Many people believe that buying wedding suits is appropriate as it's a special occasion, but why should your groomsmen buy suits for the evening if they don't usually wear them? As...
a result, Bonardi's were helpful; my husband has relied on them for numerous occasions throughout the years without hesitation. Jim and Dana were outstanding; they were able to precisely match the colors of the bridesmaids' dresses once we showed them. They also assisted us in finding a suit for our ring bearer. They are the greatest option if you need to rent a cost-effective, high-quality suit or tux.
We recently worked with Bonardi’s for our 2020 2021 2022! wedding and couldn’t have been happier! They were so helpful in re-adjusting when we had to postpone the wedding twice, an...
d when the big day came they outfitted my now-husband, our fathers, and six groomsmen. Everyone looked so handsome in their finest wear! It was easy for the groomsmen all over the country to get measured at a store near them that was in the “measuring network” and their measurements were easily transferred over to Bonardi’s system. That made the process so seamless. We greatly appreciated that on the wedding day, someone from the team drove the tuxes and accessories over to the venue (Thompson, CT) and stayed to make sure everyone’s pieces fit perfectly. The return process couldn’t have been easier, as they picked them up from the venue the next morning! Choose Bonardi’s to outfit you in your best formal-wear for your special day!
I have had the pleasure of working with Bonardi’s since my own wedding 32 years ago. I have since referred countless friends and family and used their services over the years knowi...
ng that customers will always be treated respectfully, promptly, and with great attention to detail. I have simply come to rely on them to provide the best service and advice for any occasion. We used them for my daughter’s wedding in 2019 and again this January for my son’s wedding. I am compelled to write this review as Bonardi’s not only provided their customary stellar service and advice for my son’s wedding - but helped us to navigate a very difficult development just days before the wedding. My son’s bridal party was extremely large - 9 groomsmen, 3 grandfathers, 2 dads, and of course the groom - all needing very varied sizes of tuxedos. All were picked up without any difficulty and double checked and adjusted as needed by the very competent staff - smooth sailing for 15 tuxedos! Then two days before the wedding the best man suffered a horrible accident to his hand that would require surgery the monday after the wedding. He was placed in a very large cast that in no way would accommodate his tuxedo jacket. When Bonardi’s heard of this, Dana simply said - “give me a little time to work this out.” Within hours she and her staff had altered a tux jacket - removing the seam and applying fasteners so that he could look like the rest of the bridal party. What was a frightening and upsetting evening was made so much better by the kind attentiveness of all of the employees at Bonardi’s who rallied to make sure that my son and his bride had the day they had dreamed of. This type of personal service, care for the customer, and attention to detail sets them far apart. I could not be more grateful for this business and its staff.
Shannon in the Sturbridge location helped my husband and his groomsmen look their best on our wedding day! She cares so much about if everything fits right and is willing to go the...
extra mile. She made last-minute adjustments to one of the groomsmen’s jackets and ensured they all looked their best. Definitely recommend!
Our tuxes were perfect and had no issue picking up or dropping off.
BUYER BEWARE. My wedding is tomorrow so my fiancé and his groomsman picked up their tuxes yesterday. Only one was given a pocket square even though I had requested during the origi...
nal appointment to have them. My Ring bearers tie was SHREDDED at the bottom with a HUGE stain. Even THIS was not the reason for my review.... these where things that we had time to fix and I totally understand how forgetting the pocket square could happen... not a big deal. However, this morning my fiancé called to ask if he could come pick them up and brought up the ring bearers tie.. the women on the phone was EXTREMELY nasty and rude to him. All she had to say was that they could fix it but instead argued with my fiancé how pocket squares wouldn’t look good with a boutinaire. I’m sorry is it her day? No. This is what WE wanted and what we ordered. I’m truly disgusted and wish we had gone somewhere else.
Bonardi’s provided us with an excellent tuxedo rental service. All the suits fit perfectly and the color scheme matched the description perfectly. The company also offered stellar ...
customer service and help the groom and his groomsmen obtain the correct measurements for the suits. The drop off procedure was also smooth as well, I did not drop off the suits in person however the best man reported that the process went smooth. I strongly recommend Bonardi’s as a tuxedo rental service, especially for larger parties as they offer free groom rental for larger parties.
