I had an incredible experience at Bon Bon Belle! Ashley was the individual who helped me find my dress and I was extremely pleased. She was professional, kind, was mindful and listened to what I liked and did not like, and she made me feel comfortable. I also appreciated that she was invested in my experience, did not make me feel rushed, and was not forceful about the purchase. I ended up purchasing my dress that day because of all those reasons and because I absolutely loved the dress! I would highly recommend Bon Bon Belle!

I bought my dress in May 2023, the location is easy to find in Burlington, WI. They met my high expectations in what I wanted in a dress. When I first visited Bon Bon Belle, I brought in a list of designer dresses that I saw they sold online. Gloria took my list and found a majority of the dresses on the list. She was respectful of my budget, but if she knew a dress was above my budget she would ask if I would still want to try it on rather than just putting it away. Afterwards she took the styles I liked and did not like and placed them in order. What I enjoyed the most is that I was not rushed or pushed into buying a dress I was not 100% sold on. My perfect dress was simple but elegant, and we added a belt to it. When I tried on the dress I had a moment because I knew it was the one, and she made me feel beautiful and at ease. Then when I walked out, I had a moment with everyone that came along, even my future mother-in-law saying that it was the dress she could picture me marrying her son in. I purchased the storage package and everything about the entire process was as easy as it could be. Especially with having to pick it up and drop it off with alterations. It worked out perfectly as well with being able to pick up the dress right before the wedding. Thank you Bon Bon Belle for helping me say yas to my dream dress!

I thought I had my dress picked out prior to stepping foot into Bon Bon Belle salon and boy was I wrong! I found the dress of my dreams, and it wasn't even one I had in mind prior to my appointment. My consultant listened to my wishes and pulled out the most perfect options, and ultimately the dress I walked home with. I am so pleased with my experience!

I bought my wedding dress from Bon Bon Belle on June 22nd and let me just say, what an AMAZING experience. I was given an adorable space for myself and my 8 friends and family. We were given a collection of different bon bons to sample (though I forgot to try them :( ). My stylist was so kind, knowledgable, and prepared for everything I was looking for. I had high expectations of BB3 before I went, and somehow they were still exceeded. If you follow them on Tik Tok, just know the store and experience is 100% more amazing in person than it is online, which I didn't this was possible! My dress is ~stunning~ reasonably priced, and not a terribly long wait for arrival. After being pampered after saying yes to my dress, I cannot wait to return to try on MY dress and say yes to a veil!

I got my dream wedding dress from Bon Bon Bridal. I had the best experience. The team there radiates love. You may be going into the salon thinking you are just leaving with a dress but you will be leaving with a dress and a family. Sam was my stylist she was the absolute sweetest. Not to mention that she went above and beyond for me. She understood what I wanted, but also made not only me but my bridal party comfortable. All the girls there also when I got in my dress had came over and all made me feel like I was just absolutely beautiful. Sam also had visited me the day of my wedding ( I got married at the Mercantile Hall) and she had once again had made me feel like I wasn’t just another client to add to the books but, a friend. Bon Bon Bridal shop was beautiful. They have so many dresses to look at with many different styles. I said YES to the dress!! The best bridal gown store in the Madison area hands down! The new shop is stunning and modern. They greet you with an offer of coffee and/or water and bring a variety of chocolates/truffles for the group. Veronica was my stylist. She was calming and knowledgeable. After shopping at a couple other places I can say she made me feel the most comfortable standing almost naked with a complete stranger getting in and out of gowns. :). Veronica listened to me and brought a great variety of gowns to try ultimately leading to me finding two beautiful gowns I would have loved to walk down the aisle in. I narrowed it down to one and can’t wait for it to arrive! The celebration and gifts when you “say yes to the dress” are so fun! The hospitality, modern feel and compassionate team at Bon Bon Belle can’t be beat!

