lori also did an unbelievable job in making our wedding vision come to life. While we had a general idea of what we wanted, Lori had the best ideas that we would have never thought of so that our wedding was above and beyond what we could have even imagined!!! On the day of our wedding, Lori had everything planned perfectly such that we had no worries about where we were supposed to be or what we were supposed to be doing! We and our families were just able to completely enjoy the day knowing that Lori and Megan were taking care of everything! We even had a day-of guest change and I told Lori not to worry about the seating cards because they had already been printed so I knew we couldn’t change it and instead she told me that Megan would calligraph the changes so that no one would even know the difference!! Like I said, above and beyond!! The day was absolutely the best day of our lives and would not have been so if we hadn’t made the decision to hire Lori and Boldly Chic. Long story short – HIRE LORI AND HER TEAM!! You will not regret it!!

Lori and her team were an absolute Godsend to me throughout the planning process! Hiring Boldly Chic for our month-of coordination was the best decision we could've made during our wedding planning process. Lori was so respectful, and made sure she understood all of my wants so that she could represent them clearly to all of our vendors. She truly took a physical weight off of my shoulders in the final month. I'm positive there are things that went wrong on our wedding day that we never knew about because she just handled it! The BCE team is extremely detail-oriented, in control, and truly care about their couples having the best day ever. Everyone needs a Lori in their life, and I would recommend this one to any bride-to-be!

When we began planning for our June 2019 wedding with a guest list of approximately 300, we were on the fence about whether we needed a wedding coordinator or not. Boldly Chic Events was one of the BEST decisions we made for our wedding. We chose Boldly Chic Events' Month-Of Wedding Coordination package and had Megan Painter as our lead wedding planner. Even though we had a "month-of" package, Megan was immediately available to us upon booking via email for vendor recommendations, guidance, and advice. All the vendors they recommended, and we booked turned out to be excellent. I greatly utilized the custom, month-to-month planning timeline Megan created to keep me on track making sure I completed planning items at the appropriate times for the wedding. Megan attended our planning meeting with our reception venue and was CC'd on our various vendor planning emails. It was a relief having an experienced set of eyes reviewing contracts and emails…any concerns she saw she voiced them to me right away. It was a seamless transition passing any remaining coordination and all vendor confirmations to her the month before the wedding. She, and her two assistants, the day of the wedding made sure we were running on schedule, coordinated all vendors, handled all behind the scenes coordination and issues, transported all items to the church and reception hall, set up items per our diagram at the reception hall, and loaded up gifts and our personal items at the end of the night. It was the best money I spent on the wedding hiring Boldly Chic Events! I cannot imagine having a wedding now without a planner like Megan! I highly recommend Boldly Chic Events!

Christine from BCE was an absolute godsend during our wedding planning. Having just moved to the Indianapolis area when we started planning, we didn't know anything about venues or vendors in the area. From the moment we sat down with Christine and Lori, we knew they were the team for us. Christine created the perfect planning package for us, giving us customized recommendations and easy access to her, then taking over everything the month of. She was super fast to respond to every communication. She was organized (our day-of schedule was broken down to 15 minute blocks during some parts of the day!). She effortlessly wrangled vendors that had been previously slow to respond. She kept us updated without drowning us in unneeded detail. The day of our wedding, she was calm and reassuring. She navigated a delay in our start time with sensitivity toward our family while still advocating for what we wanted. Even our family and bridal party commented on how wonderful she was. I've repeatedly told friends and family that hiring BCE and the peace of mind they gave me was the best money I spent on my wedding. Christine and her team were exceptional to say the least.

Christine was more of a fairy godmother than a wedding planner. She was absolutely incredible and I will never forget her. She was extremely professional, organized, and detail oriented. All of our wedding party loved her. Boldly Chic is the best at what they do. I will be recommending them to anyone planning any type of event. Cannot thank them enough for making our day something beyond anything we could have imagined!

Christine and Karastyn were AMAZING!! Christine was our lead planner and helped us out with so much to be ready for our day and Karastyn was there for rehearsal/day of and helped everything run so smooth. I can’t thank them enough for everything they did leading up to and during our big day. As with every wedding there were a couple hiccups (out of their control: outdoor ceremony planned and it was pouring, etc.) not only did they have a solution for every problem they ensured I was stress free, happy, and everything was perfect. So so nice, accommodating, and seriously experts in the field. You need them for your big day!!! I can’t imagine how things would’ve went without them, so grateful!

The team at Boldly Chic Events exceeded our expectations! They were our day of coordinators and assisted with the planning 30 days out from the wedding. When it came to planning the wedding I was always hesitant in relying on other people but I did not have to worry about that with BCE. They were quick to respond to any and every question, very professional, and extremely easy to work with (and fun!). The checklists and itineraries they put together for me made everything that much easier for myself and even my wedding party/family. My big day ran so smooth with no stress at all and I have BCE to thank for that! I would recommend them with no hesitation!

