Even THIS was not the reason for my review.... these where things that we had time to fix and I totally understand how forgetting the pocket square could happen... not a big deal. However, this morning my fiancé called to ask if he could come pick them up and brought up the ring bearers tie.. the women on the phone was EXTREMELY nasty and rude to him. All she had to say was that they could fix it but instead argued with my fiancé how pocket squares wouldn’t look good with a boutinaire. I’m sorry is it her day? No. This is what WE wanted and what we ordered. I’m truly disgusted and wish we had gone somewhere else.

I strongly recommend Bonardi’s as a tuxedo rental service, especially for larger parties as they offer free groom rental for larger parties.

n his own. Imagine my surprise when he returned and told me he ordered a navy tux with a black lapel, brown shoes, and a pink bow tie! I called them and was able to change the shoes and bow ties right away, no problem. They also made getting his groomsmen's tuxes easy. I was initially concerned because all live out of state and couldn't come in and get measured but Bornardi's provided post cards for the guys so they could get measured and then send it directly back to the shop. Finally, they did alterations and size swaps when the guys went in to pick up to ensure each tux fit perfectly. They truly care about their customers looking their best and enjoying their event and I could not recommend them enough.

e day before, and it DIDN'T FIT! But not only were the sizes ridiculously off (shirt too small, vest too large, no socks, even though we paid for them)... The vest was stained and ripped. Like, seriously? STAINED AND RIPPED! Clearly they never cleaned the tux or they would have noticed the stain and the rip in the lining. Gross. Then, the calls started coming into my mom... Not one guy in her bridal party had the right sizes, not even the groom. The people at Bonardi's were so unprofessional. We had to have some of the bridesmaids and groomsmen rush over to their worcester location to try to get the right sizes THE MORNING OF THE WEDDING! My mom was so stressed. Furthermore, Bonardi's never offered a refund, not even a partial refund, nor did they offer any kind of credit or discount for all the trouble and headache they caused. Suffice it to say, my fiancé and I will NOT be using them for our wedding.

. It was awful. I put in a complaint and have heard nothing back. Also, they were supposed to be tuxes to buy as it was cheaper than renting but they gave us rentals and charged us for rentals. Unreal!

Trying to tell me he HAD to have a jacket because he's the GROOM. they obviously haven't been on Pinterest to know people do it all the time and who were they to tell me what I had to do on my wedding. Then the gentleman at the sturbridge office kept telling us he's done this for 40 years and almost each guys tux was too small. My husbands pockets were super stretched in order for the pants to fit and one of the groomsmen's buttons popped on his vest...so I guess he could use more practice...

. It's not the money, it's the principal of the thing. The spirit of the discount is to bring in the additional people, and we did. Also, when our groomsmen went to pick up their tuxedos, after already having gone in once, one had a shirt that didn't fit, one had cuffs that didn't fit. My father had the wrong vest and half of the group received the wrong size shoes. Not to mention, they cancelled my father in laws appointment because they got it in their head that my father and father in law were the same order. I realize it's prom season, but come on. The only saving grace was that my father in law needed special accommodation to be fitted off-site, and they did it. That was very nice.