After watching shows like "Say Yes to the Dress" my expectations were high. And Bon Bon Bridal met all those expectations!! The Burlington location was easy to find and very welcoming and classy. The staff was all extremely friendly and kind. I loved that they have a huge selection of dresses!! Even for thus bride who had to by off the rack (no time to order a dress). What I liked the best was that they had a large selection of plus sizes as well! My consultant, Carson, was amazing! She actually listened to what I was looking for and what I liked and didn't like. I was not rushed and was not limited to how many I tried on. I also didn't feel judged for my extra rolls :) I felt like I was number one and deserved to be beautiful. Ironically, I said Yes to the first dress I tried!! Wedding is in October 2024 and can't wait to share pics with them! Thank you Bon Bon for helping me feel and look amazing on our special day!!

I was blown away by my experience with Bon Bon Belle! The girls at the Madison location were so great, especially my stylist Meghan!! Not only did she help me find the dress of my dreams, but her customer service skills and attention to detail were amazing! She honored my budget which was so appreciated and she was hilarious!! My group and I were laughing the entire time. She also sent us home with some extra goodies from the grand opening the night prior, which she did not have to do but was very sweet of her! I’ve dreamt about this appointment so many times since I was a little girl, and it could not have been any more perfect - better than I ever imagined! If you’re considering going with b3, 100% would recommend!!!

Bon Bon Belle was amazing! Right when we walked in, I knew I was in the right place to find my dream dress. The boutique is just gorgeous! So cozy and cute, and tons of beautiful things to look at. My wedding dress shopping day was absolutely magical! From the minute we walked in, we were greeted with smiling and bright faces. Sam, my stylist, did a wonderful job making the environment fun and playful, while also being serious about the emotional connection that a wedding dress can hold. She carefully picked out many gowns and presented them in a strategic order. Her final pick absolutely blew my family and I away. Upon "saying yes to the dress", we were able to celebrate at their very own Bubbly Bar! It was so fun to toast to the occasion and take some cute pictures with their signs. I am forever grateful for my experience at Bon Bon Belle Bridal - Burlington. I can't wait to go back for my styling appointment!

Sam was my stylist who helped me find my beautiful wedding dress! She deserves 10 stars!!! Sam not only made sure I was comfortable the entire time, but she also kept my price range and style in mind when picking out dresses. I was nervous at first but Sam was so patient and kind, I quickly felt at ease and trusted her opinions. I didn't think it would be this easy finding a dress, but Bon Bon Belle and Sam's professional services made it seamless! I've recommended this boutique to several of my friends!

I had a great experience at Bon Bon Belle! This was the first shop I went to when looking for dresses. I did not find the one here, but the stylist was very helpful in describing the dresses for me. At my appointment I was focused on fabric, neckline, shape of dress, and the like. Figuring this out was the first step to finding the one and my stylist was very helpful in this regard. The stock of dresses are beautiful and I'm sure many brides have the ability to find the one there!

I had such a problem finding a dress that I loved. Before coming to B3, I think I probably tried on close to 70 dresses. I even decided on a dress and then changed my mind when I went to pick it up! They were so patient which such an indecisive person! I highly recommend these ladies!

I do not have one negative thing to say about Bon Bon Belle! Besides the great aesthetic/energy and the fact that I found THE dress, the experience was wonderful! My stylist Sam was so great to work with. She listened to what I liked and did not like, and continued to ensure that I was comfortable throughout the process. I felt no pressure during the appointment and was really able to focus on how I was feeling in each dress, which made it just feel "right" when I picked my dress. This was the first and only place I went to look for a dress, and I have absolutely no regrets about this. I have no doubts that Bon Bon Belle was the best place for me to go and they went above and beyond any expectations! Definitely recommend coming here for a memorable and special experience.

My experience at Bon Bon Belle was amazing!! The stylists were incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I went into the appointment with an idea of what I wanted but the stylist had me try on different styles so I could for sure rule out what I didn't like which was very helpful. I ended up going with a dress style that I didn't think I would like but ended up LOVING. I could not recommend this place enough!

