Jim and Dana were outstanding; they were able to precisely match the colors of the bridesmaids' dresses once we showed them. They also assisted us in finding a suit for our ring bearer. They are the greatest option if you need to rent a cost-effective, high-quality suit or tux.

d when the big day came they outfitted my now-husband, our fathers, and six groomsmen. Everyone looked so handsome in their finest wear! It was easy for the groomsmen all over the country to get measured at a store near them that was in the “measuring network” and their measurements were easily transferred over to Bonardi’s system. That made the process so seamless. We greatly appreciated that on the wedding day, someone from the team drove the tuxes and accessories over to the venue (Thompson, CT) and stayed to make sure everyone’s pieces fit perfectly. The return process couldn’t have been easier, as they picked them up from the venue the next morning! Choose Bonardi’s to outfit you in your best formal-wear for your special day!

ng that customers will always be treated respectfully, promptly, and with great attention to detail. I have simply come to rely on them to provide the best service and advice for any occasion. We used them for my daughter’s wedding in 2019 and again this January for my son’s wedding. I am compelled to write this review as Bonardi’s not only provided their customary stellar service and advice for my son’s wedding - but helped us to navigate a very difficult development just days before the wedding. My son’s bridal party was extremely large - 9 groomsmen, 3 grandfathers, 2 dads, and of course the groom - all needing very varied sizes of tuxedos. All were picked up without any difficulty and double checked and adjusted as needed by the very competent staff - smooth sailing for 15 tuxedos! Then two days before the wedding the best man suffered a horrible accident to his hand that would require surgery the monday after the wedding. He was placed in a very large cast that in no way would accommodate his tuxedo jacket. When Bonardi’s heard of this, Dana simply said - “give me a little time to work this out.” Within hours she and her staff had altered a tux jacket - removing the seam and applying fasteners so that he could look like the rest of the bridal party. What was a frightening and upsetting evening was made so much better by the kind attentiveness of all of the employees at Bonardi’s who rallied to make sure that my son and his bride had the day they had dreamed of. This type of personal service, care for the customer, and attention to detail sets them far apart. I could not be more grateful for this business and its staff.

nal appointment to have them. My Ring bearers tie was SHREDDED at the bottom with a HUGE stain. Even THIS was not the reason for my review.... these where things that we had time to fix and I totally understand how forgetting the pocket square could happen... not a big deal. However, this morning my fiancé called to ask if he could come pick them up and brought up the ring bearers tie.. the women on the phone was EXTREMELY nasty and rude to him. All she had to say was that they could fix it but instead argued with my fiancé how pocket squares wouldn’t look good with a boutinaire. I’m sorry is it her day? No. This is what WE wanted and what we ordered. I’m truly disgusted and wish we had gone somewhere else.

customer service and help the groom and his groomsmen obtain the correct measurements for the suits. The drop off procedure was also smooth as well, I did not drop off the suits in person however the best man reported that the process went smooth. I strongly recommend Bonardi’s as a tuxedo rental service, especially for larger parties as they offer free groom rental for larger parties.

sily made an appointment and sent my groom to pick out his tux on his own. Imagine my surprise when he returned and told me he ordered a navy tux with a black lapel, brown shoes, and a pink bow tie! I called them and was able to change the shoes and bow ties right away, no problem. They also made getting his groomsmen's tuxes easy. I was initially concerned because all live out of state and couldn't come in and get measured but Bornardi's provided post cards for the guys so they could get measured and then send it directly back to the shop. Finally, they did alterations and size swaps when the guys went in to pick up to ensure each tux fit perfectly. They truly care about their customers looking their best and enjoying their event and I could not recommend them enough.

arly as three days before the wedding, it didn't come in till the day before, and it DIDN'T FIT! But not only were the sizes ridiculously off (shirt too small, vest too large, no socks, even though we paid for them)... The vest was stained and ripped.
Like, seriously? STAINED AND RIPPED! Clearly they never cleaned the tux or they would have noticed the stain and the rip in the lining. Gross.
Then, the calls started coming into my mom... Not one guy in her bridal party had the right sizes, not even the groom. The people at Bonardi's were so unprofessional. We had to have some of the bridesmaids and groomsmen rush over to their worcester location to try to get the right sizes THE MORNING OF THE WEDDING! My mom was so stressed. Furthermore, Bonardi's never offered a refund, not even a partial refund, nor did they offer any kind of credit or discount for all the trouble and headache they caused.
Suffice it to say, my fiancé and I will NOT be using them for our wedding.

because we were planning on no jackets just vest but I needed to ensure I liked the way it looked on my husband in particular. However they kept. Trying to tell me he HAD to have a jacket because he's the GROOM. they obviously haven't been on Pinterest to know people do it all the time and who were they to tell me what I had to do on my wedding. Then the gentleman at the sturbridge office kept telling us he's done this for 40 years and almost each guys tux was too small. My husbands pockets were super stretched in order for the pants to fit and one of the groomsmen's buttons popped on his vest...so I guess he could use more practice...

y, if you don't order all for at the same time it changes things. It's not the money, it's the principal of the thing. The spirit of the discount is to bring in the additional people, and we did.
Also, when our groomsmen went to pick up their tuxedos, after already having gone in once, one had a shirt that didn't fit, one had cuffs that didn't fit. My father had the wrong vest and half of the group received the wrong size shoes. Not to mention, they cancelled my father in laws appointment because they got it in their head that my father and father in law were the same order. I realize it's prom season, but come on.
The only saving grace was that my father in law needed special accommodation to be fitted off-site, and they did it. That was very nice.