I cannot stress enough how stunning my day was thanks to Lori. We interviewed several planners in the area as we were looking for full planning services for a large, black-tie, ballroom wedding in downtown Indy in the spring, and from our very first meeting, we knew Lori and Boldly Chic Events were IT. Full stop, end of searching, hire them. Lori takes the time to get to know her brides (a HUGE plus), identifies and delivers smart, spot-on suggestions for vendors, is worth her weight in gold when it comes to negotiating on your behalf based on those vendor relationships, has honest answers about what she thinks will work for your wedding (color scheme, touches/details, flow of the day, timeline, etc.), produces a "Bold Board" that serves as road map for your big day, and takes care of every single infinitesimal detail along the way. She is a true master from the brainstorming/planning process all the way up until your big day and into the night. Lori and her team were always there to guide us. Lori was extremely accessible and helped keep our day running smoothly. I am, admittedly, a type-A person who struggles with giving up control on things. With Boldly Chic, I never worried, and that's truly saying a lot. When you want something to be perfect, trust me, Boldly Chic will make it PERFECT. Trust Lori's years in the wedding/event planning business and she will not lead you astray. She and her team of planners are the epitome of professionalism; these women are so smart, so fun, and so engaging. We recently received our photos, all of which captured the brilliance and precision of BCE's work, and we were taken aback by how perfect the day was. Lori and Christine deserve all the praise in the world. You guys. They are phenomenal. They took ALL of the stress out of my wedding day. If something went wrong, I didn't know a thing about it. They are fun, creative, hilarious, and so darn talented. They are perfectionists...which is exactly what you'd want from someone planning the most memorable day of your life. Their attention to detail is truly top notch. I am still getting compliments on my wedding, and I truly give all credit to these two. And on top of all of this, they are the type of girls you just want to hang out with. Fun, energetic, and always making you laugh. I adore these girls!

We had the best wedding - and none of it could have happened without Lori and her team! This was a "destination" wedding for all of us and even without local connections, Lori did everything she could to make sure the event was spectacular. She researched vendors, gave up a non-wedding weekend with her family for a planning visit with us and our parents, and managed every detail before and during the wedding. Emails and phone calls were returned quickly - and thoroughly. I loved being able to hand over all of the "stuff" on wedding weekend - and just enjoy the experience. In addition, Lori went above and beyond to help my MIL with the last minute details of the welcome reception. Lori got to know us and delivered an event that exceeded all of our expectations. I truly appreciated her eye for design (purple sequined cocktail table linens FTW) and her superior organizational skills. There is absolutely no one else I would have trusted with our big day!

Really unfortunate experience. In short, I was on constant damage control cleaning up messes they left behind. For example, I got the final bill from my caterer which was almost double the amount it was supposed to be. So as I was talking to the caterer to work it out, they told me how they wanted to quit my wedding because of what a nightmare Christine and Lori are to work with. They explained the increase in price was due to a lot of unnecessary things Christine and Lori wanted to add to the bill. On top of that, my MOH had to tell them to back off in the middle of my wedding because they were being rude to our photographers. It is so unfortunate because they seem so sweet and professional, but I found out the hard way that it is not the case.

Christine from Boldly Chic Events planned the most beautiful wedding for us! She was so attentive to making the day exactly how we wanted. Christine responds to emails incredibly quickly (almost lightening speed!) and is always professional and organized. We felt so at ease on our wedding day because Christine coordinated the details and vendors so perfectly. We highly recommend Christine to plan any and every event! In short...... She is absolutely fantastic!

Hiring Christine and the Boldly Chic Events Team to plan our Indianapolis Central Library wedding was the absolute best decision I made in planning our wedding. Christine was incredibly organized and kept our planning on schedule, ensuring we got our first choices in vendors. We planned Indianapolis wedding from our home in Seattle, and Christine's responsiveness and flexible communication made long-distance planning as easy as possible. All of our guests raved over how beautiful and fun our wedding was and this is thanks in large part to Christine and her incredibly professional team. I would have been lost if I didn't have Lori and her team on my side throughout my wedding planning process! Her experience and suggestions were extremely helpful, and I love that she was always so upbeat and positive all the time. The moment I showed signs of stress, she immediately jumped in and assisted in even more ways than she was already doing! The ladies at Boldly Chic Events are AMAZING!! I went into their studio knowing exactly what I wanted, for the most part...a rustic barn wedding...and the ladies of Boldly Chic made it happen!! Lori, the owner, was actually out of town for my wedding date, but paired me up with her wonderful assistant, Christine. Even though Lori was not able to be my main planner, she was always available to answer questions and give me ideas, and Christine went above and beyond her calling!! Any time I had a question or concern, Christine put me at ease...and answered all phone calls/emails within hours (or by the next day at the latest). In the end, my rustic barn wedding, was stunning and everything that I had hoped it would be and MORE!! I had a vision and wanted to create a lot of the details myself...a couple of days before the wedding I brought in box after box of everything I had created and wanted to use for the big day. When I walked into my reception, I was blown away!! Everything was set up exactly how I wanted it without me even telling them exactly where I wanted everything placed. They just knew what to do!! These ladies are amazing and I would highly recommend them to any bride getting married in the Indy area. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

Lori and her team were there for me every step of the way! She helped me narrow down the numerous choices for every part of the wedding process.