I went to several bridal salons, however, I did end up buying my dress at Bon Bon Belle. My first experience was lovely. Hannah was lovely, took a lot of time with me, and helped me find the dress I eventually bought. Bon Bon Belle was attached to my venue (Mercantile Hall), so it was lovely to have it right there and to have them be able to store my dress the week of the wedding and steam it prior to getting into it while getting ready. They also placed it in the room where I was getting ready. I had gone back on few occasions: once to buy my dress (and try on some others) and once when my dress came in. The first time I went back in, it was ok, but I didn't really see any other dresses. I went out and picked out a few, but it wasn't as easy as when I worked with Hannah. I ultimately said yes to my dress, and it was fine, but it wasn't what I had hoped for. When I went in when my dress came in, the girl I worked with seemed to not know what to do or know of any of the things they do for brides who book with Mercantile Hall as well. Overall, it was a good experience, but I think that highly rests with who you work with. My dress was beautiful and they did take great care of it while they had it prior to the wedding.

I went to quite a few dress shops, but my experience at Bon Bon Belle brought me back a second time and ultimately helped me find my dream dress! The staff are excellent and are great at helping you find the perfect dress within your budget.

I got my dress from Bon Bon Belle and the original experience was fantastic. I felt beautiful and I was able to try on a lot of dress options. But two people measured for the dress and I was surprised by the low dress size but I trusted that they were the experts. I'm very busty, and the dress covered maybe half of what I needed covered. Hearing stories from other shops, I wish they would have ordered a much bigger size to cover my chest and then the tailor could have easily brought the rest in. Instead it has caused a lot of problems and changes to the dress to make it work. I am very disappointed and heartbroken. I really hope they start measuring for the biggest size and order sizes bigger just in case, because it has caused an absurd amount of stress. I called and recommended sizing up for future brides, and they were very kind, but I hope this never happens to another person again.

I had a dress I had found on instagram (I wasn’t even positive what dress it was, only the designer) and they not only figured out the correct dress, but shipped it in (because it wasn’t in their shop) so I could try it on two separate times. Their effort level and communication was incredible and made the experience all the better. After having a lot of average experiences with local Chicago boutiques, it was really amazing to have stylists care as much as I did about finding the right dress. Totally recommend them!

I can’t give Bon Bon Belle and my stylist Samantha enough stars. From the minute I walked in I was taken care of by the sweetest gals. Going into my appointment I was a little nervous being a plus sized bride, but Sam made me feel so beautiful and comfortable from the very beginning. She quickly became so much more than just my stylist, she really was like a friend and such a great hype woman! So respectful of my budget and was up front about everything. She took my vision and made it a reality with all the beautiful dresses she found for me. By the time I found “THE DRESS” I was almost sad my time with her playing dress up was over. But was so happy to have my dream dress for my wedding. I seriously cannot wait to go back once my dress is in and will recommend Bon Bon Belle to every bride I know and meet. If you want a wonderful experience for your wedding dress shopping, look no further.

I LOVED my experience at Bon Bon Belle! Sam was the most amazing stylist, supporter, guide, and friend all wrapped into one. When I went to my first appointment, she helped me navigate a rollercoaster of emotions, and when I decided not to get a dress that day, she was so supportive. I returned months later and Sam was excited to see me and had already pulled dresses that fit the vision we started to form last time. She hand-picked my dream dress and made me feel like a queen all appointment long. I cannot recommend this boutique enough to other brides!

I really wanted to like this place because it does seem trendy but I had such a bad experience. The associate that worked with me kept pulling variations of the same dress (like 10 dresses), and all of them weren't flattering on me. I left really feeling quite bad about myself & it was just such a let down. I ended up cutting the appointment off early because I just wanted to leave. The associate did say they get new dresses in so I could try again, but I went back to the first store (Strike Bridal Bar) where I felt more comfortable. Strike Bridal Bar pulled dresses that actually flattered my body instead of hiding it under lots of fabric. It was just such a completely different experience and I wouldn't recommend Bon Bon Belle to future brides. Bon Bon Belle has a ton of dresses sure, but they are all so similar & bland.

I was referred to the shop by my jeweler in Burlington. I stopped in late Friday, and was able to get an appointment right away the next day. My stylist, Savannah, was fantastic, and patient. I told her a few criteria for what I was hoping to find, and she effortlessly selected several amazing gowns. I came back a second time, the next day, to finalize my choice and say yes to the dress. From the welcoming sign and snacks/drinks offered, to the set up of the shop, the customer service/professionalism, to the very unique and sentimental signing of the dress and popping of champagne, the experience was wonderful. I’m so thankful for the referral and how easy B3 made this day for me!

