Lindsey and her crew at Bon Temps coordinated my wedding in May and made sure everything was absolutely perfect! Lindsey really took the stress out of the wedding process and made it so fun and easy. I can’t believe how smoothly the day went. From golf carting a 100lb flower arrangement to fixing my veil when it was wonky, her team truly was there for anything. You 100% want to have Lindsey running the show on your special day. I can’t recommend Bon Temps enough for your planning and coordinating needs!

Lindsay and her team were fantastic to work with. As a destination wedding bride, Lindsay was my calm and “home base” in LA. She met me exactly where I needed her with my needs for planning and the day off. She was a sounding board and voice of knowledge through the whole process and someone I could completely rely on. I can’t express how personable, professional, and helpful she was for me. Looking back, I am so happy to have had her and she was an added joy to my big day.

Lindsey and her team are extremely thorough and well organized starting with the initial inquiry through execution. Lindsey ensures that all of the vendors that are hired deliver on their contractual deliverables and provides seamless communication leading up to the event. BTEPD takes great care in providing thorough service for each event and contract she takes on to ensure clients aren’t left confused or overwhelmed during their wedding day. I love that Lindsey has strong vendor relationships that give her clients an upper hand when choosing the best vendors for their day.

Everything was going well with this planner until I questioned the prices of one of the vendors she recommend and I hired to be the florist. The grooms grandmother has a rose garden and offered to provide roses. I specifically asked Lindsey if this would reduce the cost and was explicitly told it would NOT reduce the price but we can use them for sentimental reasons. I paid the down payment then I asked for only two things to be added: I expected about $1,000 increase. Later my mother had major medical issues and all my attention turns to this. I asked Lindsey to give me all final payments. I just wanted all other stressors off of me at the time. I don’t was in a vulnerable spot. I blindly paid the florist and rushed to take care of my mother. Later after returning home, I looked at what I had paid and realized the florist had doubled her prices! I requested a refund as I did not expect prices to double. The florist absolutely refused. I later spoke with her and she told me her original prices were based on a discount from using the grandmothers flowers.. This was BS because she told me the extra flowers would not create a discount. I just gave up. She had my money and there was nothing I could do. Lindsey Kramer at BonTemps events totally defended her friend and did nothing to support me. At the wedding neither Lindsey or the florist pinned flowers on the grandmothers or mothered and all of this was paid for in full. After the wedding finished I told Lindsey I wanted all of the flowers since I paid a pretty price for them. She looked at me in disgust and said “Well you’ll just have to pick them all up yourself.” Lindsey never shared with me that a large bulk of the clean up would be on me. Everyone left the wedding but me, my sister and husband and I had one hour to clean up or lose my $1,000 deposit. Lindsey had at least 3 staff with her. They did pack up my stuff but Lindsey refused to let them help me load all alcohol and things that belong to me and told me that it was our job. She had her staff throw all trash in one spot and told me it was my job to dump all the trash and pointed in a far distance where I had to dump it. She then threw her hands up and proclaimed rudely “ My job is now done!” Thank God for the LSU employee who felt sorry for us and help us bring the trash to the dumpster far away on her golf cart. Lindsey Kramer is very young and has a lot to learn about customer service. She puts her vendors above her customers and treated us horribly at the end. My husband and sister and myself had a great wedding but it ended with us feeling frustrated and disgusted with Lindsey