Bonardi's was the perfect place to get formalwear. My husband had rented his tux from them for his brother wedding, so he insisted we use them for ours and I'm so glad we did! I ea...
sily made an appointment and sent my groom to pick out his tux on his own. Imagine my surprise when he returned and told me he ordered a navy tux with a black lapel, brown shoes, and a pink bow tie! I called them and was able to change the shoes and bow ties right away, no problem. They also made getting his groomsmen's tuxes easy. I was initially concerned because all live out of state and couldn't come in and get measured but Bornardi's provided post cards for the guys so they could get measured and then send it directly back to the shop. Finally, they did alterations and size swaps when the guys went in to pick up to ensure each tux fit perfectly. They truly care about their customers looking their best and enjoying their event and I could not recommend them enough.
My fiance and I went to Bonardi's after looking at Mens Wearhouse.. what a difference. We were able to try everything on and see different options before we made our decision, cou...
ldn't do that anywhere else. Staff was so helpful and informative. After making our decision we felt the prices were much less than other tuxedo stores and the customer service was top notch. I would highly recommend Bonardi's for Tuxedos or Suit rentals.
Bonardi's made our lives so much easier for our wedding. Since we got married at the Lord Thompson Manor all we had to do was submit measurements and they showed up with the suits ...
and everything was perfect!
We used Bonardi's for wedding tuxedos and were very please. The tuxes were amazing and very decently priced.
My mom just got married and used Bonardi's for the men's tux rentals, and it was a nightmare! My fiancé was a groomsman, and even though they told him he could pick up his tux as e...
arly as three days before the wedding, it didn't come in till the day before, and it DIDN'T FIT! But not only were the sizes ridiculously off (shirt too small, vest too large, no socks, even though we paid for them)... The vest was stained and ripped.
Like, seriously? STAINED AND RIPPED! Clearly they never cleaned the tux or they would have noticed the stain and the rip in the lining. Gross.
Then, the calls started coming into my mom... Not one guy in her bridal party had the right sizes, not even the groom. The people at Bonardi's were so unprofessional. We had to have some of the bridesmaids and groomsmen rush over to their worcester location to try to get the right sizes THE MORNING OF THE WEDDING! My mom was so stressed. Furthermore, Bonardi's never offered a refund, not even a partial refund, nor did they offer any kind of credit or discount for all the trouble and headache they caused.
Suffice it to say, my fiancé and I will NOT be using them for our wedding.
I will make this short and sweet. Do not use. The measurements were all off. The ring bearers were measured a few days before so they would not grow. They picked up the tuxes and t...
he pants were 4 inches too short and the jackets 2 sizes too big. It was awful. I put in a complaint and have heard nothing back. Also, they were supposed to be tuxes to buy as it was cheaper than renting but they gave us rentals and charged us for rentals. Unreal!
We used them for our wedding and would not recommend them. Our tuxedos were not ready for the date we asked some were missing items in them, and two days before our wedding we were...
still missing two jackets for our groomsmen and were not suppose to be in until the day of our wedding.. Which as a bride you'll understand was not going over well! The people we dealt with were extremely rude and not accommodating. Was not impressed.
The worcester(head office) was really helpful in regards to letting my husband actually try on the differ et tux styles before we made a decision which alas really important to me ...
because we were planning on no jackets just vest but I needed to ensure I liked the way it looked on my husband in particular. However they kept. Trying to tell me he HAD to have a jacket because he's the GROOM. they obviously haven't been on Pinterest to know people do it all the time and who were they to tell me what I had to do on my wedding. Then the gentleman at the sturbridge office kept telling us he's done this for 40 years and almost each guys tux was too small. My husbands pockets were super stretched in order for the pants to fit and one of the groomsmen's buttons popped on his vest...so I guess he could use more practice...
Adequate at best. I met a representative at a bridal expo, and was told that if we had for additional orders, my husband's tuxedo rental would be free.
It wasn't.

y, if you don't order all for at the same time it changes things. It's not the money, it's the principal of the thing. The spirit of the discount is to bring in the additional people, and we did.
Also, when our groomsmen went to pick up their tuxedos, after already having gone in once, one had a shirt that didn't fit, one had cuffs that didn't fit. My father had the wrong vest and half of the group received the wrong size shoes. Not to mention, they cancelled my father in laws appointment because they got it in their head that my father and father in law were the same order. I realize it's prom season, but come on.
The only saving grace was that my father in law needed special accommodation to be fitted off-site, and they did it. That was very nice.