I worked with Lindsay, who I explained that I was a little nervous for my appointment, which I booked last minute with just my mom, after two poor shopping experiences at other bridal shops left me feeling defeated. I wanted to start from scratch, and we did just that! Lindsay helped me re-narrow down my silhouette and style, carefully listening to and affirming what I liked and disliked about each dress and adjusting her pulls for me without hesitation, judgement, or frustration! They allowed me to try on SO many dresses, and eventually I said yes to a dress that was nothing like I’ve seen at other bridal shops and was completely opposite of what I thought I wanted — but couldn’t be more perfect! Everyone working was incredibly supportive, helpful, and the best hype-women! I am in complete love with my dress. My stylist helped my find the perfect dress. I originally wanted a ball gown but was not in love with it and she knew exactly what style to bring out to show me I can still have a sassy look and a ball gown feel. Please do not go here if you are a plus sized bride. It's such a cute store and the vibes are amazing but unfortunately very salesy. I purchased a dress that they helped me pick out and unfortunately is not appropriate or flattering. I let them know how uncomfortable I was in the dress and how surprisingly the sample fit better. When I asked if there was anything they could do they just kept repeating to take it to my tailor.

I was always nervous about trying on wedding dresses. I was scared that the ones I wanted to see wouldnt be in my size but B3 had multiple sizes of the dresses they had in stock which means I was able to try on everything I wanted to. Gloria was incredibly kind and attentive to what I was saying about what I liked and didnt like in a dress and thanks to that I found the one! I couldnt have been happier with my experience. They had light snacks and beverages for me and my guest so we wouldnt be famished after all the dress try ons. I highly recommend Bon Bon Belle!

10000/10 I had the most wonderful experience at Bon Bon Belle! it was my very first time trying on wedding dresses obviously, and it was so nice. I was not uncomfortable in any way. I had so many dresses to choose from and got to try on so many different styles. And my stylist was so kind, ASK FOR GLORIA! She was so accommodating, funny, sweet, knowledgeable, and just happy to be helping me which meant a lot! We got to do our try ons in a suite and popped champagne after I found my dress-I even got a little gift afterwards-just so sweet. I felt like I got a surprise after surprise while being there. I will be taking all of my bridal friends here from now on. Please ask for Gloria, you will NOT be dissatisfied. So fashionable. So great. I just can’t- a memory I will hold dear to my heart forever!

I bought my wedding dress at Bon Bon Belle and have nothing but positive things to say! The store is beautiful and cozy, and the day of my appointment I felt comfortable, beautiful and attended to. All the stylists are so kind, knowledgeable and talked through potential alterations to help make my wedding dress dreams come to fruition. They have a wide variety of dress styles, materials, sizes and price ranges. There was a moment when I began hesitating because I wasn’t crying like they do in TV shows, and the stylist helping me told me that is normal, but not to feel pressured to leave with a dress if there is any doubt in my mind. I thought it was amazing that they truly cared about my feelings and not just making a sale. I ended up purchasing that dress and I felt like a princess on my wedding day. My dress ended up shipping earlier than anticipated and BBB were very communicative over the entire process. I have zero regrets, and would buy another dress there in a heartbeat.

Brides!! If you’re insecure about your body type or feel like dresses just don’t look right on you well then GO HERE! Not only did I have a great connection and experience with Kirsten, but I felt like I was the only customer all day (as in I felt like all the attention for my needs were the top priority)!! I was never brought a dress out of my budget either. Any time I said I liked a certain thing about a dress but not something else, she pulled dresses that reflected my feedback. There was a huge selection of dresses is my size so I felt like a “normal sized bride” I can’t say enough about B3! I truly loved my experience here!

The best experience ever! Every single person I worked with (or even just talked to) was so so kind and helpful and catered to my needs. They were not pushy by any means. They triple checked my sizes before ordering. They always triple check the dress/veil anytime they come in and out of the salon (after tailoring). The attention to detail was there and the gown choices were wide-spread. My stylist understood my vision and I found my dress after only 3! love love love this place!

This is the cutest store with an excellent selection of dresses and an incredible staff! I went in knowing I wanted a more simple dress but not anything else. They pulled a selection of dresses and truly listened to all of my feedback on what I liked/didn't like as I tried on each dress and would pull new dresses based on this. The final dress she pulled was everything I could have dreamed of and more and I said yes to the dress! My stylist, Kristin, was so kind, patient, and attentive and truly made it such a special experience. I would highly recommend Bon Bon Belle Bridal!

Every staff member was so kind and excited for me during my two appointments. My first was with Hannah-- she listened to everything I said about the dresses and brought out new ones that were closer and closer to my perfect dress. She did not push me to make a purchase or try on more, and I decided to wait it out. My second (and last) appointment was with Amelia. She had my favorites ready for me, was very enthusiastic, and brought out one more she thought I may like. She wasn't pushing me to say 'yes', but I did! After, she set up a champagne toast with my guests and made it a very special and memorable day. Both appointments I felt comfortable the whole time, from trying them on, to commenting my feelings, to purchasing a dress. Bon Bon Belle is SPECTACULAR! My guests said they would keep the store in mind for themselves!

I do not have enough positive things to say about my experience at Bon Bon Belle. My bridal consultant, Jessica Strom, helped guide my way to a beautiful, a-line gown from Essence of Australia. She patiently helped me and advised us on new gowns after each iteration’s tweaking comment (more lace, different back, more sparkle, etc). As a larger gal, it was a nice plus to have bigger sample sized gowns to get a good idea of what it would look like and feel beautiful. While I didn’t say yes to the dress on the spot, even when I called the next morning, they made me feel so excited and special. They did not pressure me to make a decision right away, knowing I had another appointment elsewhere that afternoon. Every interaction with the whole team was great. I’m sad I won’t have a need to go shopping there again.

This was my first wedding dress appointment and I had no clue what to expect. I worked with Kirsten and she was amazing! She helped find dresses to go off pictures I had saved and really helped me find certain aspects I was looking for in a dress and ones I wasn’t a fan of to help narrow down my options! She was also super patient with me! I cannot wait to go back for a styling appointment in a few months!

I went in for a second time at Bon Bon Belle hoping to have a great experience and find my dress! Callie (the assistant manager) was AMAZING! Very helpful, patient and just made me feel so comfortable! The appointment didn’t feel rushed or anything. I was so happy with how the appointment went & said yes to my dress! 10/10 for sure!! I LOVE Bon Bon Belle! Everyone in the shop was super nice and friendly. I've been in probably 3-4 times just to try my dress on because I love it so much. I also ordered my dress waaaaay early and had lost some weight. It ended up being TWO sizes too big. They were so nice and very accommodating to me and my needs. I was able to reorder the dress in another size without additional costs besides a cheap restocking fee. I highly recommend this shop for your wedding dress shopping!

I bought my dress here and have to say of all the stores I went to, this was the best experience! First, the store was really cute, clean, and there was plenty of comfortable seating. Nancy helped me with my try ons and I can't say enough great things - she was so friendly, helpful, and professional! I would also say this store had more variety of styles/designers than some others I went to which was helpful. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a wedding dress :)

OBSESSED with this beautiful location, the amazing staff, and the dress selection. I definitely was not expecting to fall in love with the first dress I tried on, but it ended up being the one I said yes to! My stylist listened to exactly what I was hoping for and was able to pick dresses that were perfect. We popped champagne afterwards! Would 10000% recommend.

I’m a plus size bride and was so nervous and then Bella came in the room so sweet and was like we got this girl. The first dress she picked was my dream dress, she also had me try on a few others to make sure it wasn’t that first time rush. It is such an adorable boutique! The staff was so friendly and amazing! Full of energy and enthusiasm! Lots of dresses to choose from and my dress is expected to arrive in only 4 months! They have such a variety to choose from! I would definitely recommend going here for dress shopping!
